The pictures above show my Singapore Airlines vegetarian rice pack on the Ho Chi Minh City return flight. The pack is made of recycled paper, which is a bad insulator of heat. The heat did not cool down when I ate the food. It almost scalded my throat. I suggested to the crew to improve their inflight catering service.
