According to updates by the Royal Embassy of Cambodia on 15 December 2023, the Cambodia e-arrival card needs to be filled in within seven days before arrival in Cambodia. At the moment (27 December 2023), the online card is not accessible at https://www.arrival.gov.kh. From 1 January to the end of June 2024, travellers can choose to fill in the paper form of the arrival card if they cannot access the Cambodia e-arrival card.

The Cambodia e-arrival card scheme will be implemented from 1 January 2024 and under the scheme travellers from other countries other than Cambodians still need to undergo health screening. Nevertheless, it is not compulsory to produce the covid health insurance document and covid vaccine certificate to the officers. From 1 July 2024, the Cambodia e-arrival card replaces the paper form of the arrival card.

Foreign tourists travelling by Cambodia Airways, Cambodia Angkor Air, Jetstar Asia Airways, Singapore Airlines and other foreign airlines should also take note that they are not required to be quarantined upon arrival in Phnom Penh and Angkor airports. The information is disclosed by the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Singapore.
