EL AL and other Israeli airlines increase flights to bring reservists home
Israel said on Monday (9 October 2023) it had called up an unprecedented 300,000 reservists and warned residents of the Palestinian enclave of Gaza to evacuate. This suggests that Israel may be planning to launch a ground attack in response to attacks on Israel by the Palestinian militant group Hamas.
On 10 October 2023, EL AL Israel Airlines, Israir and Arkia Israel Airlines added more flights to bring reservists home, according to the airlines' websites and the Israeli airport authority.
Israir said it would provide flights from Larnaca (in Cyprus), Corfu (in Greece) and Batumi (in Georgia) to help Israelis return home.
Arkia also flies from Athens to Eilat in southern Israel, and from Marrakesh (in Morocco) to Tel Aviv.
EL AL Israel Airlines added flights from Athens on Tuesday. The company added that while it is not offering free flights to reservists, it is working to keep prices affordable. Its long-haul flights to Narita, Suvarnabhumi and to the U.S. are operating as normal.
Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said he had "lifted all restrictions" on troops fighting Hamas.

"Ready to join the war" Overseas Israelis line up at the airport to return home

The unprecedented assault by the Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas forced Israel to enter a "state of war." Hamas's crimes galvanized Israelis' determination to defend their country. There were scenes of Israeli reservists lining up to return home at Charles de Gaulle Airport in France. A young girl said she was ready to go to war. At the same time, EL AL Israel Airlines is also increasing flights to urgently bring reservists home.
According to Reuters, on Tuesday (10 October 2023), young Israeli reservists lined up at the main airport in Paris to fly home. The young people abroad expressed shock at the unprecedented attacks by Hamas.
"We must fight"
Eden, a 21-year-old girl, pushed her suitcase to an airline service desk at Paris's Charles-de-Gaulle airport and said: "This is hell... I have three women. My friends haven’t been found yet, and I know a lot of people are dead.”
"I think that after three years of military service, we in the army are well prepared... I think I am ready to go to war." said Eden, who came to work in France a month ago.
She said, "That's it. That's life. There's nothing we can do, we have to fight."
"It's shocking. It's shocking because we didn't expect something like this to happen at all," Shimone, 26, said of the Hamas attack. One of his friends is missing and many others have joined the army.
"Currently, they are all fully armed and they have begun to fight, so we have to join them, that's all." Shimone said.
Many international airlines have canceled flights to Israel due to the war. This also makes it more difficult for Israelis to return home. Ofir, 22, was originally in Vietnam. He said he took the fastest route available, returning to Israel via Bangkok and Paris. Ofir said he returned home "to support friends, family, all the injured and the victims."

Hamas massacre families who were sleeping and set houses on fire
Hamas launched an unprecedented attack on Israel on 7 October 2023, infiltrating Israeli communities by sea, land and air and killing civilians. In the border farm "Kfar Aza" in southern Israel, Hamas's massacres and atrocities exceeded anyone's imagination: Entire families were massacred in bed, and about 40 babies and children were massacred by gunmen. They lost their lives, and some even had their heads chopped off. Terrorists also set houses on fire, forcing civilians hiding inside to come out.
On 11 October 2023, the war entered its fifth day. At least 1,200 people have been killed in Israel. At least 1,055 Palestinians have died in Hamas-occupied Gaza due to Israeli counterattacks.

Since the Palestinian militant organization Hamas raided Israel last Saturday, killing more than 1,000 Israelis and citizens of many countries, the Israeli military has fought back violently. On Wednesday (11 October 2023), Israel's defense minister vowed to destroy the militant group, saying Hamas would cease to exist.
Israeli warplanes have been bombing the Gaza Strip for days in retaliation for weekend attacks by Palestinian Hamas militants, who broke through the Gaza border fence and rampaged into towns and villages, killing 1,200 people and injuring more than 2,700. , and took dozens of hostages from multiple countries.
Israel has also deployed formations of tanks and armored vehicles near Gaza in preparation for a ground offensive against the Hamas-ruled coastal enclave.
"We will wipe out this group called Hamas, Islamic State-Gaza, from the face of the earth," Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said on Wednesday, comparing Hamas to the Islamic State group.
"It will cease to exist," Galante vowed.
Israeli leaders formed an emergency government on Wednesday, pledging to put aside bitter political differences and focus on fighting Hamas. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said after the first meeting of the emergency government that every Hamas member faces death.
Centrist opposition leader and former Defense Minister Benny Gantz spoke live on Israeli television with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Galante after forming a wartime cabinet focused entirely on the conflict.
"Our partnership is not political, but a shared destiny," Gantz said. "We are all soldiers of Israel at this time."
Netanyahu said the Israeli people and their leaders were united. "We have put aside all our differences because the fate of our country hangs in the balance," he said.
Gantz also told Israeli citizens that the newly formed government was "united" and ready to "wipe this organization called Hamas from the face of the earth."
Gantz's National Unity Party strongly opposes judicial reforms proposed by Netanyahu's right-wing coalition and has said it will not pursue any irrelevant policies or laws while the fighting continues.
U.S. Secretary of State Blinken visited Israel on Thursday. When asked whether the United States advocated that Israel exercise restraint in its response, Blinken said before leaving the United States that Israel respects international law and strives to avoid civilian casualties.
"We know that Israel will take every precaution possible, just as we do, and that is what differentiates us from Hamas and terrorist groups who engage in the most heinous activities," Blinken said.

Trump: Travel ban to prevent terrorists from entering U.S. should be reinstated

Hamas’s bloody terrorist attack on Israel shocked the world. Former U.S. President Donald Trump vowed, ( If elected) would reimpose travel bans against countries that tolerate or actively incite terrorism, mainly Muslim countries.
Deadly attacks on Israeli communities over the weekend by the Iran-backed Hamas terror group prompted sharp criticism of the Biden administration from Republican presidential candidates over the $6 billion Washington transferred to Tehran in the days before the attack.
President Trump also expressed criticism at campaign rallies over the weekend in Cedar Rapids and Waterloo, Iowa, and on 9 October in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.
President Trump told a large crowd in Cedar Rapids last Saturday (7 October 2023), "Joe Biden betrayed Israel."
He repeatedly cited the current president's release of $6 billion in frozen Iranian assets as part of a prisoner swap with Iran, a major backer of Hamas, which the United States has designated a terrorist organization.
"As soon as it was announced that Joe Biden was giving $6 billion to Iran, I predicted a war with Israel," President Trump said at a rally in Cedar Rapids.
Speaking at an earlier event in Waterloo, he said he would "not be surprised at all" if some of the $6 billion was used to fund Hamas attacks on Israel.
The Biden administration insists that none of the $6 billion has been used, and even if it has been, the money can only be used for things like food and medicine, not to arm terrorists.
Subsequently, at a rally in Wolfeboro on 9 October, President Trump reiterated his support for Israel and promised to re-impose a travel ban on certain countries that tolerate or encourage terrorism, but he did not specify which countries.
President Trump said, “As President, I will once again stand firmly with the State of Israel and we will cut off the funding of terrorists on day one.” Implement a travel ban.”
Focus on terrorism
President Trump's travel ban rhetoric coincides with a broader theme of ensuring U.S. national security, which is to better control the nation's borders and deny easy entry to those who may seek to cause destruction and harm.
President Trump underscored this point in a post on his Truth Social website, in which he said the same people who carried out deadly attacks on Israel were likely entering the United States through "our fully open southern border." He also asked, “Are they planning to launch an attack within our territory?”
President Trump did not elaborate, but U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data shows that so far this year, a total of 149 people designated as known terrorists, suspected terrorist associates, or both, have illegally crossed the border into the United States and were arrested.
This number exceeds the previous six years combined.
Reimpose travel ban
Like many American conservatives, President Trump has advocated for border security. His signature promise from the 2016 presidential campaign to “build a border wall” is just one example.
In late 2015, as the presidential campaign was in full swing, he announced his support for a "complete and total ban on Muslims entering the United States" until officials fully understood what was going on.
Then, about a week after being sworn in in 2017, President Trump signed Executive Order 13769, called the “National Protection Program to Deter Foreign Terrorists from Entering the United States,” which became informally known as the “Muslim Ban.” (Muslim ban).
The travel ban applies to people arriving from seven Muslim-majority countries (Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen) for 90 days, with some exceptions. That restriction was challenged in court, as were several other travel bans President Trump enacted later, extending restrictions to North Korea and Venezuela.
By the time the U.S. Supreme Court upheld version 3.0 of Trump’s travel ban in June 2018, the ban had covered travelers from Iran, Syria, Yemen, Libya, Somalia, North Korea and Venezuela.
On 20 January 2021, the day President Joe Biden was sworn in, he repealed all Trump-era travel restrictions.
At a campaign rally in New Hampshire on Monday, President Trump reflected on his administration since taking office.
"I withdrew from the disastrous Iran Nuclear Deal, imposed the toughest sanctions ever on the Iranian regime, and imposed a strict travel ban to stop radical Islamic terrorists from entering our country," he said. Adding, "Joe Biden undoes it all, overturns it all, gives billions of dollars to the world's largest sponsor of terror (Iran), and abandons Israel to bloodthirsty terrorists."

Trump warns about the 'Serious threat' of World War III and promises to "prevent the outbreak of World War III" if elected
President Trump also said at the New Hampshire rally that Hamas' attacks on Israel could trigger World War III, while comparing the Biden administration's allowing unvetted illegal immigration of military-age men into the United States to Hamas to trigger Pearl Harbour-style attacks by Hamas terrorists.
President Trump said, "We are facing a serious threat of World War III, which will destroy the world. This is a real thing."
He also said that if elected in 2024, he "will prevent the outbreak of World War III."
Hamas spokesman Ghazi Hamas told the BBC that the group received support from the Islamic regime of Iran when it ambushed an Israeli farming town.
In contrast, a senior Hamas leader, Ali Barakeh, told The Associated Press that neither Iran nor Hezbollah played any role in the attack on Israel, but if Israel retaliated with force, and both Iran and Lebanese Hezbollah were ready to "join the fight."
In response to deadly attacks by Hamas, Israeli leaders have declared war on the group and launched a massive military campaign aimed at curbing the terror group's ability to further attack Israel.
Israel has imposed a blockade on Gaza, pummeling Hamas positions with missiles and vowing to win the war. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the war was imposed on Israel by a "terrible enemy."

Xi Jinping’s big move: Will the United States be trapped in the crisis of three wars?
Image : The mysterious country behind Hamas is the CCP: the Russia-Ukraine war broke out after Xi Jinping met at the Winter Olympics, and the Palestinian-Israeli war broke out after Assad left the Asian Games; two of the four war hotspots in the world have been detonated, and if there is a conflict on the Korean Peninsula and the Taiwan Strait , can the US military still cope with it? (Provided by "Pinnacle View")
On 7 October 2023, the Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas launched a sudden terrorist attack on Israel, causing heavy casualties among Israeli civilians. Israel also immediately counterattacked, attacking Hamas. The Israeli-occupied Gaza Strip fought back. By 11 October 2023, Israel confirmed that at least 1,200 people had died, most of them ordinary civilians. At least 1,055 Palestinians have died in Hamas-occupied Gaza due to Israeli counterattacks. This is a major conflict that may change the world political landscape, and the world is paying attention to whether it will trigger a chain reaction of geopolitical conflicts. So why did this conflict occur? The Hamas spokesperson claimed that they are supported by a mysterious country. Who is this mysterious country or these mysterious countries?
News (8)
The mysterious country behind Hamas is the CCP
Epoch Times Editor-in-Chief Guo Jun said in NTDTV's "Pinnacle View" program that first of all, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict may be one of the biggest global events after the end of the Cold War, because the manner and nature of international conflicts have undergone some changes after the Cold War. In the past, it was mainly a conflict between countries, but now it is not necessarily a conflict. For example, terrorist organizations are a transnational activity, as was the case with 911, and now Hamas is also like this. Conflicts between countries are mainly reflected in disputes over interests but conflicts that do not occur in the form of countries and governments are increasingly reflected in conflicts of culture, civilization, religion and ideology.
The second question is that this Hamas attack on Israel will definitely lead to a series of large-scale retaliations. The scale of this conflict will determine the depth of its impact on global geopolitics. No one knows how the entire incident will develop in the future but we can foresee two endings, one is the mildest and the other is the most serious. The so-called slightest thing is that Israel's retaliatory actions are short-lived, mainly targeting the military organization of Hamas, which may last within a month. Then all parties will reach a compromise, Hamas will release the people, and the Israeli military operation will come to an end. If this is the case, the impact on the international situation may be relatively small or similar to what we have seen before.
However, the most serious situation is that Israel's retaliatory actions caused serious casualties in the Gaza Strip and triggered a backlash from the international community. Then, many other countries in the Arab world begin to get involved in the war. Behind the scenes, coupled with the intervention of major powers like CCP China and Russia, the situation in the entire region worsened and even evolved into a real Middle East war. If it reaches this point, the entire global geopolitical landscape will undergo very big changes, and the outcome will be very unpredictable. For example, oil will evolve into a weapon used against the other party. Oil prices will rise sharply, inflation will rise sharply, and the global economy will collapse. Under the chain reaction, wars may even break out in other countries.
This is the outcome that the United States and Western society are most worried about now. I believe that the United States will immediately send the USS Ford aircraft carrier to the Middle East, mainly to prevent this situation from occurring and to suppress other countries from taking more intense military actions at this time but the problem now is that some countries and some political organizations want this situation to happen from the bottom of their hearts, and they may even be the ones manipulating and promoting it behind the scenes. For example, Russia and the Chinese Communist Party do have this motive.

Hamas terrorist attacks and guerrilla warfare appear to reflect training under CCP
Shi Shan, senior editor and chief writer of The Epoch Times, said in the "Pinnacle View" that when Russia attacked Ukraine, it was a regular army attacking regular troops. Hamas did not use a regular military combat model at all. It is more like guerrilla warfare or a terrorist attack. When it comes to terrorist attacks and guerrilla warfare, it may indeed be a practice that the CCP is very good at. The CCP is the ancestor of this field. The most important angle to look at this issue, I think, is to observe the goal of Hamas in launching this action. Does Hamas intend to occupy places? Or what political goals are they trying to achieve? Or is Hamas trying to achieve some military goal? We do not see a goal like that, so it feels like it is part of something else, and that is what worries us a lot. If the Middle East falls into a huge chaos, or even a war on a larger scale, then we need to consider which countries will benefit from these events.
Independent TV producer Li Jun said in the "Pinnacle View" that this mysterious country is definitely not the country that has publicly expressed support for Hamas now, including Iran and Syria. These countries are not mysterious because they openly support Hamas. There is a very critical point here. This Hamas attack launched 5,000 rockets at the beginning. Such a large amount of weapons shows that these Hamas personnel have received very special training to circumvent Israel. Regarding the espionage system, based on the current operation of Hamas, the CCP is the most suspected country behind it.
News (10)
CCP wants to improve its status in the Middle East, expand its influence and wants the Middle East to be chaotic
The fact that Hamas dares to do this now is related to the confrontation between CCP China and the United States in the Middle East. This year, the CCP just brokered the resumption of diplomatic relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia, then invited Iran to join the BRICS, then sent a special plane to pick up the Syrian president to attend the Asian Games, and then established a so-called strategic partnership with Palestine. All these actions actually send out a message that the CCP wants to continuously improve its status in the Middle East and expand its influence. At this critical point, when Saudi Arabia and Israel were about to ease their relations, something happened in Gaza. For the CCP, it definitely wants the Middle East to be as chaotic as possible.
Xi Jinping’s big move: Will the United States be trapped in the crisis of three wars?
Zhao Lanjian, a senior Chinese media person living in the United States, said in the "Pinnacle View" that on 25 September 2023, I got in touch with the friend who broke the news to me. He emphasized one point to me. He said that after October, China and Russia will join forces to come up with a strange move.
Because I have no perceptual understanding of the word "strange move". I said, why is it called a strange move? Can you use another word? He said no. He said that no other words would be appropriate to describe it. He said that he did not know the specific contents but he already knew the direction in these aspects.
News (11)
Hamas' raid on Israel cannot be achieved without external support
What I talk about below is my personal understanding. I think Hamas is so arrogant. This has never happened in history because it is completely unequal to Israel in terms of military strength. So why is it so arrogant? Who gave it such brutal confidence? Hamas' raid cannot be achieved with the support of an ordinary small country. Take Iran, for example. Everyone now knows that Iran is providing some secret support to Hamas. Even some leaders of Hamas have publicly claimed that Iran is supporting it. So does Iran have a say in the field of drones? In terms of the Internet and industrial production and manufacturing, it is obviously not as good as the manufacturing strength of some big countries.
News (12)
The United States and Europe may not be able to cope with sudden third and fourth wars
So I can also smell some factors behind it. I think these cultures in Chinese history, such as some conspiracies, may be hidden behind the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. I think the world's wars are mainly struggles between several major powers. Countries like the Western civilization world led by the United States cannot cope with the layout of more than two wars. There are currently four leading points in the possibility of war in the world, and two have already exploded. If there is a third one, the United States may not be able to cope with it, and Western countries may find it difficult to cope with sudden wars such as the potential wars in Northeast Asia and in the Taiwan Strait.
News (13)
The Israel-Hamas war is a point of confrontation between dictatorship and democracy
Zhao Lanjian said that this war is actually a point of confrontation between the two major camps in the world, and it is a dictatorship system. Whether it is a socialist dictatorship or an Islamic dictatorship, it has already conflicted with the system of Western democratic societies. This is something we need to be vigilant about. The confrontation between the two camps is likely to trigger a larger confrontation at this point. Is it possible that this confrontation will develop into the next world war? This is what we need to think about.
Zhou Ziding, the anchor of the self-media military channel, said in "Pinnacle View" that Israel has basically regained the lost territory outside Gaza so far because there is no way to compare the military strength of Hamas and Israel, and the difference is too much. From a global perspective, Israel has a very large military presence in the entire Middle East. It can beat Hamas with one hand and hold all other Arab countries to the ground with the other hand. This is no problem.
Therefore, the conflict between Israel in the Middle East is relatively small in terms of distracting the military attention of the United States. The possibility of the United States military intervention in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict is also low. The Palestinian-Israeli conflict is more of a conflict in the Middle East and has a negative impact on the entire Middle East. The political situation will have a very far-reaching impact.
News (14)
The political situation in the Middle East is complex and volatile, and the future is unpredictable
Zhou Ziding said that the Israeli army will definitely enter the Gaza Strip in the future. We have recently seen that everyone from the Israeli Ministry of Defense to President Netanyahu stated that they will enter Gaza and completely crush a military organization like Hamas. Currently, 100,000 Israeli soldiers have surrounded the Gaza Strip. Therefore, it is certain that Israel will enter Gaza to fight a ground war, and wiping out Gaza will not be a problem. But the next problem is very serious, that is, this will evolve into a security war. How do you manage the two million people in Gaza? This is a very, very big, very, very complex problem, and it is very difficult.
Shishan said in Pinnacle View that some reports, including those seen on TV, show that in the United States and Europe, people have come out to protest against Israel’s bombing of the Gaza Strip. It is not a protest by Muslims, but by Europeans and Americans in general. Therefore, once Israel launches various operations to invade Gaza, it will lead to civilian casualties. In the Western world, especially in the United States, there may be large-scale so-called anti-war and even anti-Semitic demonstrations and actions, which will become a political action. This kind of thing will put a lot of pressure on Israel, the United States, Canada and Europe. Its politics and local governments will be under great pressure.
In addition, Israel will definitely be very strong militarily, but can it solve this problem? Can the threat of Hamas be eliminated? If it cannot be resolved, can a government like Netanyahu's be tenable within Israel? Even if this issue reaches a certain level of chaos, it will mean that a series of such arrangements such as oil and the US dollar may be affected. So it is really quite complicated here.

Is Zhongnanhai unsafe? Xi Jinping’s whereabouts are strange and he leaves Beijing again
Reporter : Luo Tingting / Editor : Wen Hui / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2023/10/11/a103803653.html / Image : In the past three months, Xi Jinping has been acting strangely, leaving Beijing frequently and traveling around. Outsiders speculate that Xi Jinping may feel that Zhongnanhai is unsafe and is worried that predictions of coup and assassination will come true. Xi Jinping profile picture. Xi Jinping hast left Beijing again after meeting with Schumer, the majority leader of the U.S. Senate in Beijing, and went to Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province for inspection. In the past three months, Xi Jinping has been traveling strangely and frequently left Beijing. Outsiders speculate that Xi Jinping may feel that Zhongnanhai is unsafe and is worried that predictions of a coup and assassination will come true.
Chinese Communist Party media reported that in the afternoon of 10 October 2023, Xi Jinping inspected the Jiujiang City Section of the Yangtze River National Cultural Park and Sinopec Jiujiang Branch in the city of Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province.
In the afternoon of the previous day (9 October), Xi Jinping met with a congressional delegation led by Schumer, the majority leader of the U.S. Senate, at the Beijing Great Hall. This is the first time a U.S. congressman has visited Beijing since 2019.
However, Xi Jinping left Beijing right after meeting with US Congressman Schumer, and showed up in Jiangxi for inspection the next day. His strange whereabouts once again attracted attention from the outside world.
According to information disclosed by the party media, the number of times Xi Jinping left Beijing by special train has increased significantly in the past three months, and he has left Beijing twice in September.
On 7 September, Xi Jinping inspected the city of Shangzhi, Heilongjiang; on September 8, Xi Jinping inspected the 78th Group Army in Harbin.
From 20 to 21 September, Xi Jinping left Beijing again and visited Jinhua and Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province.
On 23 September, Xi Jinping attended the opening ceremony of the Hangzhou Asian Games, accompanied by Cai Qi, Ding Xuexiang, Wang Yi, Wang Xiaohong and others.
On 24 September, Xi Jinping visited the city of Zaozhuang, Shandong Province on his way back to Beijing. Wang Xiaohong, Minister of Public Security of the Communist Party of China, "escorted" Xi Jinping throughout the process.
In September, news came out that Li Shangfu, the Minister of Defense of the Communist Party of China, who had been missing for many days, was under investigation. It is reported that there should be a big problem with the equipment of the Chinese Communist Party's army, and the Military Commission is investigating the issue of Li Shangfu's appointment as minister of the Equipment Department. Xi Jinping is also worried that the military will not obey orders and be unstable.
In August, Xi Jinping also left Beijing twice.
On 21 August 2023, Xi Jinping visited South Africa to attend the BRICS Summit; when he returned from South Africa on 26 August, Xi Jinping did not fly directly back to Beijing, but to Urumqi, Xinjiang. Wang Xiaohong immediately rushed to Xinjiang to escort him. A few days later, Xi Jinping returned to Beijing, probably by special train.
In early August, floods were raging around Beijing, and Xi Jinping and members of the Politburo Standing Committee went to Beidaihe for vacation.
In August, all top leaders of the Rocket Force were replaced, and many senior generals were investigated.
In July, former CCP Foreign Minister Qin Gang and Rocket Force senior officials were both confirmed to be involved in incidents but Xi Jinping still went out twice for investigation.
From 5 to 7 July, Xi Jinping visited Jiangsu. On the 6th, Xi Jinping inspected the organs of the Eastern Theater Command and stated that "we must persist in thinking and handling military issues from a political perspective" and "persistently uphold discipline and fight against corruption." At this time, news had spread that the Rocket Army generals had been purged.
On 25 July, Qin Gang was announced to have been removed from the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Communist Party of China. On the same day, Xi Jinping visited Sichuan. On 26 July, Xi Jinping inspected the Western Theater Air Force in Chengdu.
On 28 July, Xi Jinping attended the opening ceremony of the Chengdu Universiade. Cai Qi, Ding Xuexiang, Wang Yi, Li Ganjie, He Lifeng, Wang Xiaohong and others attended the opening ceremony.
On 29 July, Xi Jinping got off the train on his way back to Beijing and visited the city of Hanzhong, Shaanxi Province.
When Xi Jinping travels out of Beijing, he mostly takes trains instead of planes, and most of the official media reports are delayed. The Epoch Times has earlier obtained information from authoritative sources that Xi Jinping believes in prophecies and is worried about coups and assassinations, so he often disappears and his whereabouts are unpredictable. Moreover, there were bows and arrows in the prophecy. Xi Jinping believed that it was related to the Rocket Army, so he carried out a purge of the Rocket Army.
Current affairs commentator Zhong Yuan recently wrote an article in The Epoch Times and pointed out that logically speaking, Xi Jinping should reduce going out, but in fact it is exactly the opposite. In the past three months, he has left Beijing frequently. The most reasonable explanation is probably that Xi Jinping feels that Zhongnanhai is not safe.
The forty-sixth image of "Tui Bei Tu" says, "The golden sword is hidden in the east gate, and the warrior enters the imperial palace through the back door." This seems to indicate that a coup and assassinations will occur in Zhongnanhai. Zhong Yuan analyzed that the experts around Xi Jinping probably speculated based on prophecies that Zhongnanhai is an unsafe place. Xi Jinping also believed it, so he was unwilling to stay in Zhongnanhai for a long time.
"Xi Jinping travels around, trying to avoid Zhongnanhai as much as possible, so that people who want to carry out coups and assassinations don't know where he is." Zhong Yuan said, if the person "with a bow" or the "Pulsatilla" shown in "Tui Bei Picture" "It has not yet been completely eliminated. Xi Jinping may not be able to sleep well, and is expected to continue to leave Beijing frequently and become invisible."

The U.S. State Department asks the CCP about the whereabouts of human rights lawyer Lu Siwei

On Wednesday (11 October 2023), the U.S. State Department called on Beijing to provide information about the whereabouts and condition of Chinese human rights lawyer Lu Siwei. Lu Siwei's family said he was deported from Laos to mainland China.
State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said in a statement that the United States condemns the forcible deportation of Lu Siwei, a PRC citizen and human rights lawyer, from Laos to China at the request of the authorities of the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
"We call on (the Chinese Communist Party) to confirm Lu's current location, allow external verification of Lu's health by independent observers, including allowing doctors to treat Lu's chronic health issues, and provide him with access to a lawyer of his choice," the statement said.
Lu Siwei once defended lawyers arrested in the "709 Case" and those arrested in the "June 4th Liquor Case" in Chengdu; in 2021, his lawyer's license was revoked by the Sichuan judicial department for representing the case of 12 Hong Kong people. After that, the CCP banned him from going to the United States as a visiting scholar and informed him that he was restricted from leaving the country.
Lu Siwei left China for Laos in July 2023. He originally planned to transit in Thailand and then fly to the United States to reunite with his wife and daughter. However, he was taken away by the local police while transiting in Laos on 28 July 2023.

Democratic activists protest to Laos for detaining Lu Siwei while CCP pressures Laos to repatriate him
The international community responded quickly. Lu Siwei's wife Zhang Chunxiao in Los Angeles and 75 international or regional human rights organizations have spoken out, demanding that the Lao government respect international law and fulfill its obligations to safeguard human rights, allow Lu Siwei to receive United Nations and international refugee protection, and call on governments around the world to help rescue and let Lu Siwei and his family reunite in the United States. Activists went to Lao consulates to protest.
On 11 August 2023, several United Nations independent human rights experts issued a statement calling on Laos to end the arbitrary detention of Lu Siwei.
Despite the full efforts of human rights organizations to rescue him, the CCP regime still pressured the Lao authorities to repatriate human rights lawyer Lu Siwei.
The Chinese Communist Embassy in Laos issued an official document to the Lao Ministry of Public Security last month stating that on 3 September 2023, Lu Siwei was approved for criminal detention by the Sichuan police on suspicion of illegally crossing the border. In order to bring the suspect Lu Siwei to justice as soon as possible, the Ministry of Public Security of the Communist Party of China requires that the suspect be transferred to CCP China and keep CCP informed of the time and method of the transfer.

The U.S. House of Representatives Republican Conference elected Majority Leader Steve Scalise as the speaker of the House on Wednesday (October 11) However, some Republican lawmakers said they will still support Jim Jordan in the full house vote, making the upcoming speaker election more complicated.
Earlier Wednesday, the House Republican conference selected Scalise as its candidate for speaker over Judiciary Committee Chairman Jordan. The vote was held by secret ballot, with Scalise winning 113 votes and Jordan winning 99 votes.
Although the Republican conference has selected its party's speaker candidate, some Republican lawmakers who support Jordan said they will still vote for Jordan instead of Scalise in the full chamber vote.
Georgia Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said on social media Vote for Jim Jordan in the House of Representatives election."
"I like Steve Scalise, I like him very much, and I would rather see him beat cancer than sacrifice his health in the most difficult position in Congress." Green went on to write, "My father died of cancer, it's a very serious battle."
Scalise announced in late August that he had a form of blood cancer and was currently undergoing treatment. He calls the cancer "very treatable" and continues to work.
Texas Reps. Chip Roy and Michael Cloud, Kentucky Rep. Thomas Massie, Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebet, Republicans including South Carolina Rep. Nancy Mace, and Ohio Rep. Max Miller also said they would not support Scalise.
Florida Republican Rep. Anna Paulina Luna also initially came out against Scalise, but after private talks Wednesday night, she said she would support Scalise's bid for speaker.
Jordan is different, and after Wednesday's party vote, he is urging his supporters to vote for Scalise in the general election.
Scalise needs 217 votes to be elected speaker. Democrats are expected to vote for Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries for speaker, so assuming all members vote, Scalise will only lose four votes from Republicans.

On October 11, Republican Congressman Steve Scalise won the nomination of Speaker of the Republican House of Representatives, but whether he can obtain enough votes in the House of Representatives to be elected still remains uncertain.
At 1 pm that day, Majority Leader Scalise (Republican) from Louisiana defeated Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan with a vote rate of 113 to 98 and won the nomination for Speaker of the House of Representatives.
At 3 pm. that day, Scalise will face Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries in the full House election.
According to regulations, Scalise needs 217 votes to win, so it is uncertain whether Mr. Scalise will win in the first round of voting.
Some House members who support Jordan have vowed to continue fighting for Jordan.
At a closed-door Republican meeting the day before, neither candidate seemed to have the upper hand.
Rep. Troy Nehls said, “A lot of people support Steve, and a lot of people like Jim.” “I don’t know how he got 218 votes,” he said.
Scalise, 57, has served in Congress since 2008 and since 2013 has served as chairman of the Republican Study Committee, the largest of the five major Republican caucuses. He later served as majority whip and majority leader.
In 2017, Scalise was shot and injured during a congressional baseball game practice but he survived.
“I have a proven track record of bringing together diverse perspectives within the conference to build consensus,” Scalise wrote in the letter announcing his candidacy.
“We have an incredibly talented conference and we all need to come together and pull in the same direction to get the country back on track,” Mr. Scalise wrote. “Our strength comes from our unity. We have seen that when we come together as a conference, we can deliver victory for the American people."
However, Jordan's supporters vowed to fight to the end. Rep. Lauren Boebert told reporters as she left the chamber, "I voted for Jim Jordan."
New Rep. Max Miller said he would not vote for Scalise no matter how much support he received.
"If Jim Jordan doesn't get a majority here, I'm going to go to the House and continue to vote for Jim Jordan," Miller said.
Earlier, former Speaker Kevin McCarthy, a California Republican, was removed from office by Republican Representative Matt Gaetz, making him the first speaker of the House of Representatives to be removed from office in the history of the United States.

Republican House Speaker election vote at 11 October 2023 night
Reporter : Chen Yue / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2023/10/11/a103803832.html
In the afternoon of Wednesday (11 October 2023), the U.S. House of Representatives has voted to elect a new speaker. Before that, the House of Representatives Republicans held a speaker voting debate on 10 October 2023. The party listened to the speeches of the speaker candidates in order to determine the speaker nominee.
The two Republican candidates for speaker are House Majority Leader Steve Scalise and Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan.
The deadlock continued after a debate Tuesday afternoon, with Republicans still unable to agree on who should be nominated for speaker. The vote on the House Speaker election scheduled for Wednesday at 3 pm may once again be deadlocked.
The Democratic Party continues to nominate Hakeem Jeffries, leader of the party and leader of the minority party in the House of Representatives, as its candidate for speaker.
After former House Speaker McCarthy was dismissed, the House of Representatives was paralyzed. Many issues such as the current Palestinian-Israeli conflict and the government financial appropriation bill need to be resolved urgently. The temporary appropriation bill proposed by McCarthy can only maintain government spending until November 17, and then it may face another shutdown crisis. Therefore, the election of a new Speaker of the House of Representatives is imminent.
Steve Scalise: "People want to see us get back on track. We need a Congress that can function tomorrow, we need to get Congress back to work."
Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz, who proposed removing McCarthy, said the party needs unity but will not lower its demands because of it.
Matt Gaetz: "I think both candidates understand the need to unite to make the conference a more effective fighting force, to provide more rigorous oversight, to really put pressure on Senate Democrats to accept our proposals for government funding."
McCarthy said Congress needs to elect a new speaker and he will support whoever is elected.
Former U.S. House Speaker McCarthy: "I look forward to voting this week and electing a new speaker."
McCarthy said he has no intention of running for speaker again and has now shifted his focus to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict situation, and that the United States should fight side by side with Israel.
