According to StayGate's research on China and US media, the relevant information of the Wuhan virus outbreak in China was concealed as early as September 2019, leading to misjudgment by the public and causing the epidemic to get out of control in Wuhan in December 2019 and the world after.
There is an external view that holds that the epidemic in Wuhan is the result of internal political struggles and that the China Communist Party (CCP) is suppressing the truth. There are other 'hidden' truths in the events that lead to the outbreak and after that have surfaced or are surfacing. If the intermediate host and trajectory of the virus from "nature" cannot be identified and announced by Chinese scientists, the source of the virus leakage in the pandemic could well be the P4 laboratory of Wuhan Institute of Viology (WIV) and CCP will have to account for the initial outbreak that has developed into the pandemic.
On 8 February 2020, Guo Wengui, the billionaire businessman that controls Beijing Zenith Holdings and founder of media campaign Expose Revolution reported in a video that the Wuhan epidemic was the result of internal political struggles, and not the organizational behavior of the CCP. The source of the virus that caused the Wuhan epidemic was the CCP’s P4 laboratory.

Guo Wengui said that in early January 2020, the central government warned insiders to stay away from Hubei and Hong Kong. In mid-to-late January, the central government unanimously made the decision to "abandon Hubei and protect Beijing and Shanghai". The characters for "abandon Hubei" has foreshadowed the imminent disaster in Hubei Province. This is a 100 per cent human disaster.
He said that CCP did not expect that within two days of formulating the policy, the Beijing Commission for Discipline Inspection was dead. The first person infected with the virus in Beijing was the Beijing Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Beijing Police. So from that day on, Xi Jinping was not in Zhongnanhai Office. A recent article entitled "Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Early Transmission in Wuhan, China" provides the most detailed epidemiological data on the covid epidemic. The authors of the article are experts from authoritative health institutions in China, including Gao Fu, member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and director of the Chinese Center for Disease Control, Feng Zijian, Deputy Director of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Yang Bo, Director of the Hubei Center for Disease Control.
The paper proposes that in 2019, SARS-CoV-2 has been transmitted from person to person in Wuhan in mid-December. "Interpersonal transmission between close contacts has occurred since mid-December and gradually spread within one month thereafter." Until 11 January, the Wuhan Municipal Health Commission reported that "there was no obvious person-to-person transmission", and on 16 January it changed its claim to say "the possibility of limited person-to-person transmission is not excluded".
Another cause of great controversy is that the eight front-line doctors in Wuhan City revealed there was suspected SARS in Wuhan in early December 2019. The Wuhan police disciplined them for "spreading rumours". It was not until 20 January 2020 when Xi Jinping officially expressed his response to the epidemic situation, when the Chinese national defense epidemic expert Zhong Nanshan interviewed, the outside world knew that 15 medical personnel were infected, and the Wuhan Municipal Health Commission was not informed of the 15 medical personnel until 21 January when they were diagnosed with covid.
The core question by netizens is, when did scientists know that SARS-CoV-2 in 2019 will be transmitted from person to person? Why did the experts publish their findings in a foreign journal rather than explaining the truth to the Chinese citizens earlier?
Wang Liming, a professor at Zhejiang University, questioned on Weibo, "This is the first time I have seen unmistakable evidence. The evidence of the covid virus has been intentionally concealed from person to person!" He, in the tone of the accusation, asked, "It is the scientists of the CDC who keep the data secret in order to publish the paper? Is it because the Wuhan Municipal Government has suppressed the disclosure of the data for certain needs?" He questioned, "As the first-hand information master Researcher, you know the conclusive information of virus-to-human transmission three weeks before the public. Have you done what you should do? "His post was deleted by a CCP online media force.
Coincidentally, Xi Jinping spoke on 20 January 2020 acknowledging the Wuhan epidemic, and the research paper of Shi Zhengli, a researcher of WIV, published in the British journal Nature on 3 February 2020, was also submitted on 20 January 2020.
In this regard, a former researcher of the Chinese Academy of Sciences also issued a document to question whether Xi Jinping waited for Shi Zhengli to submit the research paper, before implementing the epidemic countermeasures before daring to admit the epidemic exists. That is to say, as of 20 January 2020, Shi Zhengli's team has been busy producing evidence for the CCP to take blame. This can explain why the CCP knows that the epidemic in Wuhan is serious, but has refused to disclose the epidemic information.
Since the outbreak of the covid virus in Wuhan, WIV has received special attention. Recently, another argument appeared that the Wuhan P4 laboratory with potential safety hazards is most likely the source of the virus, and the virus may have leaked from the laboratory. This laboratory is related to the secret biological and chemical weapons program of the Beijing authorities.
For a time, the research and development of biological weapons by the WIV was rampant. Earlier, Indian scientists discovered that the coronavirus sample was artificially inserted into the viral protein to become SARS-CoV-2, which seems to confirm the evidence that the covid virus is a CCP bioweapon.
In addition, overseas media and several experts also pointed out that the virus did not come from animals, but from the artificial virus transformation by the P4 laboratory of WIV. For example, Dr. James Lyons-Weiler of the United States recently published an article titled "About the Source of Wuhan Coronavirus" on the IPAK website: There is clear evidence that a new sequence in the SARS-CoV-2 genome combination is in the laboratory was synthesized. The motive for the synthesis may be to create biochemical weapon viruses.

The Wuhan P4 laboratory was initially built by France and officially launched in 2015, but it has not yet obtained the world WHO certification. The agreement between France and China on the construction of the P4 laboratory includes that China’s P4 virus laboratory cannot carry out aggressive virus technology activities (ie, it is prohibited to conduct research and manufacture biological and chemical weapons). 50 French researchers who had planned to work in the Wuhan P4 laboratory for 5 years have not and cannot make their trips to the laboratory.

However, the People's Republic of China got external funding from the US Obama administration under the US Agency for International Development, a sum of 3.7 million US Dollars, to outsource-study bat coronaviruses in China at the Wuhan P4 laboratory, from the National Institute of Health under Dr Anthony S Fauchi's authorization in 2015, according to a US YouTube post by The Next News Network. On 10 January 2017, according to the same YouTube post and a YouTube post by Mike Osip, at Georgetown University, Dr Anthony S. Fauci forecast "a surprise outbreak" of a zoonotic disease but he did not specify where the outbreak will rage.

According to US media The Los Angeles Times on 2 April 2020, Trump stopped the funding to China (WIV) on 30 September 2019 to continue the coronavirus studies in September 2019. This funding is part of the 200-million US Dollars pandemic early-warning program aimed at training scientists in China and other countries to respond to detect and respond to epidemics.

However, the Shanghai P3 Laboratory that completed the genome sequencing was closed the day after the laboratory team publicized the world's first SARS-CoV-2 (covi, in short) genome sequence. The CCP's move was accused of "academic mute."
Outside Shanghai, the international media are waiting for answers from CCP on what has happened in Wuhan from the first onset of covid symptoms in patient zero, who the patient zero is and the intermediate host. The Harbin P4 laboratory took an environmental sample of SARS-CoV-2 transferred by WIV from Wuhan Huanan Seafood Market and tested ferrets' and cats' response to the virus in April 2020 and disclosed their findings in the journal Science but the laboratory did not disclose the environmental sample (wild animal), thus hindering scientific research on the intermediate host.

According to the Weibo Douban news on 7 February 2020, Major General Chen Wei, China's chief biochemical weapon defense expert at Harbin P4 laboratory and Director of the Institute of Bioengineering, Chinese Academy of Military Medical Sciences has headed WIV in the battle against SARS-CoV-2. In March 2020, she announced WIV has developed China's first vaccine to treat covid patients is ready for clinical trials in Wuhan ahead of the remdesvir clinical trial. The first clinical trial took place shortly also in March in Wuhan. Based on this development, external media suspect the outbreak of the Wuhan virus may have started in September 2019 as it takes six months to research and develop a vaccine to counter a disease.

Wang Hao, a Taiwan-based financial writer born in Shanghai, also quoted China media on Facebook, saying that the production cycle of this vaccine takes 5 to 6 months. Based on this calculation, Chen started to research and develop SARS-CoV-2 vaccine around September 2019. Then whose "genome sequence" did she base on to develop the vaccine?

Wang Hao also mentioned that on 18 September 2019, one month before the opening of the World Military Games in Wuhan, the Chinese government held a "Novel Coronavirus Emergency Response" exercise in Wuhan. According to Xinhua News Agency and Hubei Daily, this exercise took place at Wuhan Tianhe International Airport. According to a report by ABC News in the United States on 6 February 2020, the US government asked scientists to investigate the source of SARS-CoV-2. However China rejected US expert involvement in the investigations since US Agency for International Development no longer funded WIV through the PREDICT program.
PREDICT, launched in response to the H5N1 bird flu epidemic in 2005, gathered specimens from more than 10,000 bats and 2,000 other mammals in search of dangerous viruses. The project detected about 1,200 viruses that could spread from wild animals to humans, signaling pandemic potential. More than 160 of them are novel coronaviruses, much like SARS-CoV-2.
Although funding PREDICT stopped on 30 September 2019, according to The Los Angeles Times, there was the zero-dollar six-month extension to end of March 2020 to finalize coronavirus reports by WIV scientists and researchers in other countries "in order to synchronize tracking of novel viruses before SARS-CoV-2".
Recently on 24 April 2020, Steve Bannon revealed that a senior researcher in Wuhan's P4 laboratory fled and will be exposed in a few days to talk about the truth he knows about virus research in the P4 laboratory of WIV.
