Israeli study: vaccinated people are more likely to re-infect than cured people

Immunity from natural infection is better than two doses of vaccine
Since June 2021, Covi72 has become the main virus strain in Israel. According to statistics, by the end of August, 78% of people aged 12 and over in Israel had been vaccinated. However, according to "Our World in Data" data, as of the week of 4 September 2021, Israel had the highest infection rate in the world, with 1091 cases per million population; this week it set a record for the number of infections in the country.
Observing that the protective power of vaccines will gradually decline over time, researchers from Maccabi Healthcare Services and Tel Aviv University in Israel have conducted a study to explore the protective power of vaccines and natural infection protection, strength and durability. The research was published on the MedRxiv preprint platform.
The research team used data from the healthcare service database to track and observe the health status of 800,000 Israelis over the age of 16 from 1 June to 14 August 2021. They divided the crowd into three groups:
The first group: people who have received two doses of Pfizer vaccine;
The second group: people who have been naturally infected with the CCP virus and have not been vaccinated;
The third group: people who have been naturally infected with covi and received another dose of the vaccine.
Among them, "natural infection" refers to having been infected with covi, so protective antibodies are produced in the body.
Researchers assessed the infection, symptomatic infection, and severe hospitalization for the three groups of people.

How is the immunity produced by vaccines different from natural infections?
"This report gives us very clear data."
