In the early morning of 30 January 2023, Cebu Pacific Air resumed its passenger route to Manila from Shenzhen Airport.

Prior to this, Lion Air resumed its first domestic passenger route to Denpasar, the capital of Bali, Indonesia during the Lunar New Year. The number of accessible cities has increased to 19, and the number of international passenger inbound and outbound flights per week has reached 60, a year-on-year increase of nearly twofold.
In addition to the above two resumed international passenger routes, Cambodia Airways has recently opened a passenger route from Shenzhen to Phnom Penh at Shenzhen Airport. The passenger route from Shenzhen to Southeast Asia has about 30 round-trip passenger flights per week, reaching Changi, Suvarnabhumi, Ho Chi Minh City and KLIA, airports among 9 Southeast Asian cities including Kuala Lumpur, Phnom Penh, Singapore, Jakarta, Bali, Manado and Manila.
After the opening of Shenzhen-Manila, Denpasar and Phnom Penh routes, it will further enhance the accessibility between Shenzhen and cities along the “Belt and Road” and it will also help attract tourists from other domestic cities to transit through Shenzhen to the countries in the ASEAN region, providing strong support for exchanges and cooperation in various fields such as tourism and infrastructure development.
Since the beginning of this year, Shenzhen Airport has opened and resumed 3 new international passenger routes, and increased 1 international passenger route. At the same time, the T3 terminal resumed its international entry function on 8 January 2023, making cross-border personnel exchanges more convenient.
At present, Shenzhen Airport's international passenger flight network has increased to 19 cities, covering 17 countries around the world, and there are 60 international passenger flights per week, expanding the air channel for Shenzhen enterprises to go global for foreign exchanges and cooperation.
