Harbin willows sprout in winter

Several videos circulated online show that in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province in November, many trees in winter have sprouted strangely, and the willows have sprouted "hairy dogs".

A Harbin woman filmed a video saying, "Has this tree sprouted in Harbin on November 18? They said the trees on Sun Island have sprouted, but I don't quite believe it. The trees in our community have also sprouted. The plants are all confused and don't know what season it is."

Another video shows two Harbin women filming a willow sprouting video saying, "This is a willow tree. The little poodles have grown. How warm must it be... It sprouted twice this year... It sprouted in the middle of winter."

Many videos show that most of the trees on the streets and parks in Harbin have sprouted new buds, and green spots have emerged on the dry branches. This abnormal phenomenon has caused heated discussions.

A netizen posted a picture saying: "On October 1st in the Northeast, I saw my fruit trees blooming."

A Liaoning netizen also posted a picture saying that outdoor plants sprouted in winter: "I was in Liaoning and took this photo yesterday morning."

A Jilin netizen left a message in the comment area saying: "I remember that in the year of the earthquake, our willow trees sprouted in winter, which is not normal."

Peach blossoms bloom in Hohhot in winter

Not only Harbin has the strange phenomenon of willow sprouting, but Hohhot, Inner Mongolia has also seen the strange phenomenon of peach blossoms blooming in winter.

The video circulated on the Internet shows that on November 17, many peach trees in Yudai Island Park in Hohhot bloomed. Many people were curious and came to see the peach blossoms blooming in winter.

Some netizens said: "Why are peach blossoms blooming in winter? It's a bit abnormal."

Another netizen said: "There is a forsythia in Manduhai (Inner Mongolia) that has also bloomed... (similar to yellow winter jasmine)."

A Hebei netizen said: "Before the epidemic began, it was also in November. The peach trees in our unit suddenly bloomed, sparsely. We are in the north of Nangong, Hebei."

Artificial Intelligence, Real Scam ChatGPT, an Al assistant that generates realistic conversations, was developed by an organization called OpenAl. The scam that stems out of ChatGPT involves a cybercriminal sending to the recipient a phishing email that appears to be from OpenAl. The email warns the recipient he will lose access to ChatGPT unless he updates his payment method and pay a subscription fee. The email appears to be legitimate, and it even contains the OpenAI logo and an official support email address in the text. However like many phishing scams, the email also includes a link to a fake webpage asking for the recipient's  personal data and credit card information. If the recipient clicked the link and entered his information, his subscription to ChatGPT will not be renewed. Instead, the cybercriminal will have stolen the recipient's personal information and money!  Follow these tips to avoid falling victim to a phishing scam:  When you receive an email, stop and look for red flags. If you have doubts, always visit the official website to verify that the email you received is legitimate. Always hover your mouse over links in emails. Watch out for spelling mistakes, unusual domains, or suspiciously long URLs that can hide a website's true domain. If you receive a suspicious or unexpected email, follow your organization’s procedure for reporting it.
