Maya Hotel is located in the sub-district Sahku of Thalang District, Thailand. The hotel should highlight Sakhu on its address so that new foreign guests who have never entered Phuket can complete the Thailand digital e-Arrival Card correctly.
Phuket Airport is also located in the same area of Sakhu, where Sakhu Provincial Police Station and Tourist Police are located at the International Terminal and Maya Hotel is of a two to three minutes' walk from the International Terminal.
I choose to stay at Maya Hotel, Phuket, early this time because I want to capture shots of aircraft flying in the sky across the Andaman Sea during daytime and I am happy to stay in the same room to shoot photos of aircraft in flight.
As part of the hotel's measures to reduce costs, complimentary breakfast takes place at the ground floor restaurant rather at the Restaurant in Building A but the chef is not found behind the egg station cooking other kinds of eggs.
There are less variety of breakfast this time but price of food served in the ground floor restaurant during lunch and dinner are acceptable.
Toiletries are kept inside a bundled object with the words "FOR ROOM USE ONLY".
Until I find a better place to stay and depending on the right budget, I will stay in Maya Hotel again.
