South Korean Air Force Black Hawks aerobatic display team transits in Xiaogang Airport

The T-50 trainer aircraft of the Black Hawk Aerobatic Demonstration Team of the South Korean Air Force arrived at Xiaogang International Airport, Kaohsiung, this morning for refurbishment and is expected to return to South Korea at 3 pm. The Black Hawk military plane rarely transits Taiwan, attracting a large number of aviation fans and military fans to see, excitedly shouting: "The pickle machine is here!"

The Black Eagles aerobatic display team of South Korea is affiliated to the South Korean Air Force, and its T-50 trainer aircraft (nicknamed Kimchi aircraft) passed through Kaohsiung Xiaogang International Airport at 11:00 a.m. after the performance in the Philippines, and stopped in Taiwan for nearly 4 Hour.

Aviation fans and military fans waited at the best spots early in the morning. Some people called them "Kimchi Machines" and went south, just to catch a glimpse.

The Black Hawk Aerobatic Team, numbered 239 Aerobatics Squadron, was established in 1967, disbanded in 1978, re-established in 1994, and disbanded in 2007. After being re-established in 2009, it is equipped with a new advanced trainer T-50 Golden Eagle, and the fuselage is painted in black, yellow and white.
