Image : The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) oppresses their own citizens and violates their basic rights. The CCP actually enabled the virus to spread by covering it up and lying about its severity so that the virus spread across the world, became a pandemic and mutate. Americans have suggested renaming the virus novel coronavirus / covi, the disease covid, novel coronavirus pneumonia, COVID-19 as "CCP virus" as regardless of virus or disease it originates from CCP China and is the condemnation on the CCP government, not the Chinese.

Unearthed Wuhan lab document shows Shi Zhengli isolating coronavirus strains for "direct human infection"

Image : Extract of Shi Zhengli's research accomplishments. From The National Pulse

Shi Zhengli – the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s premier bat coronavirus researcher – celebrated her isolation of a coronavirus strain that could cause “direct human infection” in an annual lab report unearthed by The National Pulse.

The admission follows mounting evidence that COVID-19 traces its origins to the Wuhan-based lab and can be linked to risky “gain-of-function” research funded by Anthony Fauci. A “longtime collaborator” of several Fauci-funded researchers, Shi, also known as “Bat Lady,” has listed grants from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Director on her resume.

Shi’s biography and research accomplishments, which appear in the lab’s 2013 annual report exclusively unearthed by The National Pulse, augment her ties to the scientific research carried out at the Wuhan Institute of Virology that likely led to COVID-19.

The subheading “Research Interests” included in Shi’s profile outlines the focus of her work in her capacity as the Director of the lab’s Center for Emerging Infectious Diseases. “This group focuses on emerging viral pathogens and their infection mechanisms,” the synopsis begins before providing examples of her work on the “interspecies infection mechanism of zoonotic virus” such as SARS-like coronaviruses:

“Viral isolation and characterization, diagnostic method development and genomic studies molecular epidemiology and interspecies infection mechanism or zoonotic virus (SARS-like-CoV, Nipah virus, Hantavirus, etc); viral metagenomics in particular niche samples (animals and environments).”

Focusing solely on her work accomplished in 2013, Shi boasts that “we successfully isolated a bat SARS-like coronavirus” before adding that the isolated strain could result in “direct human infection”:

“It was proven that WIV-1 was able to utiize ACE-2 of human, civets and Chinese horseshoe bats as the receptor to enter the cells, suggesting the virus’s potential to cause a direct human infection.”

The summary also references how coronaviruses “achieved cross-species infection by mutation of key sites of the spike protein,” which is the mechanism that allows COVID-19 to enter human cells.

CDC, NIH officials co-partnered controversial Wuhan "gain-of-function collaborations"

EcoHealth Alliance – the research group using funds from Anthony Fauci’s National Institutes of Health agency to work with the Wuhan Institute of Virology – counted several high-ranking American government officials as research partners during its controversial collaboration with the Chinese Communist Party-run lab.

The unearthed affiliation follows the National Institutes of Health (NIH) admitting the New York-based nonprofit carried out gain of function research with the Chinese military-linked Wuhan lab and failed to report its findings to the federal agency. Gain of function research, which counts support from EcoHealth Alliance President Peter Daszak, increases the virulence, lethality, and transmissibility of viruses including bat coronaviruses. Daszak has previously described the viruses he and his Chinese colleagues were manipulating as “killers” in video unearthed by The National Pulse.

In addition to receiving sizable grants from Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and hosting Fauci repeatedly as a speaker at its events, EcoHealth Alliance also appears to retain close relationships to additional federal agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) through its research partnerships.

Three officials from the CDC are listed as active “partners” of EcoHealth Alliance along with one NIH official on the group’s website.

Since September 2012, two years before Fauci’s NIH agency funded EcoHealth Alliance’s bat coronavirus research with the Wuhan lab, Dr. Rima Khabbaz, the Director of the CDC’s National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases has been listed as on the group’s official partners.

Since April 2015, Dr. Heinz Feldmann, a Senior Investigator at the NIH, has also been a partner of EcoHealth Alliance. Feldman’s NIH biography describes him as a “laboratory expert on high containment viruses (BSL-4)” – the same biosafety level of the Wuhan Institue of Virology facility working on bat coronaviruses. Capt. Jason Thomas, the Biosurveillance Coordinator at the CDC, along with Dr. Stuart Nichol, Chief of the Molecular Biology Section of the Special Pathogens Branch at the CDC, have also been listed as EcoHealth Alliance partners since April 2015.

All aforementioned federal officials are still listed as EcoHealth Alliance partners, classified as “Science and Policy Advisors,” at the time of publication. Among the group’s other advisors is the Deputy Director for Surveillance and Epidemiology at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and World Health Organization (WHO) officials.

The Sixth Plenary Session hides CCP conflict, separatist rule after the end of Xi's regime?
Image courtesy : The Gareway Pundit

The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing on 8 November 2021. The four-day meeting will review and approve the third session of the Communist Party of China. A "historical resolution". Xi Jinping's statement that the CCP "does not deny each other for 30 years" once again caused interpretation. In addition, experts also analyzed the personnel layout of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China or the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
The Jingxi Hotel in Beijing is the main venue for the Sixth Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China. The authorities have long been rigorously maintaining stability to avoid petitioners from approaching.
Another battle has been intensively carried out inside and outside Beijing for days, and the difficult-to-prevent the covid epidemic has spread in Beijing for a period of time. The new wave of epidemics that broke out on the mainland since 17 October has spread to more than 20 provinces and 40 cities, and the number of local confirmed diagnoses disclosed by the CCP alone has reached nearly 1,000.
Power cuts across China and coal prices soared; real estate companies such as Evergrande and Kaisa exploded in series; Zhang Gaoli, a retired member of the Politburo Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China, blocked the entire network after the sudden release of the Internet; the Ministry of Commerce issued a paper "encouraging the storage of daily necessities" The notice triggered panic buying in various places; the northern blizzard, and many provinces issued emergency notices of suspension of classes and flights...
Nevertheless, one week before the Sixth Plenary Session, the Chinese Communist Party media Xinhua News Agency, People’s Daily, Seeking Truth and other newspapers issued numerous articles praising Xi Jinping for his “wise and decisive” and “visionary”, highlighting what Xi has done in the new era when he created "a series of strategies and major decisions."
Xinhua News Agency released a special article on the 8th, using more than 3,000-word articles to tout the "new era" of the CCP regime for "benefiting the world" and to set off the atmosphere for the opening of the Sixth Plenary Session.
According to official information, the Sixth Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China will consider the so-called “resolution of major achievements and historical experience” of the CCP over a century document.
The two "historical resolutions" in 1945 and 1981 established Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping successively as unmatched in the party, but they were all realized on the basis of denying the CCP's past line. The resolution of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Central Committee in 1945 rejected the "Wang Ming line"; in 1981, Deng Xiaoping led the "Resolution on Certain Historical Issues of the Party since the Founding of the People's Republic". After the so-called "everything faction" led by Guofeng, he denied Mao Zedong's line of the Cultural Revolution.
However, as early as 2013, Xi Jinping clearly stated in the Central Party School that "the 30 years before and after reform and opening up cannot be denied each other".

Scholar: Xi actually denies Deng, but on the surface he is "compatible"
Li Hengqing, an esthetic scholar, told The Epoch Times that Xi’s 30 years of non-negation actually negated Deng Xiaoping. Because Deng Xiaoping was known as the chief architect of reform and opening up, Xi Jinping wanted to reposition himself.
"In fact, it is to obliterate Deng Xiaoping’s achievements in saving the CCP through reform and opening up. Because Deng Xiaoping’s reform and opening up completely negated and completely negated the Cultural Revolution. This is the prerequisite for reform and opening up. But now, the Cultural Revolution cannot be completely denied, yes. This is what Xi Jinping said in the exploratory stage of socialism."
"On this issue, if he (Xi) has thoughts, he is completely separate from Deng Xiaoping’s line of thinking. So in this case, Deng Pufang has criticized sideways on several different occasions Xi Jinping’s approach."
But Li Hengqing said that Xi Jinping’s important homework for this meeting is to make them compatible (the ideas of Deng and Xi).
"He didn't say no, he said that I adjusted it again. The ship of the Chinese Communist Party, it is heading in the right direction again."
"What is that? It is the so-called common prosperity. Then we must use more ideologies that exclude Western democratic and free ideas to rule the whole party. At the same time, economically, we also start to use the country to advance and the people to retreat. This will enable any one. There are ubiquitous leadership of the Communist Party everywhere. Everything is the party’s leadership of everything. Then you will see this time, it must be reflected in this resolution."
Li Hengqing said that Xi Jinping is denying Deng Xiaoping in all fields, but there is no need to deny the word, just saying that on the basis of the predecessors, he has reached a new historical height.
"Like all CCP top-level meetings, the Sixth Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China held behind closed doors, such key resolutions have been made in advance." He said.

Expert: Xi is going backwards, CCP China is going downhill
During the first 30 years of the Mao era, the CCP included land reform, suppression of counter-revolutionaries, anti-revolutionaries, anti-revolutionaries, anti-rightist movements, the Great Leap Forward, the Great Famine, and the Cultural Revolution. At the beginning of the next 30 years, Deng Xiaoping learned the lessons of the Cultural Revolution to carry out economic reforms and promote China to the world. ; But at the same time, the CCP is heading towards full-scale corruption, social morality has declined in an all-round way, and serious human rights persecutions including the June 4th massacre and the persecution of Falun Gong have occurred.
Yan Jianfa, a professor of the Department of Business Administration at Jianxing University of Science and Technology and the deputy chief executive of the Taiwan Democracy Foundation, told The Epoch Times that it is strange that Xi Jinping’s non-denial of Mao and Deng’s each other is very strange.
He said that since 2012, China has begun to change, and the relationship with the outside world has gradually deteriorated, as well as the expansion of the “Belt and Road” Initiative and now the expansion in the South China Sea. This is all to make China (the CCP) start to decline.
Yan Jianfa said, "You see that its (CCP) relations with the United States, Europe, Japan, and India started to deteriorate in 2018, and then internally rectified these high-tech Internet (enterprises). In addition, there are a lot of power shortages. There are such floods...too many problems. I think they are internal and external troubles. How could he (Xi) write a resolution document to summarize (achievements)? He is going back now. This resolution is absolutely weird. Just because of him Individuals have passed the top 20 breakthroughs.
“China’s internal financial difficulties are now very serious, and there is also the problem of a sharp fall in real estate. It is difficult to recover for a while. I think the economy will decline even more this year and next year.
"Because governing a big country is like cooking small fresh food, the current practice is too rough and too fast-paced. You said that big companies like Ma Yun and Ma Huateng must confiscate them, make them prosperous together, and force them to donate.
"It's the same with the zero-clearing policy like (epidemic). Now it looks like you didn't have this diagnosis, but in fact there are many. The outside world doesn't believe it and thinks that number is hidden."
He said that many countries dare not invest in China in the future because it is a very dangerous investment environment.
"Doesn't (the CCP) control everyone's passports? This is very strange. For such a country with the world's second largest economy and a population of 1.4 billion, it can control this passport, just shut down. Those who are disobedient are unlucky, and it is difficult to escape if they want to escape. This is impossible for a long time. When it opens next year, many may have escaped."
Yan Jianfa said, "He (Xi) stepped on the accelerator again and he would run faster."

Possible separatist rule after the end of Xi's regime
Although the official propaganda is only the third "historical resolution," whether the Sixth Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China involves the 20th National People's Congress has also attracted much attention.
Li Hengqing, a scholar in the aesthetics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, said that the Sixth Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China will solve the personnel issues of next year's 20th National Congress in principle. It is not the final procedure, but it must be brewed on a small scale.
In the Hu Jintao era, there were 9 members of the CCP’s Politburo Standing Committee, each in charge of one party. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2012, Xi Jinping has assumed power and reduced the number of members of the Politburo Standing Committee to seven. It is reported that the Standing Committee of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China may be reduced to five members.
Li Hengqing believes that these are the distribution of forces from all parties. Because the CCP is not monolithic, these interest groups composed of old and new powerful families are redistributed. However, he believes that this is because their dog bites the dog, and the CCP may have a major crisis.
Xi Jinping faces the issue of re-election at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and Xi Jinping has not seen any sign of considering a successor. Yan Jianfa, deputy chief executive of the Taiwan Democracy Foundation, believes that in case Xi had a problem, he left his position. He is afraid that no one can afford it now.
"That's troublesome, just like Qin Shihuang and Qin II, but I think the Chinese may have to enter another period of separatism, and whoever has a gun has power." Yan said.
Yan Jianfa said that because the CCP is not transparent, no one knows whether there will be anyone who will succeed Xi in 2027 five years later.
He believes that the Jiang faction at the Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee is about the same. "Because you see that after Zhang Gaoli's scandal came out, the Chinese people's impression of Jiang's system is so bad, so I think it should be the era of Xi Jinping."
Yan Jianfa believes that Xi’s new era is coming, and it is coming to the end.

Long articles of CCP media belittle Xi's predecessor. The Sixth Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China actually denies Deng Xiaoping's line?

Reporter : Jin Shi / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2021/11/09/a103264856.html / Image : Video Screenshot

The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held. Some scholars pointed out that the third historical resolution of the CCP that will be reviewed and passed at this meeting will to some extent negate the previous Deng Xiaoping line.

The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held on Monday (9 November 2021). On the same day, Xi Jinping gave an explanation to the plenary session on the so-called "Resolution on Hundred Years of Major Achievements and Historical Experience".

Earlier, the pro-communist media in Hong Kong, Ming Pao, said that this third historical resolution of the CCP will establish Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, and Xi Jinping as the three hundred-year leaders of the CCP for the first time.

The report also said that, unlike the previous two resolutions, this resolution will not negate the previous CCP leaders, but will focus on establishing Xi's position, including clearing obstacles for his 20th appointment next year.

Hu Ping, a political commentator in the United States, pointed out that this resolution is similar to the first resolution establishing Mao Zedong's status. It is a creation of gods, but in a sense it is a denial of the second resolution. The second historical resolution passed by the Chinese Communist Party in 1981 denied the Cultural Revolution and drew out the main lessons that are the cult of the individual, the undermining of the principle of collective leadership, and so on.

On Monday, Xinhua News Agency published a long essay with 4D characters, vigorously touting Xi Jinping and building momentum for it. The article also said, "The "leopard tail" of revolution, construction, and reform in party history has come to an end." The statement that "the leopard tail of reform has ended" has attracted people's attention.

Current affairs commentator Tang Jingyuan said, "Xi Jinping will not openly deny Deng Xiaoping’s line, but he will very deliberately emphasize that the line he is following is different from Deng Xiaoping’s period. He does not agree with Deng Xiaoping’s economic development. In the relatively open state, he has to tighten and recycle. Then, when it comes to the outside world, he is not keeping a low profile, he wants to do a lot."

Another point in the article is more intriguing. It says that since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, with Xi Jinping at its core, the CCP has "changed a period of time to weaken, weaken, and marginalize the party's leadership."

Historical and cultural scholar Zhang Tianliang said, "Then, who has downplayed the weakened, weakened, and marginalized (party)? Obviously, the previous term of Xi Jinping was Hu Jintao, so you feel as if Xi Jinping is accusing Hu Jintao of leaving him. It’s a mess. But, who appointed Hu Jintao? Hu Jintao was appointed by Deng Xiaoping, the successor appointed by Deng Xiaoping from the next generation. If you want to say that Hu Jintao was wrong, then Deng Xiaoping was also wrong."

The so-called historical resolution is to determine the nature of major historical issues and draw conclusions. From the end of Deng Xiaoping to today, two things have had a profound impact on Chinese society: 1989 and the suppression of Falun Gong. So will the third historical resolution of the CCP discuss these two historical issues?

Current affairs commentator Tang Jingyuan said, "As far as my personal judgment is concerned, this historical resolution will maintain the official characterization of the suppression of June 4th. As for the persecution of Falun Gong, I think he might not raise this issue. It is impossible to say that he will openly memorize this book for Jiang Zemin on such occasions. He will leave some leeway."

Although judging from Xinhua News Agency’s ten-thousand-character essay, Xi Jinping’s status seems to be unshakable. However, the political commentator Hu Ping analyzed that whether Xi can be appointed in Twenty Dalian is not a foregone conclusion.

Hu Ping, a political commentator in the United States, said, "Because you are doing black-box work, in the end you don't know how many people oppose you. In addition, recently, when you cleaned up the political and legal system, you also said that Fu Zhenghua and Sun Lijun are both the tip of the iceberg. He still feels insecure. On the other hand, the more he cleans, the more he makes enemies and increases his insecurity. So I think it’s too early to say that he can be re-elected smoothly."

Jiang Zemin disappeared, the mouthpiece of the media will bring the wind to the Sixth Plenary Session?

Reporter : Qiao An / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2021/11/09/a103264804.html / Image : Video Screenshot

On 9 November, the Sixth Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China entered the second day, the party media Xinhua News Agency issued a 12,000-word comment, but "Jiang Zemin" and "Three Represents" were not seen at all. The words may imply a new trend of "power struggle within the party."

On the second day of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China, Xinhua News Agency, the mouthpiece of the party media, published a long commentary article of more than 12,000 words, "The Irreversible Process of History", to praise Xi Jinping as much as possible.

However, observers have discovered that the exposure of the five party leaders in the history of the Chinese Communist Party has once again undergone major changes. The name "Xi Jinping" appeared 77 times, "Mao Zedong" appeared six times, and "Deng Xiaoping" twice. The names "Jiang Zemin" and "Hu Jintao" did not appear, and the term "three represents" disappeared.

Three days ago, in a 11,000-character feature article praised by Xi Jinping by Xinhua News Agency, the names of "Jiang Zemin" and "Hu Jintao" disappeared respectively.

Observers analyzed that the changes in the "exposure rate" of the five leaders of the Communist Party of China in the mouthpiece media are a perspective and reference for the outside world to observe the Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee. "Jiang Zemin" and "Three Represents" have completely disappeared. That is obviously not a good sign.

Henan epidemic continues to spread in school; more than 800 students from Fugou No. 1 Middle School were sent out for isolation

Reporter : Xue Fei / Editor : Hu Long / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2021/11/09/a103264705.html

From elementary schools to high schools, to off-campus childcare and training institutions, although many schools in Henan are closed for management, the epidemic is still spreading in many schools. Henan’s latest report said that the Fugou County Experimental Middle School added 5 new cases of student infection on the 8th. The confirmed cases and infected people in Henan have also involved 6 schools and two training institutions.

On 9 November, according to a report from the Fugou County Epidemic Prevention Headquarters in Zhoukou, Henan, there were five new cases of asymptomatic infections in Fugou County on November 8, and these five were all students from Fugou County Experimental Middle School. As of 9 November, 7 students in Fugou County Experimental Middle School had been infected. However, in view of the fact that the Chinese Communist Party has always concealed facts, the actual epidemic situation may be more serious.

The Beijing News reported that at night of 8 November, more than 800 students from Fugou County Experimental Middle School were transferred to surrounding counties and districts to implement isolation measures in a closed loop. At present, Fugou County Experimental Middle School has completely suspended classes.

The Henan epidemic has involved 6 schools, including kindergartens, primary schools, and middle schools. Many students and teachers have been infected. Only 18 people have been infected in Donglin Shui'an Primary School in Xingyang City.

In the past few days, the epidemic in Zhengzhou has spread in many schools. From elementary school to high school to off-campus nursery and training institutions, the confirmed cases and infected persons in Zhengzhou have involved 5 schools and two training institutions. These include Xingyang Donglin Shui'an Primary School, Xinmi Foreign Language School, Jiayu Town No.1 Central Kindergarten, Xingyang Experimental High School, Bethlehem International School, as well as Hapi Beibei Toyu Center and Mazhai Red Dance Skirt Art Center.

The new wave of the epidemic in Henan reported by the government is mainly concentrated in schools, and some schools are therefore closed for management. Some students cannot go home for days, causing many family members to worry. Mainland media reported that Luoyang, Henan, implemented closed campus management on November 6, and teachers and students did not leave the school unless necessary. Parents at the gate of a high school in Jianxi District gave their children meals and daily necessities across the fence.

Some parents also left a message to the official media on Weibo, "May I ask the children of Zhengzhou Dongfeng Foreign Language School? They have been at school for 9 days and will not be allowed to go home on the weekend of 6 and 7 November. They called the Zhongmu Epidemic Prevention and Control Office and were told. As a school with close contact students, they must be quarantined for at least 14 days. The close contact children and their class have been quarantined. When all the school members have made two rounds of nucleic acid negative, why are the other children in the school not allowed to go home? As the same situation the Henan Experimental Middle School, No. 47 Middle School, Wenbo Middle School and other schools in Henan Province are closely connected to the students’ class isolation. The children from other classes flow normally after school. Why can’t Dongfengyang’s children go home? How to solve the children’s psychological problems? Why not let the parents visit them at the gate?"

With the expansion of the school epidemic, Henan Province issued emergency notices in many places to upgrade the management and control of schools and other units.

Among them, the Nanyang Municipal Education Bureau issued an emergency notice, requiring that "all personnel in the education system of the city should not leave the province or cross the city unless necessary"; "Adhere to closed campus management, and teachers, students and employees of all levels and types must take their body temperature when entering the campus. Primary and secondary school students are to achieve "two points and one line" travel at home and school, highlighting the control of key populations and key places.

In addition, the notice should "actively promote vaccination" and "speed up the vaccination of children aged 3-11." Officials from the Ministry of Education of the Communist Party of China in response to the epidemic recently announced that they will promote the vaccinations of the new crown vaccine for children between the ages of 3 and 11. However, China has recently reported many cases of accidents and even deaths of students after being vaccinated with the Chinese Communist Party virus. Parents' rights protection have been suppressed.

In addition to Henan, a cluster of epidemics also occurred in Xiaozhang Primary School and Xiaoxinzhuang Township School in Xinji City, Hebei Province.

China's "Tsinghua Strait Research Institute" established a "Hsinchu Office" at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, which triggered doubts about the Chinese Communist Party's infiltration of Taiwan's higher education institutions. Taiwan’s Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and the Mainland Affairs Council formed a task force to investigate, and initially concluded that the matter violated the cross-strait regulations and plans to punish it in accordance with the law. Education Minister Pan Wenzhong even warned that any school would violate the law as long as it cooperates with relevant units of the Communist Party, government and military.

On 9 November, local time, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of China made a public response to the incident that the Tsinghua Strait Research Institute set up a "Hsinchu Office" at National Tsinghua University in Taiwan.

According to the Ministry of Education, the task force confirmed that the "Hsinchu Office" was located at the National Tsinghua University by the Ziqiang Industrial Foundation after renting the fifth floor of the Tsinghua University Yucheng Building from National Tsinghua University, and then subletting it to Xiamen Tsinghua Strait Research Institute.

The investigation team preliminarily concluded that the "Tsinghua Strait Research Institute" opened an office at National Tsinghua University in Taiwan to engage in technology research and development, talent acquisition, investment and other businesses for its headquarters in Taiwan, which violated Article 33 of the Cross-Strait Regulations. In the case of 1, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the competent authority of the foundation, will be referred to the Ministry of Economic Affairs to impose penalties.

The Ministry of Education also disclosed that this office is also involved in violating the relevant provisions of Article 40-2 of the Cross-Strait Regulations. The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Economic Affairs have verified the facts that they have obtained. After the MAC has been requested to provide legal opinions, they will be punished in accordance with the law. The fine can be up to NT$500,000.

On the same day, the Ministry of Education also issued a document to public and private colleges and universities, reminding schools that when conducting cross-strait educational exchange activities, they must indeed follow the cross-strait regulations and current cross-strait policies and regulations. It is emphasized that without the permission of the competent authority, any school shall not cooperate in any form with institutions or organizations of a party, military, or administrative nature in Mainland China, or institutions (institutions) or organizations that are involved in political work in Taiwan and affect national security or interests.

When DPP legislator Luo Zhizheng questioned the General Administration of the Legislative Yuan on the 9th, he expressed concern about the progress of the thorough investigation of the case. In response to Luo Zhizheng’s question, Education Minister Pan Wenzhong said that the Ministry of Education had requested the "Hsinchu Office" to evacuate immediately on the 8th, and on the 9th, it would jointly go to the scene with the Mainland Affairs Commission and the Ministry of Economic Affairs to conduct a quick investigation on the incident. "punish severely".

Pan Wenzhong further stated that the Ministry of Education has informed all schools about possible related cooperation cases and reminded that the "Regulations on People's Relations between the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area" have very clear regulations, as long as they cooperate with relevant units of the Chinese Communist Party, government and military. In violation of the law, this is not a general academic exchange.

Pan Wenzhong emphasized that the Ministry of Education will strictly "investigate" this incident, and at the same time will conduct a comprehensive inventory and inventory of all colleges and universities to see if there are similar situations, hoping to understand the overall situation of participation. He said that in the past, the Ministry of Education had conducted an inventory of the issue of the "No. 1 High School Commitment" at the university, but the case was not even reported at the beginning, so it came to the point of conflicting the law.

When Luo Zhizheng asked whether there would be a "heavy penalty" for the establishment of the "Hsinchu Office" incident, Pan Wenzhong replied "Yes."

Taiwan’s Tsinghua University Alumni Association, China’s Xiamen Municipal Government and Beijing’s Tsinghua University jointly established the “Tsinghua Strait Research Institute” after disputes between Taiwan’s ruling and opposition parties. An official from Guoan pointed out that when the Hsinchu office held its unveiling ceremony in 2016, China’s Tsinghua University sent its Vice President Wu Chengwen to participate, questioning the school “how could it be possible that there was nothing about it”?

News: Biden and Xi Jinping's video conference will be held as early as next week but both parties refuse to confirm

Reporter : Li Jinfeng / Editor : Hu Long / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2021/11/10/a103264926.html

In October 2021, both the United States and China stated that President Biden and President Xi Jinping of the Chinese Communist Party agreed in principle to hold a video conference before the end of the year. A few days ago, sources broke the news that the two sides would hold the Sixth Plenary Session as soon as the next week, but officials from the two countries refused to confirm whether the meeting would be held next week.

On 10 November, Reuters' Chinese website reported that a person familiar with the matter disclosed that the planned video meeting between Biden and Xi Jinping would be held as early as next week but the report said that spokespersons for the White House and the Chinese Embassy in Washington declined to confirm whether the meeting would take place next week.

White House spokesperson Karine Jean Pierre was asked at the press conference on Monday (8 November) about the timing of the video conference between the two heads of state, only to reiterate that, in principle, it will be held before the end of the year, and related issues are already underway. Work arrangements, but declined to provide details.

Demystifying the role and purpose of the Chinese Communist military in vaccine diplomacy

The Chinese Communist Party's vaccine diplomacy has once again attracted the attention of foreign media recently. The Wall Street Journal disclosed on 8 November how the CCP used the military to help it expand its overseas interests. Bloomberg reported on November 3 that the CCP used the new crown vaccine to open the way and is vigorously promoting other Chinese vaccines overseas to compete with foreign companies such as Pfizer.

The Washington Post stated that in 2021, the news that the Chinese Communist government provided personal protective equipment to a large number of developing countries has aroused widespread concern but few people have noticed the role of the Chinese Communist military in it. An analysis by the International Institute for Strategic Studies shows that by the beginning of 2021, the Chinese Communist military has provided medical supplies to the military of 56 countries and a UN peacekeeping force.

Since the beginning of this year, the Chinese Communist Army has rapidly expanded its donation of covi vaccine to the armed forces of many countries on 4 continents, including Zimbabwe, the Philippines, Ethiopia and other countries.

According to data from the Ministry of National Defense of the Communist Party of China, as of September, more than 30 batches of vaccines have been delivered to more than 20 countries.

The Washington Post stated that the CCP's military is playing an increasing role in China's vaccine diplomacy. Defense analysts and international relations scholars say that although military donations to the military are only a small part of the approximately 1.4 billion doses of vaccines sold and donated by China abroad, they are meant to help the CCP achieve the strategy necessary to compete with the United States. Adjusted for the target. Many recipient countries, such as Zimbabwe and Ethiopia, are important participants in the CCP’s “One Belt, One Road” infrastructure initiative.

Experts analyze the purpose of military involvement in vaccine activities

The Washington Post quoted a number of scholars to analyze and point out that the CCP’s actions will help strengthen the CCP’s relations with African and Southeast Asian countries, which are important sources for the CCP to obtain natural resources or regional influence.

The Chinese Communist military’s new crown diplomacy turned to vaccines in February, first to Pakistan and Cambodia, and then to other parts of Asia. The following month, the vaccine was sent to the armies of several African countries, initially Sudan and Sierra Leone. In May, news broke that Sierra Leone signed a $55 million agreement with the Chinese Communist government to develop 250 acres of beaches and rainforest into an industrial fishing port. In August of this year, the scope of vaccines sent by the Chinese Communist military was expanded to Latin America.

In Sudan, the CCP provided 250,000 doses of vaccine to local military departments operating in the border area of South Sudan in March. The area is rich in oil resources. The CCP has a peacekeeping force stationed there and is the largest buyer of crude oil in the area. .

Helena Legarda, a researcher for China’s national defense policy at the Mercator Institute of China, said that this is completely unique to the CCP and China, because no other armed forces directly donate such large-scale vaccines to the military of other countries.

"In terms of soft power, there is nothing better than health care and education," Legada said. "In many countries, the military is a powerful and influential political force, so building a relationship with them is never bad thing."

The Ministry of National Defense of the Chinese Communist Party denies that these military actions are attached to any political conditions, and it also denies that these actions are for the pursuit of geopolitical goals.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken condemned the CCP’s “vaccine diplomacy” in March this year. He emphasized that the CCP’s vaccine diplomacy has "conditions attached."

"We should not tie the distribution or acquisition of vaccines to politics or geopolitics." Brinken said that this policy has "conditions attached, certain requirements, perhaps stronger requirements for other countries, (these countries) Before you can receive the vaccine".

The CCP’s donation of vaccines to other militaries does not always leave a positive impression on people in the recipient country. "Hua Ri" quoted Richard Heydarian, an Asian geopolitical scholar based in Manila, as saying that in the Philippines, many people believe that these donations are marketing for future commercial vaccine sales.

China shares the covi vaccine to open the way to vigorously promote other Chinese vaccines

The covid pandemic gives the CCP an opportunity to use covi vaccine diplomacy to expand its influence in the receiving country. Bloomberg reported on 3 November 2021 that the CCP is now using this new influence to compete with Pfizer and Merck. The company (Merck & Co) competes and actively promotes vaccines against Japanese encephalitis and pneumonia overseas.

This will also help the Xi Jinping government to exert more soft power on a global scale.

China National Pharmaceutical Group is a partner of a large factory near Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. The Serbian government said that the plant "will be able to produce vaccines against other diseases...not only for Serbia but also for export." In Morocco, Yunnan Watson Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is selling a vaccine to prevent childhood pneumonia. On the basis of large exports of the new crown vaccine, other Chinese companies are selling vaccines to prevent various diseases such as influenza and hepatitis to countries such as Indonesia and Egypt.

Thomas Bollyky, Director of the Global Health Program of the American Association for Foreign Relations, said, "China was not a major vaccine exporter in the past, so this transition between pandemics is one of the ways this pandemic has changed the world. It enables China to become a participant in the global vaccine field in an unprecedented way, and I think this situation will continue."

Yunnan Watson Biological Company introduced Pfizer's Prevnar 13 pneumococcal vaccine in China in 2020, and the price is 15% lower than Pfizer vaccine, making Pfizer lose more than 40% of the vaccine market in China. Watson now expects that the company's pneumococcal vaccine will achieve similar success in developing countries.

Merck's human papillomavirus vaccine also faces threats and challenges from Chinese companies.

Sinovac, the leader of China's new crown vaccine, is also developing a series of vaccines, including vaccines to prevent chickenpox and polio. Sinopharm has sold Japanese encephalitis vaccines in India and Southeast Asian countries.

Boliki said that China is likely to make progress mainly in low-income countries, which means that Chinese pharmaceutical companies will mainly compete with low-cost Indian suppliers in developing countries. However, Bloomberg pointed out that in view of the low effectiveness of China's new crown vaccine in clinical trials and the large number of new cases after large-scale vaccination in many countries, people have always questioned the ability of CCP China's vaccine to prevent infection. Some countries that rely on Chinese vaccines, including Thailand and Brazil, are now turning to more effective mRNA vaccines developed by Western companies.

Chinese drugmakers and government health departments have hardly released details on the safety of domestic vaccines. Anna Durbin, a professor of international health at the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University, said: “One of the concerns of many people is the lack of transparency in the manufacture, safety and efficacy of vaccines (in CCP China).”
