北京疫情瞒不住 重新接种新冠疫苗
The epidemic in China continues to spread, and the authorities have been concealing the epidemic. However, in recent days, Beijing, Shanghai and other places have required people to be vaccinated against covid, triggering speculation from the outside world.

On 11 December, the Chinese Communist Party’s media outlet CCTV reported that in response to the covid epidemic this winter and next spring, Beijing has recently started vaccinating key groups such as the elderly with the XBB covi vaccine.

According to the Beijing Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the current main circulating strain of covi is XBB and its sub-branches, which have strong immune evasion capabilities and are relatively harmful to the elderly and people with low immune function.

The Beijing authorities require senior citizens aged 60 and above, or people aged 18 and above with serious underlying diseases, people with low immune function, and people at high risk of infection to receive the XBB covi vaccine.

Shanghai officials also recently stated that many community hospitals in Shanghai can make appointments for vaccination with the covi vaccine containing the antigen components of the XBB variant strain.

NTDTV reporters made inquiries on 12 December and found that many cities across the country, including Xi'an, Wuhan, Datong, Yantai, Guangzhou, Xianyang, Suzhou, Nanchang, and Harbin, have started vaccination against the XBB covi vaccine.

Since the beginning of this year, the epidemic has continued in China, with a significant increase in infection cases in July and August. On 31 July, the Comprehensive Team of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council of the Communist Party of China issued the "Notice on Issuing the Work Plan for the Covi Vaccination of Key Population Groups in the Near Future", requiring the implementation of targeted new coronavirus vaccination for key groups.

The China CDC  reported that currently, the XBB mutant strain of covid that has become the main prevalent strain of the local epidemic in my country. This mutant strain has strong immune evasion ability and is prone to breakthrough infection.

In addition to requiring people to be vaccinated against the new coronavirus, the authorities also issued a "mask order" again.

On December 9, the China CDC released the "Guidelines on Public Wearing of Masks to Prevent Respiratory Infectious Diseases (2023 Edition)", requiring all localities to implement them.

The guidelines state that currently popular respiratory infectious diseases include covid, influenza, mycoplasma, syncytial virus, etc. Wearing a mask is an effective measure to prevent infection. People are required to wear masks when entering hospitals, crowded places, and taking public transportation.

The China CDC issued a notice to wear masks, which triggered heated public discussion. Netizen "Mountain Skyline" said: "It seems to be really serious."

"Brother Lei 19830813" said: "Is the next step to ban nucleic acid production?"

"Da Ming Xing Ting_5" said: "Will the community be closed down? The city will be closed down?"

A new round of epidemic outbreak in China has attracted international attention. The "Program for Surveillance of Emerging Diseases" (ProMED), a large epidemiological surveillance database, issued an alert on 21 November 2023, stating that "an unknown respiratory disease (pneumonia) is causing a widespread outbreak" in mainland China.

This report alarmed countries around the world, and the World Health Organization asked the Chinese government to provide more details about the epidemic in China on 22 November 2023.

As the epidemic continues to spread in China, the CCP has relaxed travel restrictions and a large number of Chinese people have traveled abroad. The United States, the United Kingdom, Austria, the Netherlands, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and other countries have also seen an increase in covid cases in recent days. Experts predict that there may be a wave of infections around New Year's Day.

Some Chinese netizens lamented: "It's the New Year's Eve infection peak again... Is it because of the dense crowds during the New Year's Eve? Or is the New Year's Eve a susceptible period for COVID-19? I really don't want to experience the days of isolation at home again."

Covering up the epidemic CCP was slapped again. Senior CCP officials died intensively in November

掩盖疫情再遭打脸 11月中共高官密集死亡
In recent days, there has been a surge in severe covid cases and white lung cases, and a large number of CCP officials have died. It has become increasingly difficult for the authorities to conceal the epidemic, and they have prioritized prevention of covid.

Chinese people: "This is not a crowd on the subway, this is the Beijing Children's Hospital. Not only in Beijing, but also in many places across the country. What is this infection? The symptoms are still different. I can't tell whether it's bronchitis or a cold, or maybe it’s three covi infections and four covi infections.”

On 10 December, Mi Feng, spokesperson of the National Health Commission of the Communist Party of China, said that the number of children with respiratory diseases in secondary and above medical institutions across the country is currently showing a fluctuating downward trend. But people say the exact opposite. It is still difficult to get treatment at the hospital, and you have to fight to even register.

People in Beijing: “This is Beijing Children’s Hospital, it’s like this every day, it’s overcrowded.”

Chinese people: "The emergency room of the Children's Hospital is full of people in the early morning. To register, you have to go to the public account every half hour or every hour to get a call."

Since last month, the epidemic in mainland China has suddenly spread rapidly, and outsiders have questioned whether the new coronavirus is prevalent in China. International organizations have also asked the Chinese authorities to provide information, but the CCP insists on denying the presence of new pathogens.

Currently, adult cases in China are increasing rapidly. Mr. Liu, a Hebei citizen, told The Epoch Times that not only was he infected, but his colleagues around him were also confirmed to be infected. The doctor revealed to him that some patients went for infusions because of influenza A infection, and then became cross-infected and became COVID-19.

Disinfection and infection control practitioner: "Why are you so arrogant this year? As a disinfection and infection control practitioner, I have had a lot of exchanges with some teachers in the infectious disease department." "Let me start with the conclusion. This is a long-term legacy of COVID-19."

On 9 December 2023, the National Bureau of Disease Control and Prevention of the Communist Party of China issued a notice stating that “in order to further prevent and control various respiratory infectious diseases such as COVID-19 and influenza,” masks should be “scientifically worn.” Analysts believe that the authorities can no longer conceal the incident.

Li Helen, director of the Los Angeles Quit the Party Service Center: "It has always been concealment and deception. The Communist Party uses lies, deception and violence to rule China. This must be a fact."

Currently, many adult patients suffer from severe white lungs. A 68-year-old patient recently admitted to the Hangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital developed "white lungs" after three days of high fever and was admitted to the ICU for emergency treatment.

At the same time, the number of deaths is also increasing rapidly, especially among senior CCP officials.

According to obituaries published by party media, at least 20 senior CCP officials died of illness in about three weeks from the second half of November to early December. These include Sang Guowei, deputy national-level official of the Communist Party of China and former vice chairman of the National People's Congress, as well as senior provincial and ministerial-level officials such as Li Baoguang, former secretary of the Henan Provincial Party Committee, Liu Shuying, former deputy governor of Jilin Province.

Before this wave of epidemic broke out, on 28 August 2023, the Epoch Times published a special article in which Master Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Gong, once again said that the new coronavirus epidemic is mainly aimed at the Communist Party and those who blindly follow, defend, and work for the Communist Party. Many people have died so far, including many young people.

Li Hailun: "We have always had this understanding, that is, if you stand with the CCP, you defend the CCP, and even praise it, in this case, you will actually be found by the CCP virus." “Those who still have illusions about the Chinese Communist Party and who still don’t understand the Communist Party clearly must withdraw from the party, league, and team organization as soon as possible. At least you will have drawn a clear line between you and this evil party. By doing this, Then you can save yourself from danger and stay safe!"

At the peak of the epidemic, CCP officials and experts who persecuted Falun Gong died of illness

疫情高峰期 迫害法轮功的中共官员专家病亡
During the peak period of the epidemic in mainland China for more than three years, a large number of people died due to intensive infection, including many CCP officials, professors, scholars, and professionals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong. The vast majority of them are members of the Chinese Communist Party and people who support the Chinese Communist Party.

So far, the mainland has experienced roughly three waves of epidemics, namely the outbreak period in the New Year of 2020; the tsunami period from the end of 2022 to January 2023; and the resurgence of the epidemic in July and August 2023. Huge numbers of people die during each peak.

As early as March 2020, Master Li clearly pointed out in the article "Reason": "The current plague like the 'CCP virus' (Wuhan pneumonia, novel coronavirus pneumonia, covid) has a purpose and a goal. It is to eliminate the evil party members, those who are working with the evil Communist Party of China."

The Chinese Communist Party began to persecute Falun Gong in July 1999. Over the past 24 years, it has used state machinery to suppress Falun Gong practitioners at all levels and in all fields across the country. So far, 5,010 people have been confirmed to have died as a result of persecution after breaking through the internet blockade. The number of Falun Gong practitioners who died as a result of organ harvesting by the CCP is still unknown.

It is natural law that good and evil will be rewarded. According to incomplete statistics from the Minghui website, as of 2018, in 19 years, 20,784 people have suffered bad luck because of their participation in the persecution of Falun Gong.

Since the outbreak of the epidemic in early 2020, a large number of CCP members have died from the epidemic. The CCP tried its best to conceal the death toll from the epidemic and the true causes of those who died during the peak period of the epidemic. This article aims to reveal the truth about the deaths of CCP officials who participated in the persecution of Falun Gong during the epidemic.

CCP officials from public security, judicial and other institutions died of the epidemic

According to Minghui.com, the following officials all died of the epidemic and participated in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners during their tenure.

Li Shaowen, captain of the National Security Brigade of Longlin County, Baise City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, died of covid on 4 January 2023.

He participated in the persecution of many local Falun Gong practitioners, causing them to be kidnapped, sent to brainwashing classes, illegally ransacked their homes, illegally sent to forced labor camps, and illegally sentenced. Among them, the disabled Chen Peizhu was illegally sentenced to 4 years in prison by the Longlin County Court.

An insider said that Li Shaowen suffered retribution for persecuting Falun Gong too hard. He suffered from nasopharyngeal cancer. Treatment failed and he was in great pain. He later died of an epidemic.

Xu Yuewang has served as Party Secretary and Prison Director of Jiangxi Provincial Women’s Prison since 2008. He contracted covid in the second half of 2022 and died around 12 midnight on 27 December 2022.

During his tenure, the prison used various forms of torture against Falun Gong practitioners, resulting in Falun Gong practitioner Li Liefeng from Xinyu, Jiangxi Province, and Falun Gong practitioner Luo Chunrong from Nanchang being persecuted to death.

Since 2016, Xu Yuewang has intensified the persecution and force-fed Falun Gong practitioners with unknown drugs that damage the central nervous system, causing them to become unconscious and unable to take care of themselves. He also wrote the name of the founder of Falun Gong on the ground and forced practitioners to step on it or sit on them to torture them and break their will.

Xu Wendou, director of the "610" (an illegal organization that specializes in persecuting Falun Gong) office in Jianghan Oilfield, Hubei Province, returned to his new home in Wuhan from Jianghan Oilfield during the 2020 New Year period and contracted covid and died.

For Falun Gong practitioners in Jianghan Oilfield who did not give up practicing Falun Gong, Xu Wendou implemented suspensions from work and persecution by association, that is, if their parents practice Falun Gong, their children's jobs will be stopped. He also illegally sentenced practitioners to forced labor camps and sent them to brainwashing centers in Wuhan, resulting in the persecution of more than a thousand Falun Gong practitioners in Jianghan Oilfield.

Cai Hongjun, captain of the National Security Brigade of Linhai City, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, has actively followed the CCP in persecuting Falun Gong since July 1999, participating in kidnapping, illegal detention, framing and other persecutions. When he was just promoted to deputy director of the Linhai Municipal Public Security Bureau (the exact time is unknown), he contracted covid and died.

Scholar who died of illness was suspected of participating in organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners

Many professors and experts suspected of participating in this live organ harvesting died during the peak period of the epidemic. Most of them were members of the Chinese Communist Party, or even outstanding party members. The cause of their death was generally referred to by the authorities as "due to ineffective treatment due to illness," without mentioning the specific disease, let alone covid. For example, 36 academicians of the Academy of Engineering and 26 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences died in 2022, and their obituaries all stated that they died "due to illness and treatment failed." This technique is no exception in obituaries for medical professors.

Liu Yongfeng, vice president of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University (referred to as China Medical University), surgical expert, and director of the Organ Transplantation Institute of China Medical University. He was hailed as an outstanding party member by the official obituary. He died on 5 June 2023 "due to ineffective treatment due to illness."

The CCP claimed that Liu Yongfeng "jointly created a new era of organ donation in China with many experts and scholars, bringing China's organ transplantation industry into its second golden stage of development."

The International Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) reported that Liu Yongfeng had performed at least 700 kidney transplants and 190 liver transplants. He was included in the list of persons suspected of living organ harvesting, and China Medical University was included in the list of entities suspected of living organ harvesting.

Zhang Yangde, professor of surgery and biomedical engineering, doctoral supervisor at Central South University, member of the Communist Party of China, passed away on 20 January 2023. The Chinese Communist Party media rarely disclosed that he died due to underlying diseases caused by the epidemic.

According to a WOIPFG report, Zhang Yangde was once the first-level chief physician of the Organ Transplantation Center of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, participated in kidney transplantation, and was suspected of harvesting organs from Falun Gong practitioners.

Li Jieshou, former vice president of Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region, academician of the Academy of Engineering, and professor of Nanjing University. The publicly released obituary stated that he was an outstanding party member and died in Nanjing on 30 January 2023 "due to ineffective treatment of illness."

During his lifetime, he was also an expert in general surgery, a member of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, the former vice president of the Nanjing General Hospital of the Nanjing Military Region, and the honorary director of the Army General Surgery Institute of the Eastern Theater Command General Hospital.

Li Jieshou was the first person to pioneer "Asian allogeneic small intestinal transplantation". In April 2003, he performed Asia's first human allogeneic combined liver and liver-intestine transplantation.

Li Jieshou and the Nanjing General Hospital of the Nanjing Military Region where he works are suspected of participating in organ harvesting. He himself was listed by WOIPFG on the list of medical staff suspected of participating in organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.

In addition to Li Jieshou, according to publicly released obituaries, at least nearly ten CCP military doctors died during the peak period of the epidemic from December 2022 to January 2023, including:

On 27 January, Wu Zongyao, an outstanding party member and first-level professor of the Rehabilitation Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University (formerly the Third Military Medical University), died of illness in Chongqing.

On 25 January 2023, Guo Shouyi, a member of the Communist Party of China and a professor in the Department of Aerospace Medicine at the Air Force Medical University (formerly the Fourth Military Medical University), died of illness.

On 16 January 2023, Li Yuguang, a member of the Communist Party of China, a veteran Red Army soldier, and a military doctor who was the director of the 211 Hospital of the Chinese Communist Army passed away.

On 26 December 2022, Zhang Yijun, a member of the Communist Party of China and former deputy director of the Department of Infectious Diseases of the Air Force Guangzhou Hospital, died of illness in Guangzhou.

On 24 December 2022, Wang Chengqi, a member of the Communist Party of China and former vice president of the 89th Hospital of the Chinese Communist Army, died of illness in Weifang, Shandong.

On 6 December  2022, Bai Tao, a member of the Communist Party of China and former chief physician of the expert team of Guangzhou General Hospital of the Guangzhou Military Region, died of illness in Guangzhou.

According to an investigation report released by WOIPFG in May 2012 on the Chinese Communist Party’s military and armed police hospital systems’ suspected involvement in organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners, the Chinese Communist Party’s military and police hospitals are suspected of taking advantage of their special status to engage in large-scale, extremely covert, cruel and systematic harvesting of organs from Falun Gong practitioners. Harvesting organs from Falun Gong practitioners is a crime of cruelty and murder.

The next case may reveal one of the reasons why senior Chinese Communist Party officials died in large numbers during the epidemic.

Xinhuanet, the Communist Party's media mouthpiece, reported on 2 January 2023 that Gao Zhanxiang, former party secretary and vice chairman of the All-China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, died of illness in Beijing on 9 December  2022, at the age of 87.

Zhu Yongxin, a member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and vice chairman of the Central Committee of the China Association for the Promotion of Democracy, revealed in his eulogy on December 11 that Gao Zhanxiang had been fighting tenaciously against the disease over the years, and many of his organs had been replaced. Gao Zhanxiang joked that many parts were not his own. This article has been deleted, but it has caused people to speculate that high-ranking officials of the Chinese Communist Party commonly perform organ transplants.

Mr. Yokogawa, an expert on China issues, told The Epoch Times on 23 December 2022 that many backbones of the CCP help the CCP to do bad things and may use other people’s organs to maintain their lives for a long time, that is, perform organ transplants, so they have long lifespans but during the epidemic, people who rely on organ transplants to prolong their lives cannot withstand the hardship, not even when the virus comes.

These officials are only some of the organ recipients. So where do the human organs that doctors need for large-scale organ transplants come from?

After more than ten years of investigation, David Matas, a well-known Canadian human rights lawyer, and David Kilgour, the former director of the Asia-Pacific Division of the Canadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, proved that from 2000 to 2016, the CCP carried out live harvesting. There may be as many as 1.5 million organs, mainly from Falun Gong practitioners.

In March 2020, the Independent People's Tribunal in London, England issued its final written judgment. The final conclusion was: "Human organ harvesting has occurred on a large scale across China for many years, and Falun Gong practitioners are one of them, and may be the main source of human organs." ."

Media officials who participated in the persecution died of illness

Since the CCP began to persecute Falun Gong in 1999, it has manipulated all media to slander and attack Falun Gong in order to poison the general public, incite hatred against Falun Gong practitioners, and aggravate the persecution.

Officials in the media industry who participated in the persecution of Falun Gong have died of illness during the epidemic.

Xie Shufan, former executive deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Jinzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, Liaoning Province, and former director of the Jinzhou Municipal Radio and Television Bureau. Minghui.com reported on 10 January 2023 that Xie Shufan died after being infected with the epidemic on 30 December 2022, at the Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical College after rescue efforts failed.

During his tenure, the Jinzhou Radio and Television Bureau, which he led, produced programs that slandered Falun Gong, and was rewarded by the CCP. As the leader of the Jinzhou Municipal Party Committee, he also went to Shenyang's Masanjia Forced Labor Camp to "care" for Falun Gong practitioners in order to "transform" them (forcing Falun Gong practitioners to give up their practice). Xie Shufan has long been included in the list of evildoers on the Minghui website, with the number E000058831.

Zhou Zhichun, the former vice president and deputy editor-in-chief of China Youth Daily, died in Beijing on 8 December 2022, during the second wave of the epidemic tsunami in mainland China. According to Caixin, citing people familiar with the matter, he had been found covi-positive in a nucleic acid test.

When Zhou Zhichun was the president and vice president of China Youth Daily, he was directly involved in the "demonization" propaganda against Falun Gong. Since the persecution of Falun Gong by Jiang Zemin's group in July 1999, China Youth Daily has published a large number of critical articles slandering Falun Gong, instilling lies and propaganda of hatred among young people, and inciting students to participate in anti-Falun Gong activities.

In 2000, "Analysis of Falun Gong's Heresies" was compiled by the Information Bureau of the Central Propaganda Department and published by Science Popularization Press. It included many so-called exposes and criticism articles from China Youth Daily.

Zheng Guangning, deputy president, editor-in-chief and party committee member of Nanfang News Media Group (Nanfang Daily). According to the obituary issued by the Southern Press and Media Group, he died in Guangzhou on 15 April 2023, "due to ineffective treatment of illness" at the age of 54.

According to Nanfang.com, Nanfang News Media Group is a party newspaper group led by Nanfang Daily, the official newspaper of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee. It owns newspapers, periodicals, publishing houses, websites, social media, etc., covering more than 200 million users.

Zheng Guangning has long served as director of the Information Department of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, deputy director and editor-in-chief of Guangdong Radio and Television Station, and member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Southern Newspaper Media Group (Nanfang Daily) , editor-in-chief and other positions. He is the person directly responsible for using propaganda tools to persecute Falun Gong in Guangdong Province.

During his tenure as a member of the Guangdong Radio and Television Station, the Guangdong Radio and Television Station not only rebroadcast CCTV's TV programs that slandered Falun Gong, but also edited and produced a large number of slanderous programs.

The Chinese media Sohu said Zheng Guangning died due to a "sudden myocardial infarction". Epoch Times reporters conducted a large number of front-line interviews with mainland people in early 2023. Many interviewees said that any cause of death can be written, but "new crown" cannot be written. Moreover, the government has stipulated that patients who die due to aggravation of underlying diseases due to covid cannot be counted as covid deaths. (Reference article: The CCP concealed epidemic death data and fabricated causes of death at will)

For example, on 23 December 2022, news came from the entertainment industry that the famous actor and director Shang Yansheng passed away due to a "sudden myocardial infarction". Insiders said that his death was caused by covi.

The official website of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) shows that if covi is part of the conditions leading to death, it can be included in the fatal cases of covid. Deaths caused directly and indirectly by covid in Germany are classified as covid deaths.

Xie Guoming, born in March 1957, has successively served as deputy director, director and deputy editor-in-chief of the People's Daily Editorial Office, and is a member of the Communist Party of China. Chinese media reported that he died of gastric cancer in Peking Union Medical College Hospital on 4 April 2023. He was 66 years old.

Tang Xujun, former dean of the School of Journalism and Communication at the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, said that he visited Xie Guoming in the hospital the day before his death. At 3 o'clock in the afternoon on 3 April, he arrived at the ward and saw Xie suddenly out of breath. Five or six doctors and nurses surrounded him to provide first aid. Xie Guoming's face was red and he was breathing heavily while wearing an oxygen mask.

The People's Daily published a large number of editorials and articles that slandered Falun Gong. Xie Guoming is one of the main responsible persons.

In July 1999, the CCP began to persecute Falun Gong. On 25 October 2023, Jiang Zemin slandered Falun Gong as a cult when he met with a reporter from the French newspaper "Le Figaro Times" and instigated the People's Daily to publish "Falun Gong is a cult" on a 26 October review article. Since then, the CCP has been using this absurd characterization of Falun Gong that has no legal basis.

According to Minghui.com, in the first month after the CCP's persecution began, the People's Daily published 347 articles attacking Falun Gong and inciting hatred, an average of 11 articles a day. "People's Daily" also hyped up the "1,400 cases" fabricated by the CCP and the "Tiananmen self-immolation case" directed by the CCP.

Song Hailong, chairman and editor-in-chief of Xi'an Shangwang Network Media Co., Ltd. According to mainland media reports, he died of illness in Xi'an at 6 a.m. on May 24, 2023. He was 43 years old. During his lifetime, he was a member of the Communist Party of China and a member of the 8th, 9th and 10th sessions of the Shaanxi Provincial Youth Federation.

Song Hailong acted as the Chinese Communist Party's literary thug, personally writing books to smear Falun Gong and fueling the persecution of Falun Gong in Shaanxi Province.

In August 2023, Master Li Hongzhi once again taught that the COVID-19 epidemic is mainly aimed at the Communist Party and those who blindly follow, defend, and work for the CCP; many people have died so far, including many young people.

Master Li has pointed out the way to save people in "Reason": "Stay away from the evil party of the Chinese Communist Party and do not stand for the evil party, because behind it is the red devil, its surface behavior is rogue, and it does all kinds of evil. God is going to start eradicating it, for anyone who takes sides will be eliminated. If you don’t believe it, just wait and see. "

As early as November 2004, the Epoch Times published the "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party", which comprehensively and profoundly exposed the evil nature and crimes of the CCP. Today, more than 420 million Chinese have withdrawn from the CCP's party, league, and team organizations ("the three withdrawals").

It is reported that there are serious differences of opinion among the top leaders, and the Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China will be postponed to a later date

Reporter : Tang Zheng / Editor : Li Quan / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2023/12/12/a103833442.html Image : The internal fighting among the top leaders of the CCP is becoming increasingly fierce. The picture shows a schematic diagram. (Alexander F. Yuan/AFP via Getty Images)

传高层内部意见严重分歧 致三中全会往后推迟
2023 is about to pass, the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has not yet been held, and public opinion speculation continues. It is reported that regarding issues such as the topics and reports of the Third Plenary Session, serious differences between the opinions of various parties within the high-level and the ideas of the CCP leader have resulted in the postponement of the session.

According to CCP official practice, the Third Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee is usually held in October or November, and the meeting time is usually announced two to three months in advance. However, it is almost the end of the year, and the Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has been "difficult to deliver".

Cai Shenkun, a senior Chinese media person living in the United States, posted an article on the X platform. Sources in Beijing said that in August and September, opinions were solicited from all the Central Committee and provincial and ministerial-level officials on the issues and report outlines of the Third Plenary Session.

Among them, the three areas with the most concentrated opinions are: 1. Review the gains and losses of Wolf Warrior diplomacy, restore friendly and cooperative relations with Europe and the United States, stop the withdrawal of foreign capital and foreign companies, and stabilize employment; 2. Significantly loosen restrictions on real estate, cancel the three red lines, and allow local governments to adapt to local conditions. Introduce promotional policies; third, the legal status of the private economy and national capital must be further clarified, discriminatory policies must be abolished, and they shall enjoy the same treatment as central and state-owned enterprises, restore economic vitality as soon as possible, and boost confidence in the stock market.

According to sources, since the feedback from all parties is very different from Xi’s original intention, a consensus cannot be reached in the short term, and the Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China can only be postponed to a later date.

Many observers believe that the "difficult delivery" of the Third Plenum of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was caused by infighting among the top leaders of the CCP, and that the Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China may be postponed to next year.

Katsuji Nakazawa, the former China bureau chief of "Nikkei Asian Review", once wrote that an expert who has observed China's domestic and foreign economic policies for about 40 years said that the reason why the Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was delayed was because the 18th National Congress of the CPC Central Committee ten years ago The important decisions made at the Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China have not yet been implemented and are victims of the power struggle within the CCP.

Cai Shenkun pointed out in another post that the communiqué of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China ten years ago was turned into a piece of waste paper due to "Xi Li Du". Now that Li Keqiang has been eliminated, Xi and his cronies are still undecided whether the CCP leader will use it again as a life-saving straw to save the economic difficulties.

Cai Shenkun believes that if effective measures cannot be taken at the Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, it will only accelerate the process of the economy falling into the abyss. If we repeat the old tune from ten years ago, we need to add elements of Xi, but his advisers have not yet found a way for Xi to accept it decently, so they have to postpone the meeting later, because rushing to the meeting will definitely be counterproductive.

Now, China's economy has fallen into an unprecedented crisis: the troika of investment, exports, and consumption has all been paralyzed, real estate giants have exploded one after another, a large number of factories have closed down, and the unemployment wave remains high. At the same time, relations between the CCP and Western countries such as the United States have become colder, and foreign investment has withdrawn. There are various signs that the Chinese Communist authorities are unable to come up with an "antidote."

Lan Shu, an expert on China in the United States, recently told The Epoch Times that so far, Xi Jinping has not shown any remorse for the damage caused to China's entire economy due to his "political leadership" during the more than ten years he has been in power. He is continuing to control CCP China in this direction.

Lan Shu analyzed that if the Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was to be held, Xi was worried that most people at the meeting would have different opinions from him, so he postponed the meeting to conduct a thorough investigation. He only held the meeting when he felt that there were enough people to support him. Otherwise, he may choose not to convene the Third Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee.

Li Yuanhua, a historian living in Australia, believes that the reason for the delay in announcing the date of the Third Plenary Session is that there are serious problems within the CCP. More and more "red second generation" people have grievances. The people promoted by Xi himself are also competing for power with each other. He cannot find a balance no matter how hard he tries to balance it, so this meeting has been postponed again and again.

Chinese netizens are becoming more and more courageous to express their opinions. The Xi'an Public Security Bureau chief preached that "firecrackers are prohibited" and was scolded to the point where comments were closed. Under the video of the party media criticizing the Philippines, 50,000 people left comments about the weather, indicating their disdain for its propaganda.

From 6 to 8 December 2023, Xi'an's local party media "Metropolis Express" held a series of live broadcasts with the theme "No fireworks and firecrackers, keep safety in mind". Deputy directors of the public security bureaus of several districts and counties in Xi'an took turns to participate.

According to screenshots posted online, on the first day of live broadcast on the 6th, the deputy directors of Lianhua Branch and Yanliang Branch came on stage to give speeches, but they were quickly overwhelmed by barrage messages from netizens. These comments were almost unanimously critical of local official policies. Some people ridiculed, "I suggest canceling the New Year celebrations as well." Some people bluntly said: "It is not popular among the people", "The live broadcast is looking for scolding", "Do you read the comments? Do you think the people are scolding you?"

Coincidentally, on 10 December 2023, the Central Broadcasting Network of the Communist Party of China released a video on its Douyin account, reporting on the collision between Chinese and Philippine ships in the South China Sea, and quoting the Chinese Coast Guard to accuse the Philippines.

According to netizens' screen recordings, the video once accumulated more than 50,000 comments from netizens, but most of them had nothing to do with the subject of the report. Most of them are talking about the local weather, such as Chengdu, Nanjing, Xingtai, Guangzhou..., and there are netizens from all over the country. There are also very few other topics, including congratulations on "Happy Lantern Festival" and so on.

Some netizens who could notunderstand left a message, "Today's comments are a bit strange." There are also understandable messages, "The comment section is full of experts."

The video was posted to the overseas X platform (formerly Twitter) and sparked heated discussions among netizens. Someone laughed and said, "This is the consequence of not arranging a 'public opinion guide', and it is also the real voice of the people - if you don't want to oppose or praise, then just talk about the atmosphere~".

Others said: "This is also a kind of resistance" and "a movement of intentional non-cooperation" and "I feel that after everyone starts not speaking directly and starts to be weird, censors and pink are not enough."

Before this, Chinese netizens had been fighting against online censorship and inventing various special ways of leaving messages to express their true opinions. The most common is the use of homophones, and later the unified use of emoticons with specific meanings.

Zelenskyy visits US to call for aid: Hesitation will only make dictators celebrate

Reporter : Lin Jiawei and Li Yihong / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2023/12/12/a103833500.html

Ukrainian President Zelensky (11 December 2023): “When the free world hesitates, that’s when the authoritarian camp celebrates and when they plan their most dangerous ambitions. Everyone here understands that for a soldier, for example, what does it mean to wait for ammunition, waiting for weeks and months, not knowing whether the support will come. If anyone will be motivated by the problems in the Capitol, it will only be Putin and his sick group. When they see delays or some scandal, they feel a dream come true; when support for freedom fighters drops, they see freedom falling. People like Putin should not even dream of conquering freedom. We can pay tribute to our children and grandchildren, Show future generations what true confidence is, as was shown to us in Berlin with those great words, 'Tear down this wall.' We need as much confidence now as President Reagan had at the time."

最新民调:川普遥遥领先 获6成共和党选民支持
Former US President Trump (Trump) is the most popular among the Republican presidential candidates. A latest poll shows that Trump is far ahead in popularity in the 2024 Republican presidential nomination battle, with 60% of Republican voters supporting him.

A Reuters/Ipsos poll released on 11 December 2023 showed that 61% of Republicans said they would vote for Trump in state nominating contests and elect him as the challenger against over the current president Biden.

No one in the Republican Party can match Trump. Florida Governor Ron. DeSantis and former South Carolina Governor Nikki. Haley received only 11% support respectively.

Entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy's approval rating is 5%, and former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie's approval rating is only 2%, and another 8% of respondents said they have not yet decided who to support.

The first nomination election to represent the Republican Party in the 2024 U.S. presidential election will be held at the Iowa Republican Caucus on 15 January 2023.

The poll found that even though Trump faces a series of federal and state criminal charges, there is little evidence that his support among Republicans has suffered as a result.

Less than a quarter of Republican respondents believe Trump incited election fraud or incited his supporters to storm the U.S. Capitol.

The poll was conducted among 1,689 self-identified Republicans between 5 and 11 December 2023, and has a credibility range of plus or minus 3 percentage points.

In the evening of 9 December, Trump served as the guest of honor at the annual gala of the New York Young Republican Club.

以防长:以色列无意留在加沙 愿讨论控制权
Israeli Defense Minister Grant said on 11 December 2023 that after completing the military operation to annihilate the Palestinian Islamist group Hamas, Israel has no intention of staying in the Gaza Strip permanently and is willing to open to discuss who should replace Gaza, but as long as it is not an organization hostile to Israel, everything is open to discussion.

Yoav Gallant told the media: "Israel will take any measures to destroy Hamas, but we have no intention of staying in the Gaza Strip permanently."

He said Israel was willing to discuss alternatives to who would control Gaza after the war.

Grant said: "The key condition is that this organization will not take hostile actions against Israel. In my opinion, everything else can be discussed. But it will certainly not be Hamas, nor Israel, that will control Gaza. We will act to preserve freedom and take military action to respond to any threat."

Grant said that since Hamas raided southern Israel on 7 October 2023, it has been more than two months since the war between Israel and Hamas broke out, and it has been more than a month since Israel launched its ground offensive, and has made significant progress, especially in northern Gaza, the local situation is on the verge of a "critical point."

Grant called on Hamas members and commanders to surrender rather than be killed. He said: "If you surrender, you can save your life. If you don't surrender, your fate is sealed." Grant's remarks were obviously a change in Israel's strategy, at least in public.

The Israeli military said today (11th) that so far more than 500 Hamas and smaller Islamic Jihad militants have been arrested in Gaza and brought to Israel for questioning.

Grant was also asked about developments on Israel's border with Lebanon, where Israel is fighting Hezbollah. Hezbollah should take note of Israel's actions in Gaza, he said.

Grant said that Israel is also willing to be open to an agreement with the Lebanese armed group Hezbollah, but the conditions of any agreement must include the establishment of a border security zone and have appropriate guarantees.

A battleground between the United States, China and Japan. Why is Vietnam so important?

In the second half of this year, Vietnam established a "comprehensive strategic partnership" with the United States and Japan. Now, the leader of the Communist Party of China plans to visit Vietnam this week. Why has this Southeast Asian country suddenly become a battleground for major powers? Let’s look at the analysis report.

In September 2023, US President Biden visited Vietnam, and the relationship between the two countries was upgraded to a "comprehensive strategic partnership" second only to allies, reaching a historical high.

At the end of November, Vietnamese President Vo Van Shang visited Japan and jointly announced with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida the establishment of a "Vietnam-Japan Comprehensive Strategic Partnership."

Immediately afterwards, Xi Jinping, leader of the Communist Party of China, also announced a visit to Vietnam. For a time, Vietnam seemed to have become a battleground for the United States, China and Japan.

Mark, a well-known military blogger: "Vietnam has a long and narrow land from north to south, and a very long coastline. At the same time, it is to the west of the South China Sea, and the Philippines is to the east of the South China Sea. These two countries sandwich the South China Sea. Therefore, these two countries, for the West, are of great significance for the country to curb the CCP’s expansion in the South China Sea.”

Epoch Times columnist Wang He: "We know that in Northeast Asia, the iron triangle between the United States, Japan and South Korea has taken shape, and the United States wants to build Vietnam into a strategic base in the entire Southeast Asia. Vietnam's choice of sides is very key."

Although they are both communist countries, the relationship between China and Vietnam has not been harmonious in history. Now, Vietnam's tendency to replace China as the "world's factory" is becoming increasingly apparent, accelerating the shift of Western supply chains. At the same time, CCP China and Vietnam have been  having territorial disputes in the South China Sea.

Wang He: "Vietnam and the CCP have both ideological commonality and competition for national interests. Moreover, China and Vietnam have fought wars, and Vietnam's current reform and opening up is much stronger than the CCP."

Experts pointed out that although the CCP currently hopes to win over Vietnam and even wants to include Vietnam into its own supply chain system, the trend of deepening relations between Vietnam and Western countries is inevitable.

Raymond Powell, director of the Center for National Security Innovation at Stanford University: “The United States, Japan, Australia and other countries can help Vietnam develop a more dynamic and independent foreign policy and maritime power, which will increase China’s difficulty in controlling the South China Sea.”

However, Vietnam has long implemented a policy of non-alignment in diplomacy. Analysts believe that Vietnam will try its best to avoid being involved in possible conflicts across the Taiwan Strait.

Mark: "I think Vietnam may adopt a strategy a bit like India in the future, being relatively independent and not overly dependent on any one country. However, it may adopt an increasingly open attitude toward Western countries."

As the situation in the Taiwan Strait continues to heat up and the confrontation between the CCP and the international liberal camp intensifies, Vietnam's economic, trade and geopolitical importance is also increasing. In the future, it is difficult to say whether Vietnam can always adhere to its diplomatic strategy of seeking balance among major powers.

On 6 December 2023, the Group of Seven major industrialized countries issued a joint statement opposing the CCP’s expansionary military activities in the South China Sea, emphasizing that the CCP’s assertion of sovereignty in the region has no legal basis, once again demonstrating the West’s determination to maintain freedom and openness in the Indo-Pacific region. .

Raymond Powell: "A strong, prosperous, independent Vietnam makes it more difficult for China to dominate Southeast Asian countries, and I think those countries believe that this is in their interests."

Philippine chief of staff’s ship was hit, CCP China’s provocation in the South China Sea “seriously escalated”

The conflict between the CCP and the Philippines continues to heat up. The Philippines stated on Monday (11 December 2023) that the CCP’s dangerous behavior towards a Philippine supply ship last weekend was a “serious provocation” upgrade in the South China Sea.".

National Security Council spokesman Malaya said: "This is a serious escalation of the People's Republic of China's provocative actions."

The National Security Council of the Philippines said on Monday that the recent provocations by Chinese coast guard ships against Philippine supply ships were a "serious escalation" of Beijing's provocations in the South China Sea.

Last Saturday (9 December 2023), a Chinese coast guard ship fired water cannons at a Philippine Coast Guard supply ship in the waters near Second Thomas Shoal several times, causing serious damage to the engine of one ship and deliberately ramming another supply ship. Boat.

Philippine Army Chief of Staff Romeo Brawner confirmed on Monday that he was on the boat that was hit and was fortunately not injured.

Not only that, the CCP also used remote acoustic devices to interfere, causing serious discomfort to the Filipino crew.

Philippine President Marcos expressed a strong stance on this, saying, "The aggression and provocation carried out by the Chinese Coast Guard and its maritime militia against our ships and personnel over the weekend will only further strengthen our defense and protection of our sovereignty in the West Philippine Sea, our sovereign rights and determination of jurisdiction."

The Philippines has lodged a diplomatic protest with CCP China over this matter and summoned the Chinese Communist ambassador.

Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs spokesperson Daza: "We will continue to urge China to become a responsible member of the international community and abide by its commitments."

The U.S. State Department also issued a statement last Sunday (10th), condemning the CCP’s interference in the Philippines’ maritime operations and undermining regional stability, and urging Beijing to respect international law and stop its “dangerous and destabilizing behavior” in strategic waters.

According to the 2016 ruling of the International Court of Justice, the Second Thomas Shoal in the South China Sea is the exclusive economic zone of the Philippines and the Chinese Communist Party does not have sovereignty over it.
