The Chinese Communist Party media has been trying to cooperate with the propaganda of "clearing" the epidemic. On 5 September 2021, Xinhua News Agency suddenly reported that "Jiangsu will gradually open up highway entrances and exits temporarily closed due to the epidemic" He tried to praise the "results of prevention and control" of the epidemic, but revealed the truth of the epidemic.

82 highway toll gates remain closed in Jiangsu
According to a Xinhua News Agency report, "As of 9 o'clock on September 5, the number of highway toll gates closed in one or two directions in Jiangsu Province has been reduced from 96 at the peak of 14 August to 82. The number of provincial highways has also been reduced from 35 at the peak on 21 August to 19".
The Xinhua News Agency wanted to report its merits and announced that the highway closure in Jiangsu Province has begun to ease. However, in terms of specific figures, the number of closed highway entrances has only been reduced from "96 during peak hours to 82"; that is, there are still 82 highways' entrances and exits that are closed, and it is estimated that the main areas are around Nanjing and Yangzhou.

19 general national and provincial highways remain closed
The general national and provincial highways that have been closed have also been reduced from "35 at the peak to 19". This shows that many areas are still closed for time, and entry and exit are strictly controlled. If the epidemic in various parts of Jiangsu is really under control, the roads should be completely unblocked. This is not the case. The Xinhua News Agency’s report was self-defeating and revealed the truth.
According to the information on the website of Jiangsu Health Commission, a local confirmed case in Yangzhou was notified on 26 August. As of 4 September, no new local cases were reported, or the epidemic situation in Jiangsu Province has been “cleared” for 9 days.

Many people in Yangzhou still prohibited from leaving
On 2 September, Yangzhou announced that starting from the 3rd, the closed and controlled communities in the main urban area will be unblocked. However, on 4September, Yangzhou once again issued a notice stating that, in principle, people and vehicles in the main urban area will not leave the city until the city is turned into a low-risk area. Many people are trapped at highway intersections, annoyed by the government for "changing orders at night."
NTD reporters interviewed the Yangzhou Mayor’s hotline for inquiries. The staff said that they had never received a formal unblocking notice, but they were forced to admit, “Some people say that he has gone out. Yes, there is indeed a stage. But the top leaders' urgent notice was given that on the 4th, everyone still couldn't get out, and the highway was still blocked."
As a result, some residents lined up for a few hours but were eventually stopped; some residents just left the city and wanted to return in the afternoon but were blocked outside the city. An online video showed that some people had physical conflicts with the traffic police at that time. NTD reporters interviewed people in a community in Yangzhou and confirmed that the community has not been unblocked.
The true situation of the Jiangsu epidemic was pierced by a report by Xinhua News Agency.

Strange cases in Guangzhou
On 4 September 2021, Xinhua News Agency reported that “A case of asymptomatic infection of new coronary pneumonia was found in an isolated hotel in Guangzhou’s Yuexiu District”, stating that “Yuexiu District has found 1 case of novel coronary pneumonia during routine inspections of staff entering the isolated hotel. "Symptomatic infected persons", "Yuexiu District implements sealing and control of Donghai Building and surrounding areas", and "carrying out all-staff nucleic acid screening."
On 5 September, Xinhua News Agency reported that "The strain infected by asymptomatic infection of Guangzhou Yuexiu Novel Coronavirusy Pneumonia is Delta", stating that "the nucleic acid sequence of the novel coronavirus infected by Xu in asymptomatic infection and the imported cases reported on the 4th. The nucleic acid sequences of Yang’s novel coronavirus are all Delta mutant strains and are highly homologous”; and concluded that “Xu should be accidentally exposed when collecting garbage on the afternoon of 1 September(at the entrance of Yang’s isolation room). ".
The CCP is committed to classifying the source of infection as overseas. If this is the case, there may be viruses in the corridors of the isolated rooms and even around the building, and the aerosol may spread far. Both the imported cases and the staff member Xu were diagnosed on 4 September. Whether there was a problem with the previous epidemic prevention measures, many people are at great risk. However, for the sake of black hats, the CCP officials naturally have to try their best to separate the relationship.

9 people punished, dismissed for "ineffective epidemic prevention and control" in Zhengzhou
On 4 September, the CCP informed that nine people, including the deputy mayor of Zhengzhou and officials of the Health and Health Commission, had been dismissed, punished, or reviewed for "ineffective epidemic prevention and control." The Zhengzhou epidemic started on 30 July. As of the end of August, "138 confirmed cases have been reported and 1 asymptomatic infection". Zhengzhou elementary and middle schools were notified of the delay in the start of school in mid-August. The actual epidemic figures are obviously the same as the number of deaths from the Zhengzhou flood. The figures were greatly covered up.

Officials nation-wide held accountable for the epidemic
About 70 officials from Nanjing, Yangzhou, Zhangjiajie, Yantai and other places in mainland China were held accountable for the epidemic. The safest way for Guangzhou officials is, of course, to push the source of infection to overseas, and then try to cover up the local cases, and then they are gone, and to avoid being held accountable to the greatest extent possible. However, according to mainland media reports, a community in Foshan found close contacts with the covid patient and implemented closed management.

Covid epidemics in other regions of CCP China
According to the notification of the National Health Commission of the Communist Party of China:
On 4 September, a new local case of asymptomatic infection in Guangzhou, Guangdong, is reported.
On 3 September, 1 new local case is reported in Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan.
On 1 September, 1 new local case is reported in Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan.
On 30 August, a new case of asymptomatic infection is reported in Yunnan.
On 27 August, one new local case is reported in Yunnan.
On 26 August, there are 2 new local cases, 1 in Shanghai and 1 in Jiangsu.
On 25 August, there are 3 new local cases, all in Yunnan.
On 24 August, there are 4 new local cases, 2 in Shanghai, 1 in Jiangsu, and 1 in Yunnan.
The epidemic situation in Yunnan has been for several months. After the party celebration on 11 July 2021, Xinhua News Agency stated that “Yunnan Ruili conducts the sixth round of nucleic acid testing”; now almost two months have passed, so many rounds of full-staff testing should not be dared to be repeated but they were publicized.
The Epoch Times reporter interviewed on 4 September, and a local resident said, "Jie Gao (area) has now been cleared, and it has been cleared into no man’s land. All the residents in Jie Gao have moved out, and there is no one in Jie Jiao. , Only the local staff are left... I can’t go back to Jie Gao (district) for the time being", "Jie told the people that it’s hard to return home", "It should be about half a year. It’s impossible to resume work and production. You have no income. , How do you live?"
The public also revealed that the government frequently conducts nucleic acid tests, but the results are unclear. "Basically, the whole city is nucleic acid once every three days."
The Epoch Times reporter also interviewed ocean-going crew members and confirmed that there were more cases of infection on the ship, so the crew members were not allowed to go ashore or were quarantined after disembarking, and many people had difficulty returning home. The interviewee said, “Some of them got sick on the ship and had to travel abroad for treatment before returning. Others died during the period. I heard that there were several deaths... Chinese crew members have experienced more than 100 ships. Have been infected..."
Interviewees also said that various places used various excuses to push ships to other ports and did not want to take responsibility. As a result, many ships stopped outside the major ports such as Zhongshan, Shanghai, and Qingdao, and they could not call the ports.
The crew’s words once again proved that the CCP did not really care about the health of the people, nor did it really prevent the epidemic.
What CCP officials really care about is the black hat. Officials at all levels know that what high-level officials care about is the "epidemic prevention results." Therefore, it is natural to deceive the top and the bottom, and the true numbers and details of the epidemic will of course be concealed.
Sometimes some people deliberately take credit but it will expose some of the truth about the epidemic. For the sake of their own health, people everywhere need to listen more, read more and pay more attention in order to tell the truth.

What is the combat power of the Chinese Communist Army? The Great Secret of the U.S. Report

The CCP seems to have a huge army, but in many respects, the CCP army People's Liberation Army (PLA) is an opaque force. However, a new unclassified document recently released by the U.S. Army Headquarters (HQDA) revealed the truth about the combat power of the Chinese Communist Army.
In August, the U.S. Army released a document coded ATP7-100.3-"Chinese Tactics". This 252-page comprehensive report evaluated in detail the structure, tactics, capabilities, and limitations of the Chinese Communist Army.
The report stated in the preamble, “Territorial disputes across the Western Pacific and East Asia, aggressive cyber activities, non-cooperative diplomacy, suspicious trade practices and terrible human rights records have all undermined China’s (CCP’s) wish to be regarded as The goal of a kind superpower."
The appendix of the report assesses the combat capabilities of the PLA, in order: mobile force; fire support; air defense; aviation; engineering and chemical defense; network and communications; and special operations forces (SOF).
According to the analysis of the report, the mobility of the PLA is mainly reflected in the 73 joint forces of the ground forces, and is supported by the airborne forces of the Air Force and the Marine Corps.
The U.S. Army has a relatively single formation and equipment, while the CCP Army has a variety of vehicles and equipment. Synthetic brigades with more important missions will give priority to newer equipment, while discarded equipment is often handed over to less important headquarters.
As the report stated, “a significant number of synthetic brigades are still equipped with old-fashioned systems of weapons, and they may still be so for the foreseeable future. Specialized movements within the mobile force have also produced different results. Although recruits and sergeants’ The quality has improved significantly, but the People's Liberation Army (PLA) of the CCP is still decentralizing plans and operations in the low-level tactical echelon. Mobile troops are also struggling with the complexity of the informationized battlefield and modern mechanized troops.
Perhaps the most important step for the CCP's ground forces is their expeditionary capabilities, mainly in the form of the Army and Marine Corps. "Despite these efforts, the PLA is still unable to deploy or maintain a heavy mechanized force outside the shared land border and territorial waters, which limits the combat effectiveness of its expeditionary force," the report pointed out.
The report said that despite reforms and a greater emphasis on independent operations, the PLA forces are not daring to act independently. Lower-level leaders are afraid of making decisions, and high-level military officers are afraid of taking responsibility. Under a highly concentrated hierarchical power structure, this is an important cultural mentality of the PLA.
Moreover, there are obvious differences in the training quality of the CCP's military. Some units have received a lot of resources and may be trained with specialized professional counter-units, while other units have difficulty getting enough bullets for routine shooting practice.
There are also some mistakes or loopholes in this report. For example, the report believes that psychological warfare is the reason why the PLA hires political officials. Professor Anne-Marie Brady of the University of Canterbury in New Zealand pointed out: “The Chinese Communist Army is the army of the Communist Party of China; indoctrinating the troops is a core task.” Brady emphasized that the The report did not recognize the role of the military in this CCP ecosystem.
The PLA has invested more resources in fire support, and it seems to be preparing to launch its newest and heaviest self-propelled howitzer (SPH), with a 155mm artillery PLZ-05B.
The report commented on Army aviation, “The main limitation is the low system density and limited maintenance and maintenance resources, especially in the lower tactical echelon. The Chinese Army has always been keen on pursuing air assault capabilities. Although it is still developing, this Investment may continue." Another issue is how effectively its ground forces integrate with attack helicopters.
The report believes that the CCP’s combat engineers have gone further than several other capabilities in their modernization process, but because they rely solely on heavy tracked systems, the tactical mobility and continuity of the troops are greatly restricted.
In terms of informatization, the CCP’s army still has a long way to go. The report points out that there are also deficiencies in satellite, long-range, and non-line-of-sight communication technologies, which will hinder it from performing expeditionary missions. In addition, its joint data network, similar to the Link 16 data link in the United States, is still in its infancy, "it may be many years before it plays a role in combat."
The special operations forces are the best-trained of all the ground forces of the CCP, but there are no special forces specifically designed or equipped for long-distance expeditionary operations. Except for operations in China's border areas and territorial waters, the state-owned forces of the Chinese Communist Army are generally domestically oriented.
This report is designed for the training, professional education, and talent development of the U.S. Army. Its content will help the U.S. Army better respond to the future international situation.

Mainland 149 cities enter a deeply aging society
The population data of the mainland shows that 149 cities have entered a deeply aging society. These cities are concentrated in the northeastern region and the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration. , The middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, the central region, the Yangtze River Delta.
According to a report by China Business News on 5 September, after sorting out the data of the seventh national census, 336 prefecture-level and above cities (including municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities under separate state planning, provincial capitals, and Sansha City) were analyzed. After the age composition of the population of ordinary prefecture-level cities, states, and leagues outside the country, it was discovered that currently 149 cities in the mainland have entered a deep ageing population.
According to internationally accepted standards, when a country or region’s population of 65 years and over exceeds 7%, it means that it is aging; it reaches 14%, which is a deep aging; if it exceeds 20%, it enters a super-aging society.
Statistics show that in 2020, the proportion of the population of 149 prefecture-level and listed people aged 65 and over in mainland China has exceeded 14%, and it has entered a deep ageing.
Among these 149 cities, there are 41 in the eastern coastal area, accounting for 27.5%; 36 in the northeast, accounting for 24.2%; 72 in the central and western regions, accounting for 48.3%. Generally speaking, the cities with deep aging are concentrated in the northeast region, the central region, the Yangtze River Delta, the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, and the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration.
In terms of provinces, 149 cities are distributed in 22 provinces. Sichuan has 17 deeply aging cities, ranking first in number. This is mainly because the population of prefectures and cities has flowed into the developed coastal areas. In recent years, with the rapid economic development of Chengdu, the provincial capital, a large number of people have also flowed into Chengdu.
A similar situation exists in Hunan, Anhui, and Hubei in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. A total of 12 cities in Hunan and Anhui in central China are experiencing deep aging, and 9 in Hubei. One of the major reasons is the outflow of young and middle-aged people. The working-age population accounts for a relatively low proportion and the elderly population accounts for a high proportion.
Ye Qing, a professor at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, said that the central region is closer to the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. In addition, as there are more job opportunities in several powerful provincial capitals in the central region, the population of many cities is moving to provincial capitals.
In contrast, the degree of aging in the Northeast is deeper. Data shows that there are 36 cities in the three provinces of Northeast China, all of which have entered the stage of deep aging.
According to analysis by Yi Baozhong, a professor at the Northeast Asian Research Institute of Jilin University, the birth rate and fertility rate of the population in Northeast are relatively low. Secondly, in recent years, the Northeast economy has been down, job opportunities are not many, and the young population continues to flow out, whether it is for college or not. Many people go to college and get jobs in the southeast coast, which also affects the age structure of the population.
There are also many deeply aging cities in the economically developed eastern provinces of Shandong, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang. Of the 16 prefectures and cities in Shandong Province, 14 have entered a deep ageing population, and Shandong has a population of 15.36 million people aged 65 and over, which is the province with the largest population of aging population in the mainland. Shandong also shows a comparison of the working-age population. The characteristics of low population and relatively high proportion of the elderly and children are also related to the population exodus in Shandong in recent years.
On 11 May 2021, the Communist Party of China announced the results of the seventh national census in 2020, showing that the total population of the country is 1.4117.8 billion, an increase of 72.06 million compared with the data of the sixth national census in 2010, an increase of 5.38%, an average annual growth rate. The rate is 0.53%.
At a press conference after the results of the new census were announced, Ning Jizhe, director of the National Bureau of Statistics of the Communist Party of China, stated that the number of births last year fell by 18% compared with the previous year. This is the fourth consecutive year that China's birth population has declined.
The release of the data has been delayed again and again, causing doubts from all walks of life. Wu Qiang, an independent political commentator in Beijing and a doctor of political science, said that prior to the census, many government surveys on birth rates had already shown negative numbers.
Shenyang Internet writer Liu Dong said that the number of births in various cities in mainland China is declining, and the official data is still growing. This is most likely a set of data after thorough discussions by the authorities. He said: “I don’t believe in such figures. Of course, we don’t have real data, because the real data reflects the fact that the birth population in each city is shrinking substantially, and residents’ willingness to have children is also declining. Maintaining growth, but delaying the announcement until now (originally scheduled to be announced in mid-April), this figure is questionable."
Reuters believes that the Chinese Communist Party’s newly released population figures may indicate that China is already facing a rapid population decline. The shrinking population means fewer workers, and therefore less taxation, which leads to pension problems.

Uni Air pilot did not wear mask and chatted. Witnesses dumbfounded
Reporter : He Yixin
EVA Air pilots have been diagnosed one after another. Unexpectedly, even the domestic flight is also following the situation. It turned out that at the end of last month, at the domestic flight arrival hall of Xiaogang Airport, some people saw an EVA Air flight crew not wearing a mask and talking with his companions. He chatted all the way to the exit, making the passengers on the side dumbfounded. Because they questioned the looseness of internal management, they were so angry that they called Xiaogang Airport to report.
When the plane arrived at the terminal, the passengers got off the plane one after another. Then there were flight attendants and pilots. During the epidemic prevention period, almost everyone was wearing masks. However, the public noticed at Xiaogang Airport that there was an Evergreen Group plane. The pilot was chatting without wearing a mask, which was quite scary.
The public witness, Ms Zhu, said, "Everyone has noticed that it is too obvious to not wear a mask in public. Why is it that the pilot can be so confident not to wear a mask?"
On 28 August, Ms Zhu's daughter took a 12.50 pm flight from Kinmen to Kaohsiung Xiaogang Airport. When she picked up the plane, she saw two Evergreen Group pilots on domestic routes, one of them did not wear a mask, but went all the way from the exit of the station to leave Exit 3. They made all the passengers at the scene dumbfounded.
Other passenger said, "(I see) Yes, I will remind him."
Reporter vs. other pilots: "Is there a colleague who doesn’t wear a mask?", "I don’t know". "Has this happened before?", "Maybe not. Because everyone’s standards are the same.”
The other crew members were low-key and reluctant to talk more but Ms. Zhu was worried that it would be a breach of epidemic prevention. Afterwards, she reported to several units and Xiaogang Airport. Finally, she waited for almost ten days before she got the response.
Ms Zhu vs. Xiaogang Airport staff: "That is confirmed to be the pilot of Evergreen, it is true that it is the pilot of Evergreen, because he is the plane of Uni Air, but they are all the pilots of EVA Air flying, so confirm he didn’t wear a mask, right, right, right, right, he didn’t wear a mask when he walked out of the toilet, he didn’t come from the toilet, he came from the apron, there is also a toilet on the apron, come over and he didn’t wear a mask. Today we will transfer him to the Health Bureau for punishment.”
The Kaohsiung City Health Bureau said that as of noon on 6 September, it had not received a notification from Xiaogang Airport, but if the pilot did not wear a mask, he would be legally fined. The maximum fine is NT$15,000 but the fine is small. If this causes the spread of the virus, the image of the airline will be severely damaged again, and the entire country will have to pay a heavy price.

The pilot didn’t wear a mask and chatted with other pilots. EVA Air imposes "6-month suspension”
The public broke the news that the Uni Air did not wear a mask to chat in the domestic terminal of Kaohsiung Xiaogang Airport. EVA Air responded on 6 September 2021. After confirming that it was true, the pilot was punished and he is not allowed to operate any flight for 6 months.
After EVA Air’s confirmed covid pilot raised concerns about epidemic prevention, the media reported that Ms Zhu from Hengchun broke the news that she arrived at the domestic terminal of Xiaogang Airport at 1.50 pm on 28 August to pick up people, but when she saw the two Uni Air pilots getting off the plane and walking out of the lobby, one of them did not wear a mask in the terminal building.
During this time, the two were walking and chatting, she reported to 1922 immediately the next day.
In response, EVA Air responded that the deputy captain who flew domestic routes neglected not to wear a mask at the domestic terminal of Kaohsiung Xiaogang Airport after performing duties, and violated the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and the relevant regulations of the pilot management manual. The company is holding facts.
The investigation committee, after finding out the incident, and after unanimously resolved by the brokerage law review committee, gave the deputy captain a record of a major demerit and the suspension of his flight duty for 6 months. EVA Air stated that because the captain did not perform the part of supervision responsibility, he was given a warning. EVA Air also reiterated that it will adopt a non-negotiable attitude towards colleagues who violated the epidemic prevention regulations and will never show lenience anymore. (Central News Agency)

In Israel, which implemented Pfizer's vaccination program in December 2020, the vaccine coverage rate exceeded 60% very early, and 78% of people aged 12 and over were vaccinated. This enabled Israel's epidemic to be quickly brought under control, and it was even called a "global epidemic prevention model."
However, since June 2021, the epidemic situation in Israel has risen again, and it has recently become one of the most severely affected countries in the world before Mongolia. According to the Oxford University database "Our World in Data", Israel's 7-day rolling average number of infections was the highest in the world as of 3 September 2021, with 1143 infections per 1 million population (see above table).News (32)
Mongolia ranks second in number of breakthrough infections
Mongolia ranks second with 1058 infections per 1 million population followed by Dominica with 956 infections per 1 million population.
Image : Vaccination in Israel and changes in the epidemic situation. (Health 1+1 / Epoch Times)Many infected people have been vaccinated with two doses, and cases of breakthrough infection have occurred in large numbers. A joint study by Maccabi Medical Center and Karolinska Institute, one of Israel’s four major health maintenance organizations (HMO), points out that the sooner the second shot of vaccination is completed, the risk of breakthrough infection is higher. The number of late vaccinations increased significantly.
Image : The sooner people receive the second shot, the higher the risk of breakthrough infection. (Health 1+1 / Epoch Times)Dr. Dong Yuhong, a European virology and infectious disease expert and chief scientist of a biotechnology company, pointed out that although the elderly with the weakest immune system were the first to be vaccinated, if they were stratified by age, it was found that all age groups had similar trends.
Israel began to widely administer the third dose of vaccine from 1 August 2021.
According to the Israeli Ministry of Health, whether it is for SARS-CoV-2 or Covi72, one month after the third dose of vaccination, the antibody level is higher than that of the second dose, especially for people aged 65 to 85, with a greater increase. In addition, within 12 days of receiving the third dose of the vaccine, the likelihood of severe illness is 10 times lower than that of people 5 months after the second dose, and the likelihood of infection is 11 times lower.

When vaccine prevention cannot be done once and for all, how to rationally view the issue of vaccination?
Earlier, the Israeli Ministry of Health statistics found that the protective power of Pfizer vaccine has dropped sharply. People who administer 2 doses of Pfizer vaccine in January have reduced their protective power to 16% by July.
This is because the antibodies obtained from the vaccine will be slowly metabolized and reduced by the body; the other reason is that the Delta variant (Covi72) is too transmittable.
Covi has a high ability to spread and mutate: it has spread to the world in three months, and new variant viruses have always appeared. Dong Yuhong pointed out that the emergence of C.1.2 variants in South Africa implies that the mutation rate of covi is getting faster and faster and has a considerable impact on the vaccine, "The virus has been upgraded three times before the vaccine has been completed."
At present, the scientific community believes that the basic method of protection against viral infectious diseases is to vaccinate, such as smallpox vaccine, measles vaccine, flu vaccine, and hepatitis B vaccine.
In the past, vaccines were effective because DNA viruses such as smallpox and hepatitis B were relatively stable. Nowadays, the new coronavirus vaccine has not only started the third shot, but depending on the rate of decrease in protection, there may be fourth and fifth shots in the future.
However, it is clear that vaccination alone cannot completely prevent this pandemic, and not everyone is suitable for vaccination. At present, there are at least 6 problems with vaccine anti-epidemic countermeasures:
Vaccines do not provide lifelong protection
1. Durability of vaccine protection: Vaccination may still be infected, and booster shots are needed after 5 to 6 months, not lifelong immunity.

Signs of protection rate declining
59% of fully vaccinated Israelis hospitalized due to severe illness
2. Severe protection rate: Signs of declining are beginning to appear, even if the third injection is given, continuous monitoring is still required. The Mayo Clinic study found that the critical protection of the Moderna vaccine dropped to 81% in July; the Pfizer vaccine dropped to 75%. According to the Israeli Ministry of Health, as of 15 August 2021, 514 Israelis had been hospitalized due to severe or critical illness, 59% of whom were fully vaccinated.
Variants with immune escape capabilities soon to become dominant strains
3. Virus mutation: Variant viruses can produce immune escape. A paper by the British Government’s Emergency Scientific Advisory Group mentioned that in the case of widespread vaccination, depending on the characteristics of virus mutations, variants with immune escape capabilities may appear, and will soon become the dominant strains.
Long-term safety data for vaccines are lacking
4. Side effects: Vaccination will have side effects to some extent, but some people will experience rare serious adverse reactions (thrombosis, heart inflammation, neuropathy) and even death. Moreover, long-term safety data for vaccines are currently lacking. The knowledge of the new coronavirus is not sufficient. It is now found that the spike protein of the virus can also harm human cells and cause myocarditis, but it is also the spike protein that makes the vaccine work in the body.
Contraindications of vaccination
5. Contraindications: Not everyone can get the vaccine. People who are allergic to vaccine ingredients cannot be vaccinated, and two other types of people are relatively unsuitable:
● Relative taboo 1: People with severe immunodeficiency have weak effects after being vaccinated.
● Relative taboo 2: People with serious diseases, such as heart disease, blood system diseases, etc. are not suitable for fighting, and are more likely to have serious side effects.
Inequality in vaccine supplies, impossibility to administer every dose
6. Supply issues: Not every country can supply enough vaccines, and it is impossible for everyone to administer them.
Dong Yuhong pointed out that people should start thinking about whether there are other ways to protect themselves besides vaccinations. She likened the human body's complete immunity to "five fingers", which are physical barriers (nose and throat), epithelial cells, natural immune cells (such as macrophages, natural killer cells), T cells, and B cells. All together can become a fist and effectively fight the virus. The vaccine only stimulates the "finger" of B cells, and the antibodies produced by B cells cannot be stimulated only by vaccines.

Improving immunity is the most fundamental thing to protect oneself from the epidemic
Vaccination has been administered globally for more than half a year, and the vaccination rate in many countries has exceeded 50%, but the epidemic has not been controlled as originally expected. Dong Yuhong said that from the current perspective, vaccines are not the ultimate solution to the epidemic. The most fundamental thing is to improve everyone's own immunity in order to better protect themselves from the epidemic.

Israel plans fourth doses of covi vaccines by 2022
Source : Daily Mail
Israel is set to begin preparations to administer fourth doses of the coronavirus vaccines as the country deals with soaring cases despite its trail-blazing roll-out of jabs.
The country's national coronavirus czar Salman Zarka said the country needs to prepare for a fourth injection, which could be modified to better protect against new variants of the virus.
'Given that that the virus is here and will continue to be here, we also need to prepare for a fourth injection,' he told Kan public radio.
'This is our life from now on, in waves.'
Last month, he told The Times of Israel that people should expect to receive more vaccines to deal with new variants.
'It seems that if we learn the lessons from the fourth wave, we must consider the [possibility of subsequent] waves with the new variants, such as the new one from South America,' he said at the time.
'Thinking about this and the waning of the vaccines and the antibodies, it seems every few months — it could be once a year or five or six months — we'll need another shot.'
He added that he expects Israel to be given out vaccines that had been specially adapted to cope with different variants of the virus by late 2021 or early 2022.

Australia and the UK exchange vaccines, the first batch of 500,000 doses arrives
In order to speed up the COVID-19 vaccine delivery in Australia, the first batch of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine/Comirnaty borrowed from the United Kingdom arrived on 6 September 2021, with a quantity of nearly 500,000 doses.
Reuters reported that Australia is working hard to control the third wave of COVID-19. This wave of epidemic has led to the implementation of lockdown measures in the two most populous cities, Sydney, Melbourne and the capital Canberra. More than half of the country's 25 million people have been locked down at home.
Australia reached an exchange agreement with the United Kingdom and Singapore last week, in exchange for a total of about 4.5 million doses of Comirnaty, doubling the supply of vaccines this month.
At present, the rate of complete vaccinations among Australian adults is only 38%. The authorities estimate at the current rate that the country can reach 70% coverage in early November.
Australian Prime Minister Morrison said that people's lives are expected to return to normal before Christmas. At that time, people can hold Christmas parties, New Year's Eve parties, and many families will be able to reunite during the holiday season.

North Korea's epidemic is a mystery, Kim Jong-un emphasizes epidemic prevention and control
Yonhap News Agency reported that Kim Jong-un, the general secretary of the Workers’ Party of DPRK, hosted a meeting of the Political Bureau of the Workers’ Party on the 2nd, demanding further strengthening of epidemic prevention and control, and instructing the Central Committee to take measures to solve the food shortage problem.
According to a report from the Korean Central News Agency on the 3rd, at the meeting, Kim Jong-un emphasized the dangerous situation that the epidemic continues to ravage the world, demanding that the country further strengthen its epidemic prevention and control efforts, and re-examine the national epidemic prevention system and the work of epidemic prevention departments, and carry out political offensives and concentrated offensives. Make the epidemic prevention front tense again.
He also said that strengthening epidemic prevention is a core task that cannot be relaxed for a moment. It is necessary to fully grasp the relevant materials and technical methods, improve the professional quality of the cadres of the epidemic prevention department, strengthen their work responsibilities, and further improve the epidemic prevention system with North Korean characteristics.
The specific situation of the epidemic in North Korea is a mystery. Previously, the country rejected about 3 million doses of China's SInovac CoronaVac and stated that these vaccines should be sent to countries with more severe epidemics.
Reuters quoted a South Korean think tank related to North Korean intelligence as saying that North Korea rejected about 2 million doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine in July on the grounds that it was worried about potential side effects. North Korea expresses doubts about the effectiveness of the new crown vaccine, and North Korean national media often report adverse events in the United States and Europe after individual vaccination.

Resuming daily life in stages, the South Korean government discusses plans
South Korea’s health department said on the 6th that the government is discussing a “phased restoration of daily life” plan, but relevant discussions must be based on the premise of stabilizing the epidemic.
The department stated that instead of "with CORONA", the government mainly uses the phrase "recovering daily life in stages" when discussing epidemic prevention measures within the government. The so-called "coexistence with the new crown" expression may reduce people's tension on epidemic prevention, so the government tries not to use this wording as much as possible.
The South Korean government’s plan to resume daily life in stages is prerequisite for stabilizing the epidemic at least this month. If the prerequisite is not taken into consideration, the transition to the prevention and control system will be emphasized, and epidemic prevention work may become lax. He also said that the current operating rate of hospital beds and intensive care units is 60% to 70%. Once an atmosphere of relaxation of epidemic prevention is formed, the scale of the epidemic will expand, which will trigger a crisis in the medical system.

A survey released by Japan’s Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company on the 6th showed that the long-term epidemic has caused more than 73% of mothers to feel pressure. The company analyzed that the reason may be that the epidemic prevention measures made it difficult for mothers to meet, thus losing the opportunity to share the fun and troubles of parenting.
The survey was carried out online from 14 to 27 July. A total of 5,640 men and women aged 20 to 79 gave answers. Respondents who said they felt stressed accounted for 65.3%, 2 out of 3 people. In terms of gender, 59.2% of males and 71.3% of females. Specific to women with children, the value reached 73.8%.
What is the reason for the stress? Overall, the top rankings are “going out restrictions” (62.9%) and “fear of infection” (54.9%). In the eyes of mothers, the “decrease in the opportunity to meet people” accounted for 59.0%, which was higher than the overall figure (47.3%).
Yuichi Odama, chief economist at the Meiji Yasuda Research Institute, pointed out in response to the survey results, "This shows that the mode of continuing to restrict movement is approaching its limit." He analyzed that, especially professional housewives, "compared to those who go out for work, are more likely to accumulate pressure."

Brazilian health officials break into stadium to stop World Cup qualifiers
The World Cup qualifiers between Brazil and Argentina were suspended at only 7 minutes. Because Brazilian health officials entered the stadium, they believed that several Argentine stars clearly violated the quarantine regulations and should not participate in the game.
According to reports, Emiliano Buendia and Emiliano Martinez from Aston Villa and Christian Romero and Giovanni Lowe from Tottenham Hotspur Celso, these four players violated anti-virus regulations and three of them joined the first round of the game.
The four allegedly failed to disclose that they had been to England recently when they arrived in the city on Friday. The superstars Neymar and Messi on the court and representatives of the two national associations behind the scenes tried to get the authorities to change their minds to ensure that the game continued. Representatives of the Argentine Embassy also went to the stadium.
According to Brazilian regulations, tourists who have been to the UK within 14 days before entry must be quarantined for two weeks after arrival.

Under the epidemic, the UK closes nearly 9,000 stores in the first half of the year
The latest data shows that due to the epidemic, close to 9,000 stores in the UK closed in the first half of the year, with about 50 stores a day. Among them, the fashion industry is the hardest hit area, with over a thousand shops closing in the first half of this year.
The latest data from Local Data Company (LDC), a British retail research organization, shows that from January to June this year, a total of 8,739 stores in the streets, retail outlets and shopping centers were closed in the UK. Only 3,488 new stores opened during the same period, showing a negative growth of 5,251 stores.
Compared with the same period in 2020, the momentum of store closures in the UK in 2021 has weakened. In the first half of 2020, the pandemic will begin. In the UK, 11,000 stores have closed in six months, and 6,001 stores have experienced negative growth.
The fashion industry had the most stores closed in the UK in the first half of the year, with 1,063 stores in total. In addition, 452 charity shops, 428 vehicle and motorcycle sales centers and 337 betting centers were closed.
The PwC, which is responsible for approving the data, pointed out that a series of measures of the British government, such as the furlough scheme, business tax reductions and the prohibition of tenant eviction orders, etc., have assisted shops to tide over the difficulties temporarily, but they will be for existing merchants in the next six months. Governor of New South Wales, Australia: The number of confirmed cases will peak within a week
On 6 September 2021 (Monday), the Department of Health of NSW, Australia, notified 1281 new local cases and 5 deaths. The governor of NSW stated that the number of new cases will peak in the next week or so.
NSW Governor Gladys Berejiklian said, “According to the model I received, we are likely to reach the peak of cases around next week, and the number of cases received in the intensive care unit may reach the peak between early October and mid-October. ."
She assured the public in NSW that the reception capacity of the hospital's intensive care unit can cope with the current epidemic. "There are 177 infected patients in our intensive care unit. In addition, there are also about 400 non-infected patients in the intensive care unit receiving treatment in the hospital system."
The NSW Department of Health estimates that by mid-September, the number of new cases recorded daily in 12 local government jurisdictions in Greater Sydney that are classified as hot spots of the epidemic may reach 1,100 to 2,000.
By then, about 560 infected people will need to enter the intensive care unit for treatment. If you add all the patients in the general ward, it is estimated that the hospital system will need to admit 2,200 to 3,900 patients in total.

167 cases of Covi21 confirmed in Los Angeles County, U.S.
The Los Angeles County Public Health Bureau confirmed on Sunday (September 5) that 167 cases of Mu variant (Covi21) have been detected. This variant is described as highly contagious and may evade the immunity generated by the vaccine injection. These cases were discovered between 19 June and 21 August 2021, and most of them occurred in July.
The Delta variant (Covi72) is still the main epidemic strain in Los Angeles County, and the county health director, Barbara Ferrer, said on Thursday that almost all cases with the variant confirmed by sequencing were found to be infected by the variant. Covi72 has been marked by the World Health Organization as a "Variant of Concern" .
According to California data, the number of covid patients in the Sunday hospital in Los Angeles County continued to decline, from 1,537 on Saturday to 1,480, and the number of patients treated in the intensive care unit dropped from 445 to 433. Los Angeles County health officials reported 11 deaths related to covid and 2,122 new confirmed cases on Sunday.

New Zealand relaxes epidemic prevention measures outside Auckland
In the afternoon of 6 September 2021, Prime Minister Ardern of New Zealand announced that the government decided to reduce the current level 3 response to the second level of the epidemic in all areas except Auckland starting at midnight on 7 September 2021. Auckland still maintains the status of level 4 response to the epidemic.
In the case of a secondary response, schools, offices and shops can be reopened, the upper limit for indoor and outdoor gatherings and cross-regional travel restrictions have been relaxed, but people must still wear masks in public places. Oakland will maintain the strictest level 4 alert until next Tuesday.
Data show that there are 20 new cases of Covi72 in New Zealand in a single day, all from Auckland. Since the outbreak, the total number of people infected with the virus in New Zealand has reached 821.
Ardern said that the epidemic situation is improving, but he emphasized that the epidemic prevention restrictions cannot be relaxed too quickly, so that the immune situation will rebound again.

Lawrence Wong: If there are too many severe patients, it is not ruled out to tighten epidemic prevention and control measures
Image : The government does its best not to tighten any announced liberalization measures, but if there are too many severe cases of covid, it does not rule out the possibility of tightening existing epidemic prevention and control measures. (File photo)
The Singapore government has tried their best not to tighten any announced liberalization measures, but if there are too many severe cases of covid, the possibility of tightening existing epidemic prevention and control measures is not ruled out.
In an interview with the media on 6 September, Minister of Finance Lawrence Wong, who co-led the inter-departmental working group against the epidemic, said that as the working group emphasized last week, after assessing the current epidemic in Singapore, they decided not to tighten nor relax epidemic prevention measures, but continue to observe the trend of severe cases.
He said that the government is more actively tracing contacts of cases and conducting more extensive testing to slow down the spread of coronavirus as much as possible to avoid adopting more stringent measures. Everyone should also do their part to fulfill their social responsibilities and reduce the risk of virus transmission.
Lawrence Wong said that this reflects that Singapore is in the new anti-epidemic stage because it has a higher vaccination rate. So there is no need to go back to the high alert stage or tighten measures, and it is expected to slow the spread of the virus through new measures.
However, he also reminded, "If we do our best to increase the number of severe cases requiring oxygen or treatment in the intensive care unit, then we may have no choice but to tighten the overall epidemic prevention work."

To reduce the spread of COVID-19 in the community, the Ministry of Health updates and strengthens guidelines for public health behaviour
The Singapore Ministry of Health updates and strengthens public health behaviour guidelines to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in the community.
The authorities said in the statement: Once the authorities find an infected cluster, in addition to tracking close contacts, they will also issue a "health risk warning" or "health risk alert" to individuals. As the number of cases in the community increases, the authorities will issue such warnings or vigilance to more people.
The authorities pointed out, "Health risk warning or alert" is not equivalent to a quarantine order but people who receive the warning or alert should reduce their social activities within 14 days.
Among them, those who receive a "health risk warning" must be forced to undergo Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing and self-isolate until the test result is negative. They still need to undergo a rapid antigen test afterwards, and on the 14th day after receiving the warning, they will undergo another PCR test.
Those who receive the "health risk alert" do not need to be subject to the PCR test but the authorities encourage them to be tested as soon as possible.

The latest results of the third dose of UBI-612 are here! Will apply for EUA re-examination
United Biomedical, Inc. Asia (UBI Asia) states on 6 September 2021 that the 50 Phase I trial subjects received the third dose of UB-612 vaccine 8 to 10 months after inoculation of 2 doses. The results show that they all produce highly neutralizing antibody titers against the Wuhan and Delta variants, and new data will be submitted to the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) re-examination in the near future.
UBI Asia issued a press release on 6 September 2021, stating that 50 subjects (aged 18-64) in the first phase of the trial received the third dose of UB-612 vaccine 8 to 10 months after the 2 doses.
It pointed out that preliminary results of the immune response show that 14 days after the third dose of the high dose of UB-612 vaccine (100mcg), the neutralizing antibody against the Wild-Type virus (WT) of Wuhan has a geometric average effect. The Geometric Mean Titer (GMT) value reaches 4018, which is 37 times higher than the average titer 14 days after inoculation of 2 doses, and the seroconversion rate reaches 100%.
In terms of vaccine safety and tolerability, UBI Asia states that serious adverse reactions have not occurred in all subjects for a total of 255 to 316 days after vaccination.
In addition, UBI Asia pointed out that 14 days after the subjects were given the third dose of the high-dose group of UB-612 vaccine, the geometric mean value of neutralizing antibodies against the Delta variant is 2358, which is better than other vaccines that have been published. The neutralizing antibody titers induced by the agent against the Delta mutant strain (such as Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, and Medigen vaccines, the neutralizing antibody titers against the Delta variant are 1321, 1268, and 395, respectively).
UBI Asia will propose to the Food and Drug Administration this week to change the Phase II clinical trial plan. It is expected to receive a reply from the Food and Drug Administration as soon as possible to allow all subjects in the Phase II clinical trial to receive the third dose. In addition, the company will also submit new data to the Food and Drug Administration in the near future to apply for EUA re-examination. There is currently no response from the Food and Drug Administration on this matter. (Central News Agency)
