I went to Beijing this time for a dual mission. One was to maintain good relations with Beijing for the political stability and economic development of our party and our country. The other mission, which can now be said, was to help the United States understand Xi Jinping's physical and mental condition.

General Secretary Xi was quite happy to see me. He said that the great changes that had not happened in a century, the Russian-Ukrainian war had reduced Russia to a third-rate country, and that China and Vietnam, two successful socialist countries, should unite and work hard to keep American forces out of Asia.

I laughed secretly. Russia has been China's enemy for more than a hundred years. As for the Celestial Empire of China, it has been our natural enemy since the Qin Dynasty. We have also seen great changes that have not happened in a thousand years. As China is being suppressed by the civilized world, we have ushered in the best historical period in more than two thousand years.

In the eyes of General Secretary Xi, I went to Beijing to pay homage to him. For thousands of years, our monarchs have been paying tribute to the Celestial Empire from south to north. He didn't know that this time, I went to witness the countdown to the collapse of an empire.

We are ringing the morning bell, they are beating the evening drum, the north is falling and the south is rising, which is irreversible.

Xi asked me to go all the way north to see their success and prosperity, but I know the truth about this country better than he does. These successes and prosperity were brought by the United States and the West, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong. After Xi came to power, these relationships were destroyed. They are facing Russia, the Middle East and Africa, and no longer facing the civilized world of Europe and America.

Their real estate economy is failing, the demographic dividend is becoming a negative profit, the status of the world's factory has shifted to us and other Southeast Asian countries, and their advantageous trade products are being sanctioned by Western countries. China's collapse is an inevitable trend.

Seeing Xi's overwhelming power in China, and seeing that he is condemned and cursed by thousands of people on his overseas network, I have to reflect on myself. Two years ago, I ate the sky-high barbecue of Salt Bae in the UK. Of course, the leaders of the Communist Party should not appear in such places. Our Vietnamese boss Pei Junlin imitated the actions of the British Salt Bae and posted a TikTok to mock me. Our relevant departments arrested Pei Junlin and sentenced him to more than five years in prison. In fact, the fault is mine. He should be innocent. It is indeed dangerous for us to learn from the CCP. If we do not talk about human rights and lose the hearts of the people, it will also lead the country to a dangerous path.

General Secretary Nguyen's insightful remarks on bidding farewell to revolution are still fresh in our minds. He said: bid farewell to revolutionary idealism, revolutionary terrorism, revolutionary liberalism, revolutionary heroism, and bid farewell to the revolutionary leader complex.

In short, we must bid farewell to revolution and the Communist Party of Vietnam will become the ruling party. Bidding farewell to idealism means not to talk about the communist ideal in vain. If we must mention it, we can mention great communism and communism. The country is our common property, and every citizen should share the rights and interests of the country. This is the original intention of us Communists. We must learn from the bloody lessons of the Soviet Union and the Chinese Communists. Our country was exchanged for the lives of countless revolutionary martyrs. It does not belong to the second and third generations of the Red Army, but to every Vietnamese.

I also want to say: the flag can fly but it can no longer be stained with blood. The party is only a social organization and cannot become a belief. Multi-party system, nationalization of the army, judicial independence, political democratization and liberalization, all of these must be put on the agenda. Political reform when the party has authority is most conducive to national stability and the integrity and self-discipline of the ruling party.

Now it is a path to propose a party-led constitution. The virtual party is the real politics. Only when the one-party politics withdraws from the historical stage and the multi-party game politics is established can we truly avoid the totalitarians from restoring autocracy and making the country fall into a state of collapse.

The CCP is collapsing and cannot be recovered. We must be prepared. We must be prepared and have countermeasures for the Chinese refugee wave or the war against Taiwan. If there is a real war, it will be beneficial to our economy. The Korean War made Japan rise, China suppressed Hong Kong, and financial capital flowed to Singapore. Now the soft war state of Europe and the United States against China has given Vietnam a historical opportunity.

Xi Jinping cannot reverse China's economy and politics. Therefore, China has entered the post-Xi Jinping era, which is the countdown time for the Communist Party to be in power. They have little chance to apologize to the Chinese people.

But we Vietnamese Communists are different. Our party's top leaders have a certain decentralization mechanism. Our political transformation can be achieved peacefully. The Kuomintang regime in China has achieved the transition from military-political training to constitutionalism in Taiwan. We are taking three steps: military-political, party-political, and constitutionalism. When I become the general secretary, I will formulate a plan for the transition from party-political to constitutionalism in the first five years and start implementing it in the second five years. In this way, we are consistent with European and American countries in terms of system.

We must be deeply aware that the welfare society, liberalism without responsibility, democracy controlled by interest groups in Europe and the United States, and political correctness above legal and ethical common sense are causing serious problems for Western society. We maintain political, economic and cultural relations with European and American countries strategically, but we do not follow the trend of weird and supernatural, and do not advocate things that violate human ethics and human nature.

We have been invaded and oppressed by the Celestial Empire for two thousand years, and the war caused by the red disaster for a hundred years is mainly due to China's hegemony, not because of Confucius's Confucian kingly way, the friendliness of Confucianism, the spirit of learning, the pursuit of harmlessness and balance, and do not abandon it. The traditional spirit has been integrated into the blood of the Vietnamese. Respect for universal values and traditional values has made Vietnam a new civilized country that is inclusive and diverse.

In terms of moral ethics, traditional culture and value recognition, we are more consistent with Singapore, Taiwan, Japan and South Korea. We want to become a member of the civilized world. During the period when the CCP is heading towards collapse, we should downplay party relations, have economic transactions and political games, avoid confrontation and struggle, and of course, do not have wars. We should maintain economic and cultural relations between the two countries and maintain friendly relations with the Chinese people.

Vietnam needs to take its own oriental road. Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Taiwan, which also have Confucian, Buddhist and Taoist traditions, have their own unique successes. What are our characteristics? We must not become a small China. We need to become a large Singapore. We need to learn the political model of Singapore, which has both oriental authority and western equality and rule of law. Although the society lacks a certain degree of freedom, friendly politics and welfare benefits make people feel happy.

The above is my feeling during this visit to China. Many contents are impromptu. They involve political reforms and need collective discussion by the Party Central Committee. However, my views and speech contents can be conveyed to party and government agencies at all levels without forming texts to avoid misunderstanding or dissatisfaction on the Chinese side.

Thank you all, good night.
