According to the WeChat public account of the Hainan Health Commission Hainan Province’s Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters on 25 April 2020, Qionghai City reported a case of asymptomatic infection of covid. The infected person, a Mdm Li, 63 years old, was the mother-in-law of the asymptomatic infected person Zhang in Wuhan notified on April 23. As a close contact with Zhang, the Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention tested its specimens and showed that the nucleic acid of the patient was positive on 25 April, and it is an asymptomatic infection of covid.
Mdm Li came to Qionghai from Yongzhou, Hunan on 17 December 2019, and lived in Jingboyaju, Qionghai. During this period, he moved around the community and rarely went out. On 8 January 2020, his mother-in-law, grandmother, and grandson came to Qionghai from Wuhan. On 17 January, her daughter-in-law came to Qionghai from Wuhan, and usually lived separately from his son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren. During the Spring Festival, she came into contact with relatives from Wuhan. On 15 January, Mdm Li had a fever and went to Qionghai People's Hospital for isolation treatment on 23 January. On 26 and 27 January, the new nucleic acid test for covid was negative, and she was transferred to the hospital on the morning of 28 January and discharged on 1 February.
Mdm Li has been living in the community since he was discharged and rarely went out. He and his husband went to Dongfeng Road Construction Bank for business on 6 April(they did not enter the business hall). On 20 April, it was 9-10 o'clock and on 22nd, 10-11 o'clock. She shopped on the first floor of the Guangbaijia supermarket, other times only activities and walked in the neighborhood, wearing surgical masks, did not go to dense or heavy public places. On 22 April, as a close contact of Zhang, she was isolated and transferred to a designated hospital for isolation and observation on the 23rd.
As a close contact with Zhang, Mdm Li was sampled on 22 April and was negative for nucleic acid, negative for antibody IgM and positive for IgG; sampled on April 23 for throat swab nucleic acid N positive. The pharyngeal and anal swabs and blood samples were collected again at 11 pm on 23 April. The test results were positive for IgG, and the pharyngeal and anal swabs were negative. The Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention conducted a review of the N-yang specimen collected in the afternoon in Qionghai, and reported that the results of the two reviews were positive for pharyngeal swabs on 25 April. The Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention collected specimens again for testing on 24 April, and the test results were negative for nucleic acid on 25 April.
There were 5 close contacts of Li, among them, his daughter-in-law Zhang Mou returned to Wuhan on 17 April and the physical examination showed that the SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid was positive, which was the asymptomatic infection of covid, and the other close contacts were negative for the SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid test. The 344 people in the residential area and the shops in the community have tested all the nucleic acids, and all showed negative results. During the hospitalization, a total of 33 contacts were negative for all nucleic acids.
Expert analysis believes that, based on epidemiological investigations, Mdm Li's clinical manifestations, and laboratory testing, her IgG antibody was positive on 22 and 23 April, confirming that she was infected with SARS-CoV-2, infecting Zhang during daily contact.
Qionghai has carried out disinfection of Li Moumou's residence, Jiajiji Xingyuan Supermarket and other epidemic sites, and closed control of its residential area in the city.
