Kindly note that Paragon Hotel & Pool is in the same building as Paragon Hotel & Residence. The hotel staff can communicate in English very well.
It is advisable to travel to and from Paragon Hotel & Pool by the hotel's airport transfer because the journey passes through the highway toll. Arrangements to pick up guests at the airport are quick but these must be done in advance through a call or WhatsApp. Hanoi airport has free WiFi.
Deposit is not required upon check-in.
Paragon Hotel & Pool has a rooftop pool which it calls "Sky Bar Cafe". The hotel has six floors and the rooftop pool is above the sixth floor. The pool is clean and families appear to jump into the pool at nights. The space for aircraft-spotting is generous and there is shade for relaxation and drinking water after aircraft-spotting.
Each room is provided with two free bottles of mineral water per day.
Choosing Paragon Hotel & Pool is for aircraft-spotting and transit purposes. The airport hotel faces the international terminal building of Noi Bai Airport. Guests can see aircraft of Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, Vietravel Airlines, Pacific Airlines, Korean Air, China Southern and other international airlines' aircraft flying towards the airport in the background of the beautiful countryside of Hanoi.
Salad and fruits are served in the airport hotel's complimentary breakfast. Vegetarian food and non-vegetarian food can be enjoyed round the clock in the hotel's restaurant. The tasty food including pho is not oily.
The hotel's only car park has a recreation corner at nights.
