I choose to check-out of Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel in the evening of 26 September 2024 and stay in Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Haneda because I have to board my inaugural flight to Nagoya (Chubu) at Haneda Airport at 8.05 am for Toki Air plane-spotting. I do not want to miss the flight.
Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Haneda is the nearest hotel from Tenkubashi Station HiCity Exit. Tenkubashi Station is located along the Tokyo Monorail local train line accessible from the Rinkai line Kokusai-tenjijio Station via Tennozu Isle Station.
A member hotel of the JR-East Group, Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Haneda, issues room information, guest information (JR point statement), package usage details and accommodation tax receipt to the guests that check-in.

The pros on staying in this hotel are as follows:-
The table has enough space to put a laptop and two cameras on. There is enough space for writing.
The night sky of Tokyo on the rooftop is very beautiful.
The focal length for taking photographs of Haneda Airport Terminal 3 on the rooftop is up to 200mm. I actually do not need to bring my DSLR camera along as the image looks unclear once I turn the focal length to 300mm.
The rooftop is opened 24 hours and accessible by a room keycard. Although a hotel staff emailed to say that the rooftop is not opened during rainy or sunny, windy weather, I am able to enter the rooftop once the rain has stopped and there is a gentle breeze.
The hotel restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner at affordable prices. Payment can be done using cash and debit card.
Check-out is 11 am but it may vary based on the JR Hotel members' status or accommodation plan, the hotel key card holder states.
The cons on staying in this hotel are as follows:-
The room air-conditioner's temperature cannot be adjusted to below 20 degrees Celsius despite the Daikin brand.
The hotel staff did not inform me that the room has a mobile charger. I used my universal adaptor to charge my handphone and it does not work. Later, the staff told me to use the room's mobile charger instead.
There are no airport transfers to Haneda in the afternoon. The hotel should consider introducing afternoon transfers to Haneda Airport to attract bookings.
The earliest one-way free airport transfer starts at 4.20 am, followed by 5.05 am, 5.50 am, 6.35 am, 7.20 am, 8.05 am, 8.50 am, 9.35 am, 10.20 am and 11.05 am only.
