李克强遗体11月2日火化 具体细节未公布

Former Chinese Premier Li Keqiang died suddenly in Shanghai a few days ago. The Chinese Communist Party officially announced on 31 October 2023 that Li Keqiang’s body will be cremated in Beijing on 2 November 2023 However, no official details of the funeral have been announced.

The official media of the Communist Party of China reported on 31 October that the body of Li Keqiang, an "outstanding proletarian revolutionist and statesman" and "outstanding leader" of the Communist Party of China, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the 17th, 18th and 19th CPC Central Committee, and former Premier of the State Council , will be cremated in Beijing on November 2.

According to reports, on 2 November 2023, flags are to be flown at half-mast at Tiananmen and Xinhuamen in the capital in mourning.

However, official media reports did not mention when Li Keqiang died, saying only that "Li Keqiang's body was escorted from Shanghai to Beijing by a special plane on 27 October 2023." Officials did not provide specific details of the funeral.

On 27 October 2023, 68-year-old former Chinese Premier Li Keqiang passed away. Officials previously stated that Li Keqiang suffered a heart attack on the 26th during his recent "rest in Shanghai" and died in Shanghai at 0:10 on the 27th.

On the day of Li Keqiang's death, Xi Jinping presided over a meeting of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee, which only reviewed the "Northeast Revitalization" opinion.

After Li Keqiang's death, the CCP's major media seemed to be "very calm", and even some party media mouthpieces were "overjoyed", not to mention that their web pages turned black in mourning. Party media outlets such as Xinhuanet and People's Daily Online still have news about Xi Jinping dominating the headlines. The news of Li Keqiang's death was put on the back burner.

In the evening of the 27th, CCTV's "News Broadcast" at 7 o'clock first reported that Xi Jinping presided over the Politburo meeting; the second report was the news of Prime Minister Li Qiang's return to Beijing from a visit; and the third report was the news of Li Keqiang's death.

The front pages of the Chinese Communist Party media Xinhuanet and People's Daily Online show Xi Jinping presiding over a meeting of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China, and in the lower right corner is the news of Li Keqiang's death. The screen on the People's Daily Web page is still bright red, without the slightest hint of condolences.

After the news of Li Keqiang's death came out, there was a lot of panic and doubts on the Internet, and all kinds of speculations and rumours were flying everywhere.

After the incident, the Chinese Communist authorities feared that people gathering to mourn Li Keqiang would re-enact the June 4th incident. According to online reports, the authorities ordered China to ban public events for a week, and ordered universities to cancel club activities and not to gather in the streets. Chinese social media platforms have also restricted discussions related to Li Keqiang.

After Li Keqiang's death, there was a wave of mourning. Since October 27, a large number of people have flocked to Li Keqiang’s former residence on Hongxing Road, Hefei, to lay flowers in memory. The flowers in memory have piled up into a hill. Many condolence cards contain what Li Keqiang said: “The Yangtze and Yellow Rivers will not flow backwards!” The sentence refers to the fact that the pace of the CCP's "reform and opening up" will not stop or go backwards.

Outside Li Keqiang's ancestral home in Dingyuan, Anhui Province, chrysanthemums were laid out in a sea of flowers in mourning. In Zhengzhou, where Li Keqiang once served, people also placed a giant portrait of him and giant slogans to express their condolences.

Akio Yaita, director of the Taipei branch of Japan's "Sankei Shimbun", recently posted on Facebook that he was also very surprised that the news of Li Keqiang's death has become a big news that attracts worldwide attention because retired leaders of the Chinese Communist Party are among the healthiest and longest-lived groups in the world. Everyone has their own medical team to provide them with 24-hour close care. In recent years, the sudden death of former leaders of the Chinese Communist Party has rarely occurred.

The article said that Li Keqiang is only 68 years old and has no state affairs to worry about now, which indeed makes people feel a bit too sudden. This coincided with the successive downfalls of Foreign Minister Qin Gang and Defense Minister Li Shangfu, and a major reshuffle of the Rocket Force. The center of power of the CCP was in a period of chaos. There must be many people speculating that Li Keqiang may have died of political murder. As there is no evidence, we will not comment on this statement.

The article believes that it can be concluded that even if Li died of murder, it is impossible for the Chinese Communist Party to officially admit it. The truth may be hidden for a long time. But on the contrary, even if Li died of natural causes due to illness, because the Chinese Communist regime has been lying on various issues for a long time, many Chinese people will definitely be willing to believe the "murder theory." If this matter is true, Xi Jinping will be responsible and even if "jumped into the Yellow River" he "could not get rid of it".

The public mourns Li Keqiang and the authorities are facing a formidable enemy

After Li Keqiang's sudden death, people across CCP China continued to take to the streets to pay him flowers, and the trend continued to expand.

In the early morning of 31 October 2023, Beijing time, many people still came to lay flowers on Hongxing Road in Hefei, Li Keqiang's former residence but both ends of the road had been blocked and there were many plainclothes police officers on the scene.

At night of 30 October 2023, in Wuhu, Anhui, people erected a huge portrait of Li Keqiang on the streets and sent flowers and cards.

On the same day, the Hunan Hengyang Volunteer Association organized a memorial ceremony, attended by hundreds of people. It was reported that at least three people were taken away by the police.

At the Wuchang Bridge of the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge, someone laid a huge wreath.

At night of 30 October, in order to prevent people from publicly mourning Li Keqiang, Huaihai Middle Road in Shanghai was closed.

A senior media person analyzed that some of the people taking to the streets were commemorating Li Keqiang, and more were using commemoration of Li Keqiang to express and release long-suppressed dissatisfaction with the highest authorities, the CCP, and society, thus causing panic among the authorities.

Mourners are monitored and police investigate online shopping information for memorial supplies

At present, the Chinese Communist authorities are closely monitoring private mourning activities, which has spread to the ordering of flowers, candles and other ritual supplies.

The public security department reviews order information sent to universities such as Peking University, the Communist Youth League Central Committee, the Central Party School and other units, Tiananmen Square, Fuyou Street and other areas, and requires merchants to feedback data every hour to determine the scale based on the number of items ordered for the festival.

Through big data, officials know who has ordered flowers and candles, and can then come to arrest them.

Some netizens revealed that in Shenyang, buying chrysanthemums requires reporting to the police station in advance.

Infighting raged, Li Keqiang was rumoured to have been under house arrest in Shanghai before his death

According to The Epoch Times, insider information pointed out that Li Keqiang was actually under house arrest in the Dongjiao Hotel in Shanghai before his death. Jiang Zemin, the former leader of the Communist Party of China, stayed at the Dongjiao Hotel two years before his death. The security and defense of this hotel are all under the responsibility of the Beijing Central Security Bureau, and Shanghai cannot interfere. In fact, Jiang Zemin was under house arrest before his death.

Li Keqiang may also have been under house arrest there before his sudden death. Because the last time Xi Jinping went to South Africa, Li Keqiang made a high-profile appearance in Dunhuang, that aroused Xi Jinping's dissatisfaction.

There were also rumours before that the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection began to investigate the families of Wang Yang and Hu Chunhua, senior officials of the Tuanpai, which means that Beijing has taken action against the Tuan faction. Combining these news, people feel that Li Keqiang's sudden death is not simple.

Yokogawa, an expert on China issues, analyzed that the underlying cause of Li Keqiang’s death came from the internal strife among the top leaders of the CCP. Although Li Keqiang has retired and is unlikely to pose a threat to Xi Jinping on the surface, for Xi Jinping who is deeply trapped in political and economic difficulties, Li Keqiang is still a "heart problem" of Xi Jinping. In the past, some people wanted to support Li Keqiang as a banner to deal with Xi Jinping, using the banner of "Xi under and Li above", that was also a challenge for Xi Jinping. These are all negative factors for Li Keqiang.

People within the CCP system call for a thorough investigation into the truth behind Li Keqiang’s death

On 30 October 2023, independent commentator Cai Shenkun forwarded an open letter, which stated that Li Keqiang's so-called "rest" in Shanghai was obviously approved and arranged by the central government. Li Keqiang checked into the Dongjiao Hotel in Shanghai on 25 October 2023, and died suddenly just one day later, which is incomprehensible. Arrangements for the cremation of Li Keqiang's body should be stopped immediately and his body should be preserved to ascertain the cause of death.

Cai Xia, a former CCP party school professor who broke away from the CCP, retweeted the open letter and said that if they dared to cause "heart attack death" to Li Keqiang, they could make anyone disappear in any name.

A large number of netizens flocked to Xinwen Lianbo, leaving CCTV with a guilty conscience. Comments are closed.

In the evening of 29 October 2023, in the comment area of the live broadcast room of CCTV's "Xinwen Lianbo", a large number of netizens left messages and shouted "Come on Anhui". CCTV urgently closed the comment area as if facing a formidable enemy.

Biden mourns Li Keqiang, the Chinese Communist Party officially sends greetings to Xi Jinping instead

On 27 October 2023, when U.S. President Joe Biden met with Chinese Communist Foreign Minister Wang Yi at the White House, he expressed condolences for the death of Li Keqiang. However, the statement issued by the Chinese Communist Foreign Ministry did not mention it at all. Instead, it was blatantly changed to Biden's greetings to Xi Jinping.

Some commentators believe that Wang Yi caused a big trouble this time and changed his condolences for the dead into greetings for the living. This is too unlucky! It is a perfect example of low-level red and high-level black. If you want to flatter Xi Jinping, you may end up being slapped on the back. Will Wang Yi become the next target of Xi Jinping’s purge?

The sudden death of former Premier Li Keqiang of the Communist Party of China triggered a wave of condolences. A large number of people flocked to Li Keqiang’s former residence to lay flowers in condolences, and the roads became a sea of flowers. Some analysts believe that people express their dissatisfaction with the Chinese Communist regime by mourning Li Keqiang. Li Keqiang's death may become Xi Jinping's latest crisis.

The CCP official said that in the early morning of 27 October 2023, Li Keqiang died of a heart attack in Shanghai after rescue efforts failed. The 68-year-old Li Keqiang is a state-level cadre. Not long ago, he visited Dunhuang in high spirits. Officials said that Li Keqiang died of myocardial infarction. It is difficult for the outside world to believe that such a mistake would occur given the medical protection he enjoyed.

After Li Keqiang's death, there was a wave of mourning. Since 27 October, a large number of people have flocked to Li Keqiang’s former residence on Hongxing Road in Hefei to lay flowers in memory. The flowers have piled up into a hill. Many condolence cards contain the words Li Keqiang said, “The Yangtze and Yellow Rivers will not flow backwards!” It means that the pace of China's reform and opening up will not stop or go backwards.

Although the CCP prohibits public mourning activities on university campuses, photos posted online show that at night of 28 October 2023, students at Nanjing University lit candles and wrote messages on pieces of white paper to mourn Li Keqiang.

Some analysts believe that the people's mourning for Li Keqiang is a sign of sympathy for his plight, while also expressing anger and protest against the Chinese Communist authorities.

Murong Xuecun, a well-known Chinese writer, said that it did not take long for the Statue of the Goddess of Democracy to be erected. In fact, Hu and Li were from the same group and were both members of the Communist Party. Even if Hu was better, he was of limited quality. However, when tens of millions of people took to the streets in the name of mourning him, it no longer matters who the people are, but why they are taking to the streets."

Murong Xuecun said, "How long can this 'Flower Revolution' last? Will it trigger a larger-scale resistance movement? I personally don't think the possibility is very high. However, even if this movement ends at this time, it will definitely intensify. The burden of Xi's regime has been reduced. In addition, social movements are unpredictable. The anger and dissatisfaction permeating CCP China is the best soil for social movements. Even if it doesn't work today, there will be a tomorrow. If it doesn't work this time, there will be a next time. .”

Ian Johnson, a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York and a Pulitzer Prize winner, said, "Li Keqiang's sudden death is the latest incident in a series of crises, accidents and mistakes that have plagued Xi Jinping in the past two years."

However, he believes Li Keqiang's death is unlikely to change the power dynamics at the top of the Communist Party of China. Compared with previous prime ministers such as Zhu Rongji and Wen Jiabao, Li Keqiang was one of the least colourful prime ministers.

Yuan Hongbing, a legal scholar living in Australia, told The Epoch Times on 27 October 2023 that Li Keqiang’s death will not have an impact on China’s political situation. When he was at the center of power, he had almost no personality. During his two terms as prime minister, he had no valuable and meaningful action.

"Although Li Keqiang has complained about being deprived of power by Xi Jinping, he has never dared to truly express his dissatisfaction with Xi Jinping's return to Mao Zedong's original teachings. Once a person with this kind of personality leaves the center of power, he basically loses his political energy." Yuan Hongbing believes that there is no need for Xi Jinping to murder Li Keqiang. Li Keqiang's death will not have any impact and the matter will pass soon.

He analyzed that compared with the death of Li Keqiang, the purges of former Foreign Minister Qin Gang and former Defense Minister Li Shangfu are events that better reflect Xi Jinping's current political crisis.

Yuan Hongbing said that before the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping mainly purged his political opponents, but the purges this time were basically his promoted cronies. The reason is that Xi Jinping suddenly discovered that even the officials he personally trained and selected were not loyal to him, forcing him to take action. This is Xi Jinping’s most deadly political crisis now.

Yao Cheng: Li Keqiang lost contact after appearing in Dunhuang and never saw his relatives or friends until his death

Reporter : Luo Tingting / Editor : Zhu Xinrui / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2023/10/31/a103815848.html / Image : On 31 August 2023, videos and photos of Li Keqiang after his retirement visiting the Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang leaked online. (Video screenshot)

姚诚:李克强敦煌现身后失联 至死未见亲友
Former Chinese Navy Lieutenant Colonel Yao Cheng revealed that former Chinese Communist Party Premier Li Keqiang lost contact after he appeared in Dunhuang at the end of August. His relatives and friends invited him to come to Hefei to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, but they did not get any response from Li. They not expect that he passed away suddenly and he was unable to see his relatives and friends until his death.

Yao Cheng announced that Li  was supposed to come to Hefei to celebrate the festival, but nothing happened. It was said that after Li Keqiang retired from the 20th National Congress, he said that he would go back to Hefei to meet relatives, friends and classmates in the near future, but he never made the trip. He did not expect to pass away suddenly."

NTDTV was unable to independently verify the news that Li Keqiang lost contact before his death but after the news came out, it immediately triggered heated discussions among netizens: "Is he under house arrest?" "If so, it's scary to think about it!"

68-year-old Li Keqiang has just retired for more than seven months. On 31 August, a video of him visiting the Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang was exposed online. The video shows that Li Keqiang looks very good and looks relaxed. Many people at the scene said hello to him, and he waved to everyone with a smile on his face.

This was Li Keqiang's last public appearance. More than a month later, he died suddenly in Shanghai. The official notification of the Communist Party of China stated that Li Keqiang was "resting in Shanghai" recently. He suffered a heart attack on 26 October. After rescue efforts failed, he died in the early morning of the 27th.

Li Keqiang's sudden death is full of doubts. The official statement that he was "resting in Shanghai" triggered another speculation. According to the unwritten rules of the CCP’s top leadership, CCP leaders generally do not show up easily after retirement. Their appearance is usually considered to send some kind of political signal.

In particular, Li Keqiang, as a state-level leader, just resigned in March this year. In addition, his relationship with Xi Jinping was extremely sensitive during his lifetime, and there were even rumors that "Xi is under Xi and Li is above." Therefore, according to convention, he should live in Beijing, but recently he "rested in Shanghai", which triggered external associations.

There is even news that Li Keqiang, who pretends to be resting in Shanghai, is actually under house arrest in Shanghai. The authorities have begun to "cut off" Li Keqiang, and his old subordinates are frequently dismissed.

In September this year, it was reported that Li Keqiang’s chief secretary and former deputy secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee Zeng Wei was taken away by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection for investigation. In the evening of 28 August 2023, Sun Zhigang, the former secretary of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee, was investigated. Sun had served as director of the State Council's Medical Reform Office and other positions, and Li Keqiang was the leader of the State Council's leading group for deepening the reform of the medical and health system at the time.

After Li Keqiang left office, he was still under joint pressure from Xi Jinping and Li Qiang. During the two sessions in March this year, Xi Jinping publicly criticized Li Keqiang’s administrative reform of “decentralizing power, delegating power, delegating power, delegating power, regulating power and optimizing services”, saying, “If you just don’t let things go, there will be thunder.”

After Xi Jinping's top secretary Li Qiang took over as prime minister, he immediately adopted the new "Working Rules of the State Council" and deleted Li Keqiang's "delegation, regulation and service".

In addition, Li Qiang also ordered a new round of statistical crackdown, which will start back to 2022, or even earlier than October 2017, that is, to Li Keqiang's second term.

"Shangbao" commented that Li Qiang's "reverse investigation" was, on the one hand, to show that he was separated from the old accounts; on the other hand, it seemed to be a plot against Li Keqiang, who had resigned.

Li Keqiang's sudden death is full of doubts, and the outside world generally questions the true cause of his death. Experts analyzed that the underlying cause of Li Keqiang's death came from infighting among the top leaders of the CCP. Although Li Keqiang has retired and cannot pose a threat to Xi Jinping, Li Keqiang is still a "heartache" for Xi Jinping who is deeply trapped in political and economic difficulties.

Yokogawa, an expert on China issues, told The Epoch Times that Li Keqiang is only a civilian from Tuan faction and does not pose a political threat to others, but Xi Jinping may regard Li Keqiang as one of the threats.

Yokogawa believes that it is also a challenge for Xi Jinping that some people want to support Li Keqiang as a banner to deal with Xi Jinping and use the banner of "Xi down and Li up". Although this banner was raised by others, it is another unfavourable factor for Li Keqiang.

Chen Kuide, executive chairman of the Princeton China Society and editor-in-chief of "China Overview", told The Epoch Times that China's current situation is very complicated, and it is not ruled out that some sudden changes may occur, forcing Xi Jinping to step down.

Chen Kuide said, "Once this happens, if the CCP is still in power, then the first candidate proposed by the political forces within the party, the military, and all aspects to replace Xi Jinping will be Li Keqiang. So in Xi Jinping's heart Li Keqiang remains one of his threats."

李克强“游泳死”?专家揭真正诱因

Li Keqiang, the 68-year-old former Prime Minister of the Communist Party of China, died suddenly in Shanghai recently, shocking public opinion. The authorities claimed that Li Keqiang suffered a "sudden heart attack." However, this explanation aroused widespread doubts from the outside world, which believed that the real cause of Li Keqiang's death was due to the complicated political atmosphere and power struggle at the top of the CCP.

The Chinese Communist Party’s official media broke the news on the morning of October 27 that Li Keqiang died of a sudden heart attack during his recent “rest in Shanghai” in the early hours of the same day. However, it was further revealed that Li Keqiang suffered a heart attack while swimming at the Dongjiao Hotel in Pudong, Shanghai. He was sent to Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and died after failed rescue efforts.

National leader's "sudden heart attack" raises questions

Li Keqiang's death has triggered a lot of speculation from the outside world. One speculation is that for a national leader like Li Keqiang, the Chinese Communist Party's official media said that he had a "heart attack." This statement is difficult to convince the public.

Yokogawa, an expert on China issues with a medical research background, told The Epoch Times that the above statement is unlikely. Because one type of heart disease is cardiac arrest, and the other type is large-area infarction.

Yokogawa said that if it was a large-scale infarction, he must have very severe coronary artery sclerosis and insufficient blood supply. This does not happen in a day. "At the Politburo level, there are regular inspections. It is impossible for you to find that your coronary artery has been blocked in half, and you are still allowed to swim or engage in strenuous activities. This is absolutely impossible to happen. There is another, There must always be a team of health care doctors by his side, who are well aware of his physical condition, and they have backup medicines for everything that might happen."

Yokogawa analyzed, "If he suddenly suffered a cardiac arrest, it means that there was something wrong with his heart rhythm. You can't imagine the strictness of national health care. It can be said that it is meticulous, and it is not a health care Doctor, he works as a team. Those at deputy state level and above are entitled to lifelong treatment, unless someone removes his team."

Cai Shenkun, an independent commentator and writer, posted on the social platform It is completely controllable. According to the national-level medical care treatment, the Standing Committee will always be equipped with full-time doctors, life secretaries and guards. Even if there is a heart attack, emergency medicine will be taken immediately. Even if the heart attack occurs anywhere outside Beijing, it’s easier to control than cerebral infarction.”

He then released an even more shocking message: "An important person revealed the true cause of Li Keqiang's death. I couldn't believe it and was extremely shocked! In the high-speed meat grinder, everyone, even the so-called senior officials at the national level, still acted like Ants, no dignity and no value!"

In addition, an Internet celebrity named "Luo Xiang" posted on X on 29 October, "A buddy from 8341 (the position cannot be disclosed), he talked about this matter with a buddy from the Central Health Care Group (cardiovascular expert) today, He said that national-level leaders perform physical examinations diligently and carefully. Although myocardial infarction is sudden, it does develop gradually. It is impossible for doctors and Li Keqiang not to know about it! Once it becomes serious, he will be treated immediately! And this disease, as long as you don’t want it, Letting this patient die is not a problem at all at the moment! It is reported that he died of a heart attack caused by cyanide!"

Why is Li Keqiang "resting in Shanghai"?

When announcing the news of Li Keqiang’s death, the Chinese Communist Party’s official media said that Li Keqiang was “resting in Shanghai” recently. However, this statement triggered another speculation, because according to the unwritten rules of the CCP’s top leaders, CCP leaders generally do not show up easily after retirement. Xi Jinping’s “Heart Problem”

Experts analyzed that the underlying cause of Li Keqiang's death came from the internal strife among the top leaders of the CCP. Although Li Keqiang has retired and is unlikely to pose a threat to Xi Jinping, for Xi Jinping who is deeply trapped in political and economic difficulties, Li Keqiang is still a "worry" for Xi Jinping. China expert Yokogawa told The Epoch Times that it is not that Li Keqiang poses a threat to Xi Jinping, but whether Xi Jinping regards Li Keqiang as a threat.

Cai Shenkun said earlier on Surveillance, Li Keqiang’s financial rights and human rights were completely deprived, and the image of a useless and incompetent prime minister followed his ten-year term.”

Cai Shenkun said that several of Li Keqiang’s public speeches were helpless whines when he was politically frustrated. Before resigning as Prime Minister (March 3), Li Keqiang said goodbye to the staff of the State Council for the last time. During the joke, he suddenly said, "People are doing it, God is watching, and the sky has eyes!" Li Keqiang certainly would not say this without reason. Who does this sentence point to and whom does it curse? People who understand will naturally understand.

People use mourning to oppose Xi, while senior officials use Li Keqiang's death to fight among themselves

Li Keqiang, the former Prime Minister of the Communist Party of China, passed away suddenly. In recent days, spontaneous mourning activities have spread across the country. The authorities are facing a formidable enemy, and Beijing has been placed under semi-martial law. Analysts believe that as people express their dissatisfaction with the authorities by mourning Li Keqiang, Xi Jinping's ruling status may be in crisis.

Online videos show that spontaneous mourning activities have spread rapidly to more than 20 cities across the country, from Xi'an to Zhengzhou, from Shanghai to Chengdu, especially Li Keqiang's hometown of Hefei, Anhui, where mountains of memorial flowers have been piled up.

Wang Juntao, co-chairman of the National Committee of the China Democratic Party: "There are actually three situations in mourning a person. The first is that people miss him, that is, immediate relatives or relatives and friends." "The second situation is that the person is gone. The first part is to commemorate this person. I feel that this person and what he represents arouse people's feelings and sadness. In this process, people see their own misfortune and their own loss." "I think the third one is, they just used Li Keqiang to express their dissatisfaction."

At the memorial site at Qianxi Square in Zhengzhou, some people left messages: "People are doing it, God is watching" and "Centralization and dictatorship will be swept into the garbage dump of history."

Wang Juntao: "Look at these days, it is said that the words written on that flower, that wreath, etc. on some slips of paper are getting bolder and bolder, so I think this matter is still fermenting. If the authorities investigate, If we try to correct it, it will arouse more resistance of this kind."

Analysts believe that Li Keqiang only told a few truths when he was in office and did not do anything practical. Now the people are taking the risk of mourning him to take the opportunity to vent their dissatisfaction with the Chinese Communist Party's dictatorship.

Wang Juntao: "To mourn someone who is not close to me, I must take the risk and feel it is worth it. Why is it worth it? In fact, I just can't stand Xi Jinping. I take this opportunity to express my emotions."

Currently, people in Beijing must make a reservation in advance if they want to enter Tiananmen Square. You can only ride bicycles on the road in front of the square, not walk. There are a large number of police nearby checking the ID cards of people passing by.

Well-known media person Zhao Lanjian said on social media, "Li Keqiang's death has turned Tiananmen into a modern prison, and the nerves have been greatly upgraded."

Wang Juntao: "So at this time, people will express their anger towards Xi Jinping." "Xi Jinping will feel a kind of pressure and threat, and he must control the situation."

According to reports from the Chinese Communist Party media, Li Keqiang died of a sudden heart attack on 26 October, but this statement is generally questioned by the public and the outside world.

A local elderly man at the Hongxing Road Festival in Hefei, Anhui Province: "You are not sick, why did you leave suddenly? We can't figure it out!"

Wang Juntao: "Because Li Keqiang's death was rather strange, it aroused a lot of conjecture. This conjecture itself poses a great threat to Xi."

A source close to the Chinese Communist Party’s military revealed to The Epoch Times that Li Keqiang’s death was very sudden, and Zhongnanhai was also shocked. Xi Jinping originally did not want to announce the news so quickly, but the anti-Xi faction intended to release the news quickly to create an unfavorable situation for Xi. The source also said that the anti-Xi faction already has a candidate to replace Xi Jinping, so they hope that Xi Jinping will step down as soon as possible.

学者谈李克强之死:大清洗正在中国上演
The sudden death of former Premier Li Keqiang of the Communist Party of China has triggered continued fermentation of public opinion. American scholar Chen Jiayu said that Li Keqiang’s death was the beginning of the Communist Party’s great purges. "A Stalin-style purge is taking place in China."

"Stalin-style purges are taking place in China"

Li Keqiang once said during his lifetime that China "will be in chaos as soon as it is unleashed, it will be suppressed as soon as it is in chaos, and it will die as soon as it is suppressed." Chen Jiayu, an American finance professor and political and economic commentator, published an article on the X platform on October 29, saying that this sentence is communist. The best embodiment of the contradictory nature of doctrine.

He analyzed that Xi Jinping came to power in 2012, exactly 20 years after Deng Xiaoping’s 1992 Southern Tour. But the economic freedom of the past 20 years has endangered the political dictatorship of the Communist Party. These two forces are incompatible. Therefore, Xi Jinping’s crackdowns on technology giants, suppression of Hong Kong, and killing of real estate development are all aimed at solving the chaos of freedom after opening up and eliminating potential enemies.

"For the Communist Party, economic development is no longer important. The Communists will not suffer anyway. Have the leaders of the three generations of the Jin family endured hardship?" He said that Xi Jinping not only needs to cleanse potential opposition forces, but also cleanse them. Possible challengers within the party.

Chen Jiayu believes that after Xi Jinping tightens economic freedoms, the speed of eradicating dissidents within the party will also accelerate. Any Communists who are not loyal to Xi will disappear and die one by one. "First it was Foreign Minister Qin Gang, Defense Minister Li Shangfu, and now Li Keqiang, who stepped down as prime minister and talked about 'people are doing it, God is watching'."

"It doesn't matter whether they are dead or not. We all know now what message Xi Jinping wants them to interpret," Chen Jiayu said. "A Stalin-style purge is currently taking place in China."

Expert: Li Keqiang’s death makes Xi increasingly dangerous

After Li Keqiang's sudden death, despite strict control by the authorities, crowds of people mourned him everywhere. Outside the former residence of Li Keqiang at No. 80 Hongxing Road, Hefei, there was an endless stream of people paying their respects, and flowers were placed all along the way. Outside Li Keqiang’s ancestral home in Jiuzi Village, Dingyuan County, Anhui Province, people continue to come to pay their respects with flowers.

There were also crowds of people laying flowers beside Ruyi Lake in Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. Late at night, a large number of people still went to the lake to lay down flowers and memorial cards. It is rumored that the authorities have banned public mourning activities on university campuses, but photos of Nanjing college students collectively mourning Li Keqiang are still leaked on social media.

Public opinion is hotly discussing that Li Keqiang was sidelined by Xi Jinping when he was in power, and he "lived a miserable life"; he died suddenly and mysteriously just after he retired, and he died "a useless death." The Chinese people mourn Li Keqiang, not only to sympathize with him, but also to express their dissatisfaction with the Chinese Communist regime. Everyone who lives under the Chinese Communist dictatorship can feel the same. The wave of mourning for Li Keqiang is likely to turn into the June 4th incident triggered by mourning for Hu Yaobang.

Yokogawa, an expert on China issues, said in "News Talk" that due to China's current severe economic decline, people's grievances will be greatly reflected in the Li Keqiang incident, but it is difficult to say to what extent. "The dissatisfaction of the Chinese people is quite high. Whether this dissatisfaction will break out this time and in what form remains to be seen."

Current affairs commentator Qin Peng said that it is becoming increasingly dangerous for Xi Jinping. Because the death of Li Keqiang, the representative of the largest opposing faction, Tuanpai, has certainly relieved him from the pressure of competition, but more and more people will further see that Li Keqiang's ten years were ten years of hard work and defeat. In the past ten years, the root cause is not only the constraints of the CCP system, but also caused by Xi Jinping’s power seizure and chaos.

He said, "If the people are not afraid of death, why should they be afraid of death?" People who have lost hope in the CCP's reform will increasingly become motivated to resist.

Independent commentator Cai Shenkun believes that the current political atmosphere in China is even more bizarre. Will Li Keqiang's sudden death have an impact on the political situation? Although the monitoring of senior officials is leaky, the blazing flames are burning at the top of the CCP, especially within the party and the military.

Wu Zuolai, a scholar in the United States, told The Epoch Times that Li Keqiang’s death may cause shock. “It’s very strange, very chaotic, very disorderly. This is a scene of the end of a regime. Now all aspects of economy and politics have reached a state of collapse. It’s on the edge, so just wait and see.”

The Li Keqiang incident is too sensitive. Cai Shenkun exposed that the authorities asked someone to take the lead
                                                                                                                                                                                                        Reporter : Tang Zheng / Editor : Zhu Xinrui / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2023/10/31/a103815842.html

The news of the death of former Premier Li Keqiang of the Communist Party of China has attracted public opinion. Cai Shenkun, a senior Chinese media person living in the United States, revealed that because he often talks about sensitive topics involving the CCP abroad, especially the death of Li Keqiang, his family has been threatened and intimidated by the CCP police.

On 31 October 2023, Cai Shenkun wrote, "The country (the Chinese Communist Party) is very dissatisfied with me talking about hot and sensitive topics abroad, especially the emergency incident involving Li Keqiang. The police in the place where I lived once again came to intimidate my family, which made my family and relatives deeply afraid! Several times A friend who has not yet retired also asked someone to advise me not to care about domestic current affairs, as it would be beneficial to myself and others, because the overall political direction of China has been set and cannot be changed by one person or one person."

“I understand the concerns and good intentions of my friends. As a current commentator, I went abroad precisely because I could not speak freely at home. If you are still subject to such shackles and restrictions on speech abroad, there is absolutely no need to give up your time at home. A quiet life, free expression without fear, and a rational and objective voice are what I pursue in the second half of my life. I know that this road is full of thorns, bumps, and even faces various threats!"

After the incident was exposed, many netizens posted comments of concern and support.

Wang Anna (also known as Wang Ruiqin), a former member of the Qinghai Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and founder of "Light Media" said, "I support and deeply agree. The CCP's suppression is everywhere, and they use various means to silence people of conscience. If we only If we are just gasping for air, unable to speak out, unable to express our true thoughts, why not live in peace at home? If their methods are effective, they will become more and more arrogant and frequently use loudly to say no, and the game with the CCP will be escalating. , Overseas people cannot be kidnapped and silenced by the CCP.”

"Jo Kin" said, "What scares them just shows that you have got the point in your analysis. It is what they are afraid of people knowing."

"WuMingWuMing" said, "I applaud your courage and level. When you do something, everyone is responsible. It has been implicated for two thousand years, and it's time to stop."

"91 Short Video Official" said, "The truth was exposed and they were scared."

"On the Road" said, "Support! Get rid of your inner fears and express your political opinions freely and loudly!"

"Peter.Shaw" said, "I was also threatened by the Chinese Communist Party last week."

"Canadian-British immigrant William" said, "Because they are deeply afraid, they come to threaten them."

Li Keqiang, former Premier of the State Council of the Communist Party of China who resigned in March this year, passed away in Shanghai in the early morning of October 27 at the age of 68. The outside world generally doubts the official statement that "rescue for a sudden heart attack is ineffective."

On the day Li Keqiang died, Cai Shenkun posted a message on the overseas social platform X that an important person revealed the true cause of Li Keqiang’s death. He couldn’t believe it and was extremely shocked! In the high-speed meat grinder, everyone, even the so-called high-ranking officials of the country, are still like ants, with no dignity and no value!

Cai Shenkun also wrote that Li Keqiang's sudden death from myocardial infarction is reminiscent of the death of Hu Yaobang. With the current level of medical care in China, a sudden myocardial infarction can be completely controlled. According to the national-level medical care treatment, the Standing Committee will always be surrounded by full-time doctors, life secretaries and guards. Even if a heart attack occurs, emergency medicine will be taken immediately. Even anywhere outside Beijing, myocardial infarction is easier to control than cerebral infarction.

Cai Shenkun said that Xi Jinping’s dissatisfaction with Li Keqiang is open and long-term. During his ten years as Premier of the State Council, Li Keqiang's economic policies were comprehensively suppressed, Li Keqiang's people were comprehensively monitored, and Li Keqiang's financial rights and human rights were completely deprived. The image of a cowardly and incompetent prime minister followed his ten-year term.

Folks call for investigation into Li Keqiang's death, head nurse reveals the inside story

Image : Members of the Communist Party of China demanded an investigation into the cause of Li Keqiang’s death; it was rumored that a senior head nurse of the Central Health Bureau disclosed shocking inside information, and well-known expert Dr. Dong Yuhong seconded the opinion; people held dumplings to mourn Li Keqiang! (Provided by "Qin Peng Observation")

The Li Keqiang incident continues to ferment, and an open letter from a member of the Communist Party of China is going viral, calling for an investigation into the cause of Li Keqiang’s death. There are many doubts. It is said that the head nurse of the Central Health Bureau disclosed shocking inside information, and senior expert Dr. Dong Yuhong also raised major doubts.

Party members want to investigate the cause of Li Keqiang’s death. Zhongnanhai offers four measures to deal with the crisis

The mysterious death of Li Keqiang, the former Prime Minister of the Communist Party of China, shocked many people and caused many Chinese to openly question whether he was murdered.

A Chinese Communist Party member’s open letter has gone viral, putting forward five major demands: 1. Stop arranging for cremation of remains pending investigation; 2. Thoroughly investigate the entire treatment process and disclose the entire situation to give an explanation to the party and the people across the country; 3. Investigate and identify all relevant personnel and hold them accountable accordingly; 4. Autopsy the body; 5. Establish a funeral committee to give Li Keqiang the appropriate funeral specifications.

The open letter pointed the finger at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, that is, Xi Jinping: First, it believed that Li Keqiang's "rest" in Shanghai was obviously approved and arranged by the Central Committee, otherwise he would not have been able to leave Beijing or enter Shanghai. Please note that the author is also skeptical about rest because of the quotation marks; secondly, Li Keqiang arrived in Shanghai on October 25 to "rest" and died suddenly on just one day on the 26th. The actual situation is that he died in the afternoon or evening , the rescue time was postponed to 0:10 on the 27th. Time passes so quickly that many party members and the people find it incomprehensible. Many facts have not been explained clearly, and there may be serious problems. Thirdly, he believes that the hasty cremation now will have adverse effects at home and abroad.

In this regard, the open letter calls for the establishment of a joint investigation team between the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council to centrally control the guards, health doctors, medical staff, chefs, hotel leaders and waiters, drivers, and Shanghai reception office cadres who have received, contacted, or been close to Li Keqiang. Get up, talk and investigate one by one; find out whether Li Keqiang’s activity arrangements have been leaked, whether the rescue plan is reasonable, whether the use of medical equipment is reasonable, whether there is intentional use of inappropriate drugs and treatment plans, whether there is any malfeasance, etc.

He also requested an autopsy on Li Keqiang’s body and organized authoritative experts and famous doctors to conduct analysis.

The author of the open letter is Gu Wanming, a veteran reporter from Xinhua News Agency and a graduate of the Journalism Department of Fudan University in Shanghai.

This letter received support from many people. Cai Xia, a former professor at the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and who has publicly announced her resignation from the Communist Party, said, "These five points make sense! I support it!"

However, many people think there is little hope. Some people joked, "Who investigates? Xi Jinping is the leader of the investigation team." "Is it possible?" "The CCP is afraid that Li's body will become a source of excitement for society, but it may be more afraid of becoming a source of excitement within the party. . The party may use Li’s body to gather dissatisfaction, and this dissatisfaction will eventually be directed at Xi. According to the stability maintenance procedures, he will be cremated first. Therefore, I am afraid that the Xi Communist Party cannot meet any of the above requirements.”

I also believe that it is impossible for Xi Jinping to allow investigations and to mourn Li Keqiang with great fanfare. In fact, we can already see from many signs that the highest authorities are full of tension and even deep fear about Li Keqiang's death. for example:

In the evening of 29 October 2023, Beijing time, netizens in the comment area of the CCTV News Network live broadcast room were all mourning Li Keqiang and encouraging "Come on Anhui!" However, the message area was finally closed!

At present, a sea of flowers has appeared in many cities across the country to commemorate Li Keqiang, especially Qianxi Square in Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan Province, where he once worked, and his ancestral home in his hometown. However, the authorities also urgently installed cameras in the surrounding areas to monitor the mourning crowd. Among them, netizens discovered that information collection equipment was installed in Qianxi Square. What are they afraid of?

In addition, three days before the incident occurred, the authorities also restricted reporting. The memorial service was not announced, and the outside world did not even know where the body was stored. All hot searches disappeared, all major official media collectively lost their voices, and Li Keqiang’s alma mater, Peking University, did not dare to express condolences. At the end of last year, the authorities quickly announced a memorial service for CCP leader Jiang Zemin. This made many netizens feel "completely disappointed."

There is another very ridiculous thing. When U.S. President Biden met with Wang Yi, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Communist Party of China in Washington on the 27th local time, the last sentence of the White House press release was that Biden expressed condolences to Li Keqiang, but the Chinese Communist Party’s official media said nothing about it. Don’t mention it. On the contrary, Xinhua News Agency wrote in the relevant position, "Biden sent greetings to President Xi Jinping, elaborated on the position of attaching importance to relations with China, and expressed that the United States is willing to maintain communication with China and jointly respond to global challenges."

This has also been bombarded by many netizens. "I still hope that I will die early." "Well, everyone knows such a shameful thing. 'Smart' is misunderstood." "The Chinese government seems to be trying to force Li Keqiang's impact of his death to be minimized." "The CCP's falsehood is vicious and shameless, and it is absolutely at its peak, unprecedented!" "Is it low-level red or high-level black?"

What kind of tricks are these from Zhongnanhai? Restricting reports, banning speech, controlling gatherings, and even eagerly preparing to suppress them are clearly the four tricks of the Guizhou donkey. If you have no evil intentions, what are you afraid of?

The head nurse of the Central Health Bureau questioned and senior experts also said it was absolutely impossible for Li to swim

There are also many doubtful analyzes on the Internet about whether Li Keqiang had a heart disease and whether he was sent to Shuguang Hospital for rescue after his death. The pro-Beijing Hong Kong English-language South China Morning Post recently published an article stating that two sources told the South China Morning Post that Li Keqiang had previously undergone coronary artery bypass surgery. In other words, Li Keqiang has a history of heart disease.

However, this statement has been questioned. The words of a senior nurse from the Central Health Bureau were also circulated on the Internet today, saying: "1. If Li has a history of heart disease, it is absolutely impossible to let him swim. If there is a problem, the health care workers will have to go to jail. 2. Even if the chief wants to swim, there are many people around him. There must be at least 3-5 guards accompanying the chief; 3. The chief has a rescue team and equipment at his side at all times. For general heart problems, there is no need to call an ambulance. Based on my 30 years of experience in the chief’s medical insurance work, the news reports are shocking. It’s absolutely impossible for your jaw to drop.”

Regarding this, I consulted Dr. Dong Yuhong from Switzerland, a senior medical expert and virology expert. She also expressed doubts about Li Keqiang’s swimming accident, saying:

"Patients with heart disease, especially those with cardiac insufficiency, need to carefully consider swimming. This is similar to the reason why patients with heart disease need to avoid exertion and physical activity. Swimming also adds other risks.

"The main reason is that swimming is a relatively intense exercise. During swimming, the heart needs to supply blood to the whole body. If the heart is insufficient, it can easily lead to insufficient oxygen and blood supply to the heart, leading to severe symptoms and even sudden death.

"In addition, if there is an uncomfortable feeling in the water and during swimming, it is difficult to feel and identify it. Cold water stimulation can also cause coronary artery spasm and induce myocardial infarction."

She also expressed doubts about the South China Morning Post report that Li Keqiang had undergone heart bypass surgery: "Swimming is a very heavy activity. It is generally not recommended after just having coronary artery bypass surgery. It is usually done after 6 months." Okay, very cautiously. This news seems unreliable. If it is true, how long have you had the heart attack? When was it done? No details were provided, just like hearsay."

Of course, some friends who are experts in traditional Chinese medicine believe that the blackness around Li Keqiang's eyes indicates that he may indeed have blood congestion in his heart and may have a heart disease. When he was 20 years old, he had two or three episodes of sweating, indicating poor heart function. This is a fact."

However, having a heart disease does not mean you will die suddenly. After Li Keqiang's death, a related article and video titled "The Level of Cardiovascular Medical Care in Shanghai" went viral on the Internet and were deleted by the Internet police many times. It is disclosed above: Shanghai’s cardiovascular treatment capabilities lead the country. Taking Zhongshan Hospital as an example, as of 2021, more than 10,000 patients with acute myocardial infarction have been treated, with a success rate of over 96%. In addition, the prime time for treatment of myocardial infarction is two hours, and the Dongjiao Hotel where Li Keqiang is staying is within 30 minutes of better hospitals such as Shanghai Zhongshan Hospital. Moreover, Dongjiao Hotel, as the "Diaoyutai State Guesthouse" in Shanghai and the most important place for the CCP to receive important foreign guests, logically has relevant contingency plans, and there are also helicopters that can be sent to the hospital.

Moreover, at this moment, an article previously published by official media was also widely circulated by netizens. It records the story of a high school sophomore from out of town who suffered respiratory and cardiac arrest a few months ago. He was transported across the province to Shanghai in 3 hours, had a heart transplanted, and was brought back to life. Some netizens ridiculed that ordinary people are treated much better than the Prime Minister. Was Li Keqiang not rescued?

Of course, due to the CCP’s black box operations, we currently do not have enough evidence to show how Li Keqiang died. However, I think a question worth thinking about is, why do so many people mourn Li Keqiang? Why do so many people prefer to believe that Li Keqiang died of homicide rather than believe the official reports of the Chinese Communist Party?

There is a saying that goes well, people commemorate him not because of how good he is, but because of how bad he is. The single person next to him in the front refers to Li Keqiang, and the back Hijab in the back obviously refers to Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party authorities.

Some netizens discovered that in Hefei, Anhui, among the crowd laying flowers, a citizen used steamed buns to mourn Li Keqiang. "From secretly opposing Xi to overtly opposing Xi, the situation is changing rapidly!"

So, how big a change will this change cause in China? I think it still needs to be observed. At present, it seems unlikely that after Zhou Enlai's death, people launched the anti-Mao Zedong and anti-Cultural Revolution movements in memory of him, nor is it likely that there will be the "June 4th" movement brought about by the death of Hu Yaobang. Because times have changed, and the CCP’s control over the Internet has become increasingly tight. But I believe that this underground fire will definitely burn more and more fiercely. This change will definitely be reflected within the Chinese Communist Party system and eventually lead to the collapse of the Communist Party.

For Xi Jinping, things are getting more and more dangerous now. Because the death of Li Keqiang, the representative of the largest opposing faction, Tuan faction, has certainly relieved him from the pressure of competition, but more and more people will further see that Li Keqiang's ten years were ten years of hard work and defeat. In the past ten years, the root cause is not only the constraints of the CCP system, but also caused by Xi Jinping’s power seizure and chaos.

As a result, the Prime Minister of the State Council, who once served as a buffer zone for conflicts within the Party Central Committee, will be completely ineffective, and people will point the finger directly at Xi Jinping. Because almost everyone does not think that Li Qiang is a prime minister, he is just a domestic slave of Xi Jinping!

At the same time, "if the people are not afraid of death, why should they be afraid of death?" People who have lost hope in the CCP's reform will increasingly become motivated to resist. Many people may remember the idiom story of "the road follows the eye". King Li of Zhou was tyrannical, and people in the capital talked about him privately. Duke Zhao warned King Li: "People can't stand it." King Zhou Li was furious and sent people to monitor the people to see who dared to speak ill of him. Anyone who informs will be killed. As a result, "Chinese people dare not speak out, but the road is based on their eyes." King Li was overjoyed and told Duke Zhao. But Zhao Gong said, "It is better to guard against the mouth of the people than to guard against the river. If the river breaks down, many people will be hurt. The same will happen to the people." He advised King Li to open up the channels of speech and let public opinion vent. At the same time, the superiors should solve the problem of the people. worries. However, King Li refused to listen, so "no one in the country dared to speak out. In three years, he was exiled to the throne."

Japanese media pay attention to the CCP’s strict control over people’s mourning for Li Keqiang

日媒关注中共严控民众悼念李克强
The sudden death of former Chinese Communist Premier Li Keqiang has aroused widespread public attention in Japan. The media focused on the trend of Chinese people spontaneously mourning Li Keqiang, and the CCP’s response to the people. Strict control of memorial activities, and the relationship between Xi and Li.

Japanese media continued to follow up on Li Keqiang's sudden death and its aftermath. On October 29, Japan's largest newspaper "The Yomiuri Shimbun" issued two press releases in a row, introducing the situation of spontaneous memorials among Chinese people and the strict control measures implemented by the Chinese Communist Party authorities to prevent another "June 4th" incident.

According to reports, on 28 October 2023, tens of thousands of people went to Li Keqiang’s former residence to express condolences and lay flowers. This kind of spontaneous mourning for the deceased leader was extremely unusual in scale. Reports said that on that day, a queue of people holding chrysanthemums, roses and other bouquets to pay their respects was more than 500 meters long, and the bouquets were piled more than 2 meters high. There were more than 100 police and security personnel at the scene. Xi Jinping's administration is preventing this commemorative event from turning into criticism of the Chinese Communist regime.

The report also said that the CCP authorities have issued notices to college students, requiring a ban on mourning activities, including online. "In China, commemorations of Hu Yaobang, the reformist leader and former Communist Party general secretary who died suddenly in 1989, sparked student demands for democracy that led to the Tiananmen massacre. As youth unemployment worsens, authorities appear to be keeping a close eye on student trends."

In addition, the report also mentioned that China’s social platform Weibo has closed comments related to Li Keqiang’s death; there are 140,000 submissions under the obituary published by Xinhua News Agency, but none of them can be displayed, and only about 30 pieces of content can be read. . This should be a measure taken in accordance with the will of the Chinese Communist authorities.

Just after noon on the 27th, Japan time, when NHK's overseas TV program "World Premium" reported the news of Li Keqiang's death in China, Chinese characters such as colour bars and "Signal Abnormality" appeared and the news was temporarily suspended.

NHK explained that this is a common occurrence. TV programs in China are all monitored. As long as any negative remarks about the CCP are found, the signal will be cut off immediately.

On 28 October, another Japanese major newspaper, the Sankei Shimbun, reported Li Keqiang’s death with multiple large pictures. The focus was still on the Chinese Communist authorities’ strict control over people’s spontaneous mourning. Reports say that Xi Jinping's regime is wary of whether people's memorial rallies will turn into criticism of the authorities. On social platforms, notices are being circulated prohibiting comments and gatherings related to Li Keqiang's death. The Chinese Communist authorities are implementing strict control.

The obituary issued by the Chinese Communist authorities also attracted the attention of the Japanese media. "Sankei Shimbun" stated in another report on the same day that when describing Li Keqiang's achievements, the obituary said that it was accomplished "under the strong guidance of the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core." In the obituary, Xi Jinping's name appears five times in total, which not only emphasizes Xi Jinping's existence, but also demonstrates intra-party unity to both inside and outside the party.

The report also said that the obituary emphasized that after Li Keqiang resigned as prime minister in March this year, he "firmly supported and supported the leadership of the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core." This statement may be an attempt to dispel rumours that Xi Jinping and Li Keqiang are at odds.

Xi and Li have a "mother-in-law and daughter-in-law relationship"

On 27 October 2023, the Sankei Shimbun published an article by former Beijing correspondent Akio Yaita. The article revealed an old story about Li Keqiang. On 14 March 2012, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, Wen Jiabao held his last press conference as prime minister. When he was about to leave, reporters spotted Li Keqiang, who was following Wen Jiabao and was about to become prime minister. So the reporters asked him to say a few words, but he did not say a word, only nodded slightly and left the venue. "He played the role of Wen Jiabao's subordinate and never tried to attract attention. When the author was at the scene, he gave the impression of a 'humble man'."

The article said, "Li Keqiang later supported Xi Jinping's government as the number two figure for 10 years, but some Chinese experts criticized his modest character, saying that 'he is mainly responsible for Xi Jinping's concentration of power and misdeeds.'"

Xia Yifan, a pro-democracy activist living in Japan, also feels the same way. He told The Epoch Times, "As far as the career of a politician is concerned, humility is worse than cowardice. China's current situation in which Xi Jinping is dominant, not to mention Li Keqiang's greatest contribution, is also due to his inaction. It has a lot to do with it.”

Akio Yaita also said in the article that after Xi Jinping was appointed as General Secretary and Li Keqiang became Prime Minister at the Beidaihe Conference in 2007, “People expected that the gentle Li Keqiang could contain the aggressive Xi Jinping, continue the collective leadership system of various factions, and maintain rapid economic growth. "But later, the policy differences between the two became increasingly obvious. Xi Jinping created various party organizations and took away the power of the State Council in the economic, financial, educational and other fields. Li Keqiang, however, has shown few signs of resistance.

Akio Yaita mentioned at the end of the article that a former official of the State Council who once worked under Li Keqiang once said, "My boss and the general secretary are related as mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, so we cannot talk back." Li Keqiang said when bidding farewell to the staff of the State Council, " People are doing it, God is watching,” which may be his greatest effort to resist Xi Jinping’s atrocities.

The people blocking Xi Jinping no longer exist

Yoichi Takita, a special editorial member of "Nihon Keizai Shimbun", gave three points of view on the news of Li Keqiang's death.

First, following the resignation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Defense, former Prime Minister Li Keqiang passed away. Regardless of the cause of Li's death, there is no one blocking Xi Jinping now.

Second, Li Keqiang’s economics is about economic reform, but (Xi Jinping) refuses reform and insists on high growth, which leads to the expansion of real estate bubbles and local government hidden debts, coupled with the strengthening of control over private enterprises in the name of common prosperity - these are major causes of today’s economic woes.

Third, this moment reminded him of a scene at the closing ceremony of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China a year ago: when Hu Jintao was carried away from the venue midway, Hu used his body to express his dissatisfaction with Xi. The current system strengthens the cult of personality, and the future is in danger.

Regarding the spontaneous mourning of Li Keqiang by many Chinese people, Xia Yifan said that people "to mourn Li Keqiang are more of an opportunity to beat the bald man to scold the monk and vent their anger towards Xi Jinping."

Minoru Ohsugi, secretary-general of the Association for the Protection of Japanese Sovereignty, also told The Epoch Times that the Chinese Communist regime is already quite exhausted and in chaos, especially the economy. But it is the ordinary people who suffer, and CCP officials should not feel the pain. Judging from Chinese history, the reasons for the disintegration of the regime mostly come from within. If the CCP continues to do this, people's dissatisfaction will one day break out.

Chinese people mourn Li Keqiang, Zhengzhou man carries his portrait and runs marathon

中国民间悼李克强 郑州男背遗像跑马拉松
After the death of former Premier Li Keqiang of the Communist Party of China, the number of people paying tribute has continued to expand in recent days, and the authorities feel like they are facing a formidable enemy. A few days ago, a photo of a Zhengzhou marathon runner wearing a portrait of Li Keqiang was widely circulated on the Internet, attracting attention.

On 29 October 2023, marathon events were held in major cities such as Beijing, Chengdu, Zhengzhou, Jinan, and Xi'an. On the same day, the "Zhengzhou Bank Cup" 2023 Zhengzhou·Yellow River Marathon was held in Zhengzhou.

According to photos posted online, a man wearing a 2023 Zheng-Ma yellow running shirt was carrying a transparent backpack, which contained a black-and-white photo of Li Keqiang printed on A4 paper. The title of the photo also read "Take him with you" Take a walk on the streets of Zhengzhou.”

On the same day, at a marathon event held in Chengdu, Sichuan, an elderly runner wore a white running shirt with the words "The Yangtze and Yellow Rivers Will Not Flow Back" handwritten on the back. This is what Li Keqiang said during his inspection in Shenzhen in August 2022.

On 27 October, 68-year-old former Chinese Premier Li Keqiang passed away. Officials said Li Keqiang died of a sudden heart attack while "resting in Shanghai." However, the cause of his death triggered a lot of speculation from the outside world, and many voices questioned whether he died directly or indirectly due to internal fighting among senior officials.

After Li Keqiang's sudden death, the CCP prohibited gatherings of memorial services in various places, and only allowed people to lay flowers in his former residence, Hefei, and Zhengzhou, Henan, where he once ruled. The memorial flowers formed a sea of flowers.

Wang Juntao, co-chairman of the National Committee of the China Democratic Party, told NTDTV that to mourn people who are not close to oneself, it is definitely worth taking the risk. In fact, they just couldn’t stand Xi Jinping anymore, so they expressed their dissatisfaction with Li Keqiang’s death.

Wang Juntao said that because Li Keqiang's death was rather strange, it aroused a lot of conjecture, which in itself poses a great threat to Xi.

Many observers believe that Li Keqiang's death involves internal strife among senior leaders of the Chinese Communist Party.

Li Yuanhua, a historian living in Macau, told NTDTV that "Xi Xia and Li Shang" are actually trying to sow discord. How can Li Keqiang have such strength? Spreading such remarks is actually equivalent to the total annihilation of the Tuan faction. In fact, it is completely the Jiang faction that is behind these things to provoke them, leaving Xi Jinping with no one to use.

Liang Shaohua, chief compliance officer of Continental Asset Management, said that now "Li Keqiang's inexplicable sudden death will cause some pragmatists and some reformists in the party to despair and fight to the death. Instead of sitting back and waiting for death, it is better to rise up. We will wait and see." , I think this is possible."

Hospitals in many places in China are overcrowded, and professors from the Chinese Communist Party’s High Court have died intensively

Let’s focus on the epidemic in China. Pediatric emergency rooms and fever clinics in many places are full. Most of the patients are infected with the so-called “mycoplasma pneumonia.” At the same time, it was revealed that many senior officials and party members of the Chinese Communist Party and the professor died of illness together.

Since August, the number of patients with "mycoplasma pneumonia" has continued to increase across China. Many netizens have questioned the Chinese Communist Party's official cover-up of the epidemic, saying that the "mycoplasma virus" is the covid virus (Chinese Communist Party virus).

A pediatrician at Beijing Tiantan Hospital said that there may be four to five hundred patients every day, which is three to four times more than before.

Video voice: "I really don't know how long the queue will last. It's full of people. The children's hospital has not finished the daytime queue, and there are still hundreds of people waiting for the night."

Videos posted online showed that many outpatient and emergency departments in Beijing were overcrowded, and Wuhan Tongji Children's Hospital even queued up in the middle of the night for consultations the next day. The video showed that there were still more than 400 people queuing at night, and the pediatric clinic of Jilin University No. 1 Hospital was overcrowded. There was no call for three days, and even the steps on the ground were full of patients.

In addition, as of 23 October 2023, at least 4 academicians and 28 university professors in mainland China died of illness, and 17 were members of the Communist Party of China. Among them, Chen Hong, deputy chief physician of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, is only 46 years old, and Shan Hu, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and dean of Qingdao Agricultural University School of Veterinary Medicine, is only 57 years old.

In about 20 days before and after the National Day holiday, at least 17 senior CCP officials died of illness, 15 of whom were CCP members, including Wu Zunyou, chief epidemiologist at the CCP Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, who died on the same day as Premier Li Keqiang. Wu died of pancreatic cancer at the age of 60.

Hosting Xiangshan Forum on behalf of Li Shangfu, Zhang Youxia showed split personality

The 10th Xiangshan Forum of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing from 29 to 31 October 2023. Since Li Shangfu, Minister of Defense of the Communist Party of China, had just been dismissed from his post, the forum was addressed by Zhang Youxia, Vice Chairman of the Military Commission.

At the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman of the CCP Military Commission Zhang Youxia delivered a speech, mentioning "developing military relations with the United States on the basis of mutual respect, peaceful coexistence, and win-win cooperation." However, he also accused "individual countries" of deliberately creating chaos and interfering in other countries' affairs. In domestic affairs, the target is obviously the United States.

International affairs commentator Tang Hao: "The CCP seems to be contradictory in its words and deeds, but to the CCP this is called 'one soft hand and one hard hand'. Beijing's formal approach to the United States is 'fight and talk, fight without breaking', but in terms of thinking In fact, it is a matter of life and death, and the United States has always been regarded as the number one enemy, because the United States not only prevents the CCP from annexing Taiwan, but also blocks the CCP from dominating the world and realizing the imperialist hegemony dream of a 'community with a shared future for mankind.'"

Current affairs commentator Tang Jingyuan: "The CCP is now talking to the United States about win-win cooperation, but its real purpose is actually just a delaying tactic. In the pattern of strategic competition between China and the United States, defeating the United States and bringing down the United States is the CCP's established policy. It is its ultimate goal, and it will not change. However, it cannot be ruled out that during this process, it will have some strategic needs, and it will have a negative impact on the United States in its diplomatic relations or in some other matters and places, it will be somewhat toned down.”

When talking about the Taiwan issue, Zhang Youxia said that Taiwan is the core of China's core interests, and the Chinese Communist Army will "never agree or be soft" to the so-called "separatist" behavior.

Tang Hao: "The CCP's use of Taiwan as an excuse is just to give the CCP an excuse to reject peace and create disputes. Beijing's so-called "peaceful coexistence and win-win cooperation" is actually a means of war packaged with 'peace'. Just like the civil war between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party in the past, when the Communist Party could not defeat its opponents and was about to be eliminated, it introduced "peace talks" as a delaying tactic. On the surface, it advertised that it wanted peace, but in fact it was delaying its opponents from taking action in exchange for the CCP's survival. Waiting for the opportunity to counterattack the opponent.”

Tang Jingyuan: "The Taiwan issue is actually one of the core issues in the relations between China and the United States, but in fact it is not the only issue. Taking a step back and saying that even if there is no Taiwan issue, Sino-US relations are actually impossible. Well, because of this ideology of the CCP, it is impossible for it to become a true friend with the United States, and it is impossible for the CCP to truly integrate into the international order of a free society led by the United States."

Analysts believe that the CCP’s tough stance on the Taiwan issue is actually a consistent rhetoric emphasizing political correctness and cannot be used as a standard to measure the situation in the Taiwan Strait.

Tang Jingyuan: "No matter on any occasion, their stance on the Taiwan issue will always maintain a tough attitude that is consistent with the highest level. But the real crisis in Taiwan, the real action depends on the CCP . It is the threatening harassment that it now sends planes and warships to carry out demonstrations around Taiwan every day. Is it possible that its frequency will be reduced? This is the real thing that can be used to measure the extent of the Taiwan Strait crisis during this period. There is not one indicator that cooling is likely to occur.”

Xiangshan Forum held in Beijing. Commentary: China and Russia join forces to fight against the United States

Reporters : Wang Yanqiao, Luo Ya / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2023/10/31/a103815907.html

The CCP's largest military diplomacy event of the year, the "Beijing Xiangshan Forum", lasted for three days. Since the CCP dismissed the Minister of Defense, the forum was chaired by the military's second-ranking figure, Zhang Youxia, that attracted international attention. .

Current affairs commentator Li Linyi: "Zhang Youxia and He Weidong attended the Xiangshan Forum, and then, Liu Zhenli actually also attended. However, Liu Zhenli has not been appointed as the new Minister of Defense yet, so if he comes to chair this Xiangshan Forum If so, it may have some derogatory effect on the defense ministers of other countries. Moreover, the Chinese Communist Party attaches great importance to this Xiangshan Forum, and it is also very important to the Chinese Communist Party. Therefore, a kind of The high-standard way is to let Zhang Youxia give a speech there. In fact, the Vice Chairman of the Military Commission is bigger than the Minister of Defense, so it is a high-standard treatment."

In his speech, Zhang Youxia claimed that he "will deepen strategic cooperation and coordination with Russia" and also mentioned that "we must develop military relations with the United States." However, he also said that Taiwan is the core of China's core interests and accused "some countries of interfering." China's Internal Affairs", claiming that "the Chinese Communist Army will never agree or show mercy."

Su Ziyun, director of the Institute of Defense Strategy and Resources at Taiwan's Institute of National Defense and Security: "The content of Zhang Youxia's speech was basically an accusatory term. Although he did not name anyone, everyone could tell that he was challenging the United States."

Shu Xiaohuang, associate researcher at the Institute of Political, Military and Operational Concepts of the Communist Party of China at the National Defense and Security Research Institute of Taiwan: "I think it (with the United States) has win-win cooperation. On the one hand, it talks about cooperation and common prosperity. On the other hand, it believes that the current relationship between the United States and its allies The strategy is to use various methods to subvert the rule of the Communist Party. Including its military challenges, trade wars, etc., and harassment of its surrounding areas, directly threaten the ruling authority of the Communist Party. The problem is that in fact, the CCP continues to harass its surrounding areas. Countries in the Taiwan Strait, including in the East China Sea, Japan, even in South Korea, have provocative behaviors in the South China Sea, and even in Vietnam. There is no win-win cooperation at all. It (the CCP) has not done anything in North Korea. It is developing in this direction, so its words are completely empty words.”

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and Zhang Youxia entered the venue side by side, with their seats side by side in the middle of the first row. After Zhang Youxia's speech, Shoigu was the first to speak and accused the West of the escalating conflict between the West and Russia, which has brought about the threat of direct military conflict between nuclear powers, which will bring catastrophic consequences.

Li Linyi: "What it (the Chinese Communist Party) is doing is actually using Russia as a weapon. It's just because Russia is so dependent on the Chinese Communist Party that it no longer cares about those things. In other words, the Chinese Communist Party is Praise Russia very highly, and then use this method to ask for a price from the United States. It knows that it is the United States that if you ask it to completely give up its defense against Taiwan, it is simply impossible. Because there is such a thing between Taiwan and the United States. defense agreement, so for the CCP, as long as there are fewer sanctions, as long as it can be a little friendlier to the CCP in various places, and it can allow those foreign investments to return to China, this is already a blessing for the CCP. This is also Xi Jinping This is a tactic he used before meeting Biden this time."

Shu Xiaohuang: "China has not made any statement at all here, and it does not dare to support Russia. I think both sides have what they need, and they all have the need to confront the United States. China, Russia and North Korea seem to have a tendency to form an alliance. .”

Su Ziyun: "My observation is that Zhang Youxia and Shaoyigu of the Chinese Communist Party are basically used to make declarations, not as a platform for dialogue. Therefore, this Xiangshan Forum basically has no meaning of dialogue. Because what they say is probably all , a cliché in totalitarian countries.”

On 30 October 2023, Zhang Youxia, vice chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China, mentioned in front of senior military leaders of various countries at the Xiangshan Forum in Beijing that no matter what force wants to split Taiwan, the Chinese military will never agree, and reiterated the mainland military’s issue with Taiwan. A strong statement. Foreign Ministry spokesman Liu Yongjian responded today that Zhang Youxia's speech once again proved that China is an out-and-out militaristic country and will only increase the general resentment of the Taiwanese people and the international community.

Zhang Youxia said in his speech that Taiwan is the core of China's core interests. The one-China principle is the general consensus of the international community. No matter who wants to separate Taiwan from China in any form, the Chinese military will never agree or show mercy.

In this regard, Liu Yongjian pointed out at the press conference that major United Nations countries and international summits in recent years have repeatedly emphasized the importance of peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait as the key to global security and prosperity. Zhang Youxia's speech only once again proves that China is an out-and-out militaristic country, is a troublemaker that undermines peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait and regional peace.

He further stated that China has always attempted to regard itself as a major country, and it should shoulder the international responsibilities and obligations that a major country should have. China's continued threats to use force against Taiwan and endanger regional peace and stability will only increase the general public dissatisfaction among the Taiwanese people and the international community. Disgusted.

Liu Yongjian reiterated that Taiwan, the Republic of China, and the People's Republic of China are not affiliated with each other. The People's Republic of China has never ruled Taiwan for a day. This is a fact clearly recognized by all countries and an objective status quo. No country has the right or the possibility to make a single statement, or The so-called joint statement with other countries unilaterally denies our country's sovereign status. The future of Taiwan, the Republic of China, must be determined by the will of all Taiwanese people.

After being suspended for three years due to the epidemic, the Xiangshan Forum debuted in Beijing on the 30th, focusing on relations between the Taiwan Strait and the United States and China. Due to the dismissal of former Chinese Defense Minister Li Shangfu, Zhang Youxia, Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission, took charge. In his speech, he criticized "certain countries" for adhering to the zero-sum mentality of "you lose and I win", believing in the law of the jungle where the weak can eat the strong, engaging in clique-based group politics, and pursuing unilateralism, which has filled the world with the haze of war and Humanitarian disaster.

He Lei, a Chinese expert representative and former vice president of the Academy of Military Sciences, directly named the United States, saying that the United States is trying to sow discord and create instability on the South China Sea issue, and the Philippines is following the United States in destroying regional peace. He Lei also pointed out that once the mainland is forced to use force to solve the Taiwan issue, he falsely claimed that this would be a "legitimate and just war."

Hamas leader: China and Russia benefit from attacking Israel, CCP China is considering attacking Taiwan

Editor : Li Chengyu / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2023/10/30/a103815590.html / Image : On 26 October 2023, Khaled Mashal, an overseas senior official of Hamas, said in an interview that the CCP uses Hamas’s raid on Israel as a model and is considering using the same method to raid Taiwan. 哈马斯头目:攻击以色列中俄受益 中共考虑袭台

An overseas leader of Hamas said in a recent interview that Hamas’s raid on Israel has reduced pressure on Russia, and the Chinese Communist Party is also considering using this as a model to raid Taiwan. Netizens ridiculed that Hamas was preparing to betray its backers.

On 26 October, Khaled Mashal, a senior overseas official of Hamas, was interviewed by Egypt's "Sada Elbalad" TV station and mentioned the international impact of Hamas's attack on Israel on 7 October 2023.

He said Russia was the beneficiary of the attack because Hamas' actions distracted the United States from its war in Ukraine. He also claimed that Russia told Hamas that the attack would be taught in their military academies.

He also mentioned that China also regards this raid as an example and is considering replicating Hamas' actions in Taiwan.

Mashal claimed that Hamas needs to cooperate with powerful countries, such as the Communist Party of China and Russia.

Mashal is a senior Hamas leader and former chairman of the Hamas Politburo.

The Israel Office in Taiwan responded that from the statements of Hamas leaders, it is obvious that the risks of terror, conflict and chaos are not limited to the Middle East; the world must unite resolutely to confront the Hamas terrorist organization.

The video of Mashal’s interview is being circulated on overseas social media (video link). Netizens are discussing that Hamas has revealed the Chinese and Russian accomplices behind it. Some people wonder whether it is because CCP China and Russia did not provide enough money. Others believe that when Hamas reaches a critical moment, in order to protect itself, it has to drag down the mastermind behind it.

On 7 October 2023, Hamas launched a large-scale attack on areas adjacent to Israel from the Gaza corridor. While 3,000 rockets were intensively bombing Israel, militants used vehicles, rubber boats and paragliders to invade Israel from land, sea and air, attack military bases and massacre civilians in communities. At least 1,300 Israelis were killed and more than 3,400 injured. , hundreds of people were taken hostage.

The scale, weapons and tactics of the raid were extraordinary. The outside world has questioned that the mastermind behind it may be the "new axis of evil" composed of China, Russia and other regimes, because the CCP and Russia hope to divert the attention of Europe and the United States in the Taiwan Strait and Ukraine. Others believe that provoking a war in the Middle East is one of the strategic steps of the CCP's "forced unification of Taiwan".

Last week, a Hamas delegation made a public visit to Russia. According to Russian media reports, Hamas stated that they regard Russia as their "closest friend". After obtaining a list of eight Russian hostages from Russia, they are looking for these hostages and preparing to release them all.

Unlike Russia, which came forward to rescue Russian hostages kidnapped by Hamas, the CCP has never publicly mentioned "Chinese hostages."

A large amount of news leaked on social media showed that in the Hamas attack on 7 October 2023, many Chinese workers in Israel were killed or injured, and many others were missing.

Beijing has refused to condemn Hamas. Although the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Communist Party of China admitted that many Chinese workers were killed and injured, it only said that these casualties occurred in the "Israeli-Palestinian conflict" and did not mention that the perpetrator was Hamas.

After the Israel-Hamas war broke out, most countries were busy evacuating their citizens from Israel. The CCP just blindly "reminds" Chinese people in Israel to "pay attention to safety." Some Chinese who were eager to return home asked the Chinese Communist Embassy in Israel for help, but the reply they received was "find a way out on your own."

Considering hostage safety and tactical needs, Israeli ground operations are slow

Reporter : Chen Ting / Editor : Li Mu'en / https://www.epochtimes.com/gb/23/10/31/n14106520.htm /  Image : On 30 October 2023, an Israeli military vehicle was driving towards the Gaza Strip. The Israeli Prime Minister said that the current war will be a long-term war. (Dan Kitwood/Getty Images)

考虑人质安全与战术需要 以色列地面行动缓慢

In the days before the ground operation, the Israeli army was more cautious and did not undergo the large-scale comprehensive invasion expected by the outside world. This is consistent with the strong air strikes in the past three weeks. In sharp contrast.

Military experts believe that one of the reasons for the slow ground operations may be that Israel hopes to wear down the leadership of Hamas through long-term operations and retains the possibility of negotiating with Hamas and releasing more than 200 hostages.

Last week, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said freeing the hostages was an "integral" part of the military's goals in Gaza.

Hamas, the Islamic armed group that rules the Gaza Strip, has so far released four civilians. Hamas also held more than 230 hostages. They are believed to be held in Hamas' vast network of tunnels.

The Israeli military said on Monday that troops had rescued an Israeli soldier from Hamas during a ground operation in Gaza.

A former senior commander who spoke on condition of anonymity said the slow movement was intended to secure the troops' flanks and lure Hamas fighters out of tunnels or densely populated urban areas to engage Israeli forces in open areas, where they Easier to kill.

Former Israeli Defense Intelligence Agency Director Amos Yadlin said: "Acting inch by inch and meter by meter can reduce casualties and kill Hamas terrorists as much as possible."

A person familiar with Israel's combat plans revealed that at the tactical level, the ground movement range of the troops is smaller and it is easier to obtain air support.

Reducing ground troops in Gaza also means Israel can more easily move its forces to the north if Lebanese Hezbollah does enter the war.

Hamas leaders say a ceasefire is necessary to release civilian hostages, who Israel says include people holding passports from 25 different countries.

In 2011, Hamas negotiated the release of more than 1,000 Palestinian prisoners in exchange for an Israeli soldier.

Israel Defense Forces (IDF) spokesman Major General Daniel Hagari said the Israeli military has two goals, destroying Hamas, including its infrastructure and combat capabilities, and bringing the hostages home.

Tanks and armored personnel carriers, backed by helicopters and drones, have moved into the suburbs north of Gaza City.

On Monday, local residents said Israeli forces also entered southern Gaza City, threatening Salah Al Deen Road, a 40-kilometer traffic artery that runs through the Gaza Strip.

Hamas' Qassam Brigades claim to launch missiles at Israeli forces

哈马斯旗下卡桑旅声称对以军发射导弹

Hamas claimed that its armed branch "Qassan Brigade" had fired machine guns and anti-aircraft guns at Israeli troops earlier on Tuesday (31 October 2023), tank missiles, raising concerns about the plight of Palestinian civilians.

The al-Qassam Brigades, the armed branch of Hamas, stated that the Israeli army invaded the southern Gaza artery. The al-Qassam Brigades responded with "machine gun fire and used 105 mm caliber Yassin missiles (al-Yassin 105 missiles) against four enemy military vehicles."

The Yassin missile is a self-made anti-tank missile produced by Hamas.

The Qassam Brigades also said it had targeted two Israeli tanks and a bulldozer in northwest Gaza with missiles.

The Israeli military had no immediate comment.

Since last Friday, Israel has expanded its ground operations in Gaza. On Monday, Israeli forces also launched a pincer attack on the main cities in northern Gaza from both sides.

Israel said it had rescued a soldier it said was one of 239 hostages captured by Hamas on 7 October 2023.

The Health Directorate of Hamas-controlled Gaza says 8,306 people have been killed in Israeli attacks since October 7, including 3,457 minors.

As the death toll continues to rise, many countries have called for a moratorium on the fighting to allow more humanitarian aid to be sent to Gaza.

However, Netanyahu said late Monday that Israel would not agree to a ceasefire and would continue to advance its plan to eliminate Hamas.

"To ask Israel for a ceasefire after the horrific attacks on 7 October is to ask Israel to surrender to Hamas, to terrorism, to atrocities. That can't happen," Netanyahu said.

Military experts say Israeli forces have moved slowly in the ground offensive in part because they want to keep open the possibility of negotiating with Hamas to release the hostages.

Baidu map does not indicate the name of Israel

百度地图未标注以色列国名

After the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, mainland people discovered that the name "Israel" was not marked on Baidu Maps. This labeling method is in sharp contrast to the CCP’s attitude towards Chinese maps.

Earlier this month, the Palestinian militant group Hamas raided Israel, causing ongoing conflicts between the two sides. At the end of this month, mainland netizens discovered that the country name "Israel" was not marked on Baidu Map.

Epoch Times reporters searched on 31 October 2023 and found that the Baidu map was indeed not labeled. On the contrary, neighbouring Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, etc. all had country names.

However, it is impossible to determine whether the marked situation occurred after the Israeli-Palestinian conflict or existed before.

Image : Baidu map. (webpage screenshot)

This labeling method is in sharp contrast to the CCP’s attitude towards maps.

On 28 August 2023, the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Communist Party of China released the new "standard map" version of China in 2023. The Communist Party of China included some disputed areas into the "Chinese territory", triggering strong protests from Taiwan, India, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines. For example, there are disputes between China and India over Arunachal Pradesh (known as South Tibet in China) and Aksai Chin, as well as Taiwan and the disputed South China Sea Islands.

In addition, China has for years expressed dissatisfaction with and fined maps published elsewhere, such as on hotel websites. The reason is that China’s territorial claims have not been strictly followed, that is, the nine-dash line around the South China Sea has not been marked, although this nine-dash line has not been internationally recognized.

Thailand will provide visa-free entry for tourists from Taiwan and India

Reporter : Xia Yu / Editor : Ye Ziwei / https://www.epochtimes.com/gb/23/10/31/n14106650.htm

A government official said on Tuesday (31 October 2023) that Thailand will remove visa requirements on foreigners from India and China from next month to May 2024. Visitors to Taiwan are exempted from visa requirements in a bid to attract more tourists as the peak tourist season approaches. The visa exemption program for Chinese may become permanent.

Thailand lifted visa requirements for Chinese tourists in September. Before the epidemic, Chinese tourists were Thailand's largest tourism market. The number of tourists entering Thailand in 2019 reached a record 39 million, of which 11 million were from China.

According to the latest government data, Thailand had 22 million tourists from January to 29 October 2023, generating revenue of 927.5 billion baht ($25.67 billion).

Reuters reported that Thai government spokesman Chai Wacharonke said: "Travellers from India and Taiwan can enter Thailand and stay for 30 days visa-free."

So far this year, India has become Thailand's fourth largest tourist source market, with about 1.2 million inbound tourists, second only to Malaysia, China and South Korea.

Inbound tourism from Indians is showing signs of growth as more airlines and hotel chains target the Indian market.

In addition, according to the Bangkok Post, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) hopes that visa-free entry for mainland Chinese tourists will be made permanent if Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin’s recommendations are followed.

Saita said that the temporary visa exemption policy for Chinese tourists is expected to end on 29 February 2023, and may become permanent after that.

Thailand targets about 28 million arrivals this year, and the new government hopes that tourism can offset continued weakness in exports, thereby reducing the impact on economic growth.

Tourism accounts for approximately 20% of Thailand's GDP.

Trump rally speech: Carson declares full support for Trump

Reporters : Li Mei and Rong Yu / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2023/10/30/a103815631.html / Image : Video Screenshot

Last Sunday (29 October 2023), former U.S. President Trump held campaign rallies in two cities in Iowa. He talked about the travel ban on Muslims and other issues such as border protection.

Former U.S. President Trump: "We had the Trump travel ban. But I said one of the benefits of the travel ban, and I never talked about it, is the fact that we didn't have a terrorism problem in four years. Everybody wants to think, we haven't had buildings destroyed over the years, we haven't had the World Trade Center, we haven't had anything like that, nothing."

The U.S. border crisis has now reached an unprecedented level. Trump mentioned that nothing like this had happened in his four years in office.

Trump: "We have the strongest border in history, we built 500 miles of border wall that no one has ever seen, and we're going to add another 200 miles."

Trump said that's because he took tough but smart measures.

In Sioux City, Iowa, Trump thanked local voters for their support and thanked former Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson for his support.

Trump: "We have some truly great Americans with us who have been my friends."

Carson tweeted on Monday: "Our country desperately needs strong leadership. It desperately needs a President who will fight for the American people, our freedom, security and future. Donald Trump is that leader. "

An hour before Carson issued his statement, he prayed for Trump.
