31 December 2025 is the eve of Scoot's inaugural flight to Chiang Rai on 1 January 2026. Below are pictures of Chiang Rai that I shot in February 2025, when I began my inaugural flight from Don Mueang to Chiang Rai with Thai Lion Air.
