The latest pre-printed medRxiv academic report shows that after infection with the covid virus, the virus’s ribonucleic acid remains in the human body for up to two years. This research explains why many people continue to have medical symptoms after recovering from COVID-19 (covid).
Approximately 15% of infected people develop cardiovascular disease, coagulation disorders, reactivation of latent viruses, diabetes or other conditions after recovery. These symptoms affect people's physical and mental health and are called covid sequelae or long covid.
More than 30 researchers from the University of California, San Francisco and other research institutions published a preprint study on medRxiv and discovered the CCP virus through positron emission tomography (PET) of recovered covid patients systemically alters the body's immune system. (Click here to read the original text)
A total of 24 people underwent PET scans in the study, ranging from 27 days to 910 days since they contracted covid.
The so-called PET scan involves injecting a radioactive drug called a tracer into a vein on the arm or back of the subject's hand. Through the activity of the tracer in the body, the body's metabolic and cell biochemical activities are determined.
In this PET scan, researchers used a new type of radioactive drug and found that people who had been infected with the CCP virus were very different from those before the pandemic. The most obvious ones were the brain stem, spinal cord, bone marrow, and nasopharynx. Tracer absorption into hilar lymphoid tissue, cardiopulmonary tissue, and intestinal wall was significantly increased, while tracer absorption into pharyngeal tonsils, rectal wall, and hilar lymphatic tissue was higher in male subjects than in female subjects.
In the bodies of those who were examined with symptoms of covid, researchers conducted biopsies of their intestinal tissues and found the presence of SARS-CoV-2 RNA. When they underwent biopsy, it had been 158 to 676 days since their last infection with the covid virus. The research team believes that this shows that the covid virus affects the human immune system.
The good news is that the research team found that the amount of tracer absorbed gradually decreased over time, but some patients infected with covi will have immune system defects that last for years.
To determine the link between T cells in white blood cells and covid, the researchers compared the differences between people with covid symptoms and those without covid symptoms. More tracer is absorbed.
Researchers found higher levels of inflammation in people who had five or more covid symptoms when tested. Compared with pre-pandemic testing and fully recovered covid patients, covid patients showed higher T cell activation in their spinal cords and intestinal walls.
The study hopes to rule out the impact of the vaccine on the results. Only one of the participants was vaccinated in the previous six days before receiving the PET scan. The others were more than 60 days after the last vaccination, and the test subjects were divided into two groups for comparison 180 days after vaccination.
The researchers admitted that this study had many limitations, including a small sample size, failure to take into account variants of the covid virus, and differences in the vaccines received by those tested. In addition, because it was difficult to find people who had never been infected with covi after the pandemic, the researchers used data from before the pandemic for comparison.
However, through analysis of the test results of these 24 participants, researchers believe that the RNA of the covid virus will exist in the intestinal tissue of the patients for about two years.

200 billion pieces of DNA found contaminating a single dose of Pfizer's covid injection
(Original Title: South Carolina Professor finds 200 billion pieces of DNA found contaminating a single dose of Pfizer's covid injection)
Last week, cancer genomics expert Dr. Phillip Buckhaults testified to the South Carolina Senate about the DNA contamination found in Pfizer’s mRNA covid vaccines. There are an estimated 200 billion pieces of plasmid DNA in each dose of the Pfizer covid vaccine, he said. These pieces of DNA are packaged in lipid nanoparticles, basically a synthetic virus, and are delivered into vaccinees’ cells.
Dr. Phillip Buckhaults is a Professor at the University of South Carolina. He has a PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology and conducts cancer genomics research. What that effectively means is he and his team are specialists at detecting foreign pieces of DNA in places where they are not supposed to be.
On 12 September, he testified before the South Carolina Senate Medical Affairs Ad-Hoc Committee on the Department of Health and Environmental Control (“DHEC”).
“The Pfizer vaccine is contaminated with plasmid DNA. It’s not just mRNA, it’s got bits of DNA in it.” Prof. Buckhaults said.
A colleague who was in charge of the vaccination programme in Columbia, South Carolina, kept all the Pfizer vials, containing remnants of the contents, from the two batches that were used. From the remnants, Prof. Buckhaults sequenced all the DNA that was in these vials. “I can see what’s in [the vaccines] and it’s surprising that there’s any DNA in there. And you can kind of work out what it is and how it got there and I’m kind of alarmed about the possible consequences of this both in terms of human health and biology,” he said.
“This DNA, in my view, it could be causing some of the rare, but serious, side effects like death from cardiac arrest.
“This DNA can and likely will integrate into the genomic DNA of cells that got transfected with the vaccine mix … we do this in the lab all the time; we take pieces of DNA, we mix them up with a lipid complex, like the Pfizer vaccine is in, we pour it onto cells and a lot of it gets into the cells. And a lot of it gets into the DNA of those cells and it becomes a permanent fixture of the cell. It’s not just a temporary thing. It is in that cell from now on and all of its progeny from now on and forever more … So, that’s why I’m kind of alarmed about this DNA being in the vaccine. It’s different from RNA because it can be permanent.”
Based on solid molecular biology, it is a theoretical but reasonable concern that this DNA could cause a sustained autoimmune attack towards that tissue, he said.
“It’s also a very real theoretical risk of future cancer in some people. Depending on where in the genome this foreign piece of DNA lands it can interrupt a tumour suppressor or activate an oncogene,” he added. “I think it’ll be rare but I think the risk is not zero.”
“DNA is a long-lived,” Prof. Buckhaults explained. “What you were born with you’re going to die with and pass on to your kids. DNA lasts for hundreds of thousands of years … So, alterations to the DNA – they stick around.”
Prof. Buckhaults explained that there are a LOT of pieces of DNA in Pfizer’s vaccines. Although some are 5,000 and 500 base pairs long, most of the pieces are around 100 base pairs. But this is irrelevant because the probability of a piece of DNA integrating into the human genome is unrelated to its size. “Your genome risk is just a function of how many particles there are,” he said. “All these little pieces of DNA that are in the vaccine [give] many many thousands of opportunities to modify a cell of a vaccinated person.”
“The pieces are very small because during the process they chopped them up to try to make them go away – but they actually increased the hazard of genome modification in the process.”
Prof. Buckhaults’ team took all these little pieces of DNA and “glued them together” to try to establish its source. After putting together 100,000 pieces of DNA they were able to establish it came from a plasmid that can be purchased online from Agilent, a Californian life sciences company which was established in 1999 as a spin-off from Hewlett Packard.
“It’s clear that Pfizer took this plasmid and then they cloned spike into it and they used it in a process … where you feed an RNA polymerase, this plasmid, and it makes a whole bunch of mRNA copies … and then you take this mRNA and you mix it with the lipid nanoparticle transfection agent and now you’ve got your mRNA vaccine. But they failed to get the DNA out before they did this … they did make some effort to chop it up so all these little pieces of the plasma got packaged in with the RNA. That’s clear as day what happened just from the forensics of looking at the DNA sequencing,” Prof. Buckhaults said.
He explained that this process was not the same as the process that was in the vaccines used to gain emergency authorisation (“EUA”). So, there was no DNA in the batches used for the trials before the mass covid injection campaigns. The problem with DNA contamination only occurred when Pfizer scaled up production for the administration of millions/billions of doses to the public after it had gained EUA.
“We can quantify how much of this [DNA] is in a vaccine … I estimate that there were about two billion copies of the one piece [of the plasmid] that we’re looking for in every dose … If you see two billion copies of [one piece] … [then] there’s probably about 200 billion of pieces of this plasmid DNA in each dose of the vaccine,” Prof. Buckhaults said.
The hundreds of billions of pieces of plasmid DNA are encapsulated in the lipid nanoparticles so it’s ready to be delivered into the cell. “This is a bad idea,” he said. “[The DNA is] basically packaged in a synthetic virus able to dump its contents into a cell.”
He recommended that some vaccinated people be tested to see if the plasmid DNA is integrating into their genomes. This harm you can prove. With other vaccine harms you can be suspicious because of the timing but you can’t really prove it. “This one you can prove it because it leaves a calling card. [If] you find it in the stem cells of harmed people, it’s equivalent to finding a certain type of lead in someone who is now dead, it’s pretty reasonable to assume that that’s what caused it,” he said.
You can watch Prof. Buckhaults’ full testimony to the South Carolina Senate Medical Affairs Ad-Hoc Committee on DHEC in the video below. Dr. Jessica Rose has provided some additional thoughts on his testimony in a Substack article which you can read HERE.

Expert: Covid vaccines are not safe for human use
(Original Title: Dr. Peter McCullough: No one should take another shot, covid vaccines are not safe for use)
Last Wednesday, Dr. Peter McCullough gave a speech at the European Parliament during a hearing hosted by five Members of the European Parliament (“MEPs”). The hearing was to raise awareness about the World Health Organisation’s (“WHO’s”) power grab.
Dr. McCullough gave evidence of the enormous wave of harms the covid “vaccines” have caused. There’s a false narrative that it’s covid causing all these illnesses. Don’t fall for the false narrative. It’s the vaccines causing this enormous wave of illness, he said.
“The path forward is, clearly, for no one to take another shot – no one,” Dr. McCullough said. “The covid-19 vaccines and all of their progeny and future boosters are not safe for human use.”
“The WHO is standing behind these vaccines,” he added. “It’s my belief that the European Union, the United States and all major stakeholders should actually completely pull out of the WHO.”
Below are some excerpts from Dr. McCullough’s recent speech at the European Parliament followed by a video of it.
“At the outset of the pandemic, there was an investigation by the WHO on the origins of SARS cov2 that’s when the beginning of the cover-up began,” Dr. McCullough said. “We knew at that time … that Anthony Fauci, Francis Collins, Jeremy Farrar who was at Wellcome Trust [and] who’s now the chief scientist at the WHO, Kristian Andersen at Scripps [Research], Eddie Holmes in Sydney, Peter Daszak at EcoHealth Alliance – they all conspired in January of 2020 to cover up what they knew. That the virus was engineered in a joint US-Chinese collaboration in the lab in Wuhan China. And they deceived the world with 12 subsequent fraudulent papers in the peer-reviewed literature.”
“The vaccines have ravaged the populations in the world. Worldwide two-thirds of people took a vaccine … [the messenger RNA vaccine] is the code for the potentially lethal spike protein part of the virus. It was the worst idea ever to install the genetic code by injection and allow the unbridled production of a potentially lethal protein in the human body for an uncontrolled duration of time. everything we’ve learned about the vaccine since they’ve come out is horrifying.
“The spike protein is proven in 3 400 peer-reviewed manuscripts to cause four major domains of disease. One is cardiovascular disease, heart inflammation or myocarditis … The cardiovascular domain of damage in the human body from the vaccine is substantial more than anything we’ve ever seen with cholesterol, high blood pressure or diabetes … We’ve seen cardiac arrests two years after these shots.
“The second major domain is neurologic disease. Strokes, both ischemic and haemorrhagic, Guillain-Barre syndrome, ascending paralysis that can lead to death [and] which it has led to death with messenger RNA vaccines, small fibre neuropathy, numbness and tingling, ringing in the ears [and] headaches. These are common.
“Third major domain is blood clots – blood clots like we’ve never seen before. The spike protein is the most thrombogenic protein we’ve ever seen in human medicine … the spike protein causes blood clots.
“Fourth and last domain [is] immunologic abnormalities. Vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia [VITT] and muscle system inflammatory disorder are early acute syndromes.
“73.9 per cent of the deaths after vaccination are due to the vaccine … when it’s suspected myocarditis … it’s 100 per cent of the time it’s due to the vaccine. Not covid respiratory illness – the vaccine.
“The first false narrative was ‘the virus is unassailable we have to stay in lockdown and be fearful’. The second false narrative is ‘take a vaccine it’s safe and effective’. The third false narrative now is ‘it’s not the vaccine causing these problems it’s covid, it’s covid that we saw back in 2020 that’s causing all these problems in 2023’. Don’t fall for the false narrative … The vaccines are causing this enormous wave of illness.”
Dr. McCullough explained that it seems about 30% of people who have had an injection have no adverse effects, not even a sore arm. Just under 70% seem to have “some moderate side effects, some trouble but they don’t seem to really have serious events.” And then about 4.2% – “it’s through the roof, myocarditis, cardiac arrest, blood clots, haemorrhagic stroke, disabilities, sudden death at home in bed.” It’s the same in the United States Dr. McCullough said.
“4.2 per cent of people in Europe right now are in trouble because they were unlucky enough to get a high-risk batch.
“The path forward is, clearly, for no one to take another shot – no one … the covid-19 vaccines and all of their progeny and future boosters are not safe for human use … I implore you … to apply all pressure and due urgency to remove the covid-19 vaccines from market.
“The WHO is standing behind these vaccines. They are far more of a problem than a help … And it’s my belief that the European Union, the United States and all major stakeholders should actually completely pull out of the WHO”

Zelenskyy’s first appearance at UN General Assembly, Biden again supports Ukraine
Tuesday is the first day of the 78th United Nations General Assembly. In his speech at the conference, Joe Biden stated that he would responsibly manage relations with the CCP; at the same time, he once again expressed his support for Ukraine. Ukrainian President Zelensky also came to the United Nations for the first time to deliver a speech that day.
On Tuesday, the United Nations General Assembly made its official debut in New York. As is customary, the President of the United States delivered a speech to the convention that morning.
This United Nations General Assembly comes at a time when U.S.-China relations have reached their lowest point in decades. In his speech, Biden said that he would "responsibly" manage competition between the two countries to avoid falling into conflict.
U.S. President Joe Biden: "On the issue of China, I want to express the view that (the United States) has always been clear. We seek to responsibly manage competition between the two countries to prevent them from falling into conflict."
But Biden also emphasized that he will continue to defend the United States' position on issues such as the Taiwan Strait.
Biden: “We will resist threats and intimidation and defend international rules, in connection with freedom of navigation, freedom of flight, or a fair economic environment.”
For the second year in a row, the war in Ukraine dominated Biden's speech to the United Nations General Assembly. Biden reiterated the importance of supporting Ukraine.
Biden: "If we allow Ukraine to be carved up, can any country's independence be guaranteed? The answer is no. We must stand up to this naked aggression today to deter other would-be aggressors tomorrow .”
In addition, Biden also talked about climate change, artificial intelligence and other issues in his speech.
Another important highlight on the first day of the United Nations General Assembly is that Ukrainian President Zelensky visited the United Nations Headquarters for the first time to deliver a speech.
Ukrainian President Zelenskyy: "Ukraine is making every effort to ensure that after this Russian invasion war, no one in the world will dare to attack any country again."
Zelenskyy pointed out that Russia is weaponizing energy, food and even artificial intelligence, endangering the world. He called on all countries to increase assistance to Ukraine in order to win this war.
Zelenskyy: "The issue of weaponization must be limited. War crimes must be punished. Expelled peoples must return to their homes, and aggressors must return to their own lands. We must unite to achieve this, we will do it. "
After concluding his speech at the United Nations General Assembly, Zelenskyy will leave for Washington, the capital of the United States, to meet with President Biden again.

Is the Qin Gang case finalized? Xi Jinping may be backlashed by a "passive mutiny"
Just as the international community is paying close attention to the whereabouts of the Chinese Communist Party’s Minister of National Defense Li Shangfu, the “Wall Street Journal” reported on Tuesday that the real reason why former Chinese Communist Party Foreign Minister Qin Gang was dismissed was due to lifestyle issues, that is consistent with previous outside speculation.
Although the news that Qin Gang gave birth to a child outside of marriage in the United States is no longer news, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday that high-level officials within the CCP have informed the official reason for Qin Gang's dismissal: lifestyle issues, clearly stating that Qin Gang not only had extramarital affairs, but also had extramarital affairs. He has a child born in the United States. According to reports, the current focus of the investigation into Qin Gang is whether his extramarital affair endangers national security.
Yuan Hongbing, a legal scholar living in Australia, told The Epoch Times the day before that the evaluation team led by the Central Propaganda Minister Li Shulei had given Xi Jinping two or three options for handling the Qin Gang case, and it was ultimately up to Xi Jinping himself to decide.
If the "Wall Street Journal" report is true, it means that Xi Jinping has chosen a solution with relatively least serious consequences. It does not involve corruption or a coup. It will cause the least damage to the reputations of Qin Gang and Xi Jinping.
In contrast, Li Shangfu's situation seems to be even worse. Almost all the news that has been released is related to corruption in the military.
On 18 September 2023, Han Lianchao, a former official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Communist Party of China, broke the news on the overseas social media Zhang Shengmin once served as political commissar of the Logistics Support Department of the Military Commission and may be involved in the Li Shangfu case.
So far, it is rumoured that nearly 20 important military personnel have been dismissed due to the Li Shangfu case. In addition, the previous collective dismissal of senior Rocket Force officials makes Xi Jinping’s current round of military purges very large and rare.
Canadian sinologist Alex Payette recently wrote an article on the Asialyst website, warning that Li Shangfu's removal will not only have a disastrous impact on the CCP's image, but may also lead to a "passive mutiny within the CCP" ". Especially for the Rocket Army, "Since Xi Jinping has already regarded him as disloyal, why should they continue to be loyal? Some people may be 'flat' because of this, which will paralyze the entire command system."

Member of the CCP Military Commission Liu Zhenli was absent from the meeting, and member Zhang Shengmin was rumored to have been dismissed

The Chinese Communist authorities have launched a large-scale purge of top military officials. Among the four members of the Central Military Commission, Defense Minister Li Shangfu is believed to have been dismissed. Chief of General Staff Liu Zhenli was rarely absent from military meetings recently. News of the incident was also reported by Zhang Shengmin, secretary of the Military Commission for Discipline Inspection.
On 15 September 2023, the Chinese Communist Party’s military held an educational conference on the so-called “Xi Thought” theme. Party media reports showed that He Weidong, Vice Chairman of the CCP Military Commission, and Miao Hua and Zhang Shengmin, members of the Military Commission, attended the meeting. However, Zhang Youxia, another vice chairman of the Central Military Commission, and two other members of the Central Military Commission, Li Shangfu and Liu Zhenli, did not attend.
Among the seven members of the CCP Military Commission, except for Chairman Xi Jinping, exactly half of the other six members were absent, which is quite rare.

Liu Zhenli's absence sparked speculation
According to multiple sources, among the absent members, Defense Minister Lee Sang-bok has been dismissed. There are also unconfirmed rumors that Zhang Youxia, who was born in the General Assembly Department like Li Shangfu, has also been implicated and his future is uncertain.
Another absent member, Liu Zhenli, also attracted attention.
This is the first time in recent history that Liu Zhenli has not appeared in official reports on military activities. From July 20 to 21, the CCP held an all-military party-building meeting. Zhang Youxia and Li Shangfu did not attend, but official media mentioned that Liu Zhenli was present.
Chen Pokong, a political commentator based in the United States, mentioned in his self-media program on September 17 that Liu Zhenli suddenly absent from the meeting during the military purge, which further showed a trend. He believes that whether Liu Zhenli did not attend by chance or there was something wrong is worthy of analysis.
In October 2022, Liu Zhenli became a member of the Military Commission of the Communist Party of China. In early March this year, Liu Zhenli made his debut as chief of staff of the Joint Staff Department of the Central Military Commission.
Liu Zhenli is the youngest active general in the Chinese Communist Army and has participated in the war against Vietnam. Zhang Youxia also participated in the Sino-Vietnam War.
Chen Pokong said that there is some connection between the missing Li Shangfu and Zhang Youxia. Liu Zhenli and Zhang Youxia were the only two people with actual combat experience in the Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China. They had participated in the Vietnam War together and formed a relationship between comrades and superiors.

It is rumoured that something happened to Zhang Shengmin
Although Zhang Shengmin, another member of the CCP Military Commission and Secretary of the Military Discipline Inspection Commission, did not miss the meeting on September 15, there were unconfirmed reports that he suddenly "had an accident" the next day.
On 18 September 2023, independent commentator Cai Shenkun, who was the first to announce the news of Li Shangfu's resignation on the X platform (formerly Twitter), also posted on the X platform that Zhang Shengmin had an accident on 16 September 2023.
(webpage Screenshot)
Cai Shenkun said in the article that Zhang Shengmin was a Shaanxi martial artist. He joined the army in 1978 and was good at handwriting. In 1987, he was transferred to the Political Department Office of the Lanzhou Military Region. In 1993, he served as the deputy director of the Political Research Office of the Political Department Office. In the same year, he was transferred In the General Office of the General Political Department, he became a deputy division researcher in 1996 and a full division researcher in 2000. In 2002, he became the director of the General Political Research Office. In 2004, he was transferred to the Second Artillery Force and was promoted to the director of the Second Artillery Political Department ten years later.
In 2015, the authorities launched a new round of military reform, and Zhang Shengmin was appointed political commissar of the Training and Management Department of the Military Commission. In November 2016, he took up the new post of political commissar of the Logistics Support Department of the Central Military Commission. On February 28, 2017, Zhang Shengmin appeared as Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Central Military Commission.
The article stated that the Military Commission for Discipline Inspection is an important department in the military’s “fight against tigers”. It can be said that there is no precedent for Zhang Shengmin's accident in this position. He actively promoted the previous investigation and prosecution of Rocket Army generals and a large number of military generals, which offended many military generals, including senior generals who had promoted and cultivated him.
The news of Zhang Shengmin’s resignation cannot be confirmed at the moment.
As early as 7 September 2023, Cai Shenkun released "unconfirmed news" on the X platform, saying that Li Shangfu was under investigation for "suspected corruption and serious disciplinary violations."
Cai Shenkun told The Epoch Times on 15 September 2023 that he was the first to see something happen to the Rockets. After the entire leadership team was blamed, he realized that something was likely to happen to Li Shangfu. Since then, I have been observing and did not see Li Shangfu making a public appearance. In addition, in early September, news of Li Shangfu's accident spread in China, and he concluded that it was very likely that Li Shangfu would be sacked.
On 18 September 2023, Cai Shenkun added information on the X platform that at 3 pm on 4 September 2023, Xi Jinping announced at the Military Commission meeting that Li Shangfu would be detained. Li Shangfu himself did not attend the meeting, but was notified to wait in the office. Li Shangfu was taken away immediately after Xi Jinping's announcement.
However, there are some discrepancies between this news and the revelations by Zhao Lanjian, a former media person living in the United States. Zhao Lanjian earlier posted on the X platform that Li Shangfu was involved in the accident on 6 September, but later corrected it to be arrested on 1 September 2023.

British diplomat in China receives gift tea set, accidentally breaks it and discovers eavesdropping device
Before a British Embassy official in Beijing was about to return home after completing his overseas assignment, CCP China gave him a tea set as a gift. British officials often used this tea set after returning from China. Unexpectedly, he accidentally broke the teapot and discovered that there was a spy device hidden in it.
The British media "The Sun" reported the above news on 17 September 2023. The report quoted insiders as saying that the diplomat did not think much about the tea set he received as a gift before returning home. He thought the tea set was cute and took it back to the UK.
"They would use it whenever they had Chinese meals," a source familiar with the matter said. "One day while washing dishes, I accidentally knocked the pot over and dropped it to the ground. When I bent down to pick up the pieces, I discovered that there was a recording device in it."
People familiar with the matter also specifically added that the bug did not obtain any sensitive content or private information from the diplomats.
The report did not disclose the name of the official involved and the specific dates of his stay in China and his return to the UK.

Parliamentary researcher denies he is a spy for CCP, sensitivity to the issue of CCP collecting British intelligence
Since it was confirmed in early September that British parliamentary researcher Chris Cash had been arrested on suspicion of being a spy for the Chinese Communist Party, it has triggered questions among MPs about the current security review mechanism of the British Parliament and its effectiveness. Although Cash has always denied that he is a Chinese spy, British politicians have suddenly become very sensitive to the issue of the Chinese Communist Party collecting British intelligence.
So much so that at a meeting held in the House of Commons of the British Parliament on 11 September 2023, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak was repeatedly questioned by the participants.
In response to questions from the government and the opposition, Sunak emphasized that the British government "will not accept" the Beijing authorities' attempts to interfere with British democracy and "will never tolerate" any espionage against the UK.

The CCP espionage case broke out in the British Parliament, triggering widespread national security concerns in the British government and the public. According to a report by Taiwan's Central News Agency on 18 September 2023, in order to eliminate national security risks, the British government departments have even prepared to replace all teachers teaching Chinese courses in British classrooms with Taiwanese personnel to reduce the risk of the CCP using this channel to infiltrate the UK.

Skipping Republican debate again, Trump to speak to autoworkers
Former U.S. President Trump’s assistant confirmed on Monday that Republican presidential candidate Trump will not participate in the second round of the Republican primary debate to be held next Wednesday night. Trump will go to Detroit to deliver a campaign speech to auto workers that day to win over blue-collar voters.
Former U.S. President and Republican presidential candidate Trump plans to skip the second round of the Republican primary debate and choose to deliver a speech to auto union workers in Detroit that night. This will be the second time Trump has missed a Republican presidential primary debate.
Trump's aides said on Monday that Trump would harshly criticize U.S. President Joe Biden's electric vehicle policy.
The United Auto Workers (UAW) union last week began strikes against the three major U.S. automakers over wages and other benefits.
Outsiders believe that this labour dispute may bring a major political crisis to Biden. For Trump, this union speech will be a rare opportunity to win back some blue-collar voters who switched to Biden in the 2020 election.
Analysts pointed out that many workers affected by the strike live in three key battleground states in the Midwest: Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, and these states may play a decisive role in the outcome of next year's presidential election.
The latest polls show that despite the lawsuit, Trump still leads the second place in the Republican Party by nearly 50 percentage points.
The second Republican primary debate will be held in California at night of 27 September 2023. It has yet to be revealed who among Trump’s current intra-party competitors will be eligible to participate in the second debate.

Pence: China is heading towards an “evil empire”
Former U.S. Vice President Mike Pence delivers a speech at the Hudson Institute on Monday. He said that if he is elected president of the United States in 2024, he will recognize the evil nature of the CCP.
Former U.S. Vice President Pence: "We will determine that the Chinese Communist Party poses the greatest threat to the world's prosperity, security and values. The Chinese Communist Party may not be yet, but it is becoming an evil empire."
Pence said he is planning strategies to confront Beijing, including increasing the U.S. military's budget, decoupling from China in important industries, and restricting visas for Chinese citizens to come to the United States to combat the CCP's theft of intellectual property.
He also vowed that if elected, he would ban TikTok from the first day he takes office and prohibit Chinese Communist Party companies from purchasing American farmland.
Pence: "Some Republican candidates, including my former running mate, are abandoning America's traditional conservative stance on the world stage. Embracing a new and dangerous form of isolationism. I think on the world stage, isolationism is just another word for appeasement.”
But none of this means the United States should isolate itself from China, Pence said. However, his proposed China policy does highlight the importance of dealing with Beijing's threats in the 2024 presidential campaign.
Nikki Haley last week called the Chinese Communist Party an "enemy," arguing that Beijing has been preparing for war with the United States for years.
Ramaswamy also announced that he will give a speech on Thursday (21 September 2023), focusing specifically on how the United States can economically decouple from Communist China.
As Republican candidates take a tough stance on China, the Biden administration says it is trying to handle its relationship with Beijing responsibly.
Last weekend, National Security Advisor Sullivan met with CCP Foreign Minister Wang Yi in a low-key manner in Europe.
Secretary of State Blinken met with CCP Vice President Han Zheng on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York on Monday.
These talks could pave the way for a possible meeting between President Biden and Xi Jinping in the coming months.
