Exclusive interview with Wang Miaosen, a post-90s generation: The CCP must step down
Reporters : Ning Haifeng and Luo Ya / Editor : Sun Yun / https://www.epochtimes.com/b5/24/9/2/n14322184.htm Video : https://www.epochtimes.com/b5/24/9/2/n14322578.htm / Image : The picture shows security personnel patrolling Tiananmen Square before the opening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in October 2022. (Lintao Zhang/Getty Images)
A young man born in the 1990s remotely threw a "bomb" at the CCP's stronghold in Canada.
On 29 August 2024, he posted a video saying, "I have reported Xi Jinping's violation of work discipline and mass discipline to the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection's 12388 website in real name, and requested the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection to expel Xi Jinping from the party and remove all positions within and outside the party. Please continue to pay attention to the follow-up !"(video)
He accused Chinese Communist Party leader Xi Jinping of committing crimes related to the COVID-19 (Chinese Communist Party virus) epidemic, including admonishing the COVID-19 whistleblower Li Wenliang, the brutal dynamic clearing policy, and the suppression of the "White Paper Movement."
This young man is named Wang Miaosen. He grew up in China and moved to Canada not long ago. However, in an exclusive interview with The Epoch Times, he was unwilling to disclose his family background or when he came to Canada.
On 31 August 2024, on the social platform "X", many netizens reposted a reporting post named "Wang Miaosen", "Wang Miaosen broke the news: He posted a post reporting Xi Jinping on the domestic Zhihu website and the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection reporting website!" Netizens lamented, "There is no best netizen this year, only the best..."
Several things prompted him to take action
Wang Miaosen told The Epoch Times on 2 September 2024 that he had been brainwashed by the CCP since he was a child but several incidents caused him to change his thinking and take anti-communist actions.
The first one was his first time circumventing the firewall in China when he was in high school. The first website he came into contact with was New Tang Dynasty Television. “Because at that time, many Falun Gong media would promote free circumvention software, including Freegate, etc. I finally Start using these."
He mentioned that he saw many truths through other websites connected to the NTDTV website. "What impressed me most was the report on the Chinese Communist Party's organ harvesting from living people. I was particularly shocked because I have been brainwashed since I was a child. It is impossible for me to think about this aspect."
He said that he did not really believe it at the time and thought that organ harvesting was really possible. It was said that removing a person's organs while he was still alive was too vicious and he could not even imagine it.
The second is the "anti-extradition" movement in Hong Kong. He believed that by understanding the truth about Hong Kong's "anti-extradition" movement, he saw the Communist Party's infiltration into Hong Kong and its destruction of the rule of law in Hong Kong. He believes that the people of Hong Kong are brave and their fighting spirit is worth learning.
Then there is the slogan that Peng Lifa put up on the Sitong Bridge in Beijing in 2022: "No nucleic acid but food, no blockade but freedom, no lies but dignity, no cultural revolution but reform, no leader but votes, no slaves but citizens."
Wang Miaosen said that this actually expressed the aspirations of the Chinese people.
"The Communist Party's quarantine policy has been inhumane for such a long time. It sealed people inside buildings and made it impossible to escape in the event of a fire. Just like the fire in Xinjiang, it actually attributed the deaths and injuries in the fire to People’s ability to save themselves goes too far.”
He was also affected by several similar events and several people, including Peng Lifa's imitator, Fang Yirong, who hung anti-communist banners in Hunan this year, and Yan Zhongjian, a young man from Hebei who had been in contact with him some time ago. He broadcast " Xi Jinping steps down."
On 21 February 2023, before the two sessions in Beijing, a large slogan "Down with the Communist Party, Down with Xi Jinping" appeared on the outer wall of the Wanda Plaza building in Jinan, the capital of Shandong Province. The person involved, Chai Song, has fled to the United States. On his way to the United States via Central and South America, he remotely activated the projector pre-set in the rental house to complete the projecting slogan display.
Wang Miaosen said that this incident also directly prompted him to think about adopting new methods of resistance.
"It (the projection incident) gave me something to think about. If we just hold banners in the country and send people to death, how can we continue to fight? I thought that since the Communist Party has now set up this reporting platform, it also encourages people to report, so I will make a try and choose to report Xi Jinping.”
As for why he chose the epidemic issue to report Xi Jinping, Wang Miaosen said it was because when Xi Jinping met with WHO Secretary-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, he mentioned that he personally directed and deployed epidemic prevention and control, so it was difficult for him to attribute the responsibility to Li Keqiang or his subordinates' local government.

It was found that the authorities preset a ban on reporting party leaders, and it was difficult to obtain evidence and disseminate reports
During the actual reporting process, Wang Miaosen found some difficulties. His reporting article originally had a lot of reporting content, but the reporting website could only fill in 1,000 words, so it had to be deleted. "Xi Jinping's crimes are too numerous to describe, and my thousand words are simply too few."
In addition, he found that the website seemed designed to exclude reporting on Xi Jinping or national leaders. "Because in the column for selecting positions and ranks, there is no way to select national-level leaders. The highest level can only be selected at the provincial or ministerial level, so I was forced to choose 'other'."
Wang Miaosen said that the submission was successful at that time, and he had the entire screen recording as proof. The screen recording was not posted because when making a report, you have to fill in your ID number and contact information. The contact information is a newly registered email address, but you have your own ID number. Since you don’t know how to use video coding yet, I just took a screenshot. In the picture reported, software was used to process the sensitive information of the ID card number in the picture.
Wang Miaosen said that he tried to send the report information to a website behind the wall. He tried three times and was blocked all times. Even if the names of the people being reported on the pictures were all coded and only a flat character was left, it still didn't work.
"The first one I posted was on Douyin. After I posted it, it was always reviewed. In the end, the Douyin account was completely banned. Then I posted the text and uploaded the picture on Sina Weibo, which lasted for several hours. As a result, all Weibo posts were deleted.”
He later moved to Zhihu and used the computer's base64 encoding method to first convert the three characters Xi Jinping into Martian script (a font deliberately created by young netizens that is difficult to understand). You will know it is Xi Jinping at a glance. Then base64 encoding is performed to form a string of codes. The report letter was made into a picture and uploaded to a website called Tudong. The link was also encoded with base64 and sent to Zhihu. After reporting Xi Jinping’s overseas exposure, the post was quickly deleted and the Zhihu account became unavailable.
"This is probably the case. Some people on the Internet said that it couldn't be posted on Zhihu. It was true that it couldn't be posted. I used some clever methods and posted it."
Image : After reporting Xi Jinping's information on Douyin and Weibo and being blocked, Wang Miaosen encoded it with base64 on his computer and published it on Zhihu. Use base64 decoding to see the plain text. (Photo provided by Wang Miaosen)
Wang Miaosen said that there are risks in doing such things but someone has to stand up and speak out. "Every time social changes occur, students are at the forefront, including those of the Communist Party. Mao Zedong and those people were all in their twenties, and Deng Xiaoping went to study abroad. Aren't they all students? Why did they do this? We can't now What to do?"
He believes that if Xi Jinping is reported, the authorities will not investigate Xi, but its failure to investigate just proves that the CCP’s reporting system is a lie.
"There are very few real pinks"
Wang Miaosen talked about what he knew about the current situation of young people in China.
"Young people in China actually hold strong opinions against the Communist Party, but they just don't dare to speak out. There are very few people around me who are little pink. As long as you go to college for a while, you can learn through various I feel that this society is different from what they (the Chinese Communist Party) advertise, but everyone is afraid, including the "White Paper Movement". They choose to hold up white paper because of fear. He knows that if he holds up the white paper, he will definitely be arrested. You are not breaking any laws by standing up and holding up a piece of paper. But the Communist Party is far more evil than they imagined. The Communist Party does not respect the law at all. "
Wang Miaosen has published multiple videos, including, "How to ensure safety after jumping over the wall", "How does the Communist Party brainwash us Chinese?", "Why does the Communist Party make us patriotic?" and so on. (Youtube channel)
Wang Miaosen said that he had thought specifically about the brainwashing problem of the Communist Party. He believes that generally speaking, brainwashing relies on propaganda and only instills unilateral information, but this is not enough. The CCP also wants to make people fear, so that they will automatically intensify this kind of brainwashing. However, he believes that this kind of brainwashing will be ineffective once the party ends, because the unilateral information and fear that constitute the brainwashing effect are gone when the Communist Party disappears.
He believes that many of the so-called pink comments on the Internet are mostly made by military personnel, criminals in prisons, and people from university student unions who act as commentators.
The CCP must end
Wang Miaosen also launched a "vote to overturn the Chinese Communist Party's public opinion" on his blog in mid-August (click here). He posted, "The Communist Party of China has done many evil things since its founding in 1921, especially after it seized power in 1949."
The article said that from the "Three Antis", "Five Antis" and "Great Leap Forward", the Cultural Revolution to the June 4th Student Movement, the suppression of Falun Gong, the arrest of 709 lawyers, the concentration camps in Xinjiang, the elimination of isolation, and the suppression of the "White Paper Movement", the Chinese Communist Party can be described as Never do bad things.
Wang Miaosen also said, should we still be descendants of Marxism-Leninism? "It's time for the 1.4 billion Chinese people to stand up and let us express our voices by voting." "The voting will be launched on August 17, 2024, and the voting will be anonymous."
Wang Miaosen told The Epoch Times that he did this because Hua Chunying, a diplomat of the Chinese Communist Party at the time, advocated that "the Chinese people are more than 90% satisfied with the Chinese government." "I really couldn't accept it. It looked fake at first glance, so I thought, we also have to express our voices, so I held a poll."
Wang Miaosen said that some people say that the CCP cannot be overthrown, but he feels that it will be overthrown in 10 years. Since Xi Jinping revised the constitution in 2018 and introduced lifelong tenure, it has broken the dynamic balance of power and set the clock back on history, which will definitely lead to the demise of the party. "No dictator can last for a long time. The Chinese people do nothing. As soon as Xi Jinping dies, the CCP will end soon. And if Xi Jinping attacks Taiwan, it will also be a breakthrough point. It is possible that because of the attack on Taiwan, This will lead to the dissolution of this regime.”
Wang Miaosen said that one of the things that left a deep impression on him after arriving overseas was that when he got off the plane and dragged two suitcases to his place of residence, he was very tired. Local people actually came to help him on the way, which he did not expect. Compared with China now, people rarely help each other. The reason for the lack of love is not the Chinese people, but the system. For example, someone helped an old lady and was blackmailed, and the court ordered the person who helped her to pay compensation.
"You cannot have love under such conditions. On the one hand, it is the hatred education given to us by the Communist Party, which makes us hate Japan and the United States. On the other hand, its wrong legal system has caused people... Harmful."
Wang Miaosen finally emphasized that the Communist Party must end and Xi Jinping must step down. But after overthrowing the CCP, it is not necessary to liquidate all high-ranking officials. "Because I think the fault does not lie with him personally. If Xi Jinping was born in the United States, would he still be such a dictator? Obviously not. The fault is with the system, not the people."

"Why doesn't China want its territory back from Russia?" President Lai's remarks triggered heated international discussion
President Lai Ching-te recently pointed out that the purpose of China's invasion of Taiwan is not for territorial integrity, but to change the "rules-based world order" to achieve hegemony. Otherwise, why not get back the land ceded to Russia by the Aihun Treaty of the Qing Dynasty? The relevant speech triggered heated discussions in the international media. National security personnel believe that China's unilateral provocative behavior has seriously affected regional peace, and Lai's speech will be deeply recognized by the international community. The Russian Foreign Ministry stated in a statement yesterday that the border issue had been resolved by the treaty signed by Russia and China in the 2000s, and the Taiwan authorities had no right to speak on behalf of Beijing.

Russian Foreign Ministry: Taiwan authorities have no right to speak on behalf of Beijing
Lai Ching-te's relevant remarks triggered heated discussions in the international media. Reuters, Germany's "Die Zeit", the British "Guardian", the United States "Newsweek", etc. reported one after another. ABC Chinese website's repost on the X platform also exceeded one million views; On social media, many self-media that have long paid attention to China and regional political issues, such as Eastern European Perspective, Wang Juzhi'an, Teacher Li is not your teacher, Inty Hot News, etc. all shared Lai Ching-te's conversation.
What is striking is that many Chinese netizens in the relevant posts affirmed Lai Ching-te's statement, such as saying, "Lai Ching-te's clever attack pokes the weakness of China's territorial integrity theory" and "Lai Ching-te is also shouting to American isolationists that China is directly challenging the democratic order established by the United States."
National security sources pointed out that CCP China has continued to expand its military in the East China Sea and South China Sea, and its unilateral provocations have seriously affected regional peace and stability. Therefore, Lai Ching-te’s remarks will attract high-level discussions, not only because they hit China’s pain points, but also because they shed light on the Taiwan Strait issue. It is an excuse used by CCP China to achieve authoritarianism and is deeply recognized and concerned by the international community.
In response to President Lai's above-mentioned remarks, Russia responded to media questions on the 3rd with Foreign Ministry spokesperson Shakarova, claiming that the treaty signed by Russia and China in the 2000s had resolved the border issue and that Russia adhered to the "one-China principle." Therefore, Taiwanese government leaders have no right to make any statement on behalf of Beijing. The Russians hope that Taipei will not overestimate itself when looking at the affairs of other countries.
Shakarova claimed that Russia and China's renunciation of any territorial claims to each other has been included in the Treaty of Good Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation signed on 16 July 2001. Then, Russia and China signed and subsequently ratified the "Supplementary Agreement between Russia and China on the Eastern Sector of the National Border" on 14 October 2004, finally resolving the border issue between the two countries.
Shakarova also warned in a "wolf warrior" tone that under the instigation of the United States, Lai Ching-te, who advocates "separatism", can "bark" as much as he wants, but this will not bring any benefit to him or the Taiwanese people. Regarding the Russian statement, the Republic of China (Taiwan) Ministry of Foreign Affairs did not respond before deadline.

President Lai criticizes China for ignoring Russia’s invasion and occupation of territory; Russia responds by supporting the one-China principle
Image : In a recent interview, President Lai Ching-te challenged Beijing's sovereignty claims over Taiwan and said that if China really cared about its territorial integrity, it should also seek to recover the land ceded to Russia by the Qing Dynasty. The Russian Foreign Ministry stated today that it adheres to the "one-China principle" and that "it is inappropriate for the Taiwan authorities to speak on behalf of Beijing." (European News Agency)
In a recent interview, President Lai Ching-te challenged Beijing's sovereignty claims over Taiwan, saying that if China really cares about its territorial integrity, it should also seek to recover the land ceded to Russia by the Qing Dynasty. The Russian Foreign Ministry stated today that it adheres to the "one-China principle" and that "it is inappropriate for the Taiwan authorities to speak on behalf of Beijing."
The official website of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs today released the response of spokesperson Maria Zakharova (also transliterated as Zakharova, Shakalova) to President Lai's speech in the form of "answering questions from the media."
Shakarova said that the "Treaty of Good Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation" signed by the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China in July 2001 clearly stipulates that each other renounces any territorial claims to each other, and this treaty is the basic document of bilateral relations between Russia and China.
In October 2004, Russia and China signed and subsequently approved the "Supplementary Agreement on the Eastern Sector of the Russia-China Boundary", and the Russia-China border issue was finally resolved. This position has also been confirmed in a series of documents jointly adopted by the top and highest levels of Russia and China.
In an exclusive interview with Taiwanese media, President Lai said, "China wants to annex Taiwan not for territorial integrity. If it is really for territorial integrity, why not take back the lands signed by the Aihun Treaty that Russia holds."
President Lai said: "China can now ask Russia for the Aihui Treaty signed during the Qing Dynasty, but you don't have it. So it is obvious that it is not because of the territorial relationship that it wants to invade Taiwan." The president also mentioned that Russia It is now at its "weakest state."
Shakarova said that Russia has always adhered to the "one-China principle" and that the government of the People's Republic of China is the only legal government in China. Therefore, "the leader of the Taiwan authorities has no right to make any statement on behalf of Beijing."
Shakarova said that Russia suggested that President Lai should focus more on dealing with Taiwan's economic problems and take a constructive attitude towards the proposal of the leadership of the People's Republic of China on "peaceful reunification."
Shakarova said that Russia believes that "our friends in Beijing also adopt the same position."
Shakarova's response had a "Wolf Warrior" element to it.
She declared that she hoped that "Taipei would not overestimate its capabilities when staring at other people's things." Lai, who was incited by the Americans and advocated "separatism," could "bark" as much as he wanted, but this would not give him personal or bring no benefits to the people of Taiwan.
The Russian writing (Лай) and Russian pronunciation of President Lai's last name are similar to the Russian writing (лаять) and the Russian pronunciation of the word "barking dog". In her response, Shakalova juxtaposed the word "lai" (Лай) with the word "barking" (лаять).
Although Russia ignores various "friendly cooperation" and border delimitation treaties it has signed with Ukraine, it continues to invade Ukraine and claims that Ukraine is Russia's historical territory. In her response to President Lai today, Shakarova claimed that the opinions of individual fringe politicians swallowed up by the "revanchist syndrome" may interest others, but "definitely not us."
So far, Chinese Communist officials have not responded to this issue and have remained silent. The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the only party to respond.

Sullivan’s row reveals the CCP’s “disharmony between the military and the government”. Senior national security officials: Xi has not yet fallen, but the regime is unstable
Reporter : Chen Yun / https://news.ltn.com.tw/news/politics/breakingnews/4789473 / Image : Before meeting Xi Jinping on 29 August , U.S. National Security Advisor Sullivan (left) first met with Zhang Youxia (right), Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China, at the Bayi Building, known as the "Great Hall of the People of the People's Liberation Army." (European News Agency)
U.S. National Security Advisor Sullivan recently visited China and met with Chinese Communist President Xi Jinping, Foreign Minister Wang Yi and others. China's top national security officials observed that Sullivan met with Zhang Youxia, Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission, but did not see Defense Minister Dong Jun. This is a very unusual phenomenon. This can be used to infer that the relationship between Xi Jinping and the People's Liberation Army is definitely very bad. Xi Jinping The degree of instability of the regime is increasing, and it is not yet ready to collapse. However, the authority of the leadership is indeed not as good as before, and it is slowly and continuously declining.
National security officials pointed out that the meeting between Sullivan and Zhang Youxia was too strange. It was not normal in any way. It was so strange that Zhang was so happy and looked so good. According to Xi Jinping's logic, even if Sullivan asked for a meeting, he could refuse it. The arrangement not only allowed the two to meet, but also broadcast it through the official media. This is hard to imagine, especially since Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun did not participate. This is very strange. Then who does Dong Jun count?
Senior national security officials said that judging from the recent interactions between Xi Jinping and the People's Liberation Army, the relationship between Xi Jinping and the military is definitely not good and the atmosphere is very bad. For example, after the Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the "Liberation Army Daily" published an article saying that collective leadership is needed. Could happen? And no one was punished, and then the commanders of three military regions were replaced among the five military regions. Everything was strange and unexplainable. There must be something going on. The biggest one was that Sullivan met with Zhang Youxia, the vice chairman of the Military Commission. This was unprecedented. I don’t know what it means. .
National security officials analyzed that soldiers care about the country's honour and prosperity. People with a clear mind will know that Xi's current leadership is in the wrong direction. It is most painful for grassroots officials to know the situation but cannot dissuade them. Xi Jinping continues to use "anti-corruption" to purge high-ranking military generals. , what would the military leadership think? How is it possible to find true loyalty? However, I would be even more worried if Xi Jinping does not do this. He is not stupid at all. His economy is not good and his political struggle is the most severe. He bluntly said that the instability of Xi Jinping's regime is increasing and it is not yet ready to collapse, but the leadership's prestige is indeed not as good as before, and it is slowly and continuously declining.
As for whether the target of the U.S.'s risk control in China is Xi Jinping or the People's Liberation Army? National security officials believed that Sullivan was just "buying insurance" and talking to a few more people. Another national security source further explained that Sullivan's trip was more about "managing risks in China." Regardless of whether he trusts China or not, he usually "finds someone to the boss should take care of it," but he must contact each store. It is more like risk management one by one, so that "U.S.-China co-management" becomes a mask worn on the face.

Alice Guo (also Guo Huaping), the mayor of Bamban, a municipality in Tarlac Province, Philippines, who was elected in 2022, was involved in a Chinese overseas fraud case last year, and this year it was revealed that she was pretending to be someone from the Philippines. Guo Huaping, a CCP spy who is a citizen, subsequently absconded from the country. The Philippine government recently ordered the cancellation of her passport and charged her with money laundering. The Philippine Ministry of Justice stated on the 4th that Guo Huaping had been arrested in Indonesia.
Comprehensive foreign media reports, the Philippine Ministry of Justice stated on the 4th that Guo Huaping received assistance from friendly countries in the wanted operation. The Indonesian Immigration Bureau confirmed that Guo Huaping was arrested late at night on the 3rd in Tangerang City, west of Jakarta, and is currently being detained by the Indonesian police.
In May this year, Guo Huaping was revealed to be a Chinese spy who pretended to be a Philippine citizen. At the Senate hearing, she was full of loopholes and was unable to justify herself. Then Guo Huaping was criticized by the Philippines for refusing to attend the hearing to investigate whether she was related to a Chinese criminal group. The Senate issued a wanted warrant.
Afterwards, the Philippine government wanted to arrest Guo Huaping, but found that Guo had absconded out of the country in July, moved to Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and other countries, and then went to Indonesia in August. In response, the Philippine Presidential Palace ordered the cancellation of Guo Huaping's passport in late August. At the end of August, the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Commission and other relevant authorities charged Guo Huaping and 35 others with several money laundering-related crimes, with illegal gains exceeding 100 million pesos (approximately NT$63.42 million).

Hong Kong launches advance notification of passenger information system to block specific people from entering Hong Kong
Reporter : Gao Hui / Editor : Li Muen / https://www.epochtimes.com/b5/24/9/4/n14323893.htm
Hong Kong has implemented a pre-notification passenger information system on 3 September 2024. Airlines must send passenger information to the Immigration Department before the flight takes off. The order informs passengers whether they can board the aircraft in order to prevent specific passengers from entering the port.
According to a press release issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department, when a passenger checks in for a flight to Hong Kong, the airline must read the required information from the passenger’s travel document and pass it through the advance notification system in accordance with the Immigration (Advanced Notification of Passenger Information) Regulations, send passenger and flight data to Immigration. The Immigration Department will handle the matter immediately and then notify the airline of the instructions issued to each passenger (i.e., boarding or prohibited boarding instructions). The airline must follow the instructions to allow or disallow a passenger to board the flight to Hong Kong.
The Immigration Department claims that this operation will further strengthen Hong Kong's immigration inspection and law enforcement capabilities and "prevent undesirable persons, including potential non-deportation claimants," from taking flights to Hong Kong.
The Immigration Department also stated that in order to allow more than 100 airlines sufficient time to connect to the forecast system and ensure smooth operations, the operation will be implemented in phases with a transition period of approximately 12 months. Parts 4 and 5 of the Regulations related to prescribed offenses, defenses and other provisions will be implemented after the transition period (i.e. starting from 1 September 2025).
According to news reports in Hong Kong, airlines are required to send passenger data such as travel document numbers, names, etc. to the immigration department 40 minutes before flight departure. Relevant regulations stipulate that airlines must comply, otherwise they will be fined HK$100,000 (approximately US$13,000).
The report also pointed out that even if the Immigration Department approves passengers to board the plane, it can refuse entry to the passengers when entering the city, regardless of whether the visitor enters Hong Kong or is only transiting through Hong Kong.
In this regard, current affairs commentator Yue Shan told The Epoch Times that after reading the "Immigration (Advanced Notification of Passenger Information) Regulations", it also stated that "there is no need to explain the reasons for the prohibition of boarding instructions", which actually means "unnecessary".
Yue Shan believes that this is to directly rely on the blacklist held by the Hong Kong government, which is actually the blacklist held by the Chinese Communist Party, to strengthen political censorship and exclude so-called unpopular people from the country in advance. These people may be foreigners who are not welcomed by the CCP, or they may be overseas Chinese dissidents.
Yue Shan said that this approach by the Hong Kong government is a further manifestation of the mainlandization of Hong Kong and the CCP in Hong Kong, and further erects a high wall with the international community. In the past, Hong Kong was a relatively free metropolis even after the transfer of sovereignty. Now, the CCP is tightening its political belt.

Another major case of killing a police officer and seizing a gun
On 3 September 2024, a school bus rammed into a crowd in Tai'an City, Shandong Province, causing dozens of casualties. On 2 September, a major case involving the killing of a police officer and the seizure of a gun was reported in Changchun, Jilin Province. This reflects how seriously society has become out of control under the violent rule of the CCP.
At 7:27 on 3 September 2024, at the gate of Foshan Middle School in Dongping County, Tai'an, Shandong Province, a vehicle picking up students lost control and crashed into a crowd of students, injuring 24 parents and students on the roadside. Officials said that as of 1 noon, a total of 11 people had died (including 6 parents and 5 students), 1 person was in critical condition, and 12 people had stable vital signs. The driver responsible for the accident has been detained by the public security and the cause of the accident is under investigation.
However an eyewitness at the scene said that more than 30 people died. Online videos showed that many people fell to the ground at the scene, stained with blood, and suffered heavy casualties.
Another tragic incident occurred in Changchun. Multiple videos were circulated on the Internet, shot from different angles and locations, showing that a large number of special police, armed police, and anti-riot vehicles rushed to the scene in Area C of the Wanda Vista Mansion on Hongqi Street, Changchun, Jilin, and arranged sniper attacks on high-rise buildings and on the ground. The scene was sealed and many people gathered around to watch.
According to the WeChat public account "Changchun Chaoyang Public Security Publicity", the Chaoyang District Branch of the Changchun City Public Security Bureau of Jilin Province issued a police information report on the 3rd, to the effect that on September 2, 2024, the suspect Li Mouye (male, 45 years old, (from Chaoyang District, Changchun) caused a riot with a knife at a property on Zhongdonghong Street within his jurisdiction, resulting in the death of one policeman, injuries to two policemen, and the suspect was shot dead on the spot. Currently, the case is under further investigation.
A school bus was driven into students for no reason. Just a dispute between the owner and the property owner led to the shooting of the police and the seizure of guns, resulting in many deaths and injuries. This shows how much pressure and resentment has accumulated in people's hearts. There is nowhere to vent the pain in the heart. Behind the superficially prosperous society is the loss and hesitation of the people.

Too much violence. Analysis: Society is out of control under the rule of the CCP
In recent years, China's economy has declined, the real estate market has been sluggish, companies have continued to lay off workers and cut wages, leaving a large number of people unemployed and living in hardship. The hostility created by the CCP’s hate education exploded under such circumstances, and various vicious incidents and even massacres of families occurred frequently.
On 28 August, a stabbing incident occurred at a night market in Gaomi City, Shandong Province. During the dispute between the two men, one of them took out a machete and struck the other man, causing the other man to die on the spot.
On 4 July 2024, an indiscriminate stabbing incident occurred in a community on Xinghua South Street, Tiexi District, Shenyang, Liaoning Province. Videos circulated on the Internet a pool of blood.
On 18 June, a massacre occurred in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. Villager Niu Debiao (pseudonym) and his family of five were brutally murdered, and the case shocked the country. The murderer Huo Wenchang was arrested after 10 days on the run.
According to statistics posted by some netizens on social media, from May 7 to July 4, more than 40 stabbing cases occurred in China, resulting in at least 55 deaths and 48 injuries.
Du Wen, a former official in Inner Mongolia, said, "In recent years, with the Communist Party's high-pressure rule, economic decline, judicial injustice, and the lack of relief channels for the people, social and psychological pressure has been severe, and various vicious social incidents have occurred one after another." "This phenomenon is reflected in social psychology. It is called "extreme behavior caused by social pressure" or "violent behavior induced by social pressure." "These current problems in Chinese society are actually a direct manifestation of the loss of control of society under the rule of the Communist Party."
In addition to the pressure caused by the economic downturn and reduced income, there is another fundamental problem. The atheistic evolution theory promoted by the CCP has caused people to lose their moral foundation and the pillar of their faith. There is no meaning in life except making money. Once they lose their money and see no hope of making money, some people lose the motivation and courage to live. Without the CCP seizing power, every Chinese person could live in a peaceful and peaceful society like Taiwan, where the government is clean and honest, the people are prosperous, and everyone enjoys adequate social welfare protection.

African leaders flock to Beijing to “ask for money”?
In a post that went viral on the Chinese Internet, Lee Hsien Loong said: A normal country should not rely on exploiting its own people to provide welfare for other countries and please other people. Singapore must not, like other regions, exploit its own people to provide benefits to others and please others.
Of course, it cannot be confirmed whether Lee Hsien Loong actually said such words. It may be a joke made up by netizens using Lee Hsien Loong's identity. However, the fact that it has been widely circulated on the Internet for several years shows that it reflects the aspirations of many people. No, recently the CCP is preparing to spend a lot of money again.
According to Chinese Communist Party official media reports, the 2024 Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Summit will be held in Beijing from September 4th to 6th. Chinese Communist Party leader Xi Jinping will speak at the opening ceremony on September 5th. It is said that President Hichilema of Zambia, President Kiir of South Sudan and other African presidents have arrived in Beijing one after another.
Voice of America reported on September 2 that African leaders rushed to Beijing to seek to continue to obtain loans and investments from China. For example, the report stated that a US$5 billion railway project in Kenya received a loan from the Export-Import Bank of China. The plan to extend the second phase of the railway to Uganda had to be halted because both countries were unable to pay for existing projects under the Belt and Road Initiative. loan.
Kenya currently owes more than $8 billion in debt to China. As a result, the country has recently erupted in deadly protests.
Since Xi Jinping came to power, in addition to often traveling thousands of miles to Africa to spread money, African students in China also receive super-national treatment and even have "sex study partners."
But people have to ask, now that local governments in various parts of China are in financial difficulties, are in debt, and have been instructed by the central government to "sell the pot and sell the iron", will the CCP still throw away money at will? Think about it, everyone, these African presidents are here, giving you such a big honor and attending the "Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Summit" in person, can they come back empty-handed? Absolutely impossible. The CCP’s dictators never need to take responsibility for the people. Everything is done to strengthen their dictatorship. He thinks it's worth using money to buy face and friends.

The CCP’s “One Belt, One Road” Initiative causes political and economic crisis in Africa
Public reports show that the CCP has sent hundreds of thousands of workers to Africa to participate in the construction of ultra-large engineering projects to develop the continent's rich natural mineral resources, including the excavation of copper, gold, lithium and rare earth minerals.
Since Xi Jinping came to power, Beijing has provided billions of dollars in loans to many African countries, saying it is assisting these countries in infrastructure construction. However, this has also been accused of putting the recipient countries into a "debt trap."
The United States has repeatedly warned Africa to resist "malign influence" from the Chinese Communist Party. The White House in 2022 accused Beijing of seeking to "advance its own narrow commercial and geopolitical interests and undermine transparency and openness" in Africa.
In addition, the Atlantic Council, a US think tank, recently released a report stating that 795 Chinese government training programs showed that the CCP was training dictators from the "Global South".
The CCP uses a model of party cooperation to train local rulers in Africa on how to strengthen one-party control, transfer the experience of totalitarian rule to Africa, and teach them how to maintain social stability, similar to the concept of a training school. Scholars believe that the Belt and Road Initiative is a new form of colonialism. These African countries are nominally sovereign and independent, but they are economically and politically controlled by the powerful Chinese Communist Party.
There is another post on the Internet that said, "A high-level Chinese delegation visited the United States and met American scholar Rouse. He asked an unanswerable question: I am 68 years old and have traveled to 96 countries. I don't understand your Chinese government. China There are still 100 million people living below the poverty line, 900,000 children in mountainous areas who are not in school, and 1.5 million beggars. You don’t solve these problems, but you provide hundreds of billions of foreign aid every year. Are the people not human in your eyes? ?”
I can only say that people who have love in their hearts can see the needs of poor people, and people who only have power in their hearts see a completely different world. Therefore, many of the policies introduced by dictators are deformed, even absurd, and incomprehensible to normal people.

The CCP authorities "traded the market for technology" and eventually drove out foreign companies
In recent years, the CCP authorities have "traded market for technology" to force Western automobile companies to transfer technology and engage in price wars in the electric vehicle market. This has directly led to a sharp decline in market share and sales volume of foreign automobile manufacturers in China, leading to continuous losses.
Gordon Chang, an American expert on China's economic issues, said that the Chinese government hopes to leave the Chinese auto market only to Chinese companies.
"They invited foreign companies into China because they needed technology, capital and expertise. Now that they have that, they are doing everything they can to drive foreign companies out."
However, according to data provided by the global automotive industry trend consulting company "Dunne Insights" (dunneinsights.com) website, in addition to the sharp decline in sales of foreign automobile manufacturers manufacturing and selling in China in recent years, there are also few electric vehicle manufacturers in China. Home makes money.
In this regard, Fan Jiazhong, a professor at the Department of Economics at National Taiwan University, said that everyone seems to only see an increase in the sales volume, share, and even export sales of electric vehicles in China. But they all ignored that his profit margins were constantly deteriorating, and the solar industry was even more serious. In fact, only BYD is making money from electric vehicles in China. Many car manufacturers have increased sales, so why are they still losing money? It’s overcapacity!
Fan Jiazhong said: "It is difficult for the outside world to understand why the Chinese Communist Party authorities want to launch this kind of policy of subsidies and low-price dumping that "hurts others but does not benefit oneself." This approach can easily worsen China's trade relations with other countries and cause many trade problems. obstacles."
In May this year, the U.S. Biden administration increased tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles from 25% to 100%. The European Union has also implemented a 37.6% punitive tariff on Chinese electric vehicles since July. The latest data shows that the number of electric vehicles registered by Chinese carmakers in Europe began to decrease in July. In July, the total number of electric vehicles registered by Chinese companies in Europe was less than 14,000, down from more than 23,000 in June and down 9.7% from July 2023.
Fan Jiazhong said that many people think that Chinese electric vehicles seem to be very powerful. In fact, electric vehicles are not technological innovation, autonomous driving is technological innovation. China's electric vehicles are not so much electric vehicles as they are battery vehicles. It just changes from burning oil to burning electricity. It is not a leading technology.
China's electric vehicle price advantage comes from government subsidies. If the government no longer has the money to subsidize, it will be difficult for China's electric vehicles to be sold abroad.

Has China entered the era of misdemeanors? Analysis: The CCP expands its attack area

In recent years, in criminal trials in mainland China, more than 85% of cases were sentenced to three years in prison or less. Officials say China has entered an era of misdemeanors. The public believes that the CCP has expanded its criminal crackdown and entered a period of pan-criminalization.
In the United States, a misdemeanor usually refers to a lighter criminal offense than a felony. If convicted, the defendant may be fined and face up to one year in prison, depending on state law. In China, cases with sentences of less than three years in prison are classified as misdemeanors.
According to data from the Supreme People's Procuratorate of the Communist Party of China, the proportion of cases with sentences of less than three years in prison has increased from less than 55% in 1999 to more than 85% in recent years (the first half of 2024).
Chinese media reported that "our country has entered the era of misdemeanors." On 5 July, the official website of the Hubei Provincial Procuratorate published an article by Executive Deputy Prosecutor General Jin Xin, saying, "my country's criminal crime structure and crime governance situation have undergone profound changes, and minor crimes have become the main targets of criminal governance."
The article believes that on the one hand, the legislation has added a large number of misdemeanor crimes. From the application of the Criminal Law in 1997 to 2022, after eleven revisions, 74 new crimes were added and the number of crimes increased to 486; in 2013, China abolished the reeducation through labor system, and the subjects of reeducation through labor were diverted, increasing the total number of misdemeanor cases. quantity. The proportion of people prosecuted for serious violent crimes dropped from 25% in 1999 to 3.9% in 2022.

Analysis: The CCP uses criminal law to attack people and undermine human rights
Li Yuqing, a legal scholar living in the United States, said in an interview with The Epoch Times that whether in the civil law system or the common law system, crimes are divided into felonies and misdemeanors. Misdemeanor crimes are actually determined to protect human rights and use the misdemeanor plea procedure, which is usually heard by the magistrate's court. The CCP does not have this system. Strictly speaking, its legislation does not distinguish between misdemeanors and serious crimes, and it does not implement the rule of law.
She said, "The Chinese Communist Party's criminal law does not distinguish between serious crimes and misdemeanors from beginning to end. The so-called misdemeanors are not defined in the criminal law. It does not have the concept of misdemeanors, nor does it have such a separate procedure. It only refers to those under three years, relatively A light sentence is called a misdemeanor, but it is actually a light sentence.”
Li Yuqing believes that the increase in light punishment does not mean that there are fewer severe punishments, but that it has a wider impact. In fact, misdemeanors have been expanded, which shows that the CCP’s suppression and control of the people is the generalization of punishment. All the punishments that are not enough to be punished are included in the scope of crime. Many public security cases are punished by criminal means.
"There have been many vicious cases in China in recent years, many of which have not been reported. The CCP's strict control means that crimes committed by CCP officials cannot be reported, so they are not included in the statistics. Many judgments are online If it cannot be found, it means that there is something wrong with the statistics and it is actually untrue. Many serious crimes are particularly influential and cannot be found by the outside world."
She said that with the development of human rights, the trend of criminal law is to increase the punishment for serious crimes, but to reduce the punishment for misdemeanors, such as paying fines or doing free services in the community to replace the punishment of criminal punishment. One is that it is less harmful. , In addition, if his subjective evil deeds are relatively minor, he is guilty of a misdemeanor. The CCP’s generalization of punishment is completely different from other people’s misdemeanors. It is a way to punish people, not a guarantee for people's rights.
"Overseas, as long as it is not a serious crime or a serious crime, he can be released on bail. In China, he can be arrested if he can, and he can be approved if he can. Once it enters the judicial process, it can be detained. For example, Falun Gong cases are purely It's because people are locked up because of their faith, which does not pose any social harm. However, it locks people up in detention centers and does not allow them to be released on bail pending trial.
"The Chinese Communist Party's textbook on criminal law emphasizes combating crime. In fact, criminal law is to limit the country's power to punish and is based on the principle of statutory punishment. Therefore, its purpose is different from that of the rest of the world. Moreover, its inhumane and violation of human rights implications, it The criminal law is used to attack ordinary people, rather than to protect human rights.
"China's first criminal law was the 1979 Criminal Law. That is to say, before 1979, the People's Republic of China did not have a criminal law. So how did it do it before? It was to sentence people to death through some documents. The "Cultural Revolution" said that He is beaten to death without any procedural guarantees. This is ridiculous in the world."
Judicial regression, moral decay, and crime surge
The main data on judicial trial work in the first half of 2024 released by the Supreme People's Court of the Communist Party of China show that criminal first-instance cases are showing a growth trend, with 591,000 criminal first-instance cases accepted, a year-on-year increase of 6.16%. Among them, only dangerous driving crime cases dropped by 12.93% year-on-year.
Cases of crimes against property and crimes against social order increased by 23.48% and 9.8% respectively year-on-year. Among them, the number of crimes such as theft, fraud, cover-up, concealment of criminal proceeds, and proceeds of crime increased; online "air-based obscenity", There has been an increase in online sexual assault cases such as online deception and offline sexual assault. The number of first-instance cases of forced indecency and insult has increased by 20.07% year-on-year. The number of first-instance cases of illegally selling special value-added tax invoices and defrauding export tax refunds has increased by 190% year-on-year. ,48.15%.
Recently, a female lawyer in Shanghai said on Douyin that the number of criminal cases accepted and judged has been increasing, and she always feels that criminal crackdowns are expanding. "Those who obviously had financial disputes were arrested, and those who were obviously subject to administrative penalties were also arrested. Some people first experienced administrative penalties and paid the money and thought they were fine. After paying the money, they were arrested after a while."
She also questioned that in the first half of 2024, the application rate of the leniency system for guilty pleas and punishments in the prosecution process has exceeded 90%, and the adoption rate of sentencing recommendations has been 99%. Behind such a high rate of guilty pleas and punishments, how many are "voluntary"?
Netizens said, "In this way, the public prosecutor and the law can sit on the ground and divide the spoils without caring about the life and death of the people." "At the grassroots level, use punishment to turn debts; at the top level, use punishment to rule the country." "If the bandits are in charge, they can arrest them if they want!" "The usual practice, I want your money, I want you "Is it okay if we don't arrest a population of 400 million?" "It's the end of the country, and it's a turbulent time!"
The reason why the crime rate has been rising since 1999, Li Yuqing believes that according to ancient Chinese tradition, government officials actually set an example. Government officials, especially judicial justice, are the core of normalization of the entire society. If the judiciary is unfair, that is to say, officials cannot hear justice fairly, social morality will completely decline, and officials will become more and more corrupt. In recent years, moral corruption has declined very sharply.
"Around 1999, it was indeed a watershed. China had also begun to engage in judicial reform before, discussing judicial independence and judicial openness. At that time, the legal community promoted a lot, including the revision of the Criminal Procedure Law to align with international standards, and mutual checks and balances between the public prosecutors and the law. Lawyers defense system. But after 1999, China's judicial system began to go backwards."
"The CCP has reached the end of the world"
Lawyer Dong from Mainland China told The Epoch Times reporter that he does feel that there have been more criminal cases in recent years. Obviously in terms of speech, including some civil rights protection, such as conflicts with developers, these are originally economic disputes or can be handled by public security. There is collusion between officials and businessmen, using public power to arrest the other party on the grounds of so-called mass incidents. There are many such cases, and they are also related to corruption.
He analyzed that it was because the domestic economic situation was not good, various conflicts existed in all walks of life, and there were more rights defenders. Under the premise of maintaining stability, the CCP uses criminal codes in troubled times. In many cases, it simply uses arrest and sentencing to frighten people who defend their rights.
"Normal people know that conflicts need to be resolved, and cannot be solved by repression. But the CCP's thinking has always been repression. It never negotiates with you. It doesn't want to solve the problem because they themselves are the problem. So it In many aspects, I choose to use simple and crude methods.”
He gave an example, such as dangerous driving. Drinking is originally a crime in Chinese culture. In the past few years, drunk driving was not a crime. "They don't have a good way, or they don't have the ability to govern at all. So they use simple and crude sentences to deter. In fact, it still doesn't work for some privileged people."
Once, when Lawyer Dong went to Sichuan to handle a case, a police station director drank at least half a catty of wine at night, which was completely consistent with drunk driving, and he personally drove the car to see someone off. "So things like punishment, which serve as a deterrent to ordinary people, cannot effectively solve this problem. Besides, some cases don't need to be solved by punishment at all."
Lawyer Dong said, "Originally, the Chinese Communist Party does not have the ability to govern. They have been talking about improving their ability to govern since the Hu and Wen era. This has been more than ten years, which shows that they do not have the ability in this area. Human rights defenders are treated simply and roughly in various places. The first is its own corruption and incompetence. Coupled with social conflicts and the economic crisis, some criminal cases are really in trouble. The CCP has reached its end."
