The paper version of the Cambodia arrival card is so much simpler to complete than the Cambodia e-Arrival card. On the arrival card, it does not state that travellers need to indicate the hotel name but the address in Cambodia should be specified.

Ways of contact can be via call or email during the length of stay.

Travellers are free to enter "on transit" or an office name in Cambodia in place of the hotel identity.

Health declaration is not required but when the Cambodia e-Arrival card, on the seventh page, is to be filled in, travellers need to state if they have symptoms of covid such as cough, rashes or fever.

The Cambodia e-Arrival card is mandatory to fill in with effect from 1 July 2024. A QR code will be generated via email once the e-Arrival card is completed and submitted. However, during the testing phase until 30 June 2024, netizens have reported Phnom Penh has not yet carried out the e-Arrival card induction while it is mandatory to use the e-Arrival card if the destination is Siem Reap, where travellers have to stay at least one night according to Cambodia travel requirement.
