Chinese dissident Chen Siming jumped from Taoyuan Airport to seek political asylum in the United States
Reporter : Zhu Peixiong / Taoyuan Airport Report / https://news.ltn.com.tw/news/politics/breakingnews/4436448 / Image : Chinese dissident Chen Siming, who has been holding placards to commemorate June 4th for several years, publicly expressed his hope to seek political asylum in the United States and Canada when he took a flight from Thailand to Taoyuan Airport early this morning. Chen Siming, a Chinese dissident who has held placards to commemorate June 4th for several years, publicly expressed his hope to seek political asylum in the United States and Canada when he took a flight from Thailand to Taoyuan Airport early this morning. Chen Siming said, "I escaped not because of the good economic conditions in the United States, but because there are no human rights, no dignity, no rule of law, and no hope in China." Because his passport was canceled and he did not have a U.S. visa, he could not go to the United States for a while, so he had to seek temporary safety through Taiwan, and then went to the United States to seek political asylum.
Chen Siming boarded an EVA Air flight from Thailand at 6.30 am and arrived at Taoyuan Airport for transfer. He posted a video on the social platform and pointed out that he was currently stranded at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, hoping to obtain political asylum in the United States or Canada. When he arrived in Taiwan, he only had a backpack and several thousand dollars in cash.
Chen Siming said at Taoyuan Airport that he is 60 years old this year. He fled China not because of the good economic conditions in the United States, but because there are no human rights, no dignity, no rule of law in China, and no hope. After being forced out of China by Chinese police in July this year, he hoped to seek political asylum in the United States, but because his passport was canceled and he could not go without a U.S. visa, he fled from CCP China to Laos and Thailand.
Chen Siming said that Taiwan is a democratic and free country and is safer than Thailand and Laos. He is currently unable to go to the United States and can only seek short-term safety through Taiwan.
Chen Siming said that he entered the field of rights protection in 2016. When Li Mingzhe was sentenced in Yueyang, Hunan, he also attended the scene with rights defenders to support him. Chen Siming began commemorating the June 4th Tiananmen Incident in 2017. He said that people under the age of 40 in China do not know about June 4th and are not allowed to talk about it. Every year after commemorating June 4th, they are arrested and detained by the Chinese authorities.
Chen Siming pointed out that he used to just want to stay in China to fight for freedom and democracy, but China's domestic political situation has been particularly severe in the past two years, and the Chinese public security has become increasingly cruel in suppressing human rights defenders, and can summon and detain them at will without following legal procedures. When the police summoned him on July 21, they not only robbed him of his mobile phone, but also arranged for him to undergo a psychiatric examination. This frightened him, and he decided to flee China immediately the next day after returning home. He smuggled himself from Yunnan to Laos and then moved around. After arriving in Thailand, I finally took a flight from Thailand to Taiwan for a layover with the help of my friends.
Chen Siming emphasized that he did not want to violate Taiwan's laws and cause trouble to the Taiwan government. He only wanted to seek political asylum in the United States through Taiwan. He hoped that the Taiwan authorities would show some sympathy and allow him to go to the United States.

Internal fighting in Zhongnanhai is fierce, military veteran in Beidaihe is rumoured to be putting pressure on Xi Jinping
Editor : Tang Zheng / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2023/09/21/a103789403.html / Image : Recently, there have been frequent reports of accidents involving high-level officials of the Chinese Communist Party. The picture shows a schematic diagram. (Lintao Zhang/Getty Images)
There is fierce internal fighting among the top leaders of the Chinese Communist Party, and Xi Jinping is in a crisis of governance. There are reports that during the Beidaihe Conference this year, CCP veterans joined forces with military bosses to challenge Xi Jinping. They include Chi Haotian, the 94-year-old former vice chairman of the Central Military Commission of the CCP, who expresses dissatisfaction with Xi Jinping's purge of the military.
On 21 September 2023, Katsuji Nakaze, the former China bureau chief of Nikkei Asia, published another article saying that Xi Jinping was reprimanded by senior members of the CCP at this year’s Beidaihe Conference for the country’s direction. At that time, Chi Haotian, former vice chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China, also attended the meeting.
The article stated that Chi Haotian was sitting next to former Vice Chairman of the Communist Party of China Zeng Qinghong. Sources said that although Chi Haotian did not say a word, this silence was interpreted as the CCP military veteran putting pressure on Xi Jinping.
The article believes that no matter how dissatisfied the military is, they cannot vent it. Therefore, retired military veterans have to convey the current situation within the military to the CCP leaders. Chi Haotian, for example, also avoids making critical remarks directly in front of Xi Jinping. This is why he pushed Zeng to the front and remained silent himself.
The article stated that the military is in some kind of turmoil. Before and after last month's Beidaihe meeting and the previous gathering of elders, major unusual incidents occurred in the military. He believes that the unusual purges, turmoil and long-simmering dissatisfaction within the military are likely to be related to the silent pressure exerted by Chi Haotian, who pays close attention to the military's movements.
Recently, the Chinese Communist Party’s Rocket Force was purged by Xi Jinping, and several former commanders and deputy commanders of the Rocket Force were arrested; the Chinese Communist Party’s Minister of Defense Li Shangfu also mysteriously disappeared like former Foreign Minister Qin Gang, and the first Rocket Force Commander and former Defense Minister Wei Fenghe has not been seen for a long time. Zhang Shengmin, secretary of the Military Discipline Inspection Commission, was also rumoured to have been involved in an incident.
A previous article by Katsuji Nakaze revealed that Xi Jinping’s recent consecutive absences from important occasions are related to the fierce internal fighting within the CCP at this year’s Beidaihe Conference. The article quoted multiple sources as saying that at the meeting, a group of CCP elders headed by Zeng Qinghong openly attacked Xi Jinping. He was criticized for bringing down CCP China's economy, the real estate industry exploded, the youth unemployment rate seriously worsened, the Rocket Force was purged, the military fell into chaos, and former Foreign Minister Qin Gang disappeared inexplicably.
At that time, many China observers expressed doubts about the above-mentioned revelations, but some believed that such revelations showed the fierce internal fighting among the top leaders of the CCP.
Tang Hao, a senior media person and expert on China issues, said that since Xi Jinping came to power, the anti-Xi faction within the Chinese Communist Party, especially those from the Zeng Qinghong faction, have long been engaged in public opinion wars abroad to attack Xi Jinping. They often give overseas media a sneak peek and spread negative news that is unfavorable to Xi Jinping. At the same time, they "turn exports into domestic sales" and use these foreign media reports to exert political pressure on Xi at home.
Tang Hao said in "Crossroads" that he could not verify the authenticity of the reports in "Nikkei Asia", but the contents of these reports were not groundless. They were probably a mixture of true and false and were not the complete facts.
Tang Hao revealed that he learned through special authoritative channels familiar with Zhongnanhai that Xi Jinping indeed encountered a "capital coup" in Beidaihe and was surrounded and bombarded by the bosses. Xi went mad at the bosses on the spot and said angrily, "I know 'You all want me dead' and 'You all want me assassinated.'"
He particularly emphasized that this news is very credible, which shows that Xi Jinping is very aware that the party is very dissatisfied with him, and that there are always people who want to murder him, stage a coup, and seize power.
He said that this authoritative channel also revealed that Xi Jinping has been afraid to go out recently because he is worried that he will be mutiny or assassinated as predicted in the "Tui Bei Tu" and "Tie Ban Tu".
He believes that from Nikkei reports and revelations from authoritative channels, as well as Xi Jinping’s absence from the G20 summit and his temporary absence from the last speech at the BRICS Forum in South Africa, it can be seen that the struggle within the CCP is very fierce and Xi’s regime is highly unstable. Factions are worried about being liquidated and are engaging in a life-and-death struggle with Xi.

There are reports of personnel adjustments in the Chinese Communist Army. Chief of Staff Liu Zhenli will be appointed as Minister of Defense
Reporter : Luo Tingting / Editor : Wen Hui / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2023/09/21/a103789411.html
Li Shangfu, the Minister of Defense of the Communist Party of China, is believed to be under investigation for corruption. It is rumoured that there will be personnel adjustments in the Chinese Communist Army, and Liu Zhenli, Chief of Staff of the Joint Staff, will take over as Minister of Defense.
Independent commentator Cai Shenkun posted on the overseas social media Jing Jianfeng, chief of staff of the Joint Staff and deputy chief of staff of the Joint Staff, took over as commander of the Air Force."
Cai Shenkun first broke the news on 7 September 2023 that Li Shangfu, the Minister of National Defense of the Communist Party of China, was investigated for corruption. At present, this news has been confirmed by multiple channels but the Chinese Communist Party has not officially announced it.
Experts analyzed that Li Shangfu's accident was most likely due to the Rocket Army's corruption case. The Rocket Force, the Chinese Communist Party's ace army built by Xi Jinping, has recently been undergoing a purge. Its commander, political commissar and others have all been replaced. Wei Fenghe, the retired first commander of the Rocket Force, has also disappeared for many days and is in a bad situation.
Yokogawa, an expert on China issues, said that the high-level officials of the Rocket Force were blamed because corruption in the military affected the equipment strength of the Rocket Force and even affected Xi Jinping's plan to reunify Taiwan by force. This angered Xi Jinping, so he dealt harshly with these military cronies by cleaning up the Rocket Force.
Following the Rocket Army, the Army's General Armament Department, where Li Shangfu once worked, was also exposed. The General Armament Department is the most corrupt department in the army. Multiple sources confirmed that Li Shangfu identified eight executives of the General Armament Department.
As the military was undergoing a major purge, strange phenomena also occurred at the top levels of the Central Military Commission. At the military education conference on September 15, Zhang Youxia, Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission, Li Shangfu, Defense Minister, and Liu Zhenli, Chief of Staff of the Joint Staff, were rarely absent.
Liu Zhenli, 59, is from Luancheng, Hebei Province. In 1986, he participated in the Sino-Vietnam border battle as a scout and won first-class military merit. At the end of 2015, Liu Zhenli served as the first chief of staff of the newly established army. He was promoted to army commander in June 2021 and to the rank of general in July of the same year.
According to the latest revelations from Cai Shenkun, Liu Zhenli will succeed Li Shangfu as Minister of Defense.
Xi Jinping recently launched a purge of close associates in the Rocket Force and other military personnel, causing panic among the military. The Epoch Times has obtained inside information that Xi Jinping believes in the prophecy. The "Push Back Picture" predicts that he may be subject to a coup and mutiny and die in office. There were bows and arrows in the prophecy. Xi Jinping believed that this was related to the Rocket Army, so he purged the Rocket Army.
Tang Hao, a senior media person, believes that Xi Jinping is highly distrustful of his subordinates. The purge has made everyone in the military feel in danger, which in turn has intensified the threat of a "coup".

"The Internet does not accept petitions" The director of the Shaanxi Complaints and Complaints Office reported online and caused heated discussion
Reporter : Li Li / Editor : Lin Qing / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2023/09/21/a103789615.html / Image : On 8 May 2012, in Beijing, petitioners protesting against medical care and land acquisition issues were detained by police outside Chaoyang Hospital. (Mark Ralston/AFP/GettyImages)
A director of the Complaints and Calls Office of Shaanxi Province went online to report the corruption of Chinese Communist Party officials, triggering a heated discussion on the Internet. Netizens are hotly discussing what is wrong with "trusting the Internet but not petitioning"? The Petition Office itself does not believe in petitions.
Recently, a man named Ruan, who claimed to be the director of the Complaints and Complaints Office of Luonan County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province, made many real-name reports on the Internet against Shi, deputy director of Luonan County Urban Management Bureau, saying that Shi was involved in corruption and the source of his huge wealth was unknown, and other criminal acts.
(Network screenshot)
On 19 September 2023, the Luonan County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau confirmed to mainland media that Ruan was indeed the director of the bureau’s petition office. Ruan reported Shi’s matter under his real name, and the Discipline Inspection Commission was already investigating. The Luonan County Commission for Discipline Inspection said it had intervened, but the situation involved work secrets and it was not convenient to disclose it.
According to the screenshots of the online video, Ruan's report against Shi mainly focused on three aspects. First, he cut corners during the project and did not build the septic tank according to the drawings, which resulted in the transfer of interests; second, he had multiple properties and properties in just three years. He has one car, and the source of the huge wealth is unknown; third, he embezzled state property through false accounting and other means while serving as the sanitation captain.
According to mainland media's Zongwang News report, Ruan said that he had reported to the Discipline Inspection Commission before, and the Discipline Inspection Commission's reply was that the report was "untrue." Ruan had no choice but to post a video online to report it under his real name, hoping to attract more attention.
This news also triggered heated discussions on the mainland Internet, with netizens jokingly saying that "trust the Internet and don't petition."
Netizens complained one after another, "People who petition do not go through the petition channel themselves", "You know why people who petition have to go to Beijing in the past", "The Petition Office does not believe in petitions", "No wonder it is difficult for ordinary people to petition", "My own black You know best.”
Some netizens said, “The very existence of petitions is a mockery of the law”, “Petition Office = Robbery Office or Stability Maintenance Office”, “Black humor, magical realism”, “Please refer to a certain court judge in Henan who asked reporters to help protect rights” , “This shows that everyone within the system understands that petitions and disciplinary inspection committees are for outsiders to see.”
(Screenshot from Weibo)
Regarding this incident, Harry Wang, a lawyer based in Beijing and based in the United States, told NTDTV that the petition system is unique to mainland China and its essence is to maintain the one-party autocratic rule of the Chinese Communist Party. In a normal democratic country governed by the rule of law, there is no such system as petition. However, under the CCP’s authoritarian system, constitutional rights such as assembly and procession only remain on paper. People who have been wronged cannot go to society to complain. They can only appeal to the CCP’s higher-level institutions within the CCP system. After the people petition, nothing will be done. Whether it is done or not will be decided by CCP officials.
He said that in special historical periods, such as the 1980s, individual officials used public opinion to implement policies and solve some problems raised by petitioners. This gave the public the illusion that petitioning was effective. In fact, most problems were solved through Petitions cannot solve the problem at all, and after many people petitioned, not only did their problems not be solved, but they also became targets of control and were frequently suppressed.
Especially after 2014, the CCP has stipulated that petitions beyond the level are not allowed. Petition cases are also returned to the local governments where petitions are filed. Petitioners are often retaliated against. The biggest function of some grassroots petitioners is to intercept petitions and control local petitioners.
Harry Wang said that the director of the Petition Office in this news certainly knows the inside story of petitions. He understands that if he enters the petition channel, not only will the problem not be solved, he will also become a target of control, and the consequences will be serious. This case also tells the Chinese people not to believe the CCP’s petitions. If they want to redress their grievances, the only way out is to end the CCP’s authoritarian rule, realize democracy and freedom, and enjoy the right to assemble, process and demonstrate.

Is the Central Military Commission all in charge? The more Xi Jinping fears a coup, the more he seeks one
Reporters : Qiao An, Li Yun / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2023/09/22/a103789726.html
As multiple sources confirmed that Li Shangfu, the Minister of National Defense of the Communist Party of China, was taken away for investigation, the high-level movements of the Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China have become the focus of attention from all walks of life. In the latest relevant report, only one person appeared in public, intensifying speculation that Xi Jinping's senior military officials are "one pot responsible for everything".
On 20 September 2023, in the CCP's "Liberation Army Daily" report on the grassroots work of the entire army, only one member of the Central Military Commission made a public appearance. This person was Miao Hua, director of the Political Work Department of the Military Commission.
Previously, on 15 September 2023, the CCP’s military-wide education meeting was also chaired by Miao Hua and attended by He Weidong, Vice Chairman of the Military Commission.
So far, among all the rumours about the turmoil in the Central Military Commission, only Miao Hua and He Weidong have not heard any adverse news.
It is worth noting that at the all-military meeting on the 15th, Zhang Shengmin, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Military Commission, also made a public appearance but then it was reported that he had been taken away from his home on the night of September 16 for investigation, which may be related to the Li Shangfu case.
Another person who has received widespread attention is Zhang Youxia, currently the second-ranking figure in the Central Military Commission. Zhang Youxia and Xi Jinping are family friends. He was previously considered the "second generation red" in the military who is most loyal to Xi Jinping. However, as a key figure in promoting Li Shangfu to the position of Minister of Defense, Zhang Youxia may have difficulty getting rid of the relationship this time. Since 8 September 2023, Zhang Youxia has disappeared for more than two weeks.
Former China Human Rights Chairman Liu Qing: "For people like the Minister of Defense and the Minister of Foreign Affairs who have real power and extremely high positions, and are completely promoted by Xi Jinping, the deletion of text must be politically caught by the hostile party, or by Xi Jinping. I became suspicious of him, and he was only carried out if something offended Xi Jinping."
However, Cai Shenkun, a well-known current affairs commentator, pointed out on the 20th that Zhang Youxia is expected to survive this round of military purges without any danger, and will retain his corresponding political status even if he resigns.
From the annihilation of the top brass of the Rocket Force, to the investigation of Defense Minister Li Shangfu, to the removal of nearly 20 generals from the General Armament Department due to the Li Shangfu case, now even the Central Military Commission has almost been blamed. Many analysts have pointed out that Xi Jinping is afraid of coups and arresting traitors, but at the same time he has dug a big hole for himself.
Li Muyang, a self-media person living in the United States: "This will inevitably cause everyone in the military to be insecure and unstable. In other words, there is complete distrust between the CCP's military and Xi Jinping. This situation is what Xi Jinping is facing. One of the biggest dangers is that the top military officials who hold military power will strike first and launch a coup or mutiny against Xi Jinping? It will definitely happen, and the possibility is not small."
Former China Human Rights Chairman Liu Qing: "So this kind of thing cannot be ruled out in Xi Jinping's hands, and the fight will be resolved in the form of a coup."

The United Nations discovers Falun Gong’s “Great Wall of Truth” and the CCP hides its fear with bloody flags
Reporters : Ke Tingting and Shang Jing / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2023/09/22/a103789780.html
The United Nations General Assembly is being held in New York. Some local Falun Gong practitioners continued to hold activities on Thursday (21 September 2023) to expose the persecution by the Chinese Communist Party.
Reporter: "Every year during the United Nations General Assembly, Falun Gong practitioners come to the Chinese Communist Party's office in the United Nations to petition. You can see the activities of the Great Wall of Truth here. They convey the beauty of Falun Dafa to heads of state and call for an end to the persecution of Falun Gong."
Slogans in Chinese and English such as "Stop the Persecution of Falun Gong" and "Falun Dafa is Good" brought shocking messages. When the convoy of representatives from many countries stopped outside the Permanent Mission of the Communist Party of China to the United Nations, Falun Gong practitioners shouted their appeals to them.
Falun Gong practitioners in New York: "Falun Dafa is good! Stop persecuting Falun Gong! End CCP (Down with the Demon of the Chinese Communist Party)!"
The Permanent Mission of the Chinese Communist Party to the United Nations actually brought several trucks to block the door of their house. That afternoon, they even sent people to display the Chinese Communist Party’s blood flag to cover the banners of Falun Gong practitioners. This move is alleged to be because the CCP delegation is very frightened by the peaceful protests of Falun Gong practitioners and does not want more of the CCP’s own people to see the truth overseas.
Current affairs commentator Wang He: "On the one hand, he has a guilty conscience, and on the other hand, he is trying every possible means to hide the true voice of Falun Gong practitioners and the truth of the facts from the highest level of the CCP. This approach itself In the United States, it is illegal in a free society, and the final result will definitely be to be put on the bench of justice."
On 17 April 2023, Lu Jianwang, the former chairman of the New York Changle Association, was arrested and indicted by the FBI for allegedly acting as a "foreign agent" of the Chinese Communist Party. One of his charges included: During Xi Jinping's visit to the United States in 2015, he organized pro-CCP people to Washington, DC, to harass Falun Gong practitioners' peaceful petitions, and covered Falun Gong practitioners' banners with the CCP's blood flag.
According to statistics from the Falun Dafa Minghui website, since the CCP began persecuting Falun Gong in 1999, at least 4,986 named Falun Gong practitioners have died unjustly due to the persecution.
Xu Dong, a Falun Gong practitioner in New York: "In fact, the Chinese Communist Party is the largest cult organization in the world. It has persecuted China for 70 years and committed heinous crimes against the Chinese people, especially the live organ harvesting of Falun Gong (practitioners). We call on leaders around the world and leaders of all countries to stop the Chinese Communist Party’s 24-year persecution of Falun Gong practitioners."
Lily Wang, a Falun Gong practitioner in New York: "We hope to tell the CCP not to continue to persecute Falun Gong and not to continue to do evil. In fact, there are now 419 million Chinese in China who have quit the CCP's party members, league members, and team members."
At around 6:30 pm on Wednesday, the day before, New York Falun Gong practitioner Xu Dong and three other Falun Gong practitioners saw the presidential motorcade passing by with an American flag on First Avenue and 49th Street. They waved to the motorcade.
Xu Dong: "I was wearing the clothes that said Falun Dafa is good, and a yellow hat. There were four of us. We waved to him (U.S. President Biden), and (Biden's motorcade) was in. The one we passed in front of us was probably 3 m away from us. I asked another policeman: My President Biden? (Is it our President Biden?) The policeman said, yes yes."

[Qin Peng Observation] Xi Jinping performed in Hangzhou and a strange scene appeared in Lingyin Temple
Image : When Xi Jinping went to Hangzhou to attend the Asian Games, “the people didn’t care at all”! A strange scene occurred in Lingyin Temple! The Central Bank of China gave up resistance and the RMB exchange rate broke through the psychological line of 7.30. (Provided by "Qin Peng Observation")
Xi Jinping staged a prosperous era in Hangzhou, a strange scene appeared in Lingyin Temple
Xi Jinping has appeared in different places in Zhejiang in recent days, from Yiwu, known as the world's supermarket, to Shaoxing, Zhejiang to review the "Maple Bridge Experience." His ultimate goal is to pave the way step by step, and finally go to Hangzhou to participate in the opening ceremony of the Asian Games and hold a great power show with leaders of many countries.
However, along the way, under the bustling scene, there are many strange things.
In Hangzhou, people discovered very early that all kinds of manhole covers in the streets and alleys were inspected and all were sealed with special security seals. Even when taking the bus or walking, your backpack will be searched, and you will have to take a sip of water if you bring it; patrol robots have taken to the streets; helicopters are on the air.
On 21 September, Xi Jinping’s motorcade appeared on the streets of Hangzhou, and the Japanese Toyota Coaster he was riding in was photographed by netizens. Informed netizens revealed that Xi Jinping is likely to visit Lingyin Temple because Lingyin Temple has rarely opened a red carpet from the entrance to the main entrance. In modern history, Lingyin Temple almost never opened the main entrance. The last time was when Deng Xiaoping visited.
Netizens also posted a tablet enshrining the National Games of the Communist Party of China in Lingyin Temple, which reads: "The foundation of the People's Republic of China will be forever solid, the people will be happy, and the world will be peaceful." Netizens asked, "Aren't we not engaged in feudal superstition?" Some people said that this is "the Yasukuni Shrine of China" and "people's happiness ranks third."
Can the people be happy? Xinhua News Agency reported that in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, in the afternoon of 20 September, Xi Jinping came to the Maple Bridge Experience Exhibition Hall to review the birth and evolution of the "Maple Bridge Experience" and understand the innovative development of the "Maple Bridge Experience" in the new era.
For those who know the history of the Chinese Communist Party, this is a piece of news that makes people think deeply and shudder. Because the so-called Fengqiao experience was invented in Fengqiao, Zhejiang in the 1960s. It is essentially a method of mobilizing the masses to "monitor and transform" "class enemies". It claims that "ten people will double-team and transform one person, and the contradictions will not be handed over." , social transformation”. Its main characteristic is that it has changed from using judicial procedures to punish people to a movement of masses fighting against the masses. In November 1963, Mao Zedong personally gave instructions to promote the "Maple Bridge Experience" throughout the country. A large number of grassroots officials and the so-called four types of elements, including locals, rich, rebels, and bad elements, were persecuted to death or committed suicide.
In recent years, the CCP has implemented the so-called "Maple Bridge Experience" in Xinjiang and suppressed the Uighurs and others. So, when Xi Jinping revisits old dreams, how can it not make people feel chills on their backs?
In Yiwu, Xi Jinping, who has attached great importance to security in recent years, arranged many "extras" on the roadside, causing complaints from local people; Tesla was banned from entering the vicinity. However, Xi Jinping was secretly photographed entering a commodity mall and other places for inspection. Some netizens said that several shooting locations were good sniping positions.
Xinhua News Agency advocates the rapid development of Yiwu. However, since this year, China's overall foreign trade has continued to decline, which is in sharp contrast to the outstanding performance of small commodities.
The Xinhuanet article on 21 September 2023 also coincided with Xi Jinping’s summary of Yiwu’s 12-character experience as “inexplicable, making something out of nothing, and turning stones into gold.” He praised Yiwu for more than 40 years for writing a legend of China’s county economic development and creating a city with the characteristics of “making something out of nothing.” "Yiwu experience such as innovative spirit. However, the same Xinhua News Agency article in 2018 slapped Xi Jinping in the face, saying that Yiwu’s development was not “inexplicable.” As early as 1980, Feng Aiqian, who was 40 years old at the time, secretly set up a street stall in the county town in order to find a way out, risking the accusation of speculation. Feng Aiqian, who could not figure it out, blocked the then Yiwu County Party Committee Secretary Xie Gaohua at the door of the county committee and asked the government why it did not allow ordinary people to set up street stalls.
Over the weekend, Xi Jinping will meet with visiting Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad and others in Hangzhou to act out the drama of a prosperous Chinese dynasty, just as he did in Xi'an and with the leaders of the five Central Asian countries at the beginning of the year. However, the prosperity of the Tang Dynasty depended on being open to all rivers and being tolerant. Now Xi Jinping is hostile to major countries in the world, and his revision of the map has offended almost all his neighbours. This kind of spirit is really not the same as that of the prosperous dynasty in Chinese history. Laws can be compared.
At present, even the five Central Asian countries, the Middle East, Mongolia, and Vietnam, which the CCP regards as its backyard or close friends, are strengthening their ties with the United States, showing their distrust of the CCP and their unwillingness to be tied to it.
On the contrary, the city chosen by Xi Jinping to host the Asian Games is really not an auspicious sign. Because Hangzhou was a peaceful place for the small imperial court of the Southern Song Dynasty. Faced with the "Jingkang shame has not yet avenged", Zhao Gou and Qin Hui did not want to make progress. As a whole, they have been obsessed with material enjoyment, sensual pleasures and extravagant sounds.
This apocalyptic scene of losing the soul of the country is vividly described in "Inscribed on Lin'an Residence" by Lin Sheng, a poet of the Southern Song Dynasty. "How long will it take to sing and dance in the green mountains outside the mountains and the West Lake singing and dancing? The warm wind makes the tourists drunk, and even makes Hangzhou "Bianzhou." On 11 September, the Weibo account of People's Daily, the core party media of the Communist Party of China, also appreciated this poem as a famous poem to experience the beauty of Hangzhou. I don't know whether this is just a coincidence or fate?
The Chinese Communist Party attaches great importance to the Asian Games but people in Hangzhou and other parts of China are obviously not too enthusiastic. Some people think that the new stadium and other shiny facilities only reflect the government's priorities.
Yan Qiang, head of the Chinese media company Score Sports and a well-known football commentator, said, “After three years of the COVID-19 epidemic, the social atmosphere and confidence in China and the economy are very low, and for Hangzhou people, activities like the Asian Games are just a waste of money plan", "People are more concerned about their own lives, and the Asian Games is not their biggest concern", "People don't care at all".

Under pressure from military boss Beidaihe, who is Xi’s real enemy?
We all know that Xi Jinping is now extremely sensitive to personal safety, so he is purging senior party, government and military officials, and he is also afraid that they will unite against him.
However, sometimes we are afraid of what will come. On 21 September, the English version of Nikkei Asia published the latest article by Katsuji Nakazawa, the former president of the newspaper's China branch, continuing his revelation of the Beidaihe meeting on September 5, pointing out that the CCP elders are extremely dissatisfied with Xi Jinping, not only sent Zeng Qinghong to reprimand him face to face, but also invited the 94-year-old former Vice Chairman of the Military Commission and Minister of Defense Chi Haotian to "show righteousness" to Xi Jinping. Even without saying a word, just sitting next to him, Xi Jinping feels tremendous pressure.
The report quoted a source who revealed the scene of the secret meeting: "This summer, only a few powerful and selected party elders attended Beidaihe. One of the elders is a boss of the People's Liberation Army. After meeting with the elders, Xi Jinping appeared in front of his deputies to express dissatisfaction."
Nakaze Katsuji said that China's politics, economy and society are facing severe challenges: youth unemployment remains high, real estate crises have detonated one after another, and economic data is not optimistic. Xi Jinping is well aware of these challenges. In order to avoid troubles in the regime, the top leaders of the CCP decided to listen to the voice of the elders to some extent.
Xi Jinping might have originally thought that the big boss voice at this year's Beidaihe meeting was just to give these retired elderly people a chance to "relieve their anger", but he did not expect to be severely reprimanded, and this matter was also spread, causing everyone to panic after knowing.
I have a few thoughts on this news:
First, the elders may not criticize harshly, but to the dictator, disagreement or insufficient praise are objections as loud as thunder;
Second, I don’t think these veterans or old military leaders have the ability to actually launch a coup. However, since there are already many voices of dissatisfaction with Xi Jinping within the party, the spread of this kind of news at this time will make those dissatisfied forces even more commotion.
Third, I think that Xi Jinping is still in power now but he has fallen into the dilemma of a dictator in his later years: he is suspicious and always feels that someone is trying to harm him, so he is not at ease with anyone and will intensify the purge, but the more he purges, the more he will let the increased forces of the party inside fearing or dissatisfied with him and may indeed inspire major mutinies in the future, endangering Xi's own life.
How to get rid of this dilemma? It cannot be solved within the system, because the interests of the Communist Party of China and the interests of the Chinese people are antagonistic. In order not to endanger the party's rule in the internal strife, Xi Jinping will definitely use the most taboo method and can only use the method of purges to engage in palace intrigues. However, the careerists within the party are also good at this type of struggle.
Therefore, I believe that Xi Jinping’s biggest enemy is not Zeng Qinghong of Jiang’s faction, as many people say, nor is he a soldier “with a bow”, but Xi Jinping himself. If they fight in the sun, the Communist Party and Zeng Qinghong are actually weak, and Xi Jinping has enough ability to defeat them. However, if the black box operation continues, the danger is Xi Jinping himself, because a missile or a bullet can complete the struggle.
What choice will Xi Jinping make? Continuing to fight among themselves secretly, and finally falling into the predicted death situation? Or should we make up our minds to push China toward democracy, do great good deeds, and change its dangerous destiny?

The Central Bank of China gives up resistance. Where is the "bottom line" for the RMB exchange rate?
Let’s talk about the economy. The authorities' greed for wanting more has not only caused the economy to continue to deteriorate, but has also created increasing distrust and big trouble.
Jens Eskelund, Chairman of the European Chamber of Commerce in China, said on 20 September 2023, “You can’t have both, you have to figure out which one to choose? Pay more attention to national security, tighten regulatory systems, and focus on self-reliance, while sacrificing the interests of foreign companies. , or continue to be firmly committed to reform and opening up? Our question is, what kind of relationship (between us) is?”
He emphasized, “In value terms, China’s exports to Europe are approximately three times as much as Europe’s exports to China, which has now reached an unsustainable level and has become a political issue. We very much hope that China can consider how to make these relationships restore balance”.
We know that, comparatively speaking, Europe has a relatively good relationship with the CCP but being so outspoken now shows that even they have become intolerable.
This will bring many serious consequences. Bloomberg wrote on Tuesday (September 19) that China is experiencing its largest capital flight in years, causing concerns among authorities as it intensifies the pressure on the troubled yuan.
So far this year, the yuan's onshore and offshore exchange rates have fallen by more than 5%, making it the worst-performing currency in emerging markets in Asia after the Malaysian ringgit.
Last month, China’s capital account saw an outflow of US$49 billion, the largest outflow since December 2015.
This makes the Chinese Communist Party authorities feel an unbearable burden. On 20 September 2023, the State Council held an economic policy briefing. Zou Lan, director of the Monetary Policy Department of the People's Bank of China, said, "The exchange rate of the RMB against the U.S. dollar is very important, but it is not the whole story. We must look at it comprehensively and pay more attention to the changes in the exchange rate of the RMB against a basket of currencies."
The authorities emphasized that this is to resolutely guard against the risk of exchange rate overshooting, but their words are not as good as their words. From the outside world, this means that the authorities have given up resistance and the psychological bottom line of 7.30 cannot be maintained at all. The next time will be towards 7.50!
At present, China's four markets of stocks, bonds, foreign exchange and real estate are all competing. Even after the continuous release of good news, it is difficult to restore the general trend. This situation is also unprecedented, and it is also an apocalyptic scene.

On the eve of the opening of the Hangzhou Asian Games, Xi Jinping appeared in Hangzhou. The local security was unprecedentedly tight and some roads were blocked. There was also a strange scene at Lingyin Temple, a thousand-year-old temple in Hangzhou. A rare red carpet was laid out from the entrance to the main entrance. Some people speculated that Xi Jinping was coming to Lingyin Temple to offer incense.
The Hangzhou Asian Games will open on 23 September 2023, and Xi Jinping will attend the opening ceremony. Videos showed that on the 21st, many roads in Hangzhou were blocked, with police standing guard along the roads. Xi Jinping’s motorcade drove through the streets of Hangzhou, and the Japanese Toyota Coaster he was riding in was photographed by netizens.
Netizens with knowledge of the matter revealed that Lingyin Temple in Hangzhou rarely had a red carpet laid out from the entrance to the main entrance. It was speculated that Xi Jinping might go to Lingyin Temple to offer incense and worship Buddha. It is reported that the main entrance of Lingyin Temple is generally closed.
The netizen also posted a picture saying that there are tablets of the CCP enshrined in Lingyin Temple.
Xi Jinping appears in Hangzhou! #xijinping’s motorcade appeared at an intersection somewhere in #Hangzhou on September 21, and all roads around the intersection were closed. A local police car cleared the way, followed by nine cars. The Toyota Coaster that Xi Jinping was riding in was the second to last car.

Lingyin Temple, also known as Yunlin Temple, is backed by the North Peak and faces Feilai Peak. It was built in the first year of Xianhe in the Eastern Jin Dynasty and covers an area of about 87,000 square meters. Lingyin Temple is mainly composed of the Tianwang Hall, the Main Hall, the Pharmacist Hall, the Dharma Hall, and the Huayan Hall as the central axis, with buildings such as the Five Hundred Arhat Hall, Jigong Hall, Huayan Pavilion, Dabei Tower, and Abbot Tower attached to both sides.
The founder of Lingyin Temple was the West Indian monk Huili. Emperor Wu of Liang Dynasty in the Southern Dynasty granted him land and expanded it. Qian Liu, King of Wuyue in the fifth generation, asked Master Yongming Yanshou to revive and open up the temple and named it Lingyin New Temple. During the Jiading period of Emperor Ningzong of the Song Dynasty, Lingyin Temple was known as one of the "Five Mountains" of Zen Buddhism in the south of the Yangtze River. In the 28th year of Emperor Kangxi's reign in the Qing Dynasty, Emperor Kangxi named it "Yunlin Zen Temple" during his southern tour.
There is evidence that Xi Jinping harbours a genuine respect for traditional Chinese religions, such as Buddhism, Taoism and folk beliefs. The transcript of the recording released by WikiLeaks shows that a professor is an old friend of Xi Jinping who visited Xi in Fujian. He said Xi Jinping has "demonstrated a keen interest in Buddhist martial arts, qigong and other mystical powers said to be good for health, as well as Buddhist holy sites".
The professor was shocked that "Xi Jinping actually knows so much about this field and seems to believe in supernatural powers."
Recently, The Epoch Times learned from authoritative sources that Xi Jinping, who advocates traditional culture, believes in prophecies. Although he holds great power, he is very worried about his life safety. He was very worried that several ancient Chinese prophecies would come true for him.
Authoritative sources revealed that Xi Jinping was afraid that the predicted coup and assassination would come true for him. He was surrounded by experts who advised him. In order to avoid assassination, he often became invisible for no reason, avoiding the limelight and assassination.
Xi Jinping appeared uneasy at the BRICS Summit in South Africa recently and was unexpectedly absent from the BRICS Business Forum. Then there was an incident where his translator was intercepted by South African security guards. The video of the scene went viral on the Internet, and public opinion was hotly discussing the hidden dangers to Xi Jinping's safety. After returning from South Africa, he did not return to Beijing but went to Xinjiang. Experts analyzed that this arrangement is extremely unusual. Xi Jinping may not be assured of Beijing's security and will wait until the deployment is completed before returning to Beijing.
The forty-sixth image of the prophecy "Tui Bei Tu" related to the coup said: "It is gloomy and gloomy, killing without a knife. Unless ten thousand people die, one person cannot escape."
"Ode" says: "There is a soldier with a bow, who only says that I am a white-headed man. There is a golden sword hidden in the east gate, and the warrior enters the imperial palace through the back door."
The prophecy in "Tui Bei Tu" and the picture of holding a bow and arrow. The source said, "Xi Jinping believed that this corresponded to the rocket army, so he withdrew the Rocket Army and arrested them. This is the main reason why he purged the Rocket Army."
Recently, the Rocket Force was purged by Xi Jinping until almost the whole army was wiped out. Several former commanders and deputy commanders were arrested. Even Defense Minister Li Shangfu, who was born in the Rocket Force, and former Defense Minister Wei Fenghe also disappeared. Recently, multiple channels have confirmed that Li Shangfu is under investigation for corruption.
At a time when the CCP military was in turmoil, Xi Jinping went to Hangzhou to attend the opening ceremony of the Asian Games. Lingyin Temple rarely laid out a red carpet. It is not ruled out that Xi Jinping would go to the temple to burn incense and worship Buddha to pray for peace. However, the prophecy hinted that the CCP would be destroyed, and it was rumoured that Lingyin Temple held a memorial tablet for the CCP, which seemed to be an ominous sign for the CCP.

Fever clinics in China are full, mycoplasma infection is high and white lung is common in many places
Recently, fever clinics in China have been full, mycoplasma infections are high, and deaths from white lung disease have occurred in many places, causing public concern.
On 20 September 2023, the Beijing Health Commission released a weekly epidemic report. The top five diseases with the highest number of reported cases accounted for 94.5% of the reported incidences of notifiable infectious diseases, with covid ranking first. Because the CCP has always concealed the truth, the true situation is unknown.
Recently, fever clinics in many places in China have been full. On 20 September 2023, Chinese media reported that Peng Jie, director of the Diagnosis and Treatment Center for Difficult Infections at Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University, said that the number of fever outpatient clinics has increased recently, and the vast majority of patients are infected with covid or influenza virus.

Recently, there have been a lot of mycoplasma-infected children in the outpatient clinic. As a pediatrician here, I would like to give a reminder to parents. If your child has symptoms of fever, cough, congestion and runny nose, at this time, you should go to the hospital in time without delay. As for mycoplasma, it will be infected very quickly, and it can easily cause pneumonia. So recently well, the outpatient clinic also received some children with this severe, relatively severe mycoplasma infection."

People in Jiangsu: "There are many colds now, including viral ones. If you see a cough or fever, go to the hospital quickly. Don't stay at home, because there are many white lung problems now."

The new strain of SARS-CoV-2 (covi) "Pirola" is spreading rapidly in Russia, and the country is struggling to deal with a new wave of epidemics. President Vladimir Putin has ordered temporary hospitals to reopen.
A new temporary hospital has opened in the Kommunarka settlement near Moscow after 20 people in the area tested covi-positive for Pirola, Russian news website Baza reported.
According to reports, the new temporary hospital can accommodate 60 patients, and other hospitals have also opened temporary wards in-house to help cope with the surge in patient numbers.
The press center of the Russian Federal Service for Consumer Rights Protection and Public Welfare Supervision announced on 18 September 2023 that the new strain "Pirola", also known as BA.2.86, has many additional mutation characteristics compared with the previous strain Omicron and is thus more contagious.
The Russian government once again issued regulations on the 18th that government officials must wear masks in government buildings, restoring previous covid regulations.

399,999 Russians die from covid, Russia stops reporting covid cases to WHO
Russian covid statistics are difficult to obtain because Putin refuses to release epidemic data to the public. According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), 399,999 people have died from the epidemic in the country, and the total number of cases is 22,996,765. Despite Russian media reports of a resurgence of the virus, the country has not reported any cases to the WHO in the past seven days.

Characteristics and symptoms of Pirola infection
According to the British Medical Journal, "Pirola" appears to have evolved from the Omicron subvariant BA.2 that was widely circulated in early 2022.
Compared with BA.2, it has 33 mutations in its spike protein (the pointed part of the virus that infects human cells). Some experts are concerned it may have the ability to evade immunity from vaccination or previous infection.
The National Health Service (NHS) has warned British people to remain on high alert. According to the NHS website, symptoms of Pirola infection include:
high temperature or chills;
A persistent cough, which means coughing for more than an hour, or three or more times in 24 hours;
Loss or change in your sense of smell or taste;
Shortness of breath;
feeling tired or exhausted;
body aches;
Russians not only endure the pain of the epidemic, but also endure mental torture. Russians are in a mental health crisis as a result of the invasion of Ukraine. The use of the antidepressant fluoxetine (trade name: Prozac) in Russia increased by 63% in 2022.

Prozac shortage sinks Russians into mental health crisis
Due to current geopolitical tensions and the ongoing war in Ukraine, coupled with various challenges such as the devaluation of the ruble and government price controls, some suppliers are leaving the Russian market, and Russians are facing increasing shortages of top-quality Western goods. The American company Eli Lilly and Company, which produces Prozac, withdrew from the Russian market in March 2023.
The last batch of Prozac became available at the end of June. According to Russian news outlet RBC, only 4 out of 2,400 pharmacies in Moscow still have stocks, while 2 out of 1,300 pharmacies in St. Petersburg still have stocks.
As Prozac faces a shortage, Putin's health ministry has approved about a dozen alternative antidepressants containing fluoxetine. The department claimed that while there was no Prozac, there was "no shortage" of other drugs but there are concerns about the lack of extensive research to verify the effectiveness of these alternatives.

The mission of the Sunflower Generation
Reporter : Chen Shanrong / https://talk.ltn.com.tw/article/paper/1605923 / Image : Five people, including Lai Pinyu, Miao Boya, Zeng Wenxue, Wu Peiyi, and Wu Zheng, who participated in the Sunflower Student Movement, recently launched four joint political opinions titled "This Generation, Next Future". This is a good start. But when those who care about the Sunflower Generation see this scene, they all have a common sigh, "Why is Lin Feifan missing?" (Photo by reporter Wang Yisong)
Taiwan’s general election next year has attracted widespread attention from the international community. This is an election under the threat of a totalitarian country, and it is also an election supported by democratic countries. What choices Taiwanese people have to make will not only affect Taiwan’s politics in the next four years. Images are related to the future of 23 million people, and they also affect changes in international geopolitics. Continuing Tsai Ing-wen's governing line is an arduous task. The ruling party's presidential candidate is steadily leading in the polls, but the ruling party's congressional election situation is frightening.
Lai Ching-te continues to lead steadily in the polls. On the one hand, he is the current vice president, and he can propose various policies in a calm and step-by-step manner, which shows that he is "ready" and his basic base is very solid. On the one hand, there are the "Three Little Pigs" such as Hou You-ih, Terry Gou, and Ke Wen-je. Will Hou be replaced today? Who will match whom tomorrow? Various permutations and combinations have been played for several months, but only power and positions are seen, without policies, leaving a bad impression on the people's competition for position.
Will the "Three Little Pigs" in the wild finally perform together under the intervention of strong external forces? It’s hard to say. Politics is inherently full of possibilities. In 2004, the two "political enemies" Lien Chan and Soong Chuyu were paired together as "Lian Song Pei", and everyone still remembers it. It is actually difficult to say whether the "March 19 shooting" was a variable that changed the outcome of the election. The momentum of the "Lien and Song Dynasties" at that time was indeed astonishing, like an army of tanks, attacking President A-Bian's city gate. There are already signs of external forces operating "Hou Kepei".
From the standpoint of maintaining local power, if the Democratic Progressive Party wants to continue its power, it is not enough to rely solely on the energy of the presidential election. Congressional elections must serve as the two wings of the bird and the two wheels of the car. In the face of the hesitation and pressure of Taiwan's young generation, during the election campaign, the "Sunflower Generation" was given a heavy responsibility. They opposed the "black box services trade" ten years ago and used concrete actions to resolve Taiwan's economic crisis. Now they have matured and accepted the test of the congressional elections and opened up a battlefield in the congressional elections. " "Speak clearly, make it clear" and telling voters the political line Taiwan must take is actually the best political feedback.
Five people, including Lai Pinyu, Miao Boya, Zeng Wenxue, Wu Peiyi, and Wu Zheng, who participated in the Sunflower Student Movement, recently launched four joint political opinions titled "This Generation, Next Future". This is a good start. But when those who care about the Sunflower Generation see this scene, they all have a common sigh, "Why is Lin Feifan missing?" Lin Feifan is the representative of the Sunflower Generation. In Taiwan's democratic election process, Lin Feifan will eventually have to fight, along with other battles and will write a chapter for this generation.
Lin Feifan was once nominated by the Democratic Progressive Party to run for the Taipei City Legislative Council. He withdrew from the race because of his handling of the sexual harassment incident. This is a pity. Can't it be remedied? The Central Election Commission will begin accepting registration for the legislative election on November 20, and the DPP still has time. Regardless of whether Ke Wen-je ends up partnering with someone else, Ke is the main opponent of the DPP in this election. He holds part of the interpretation power of the Sunflower Movement, and many young people still regard him as a political mentor. The "Sunflower Generation" is the main force fighting against Ke Wen-je. We advise those in charge of the Democratic Progressive Party that on the eve of the nomination of legislators, instead of dividing the spoils among factions, it is better to give the opportunity to young people!
