Singapore reports 573 new covid cases on 10 September 2021
On 10 September 2021, Singapore reports 573 new confirmed covid cases, of which 568 are local cases, rewriting the record high on 5 August last year.
On 5 August 2020, 902 local cases were reported locally, of which 901 are within the dormitories, and 1 case of infection within the local community.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Health, 127 of the local cases are elderly people over 60 years old.
Today, there are five new inbound covid cases. Three people were found to be diagnosed when they arrived, and two were diagnosed when they performed stay-home-notification or isolation.
The current cumulative number of cases in Singapore has reached 70,612.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) SARS-CoV-2 (novel coronavirus, Wuhan virus, CCP virus, covi) vaccines currently in use in mainland China include vaccines of Sinopharm, Sinovac, CanSino Biologics and Anhui Zhifei Longcom.
Soon by November 2021, CCP's first domestic mRNA vaccine ARCoVax will be rolled out for public vaccination in mainland China.
However, Chinese residents in CCP China have concerns about the side effects and adverse events after vaccination in their country were exposed on social media secretly.

CCP China's first production base for an mRNA vaccine against COVID-19, which uses domestically produced core raw materials and equipment, is expected to be put into use in October 2021. Experts said that this proves China has grasped core mRNA vaccine technology, and it will boost the country's mass vaccination drive.
Jointly developed by the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, Suzhou Abogen and Yuxi Walvax Biotechnology Co, the mRNA vaccine called ARCoVax is expected to go into mass production in the base in Yuxi, Southwest China's Yunnan Province in October 2021.
With an investment of 520 million RMB ($80 million), the plant, China's first production base for mRNA vaccine, has the capacity to produce 200 million doses annually.
Compared with mRNA vaccines developed by Pfizer-BioNTech, ARCoVax is much safer as the selection of the vaccine antigen target is more precise and the neutralizing antibodies induced are higher, media reports said.
ARCoVax is undergoing Phase III clinical trial in Mexico.
The storage cost of this vaccine is lower than those from overseas as it adopts a single injection in one package and could be stored at room temperature for a week or at 4 degrees Celsius for a long time, making it easier to use.
These factors make ARCoVax stand out from Western-dominated mRNA vaccines made by pharmaceutical giants Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna, which require much lower temperatures and more rigorous temperature controls.
The vaccine will be able to meet demand once it is put into production, as core raw materials and equipment for the Chinese mRNA vaccines have been made domestically.
A Beijing-based immunologist told the Global Times on 9 September 2021 that the domestically produced mRNA vaccine demonstrates China's huge improvements in mRNA technology and the country's competitive position in biotechnology.
Such technology could be used in other biomedical fields such as oncotherapy and gene defect treatment, the immunologist said.
The immunologist believed the first mRNA vaccine in China against COVID-19 will boost the country's mass vaccination drive as the possibility of China using an mRNA vaccine as a booster shot cannot be ruled out.
On 9 September 2021, the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention confirmed that domestic vaccine makers of both the mRNA and adenovirus types have launched research and development into how their vaccines could better deal with variants such as Delta and Beta.
On 31 August 2021, Yuxi Walvax Biotechnology Co announces that ARCoVax has been approved to initiate its late-stage clinical trials in Mexico and Indonesia by local health authorities.

A US airstrike in Kabul against a supposed Islamic State bomber actually killed an innocent man who worked for a US aid group and his family, according to newly published testimony and footage — raising the specter that the Pentagon lied to the public about the strike.
The reported case of mistaken identity also further tars President Biden for his chaotic pullout of US troops from Afghanistan, which left behind hundreds of US citizens and thousands of at-risk Afghans.
Zemari Ahmadi and nine members of his family, including seven children, were killed in the airstrike on Aug. 29, one day before the final US evacuation flights from Kabul, his brother Romal Ahmadi told the New York Times.
Ahmadi, who was the apparent target of the strike, worked for 14 years as a technical engineer in Afghanistan for the Pasadena, Calif.-based charity group Nutrition and Education International, which feeds hungry Afghans.
The aid group had applied for him to move to the US as a refugee.
New security footage from his workplace shows Ahmadi, whose neighborhood had unreliable water service, filling containers with water at his employer’s office at 2.35 pm shortly before he returned home. Fire-damaged containers consistent with the water canisters were photographed by the Times.
He and colleagues, who had driven to work, also were carrying laptop computers that day, according to security footage, possibly explaining the military’s claim that the targeted Toyota Corolla contained carefully wrapped packages.
The Times disputed the Pentagon’s claim that secondary explosions demonstrated that explosive materials were ignited by the US Reaper drone’s Hellfire missile.
The aging walls near Ahmadi’s car were not toppled by the airstrike or by any subsequent explosions.
Three weapons experts told the Times there was no evidence of a secondary explosion because there were no blown out walls or destroyed vegetation near the burned-out car. A small crater under car was consistent with a Hellfire missile, the experts said.
The Pentagon initially presented the airstrike as a successful mission to prevent another bombing of the Kabul airport after 13 US service members and at least 169 Afghans died in a suspected Islamic State suicide attack on 26 August 2021.
Trump slams Biden on 20th Anniversary of 9/11 over his Afghanistan withdrawal and says 'do not fear, America will be made great again'
Image : INS
Trump released a video message Saturday morning speaking only briefly about the terrorist attacks that killed almost 3,000 people on September 11 2001 - instead slamming his successor for his 'bad planning' and 'incredible weakness' in pulling US troops out of Afghanistan.
The former president, who will not attend any of the official 9/11 memorial ceremonies, said the US 'will struggle to recover from the embarrassment this incompetence has caused.'
'We will live on, but sadly, our country will be wounded for a long period of time, we will struggle to recover from the embarrassment this incompetence has caused,' he said.
'Do not fear, however, America will be made great again.'
The video was sent by his Save America PAC in an email titled 'NEW: 20th Anniversary of September 11th Address from President Donald J. Trump.'
Its release comes after Trump said he will visit Ground Zero Saturday to mark the 20th anniversary - but only after Joe Biden leaves and before he heads to host a boxing match in Florida.
He is the only surviving US president not expected to attend one of the official ceremonies.
Trump only briefly addressed the horrific day that almost 3,000 people died in four coordinated terrorist attacks on America at the start of the video statement.
'For the great people of our country, this is a very sad day. September 11th represents great sorrow for our country,' he said.
'Many things were displayed that day, including, most importantly, the bravery of our police, fire and first responders of every kind.
'The job they did was truly unbelievable. We love them and we thank them.'
The former president then launched into an attack on Biden.
'It is also a sad time for the way our war on those that did so much harm to our country ended last week,' he said.
'The loss of 13 great warriors and the many more who were wounded should never have happened. Overall, two hundred and fifty people were killed in Afghanistan last week and so many more were seriously injured.
'We had eighty five billion dollars of the finest and most sophisticated military equipment taken from us without even a shot being fired.'
Trump continued by tearing into Biden as a 'fool' whose administration 'admitted defeat.'
'The leader of our country was made to look like a fool, and that can never be allowed to happen,' he said.
'It was caused by bad planning, incredible weakness, and leaders who truly didn't understand what was happening. This is the 20th year of this war and should have been a year of victory and honor and strength.
'Instead, Joe Biden and his inept administration surrendered in defeat.
'We will live on, but sadly, our country will be wounded for a long period of time, we will struggle to recover from the embarrassment this incompetence has caused. Do not fear, however, America will be made great again.'
Trump told Fox News Friday he will travel to Manhattan, New York City, to pay his respects at the site of the World Trade Center to the almost 3,000 people killed on America's darkest day.
On the 10th anniversary of the attacks in 2011, Republican President George Bush joined his successor Democratic President Barack Obama at the New York ceremony.
Trump is expected to visit Ground Zero at around 1:30pm, local law enforcement officials told the New Jersey Globe, after being informed of the plans by the Secret Service.
This timing means Trump will avoid any chance of bumping into his successor as Biden will have departed New York by this time to attend ceremonies in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, and the Pentagon.

Commemorating the 20th Anniversary of "9/11" global counter-terrorism faces new challenges
Reporter : Li Lan / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2021/09/10/a103213377.html
Saturday is the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. With the complete withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan, global anti-terrorism faces new problems. Let us review this event that shocked the world.
Jay Jonas, a survivor of 9/11 and deputy director of the New York City Fire Department: "A firefighter looked up and said: We may not be able to live today. We shook hands with each other and wished each other good luck."
In 2001, Jay Jonas was the captain of the Chinatown Division of the New York City Fire Department. On September 11, when the first plane hit the North Tower of the World Trade Center, their team was ordered to go to the scene for rescue.
911 survivor Jay Jonas, deputy director of the New York City Fire Department: "When the second plane hit the South Tower, everyone around me, I was the only one who was still alive, they were all dead."
Twenty years ago, Tom Canavan, who came out of the ruins of the World Trade Building, held out his thumb to the camera, thanking him for being alive. When the terrorist attack occurred, he was having a meeting on the 47th floor of the North Tower of the World Trade Center.
911 survivor Tom Canavan: "We were sitting there. Suddenly, it was like a huge vacuum and an explosion. I couldn't see my hands. I opened my eyes and thought, It's too dark and extremely quiet, I'm dead."
Today, Kanavan, with the World Trade Center Twin Towers tattoo on his right arm and the title of "Survivor", once again returned to the World Trade Site to mourn the four colleagues who died that day.
On 11 September 2001, members of the Islamic terrorist organization Al Qaeda hijacked a civil airliner and crashed into the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon of the Department of Defense in Washington, DC, creating the "911" incident that shocked the world. The direct death toll from the terrorist attack was nearly 3,000.
On Friday (10 September), U.S. Secretary of State Brinken stated at the 9/11 commemorative event organized by the State Department that as a diplomat, he should do his best to protect the safety and interests of the United States and protect American values.
U.S. Secretary of State Blinken said, "Thousands of diplomats are serving in Afghanistan and Iraq and other places to support the war against Al Qaeda and other terrorist organizations. In fact, every part of the department is mobilized in some way to prevent 9/11 from happening again."
On the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, New York City will host various commemorative events and ceremonies. However, due to the recent explosion by the Islamic State terrorist organization in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, which resulted in the deaths of hundreds of people, including 13 US troops, the New York City Police Department has mobilized all counter-terrorism forces to ensure the smooth progress of the commemoration.

Biden issues federal mandatory vaccine order, 19 U.S. governors express opposition
Editor : Zhang Ruizhen / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2021/09/10/a103213071.html
On Thursday night, US President Biden announced the latest epidemic prevention plan, in which federal employees are vaccinated, which has aroused opposition from 19 state governors.
US President Biden on 9 September 2021 declared, "Next, I will sign an executive order to immediately require all federal employees in the executive branch to be vaccinated, all employees!"
US President Biden delivered a speech on 9 September 2021, expounding the federal government's latest anti-epidemic policy, one of which is to increase the vaccination rate.
English NTD reporter Melina Wisecup (2021.9.9): "This (plan) will affect about 100 million Americans, and the vast majority of American workers will be affected."
South Dakota Governor Noam wrote on Twitter, "My legal team is always ready to file a lawsuit at the moment Biden submits an unconstitutional rule. This example of federal infringement (civil rights) is untenable."
Missouri Governor Parson said, “Vaccination can protect us from serious diseases, but the decision to vaccinate is a personal health care decision, and this right should be reserved.”
Iowa Governor Reynolds pointed out that "President Biden is taking dangerous measures to make the federal government further interfere with our lives, while denying the ability of Iowa State and Americans to make medical decisions for themselves."

The head of MI5 has warned that Britain could face a ‘spectacular’ attack like 9/11 after the West’s withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Ken McCallum said the security service was concerned that terrorists would be able to regroup and plan sophisticated operations targeting the UK.
Yesterday he revealed that MI5 and the police have thwarted 31 ‘late-stage’ plots to attack Britain in the past four years, including six during the pandemic.
The United States should cut research collaboration with the Chinese regime so American scientists do not inadvertently aid Beijing’s biowarfare program, security experts say.
Their warning has taken on fresh urgency after recently released documents show that U.S. funding went to coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), the facility at the center of the theory that the pandemic originated from a lab leak.
According to the documents obtained by The Intercept, the National Institutes of Health, via U.S.-based health organization EcoHealth Alliance, awarded nearly $600,000 to the WIV to conduct research, including altering bat coronaviruses that were deemed likely to infect humans.
Any Western funding or research collaboration with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) directly or indirectly supports the regime’s military goals, including its biowarfare program, according to retired U.S. Army Col. Lawrence Sellin. Sellin has also previously worked at the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases and conducted basic and clinical research in the pharmaceutical industry.
“It’s important to recognize, in China, there is no distinction between military and civilian research,” Sellin said, pointing to the CCP’s national strategy of “civil-military fusion.”
Civil-Military fusion
Beijing’s doctrine of civil-military fusion prescribes that technological advancements developed by the private sector be leveraged to further the regime’s military development. The strategy was “mandated by the Chinese Communist Party’s 13th Five-Year Plan in 2016,” although it was unofficially operating prior to this, Sellin told The Epoch Times in an email.
Clare Lopez, a former CIA operations officer, said, “there is a seamless collaboration between military and civilian laboratories in China,” adding that this type of fusion does not exist in the United States.
“Chinese law requires military facilities to have access to everything performed in civilian labs,” Lopez said. She said this became very evident when People’s Liberation Army Major General Chen Wei, an expert in biology and chemical weapon defenses, took control of the Wuhan lab during the initial stages of the pandemic in early 2020.
While the WIV, which houses a P4 lab (the highest biosafety level), has denied any relationship with the Chinese military, the institute worked for years with military leaders on a state-sponsored project conducting laboratory animal experiments. A January fact sheet by the U.S. State Department also said the WIV has engaged in laboratory animal experiments on behalf of the Chinese military since at least 2017, and worked on “gain-of-function” research to engineer chimeric viruses.
Pandemic origins
Sellin believes that the pandemic “was the direct outcome of a highly organized and extensive biowarfare program of the CCP.”
In support of this, Sellin said, “one only needs to look at the structure of the virus to know that it contains features, in particular, the furin polybasic cleavage site, [which is] not found in any of hundreds of close bat coronavirus relatives from which the COVID-19 virus could have evolved.”
He added, “The furin polybasic cleavage site has, for over twenty years, been known to increase transmissibility and lethality in coronaviruses and Chinese People’s Liberation Army scientists demonstrated the artificial insertion of such a sequence in 2013” —a genetic engineering technique that has been used for at least a decade.
The U.S. intelligence community, which was directed by President Joe Biden to probe the origins of the pandemic, including the lab-leak theory, recently provided an inclusive report.
U.S. scientific collaboration
According to Sellin, the China’s People’s Liberation Army leverages “international scientific knowledge and skills, particularly from the United States, through research collaboration and scientist exchange programs.”
“China has made full use of [such collaboration], de facto colonizing specific U.S. research programs that could advance its military objectives,” he said, noting that this includes the development of bioweapons.
In a process he referred to as “scientific chain migration,” Sellin said Chinese scientists have established laboratories in the United States, invited their colleagues, and accessed not only knowledge and skills, but also U.S. government funding. As a result, he suspects that hundreds of millions of U.S. taxpayer money has been used to directly or indirectly support the CCP’s biowarfare program.
“Steps must be taken immediately to terminate the hemorrhaging of American knowledge, skills and research funding, which continues to be funneled into China’s biowarfare program,” Sellin said.
Holding the CCP Accountable
Exposing the CCP’s organization and operation of its biowarfare programs should be a top priority for the international community, according to Sellin. If the CCP’s biowarfare program is going to be rolled back, he said it must begin with the United States taking action.
Lopez agreed, but noted the difficulty in doing so.
“There’s no enforcement mechanism to truly hold the Chinese regime accountable,” Lopez said, also the founder and president of Lopez Liberty.
Both the United States and China are signatories to the Biological Weapons Convention, which forbids states from developing biological weapons. But the only remedy for complaint, she said, would be to go to the U.N. Security Council where one of the five permanent members includes China, which would veto any action. “As a result,” Lopez said, “there’s not much incentive to take it to the U.N.”
To a large degree, rolling back the CCP’s biowarfare program rests upon the backs of researchers who continue to turn a blind eye to the regime’s continuing coverup of the pandemic origins, according to Lopez.
She questioned whether U.S. researchers may have unwittingly assisted the efforts of the CCP. “It’s not that U.S. researchers are necessarily providing assistance, but they know perfectly well the labs in China are working together on bioweapons—and they don’t care.”
“At that level of international research, there seems to be a total disregard for the fact they know China runs such a massive bioweapon program,” said Lopez.
In the case of rising scrutiny on the WIV over being the potential source of the pandemic, Lopez said: “U.S. researchers don’t care; they want to do the research they want to do. And if this requires working with Wuhan, they’ll do it anyway.”
This, according to Lopez, indicates “complete disregard for international health security, [as it’s a] total disregard for the kind of research conducted in China that feeds into a biological weapons program.”

According to a report from the US Chinese website on 10 September, a new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) shows that in the past eight years, the prevalence of cancer among rescuers and survivors of inhaling toxic particles during the "September 11" terrorist attack is increasing sharply.
On 11 September 2001, the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York, USA, were hit by a hijacked passenger plane and a blaze ignited.
According to CDC’s latest Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report, as of 2020, 58% of the 104,223 registered members of the World Trade Center Health Program (a federal benefit program for survivors and rescuers) have at least infected a disease caused by the "9.11" event. The study found that the number of cancer cases related to "9.11" among members increased from 1,870 in 2013 to 20,612 in 2020, an increase of more than 1,000%.
The researchers wrote that they expect more prostate cancer, thyroid cancer, and melanoma in the sample group of 12,300 white male firefighters. In addition, from 2012 to 2020, non-cancer health issues among registrants have also increased by 80%.
According to reports, the World Trade Center Health Plan was established in 2011 to provide "medical screening, monitoring and treatment" for diseases related to "9.11". The number of patients treated under this plan has increased from 25,553 in 2012 to 41,387 in 2020.
CDC reports that nearly 31% of cancer patients in the program suffer from skin cancer, more than 23% suffer from male reproductive system cancer, and nearly 12% suffer from “in situ tumors”, that is, cancers that have not spread.
As of 2020, among 50,611 members with non-cancer diseases, 46,072 patients have developed respiratory and digestive diseases, and 18,450 members have reported mental health diseases, including post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and anxiety disease and drug abuse, etc.
