There is no pavement for guests to walk from the airport to Paragon Hotel & Pool. Therefore the transfer service of 100,000 Dong is essential. Guest pick-up is at Column 14 after exiting Gate A2 if arriving in Hanoi by an international flight. The hotel has improved in service since a year ago. To protect children from walking up to the rooftop, the hotel requires users to key in code 123456#  to open the door before swimming or plane-spotting.
