This "open letter to all Chinese citizens" was published on the X platform account "Human Rights and Current Affairs" and was signed by Lv Zhanqiu.

In the letter, he accused local officials of corruption based on his own experience, and emphasized that no one can be immune under the CCP's dictatorship. He also criticized the "two sessions" as a "rubber stamp" of the dictatorship, and abolishing the CCP and settling the CCP leader is urgent!
