Cambodia and Myanmar gangs gather and are they just the CCP's little brothers? Perspective of the Communist Party: "Pseudo-state gangs" are worse than the underworld? Terrorist attack by people in white clothes in Yuen Long, the Liaison Office ordered?
Cao Xingcheng, a well-known tycoon in Taiwan and founder of Lianhua Electronics, has publicly criticized the CCP for being a "gangster" and a "underworld organization that is imitated as a state", and donated 3 billion New Taiwan Dollars (100 million U.S. Dollars) to Taiwan's anti-communist national defense education, which caused a stir. Society is highly concerned. Why does Cao Xingcheng criticize the CCP as a "underworld"? Is the CCP a triad organization? Why is the CCP worse than the underworld?
If you were asked to describe the Chinese Communist Party in three words, which three words would you think of? Paper tigers? Neuropathy? Inhuman? These words are all correct, but today we are going to discuss with you three other words: Underworld. We want to talk about why the CCP is an out-and-out underworld organization.
You may recall that Cao Xingcheng, a well-known corporate tycoon in Taiwan and the founder of Lianhua Electronics, has come forward to criticize the CCP for intimidating Taiwan and Pelosi, and donated NT$3 billion, or US$100 million in one go to sponsor national defense education and fight the Communist Party. Let's first see what Boss Cao said.
Cao Xingcheng, former honorary chairman of UMC:
"The mentality and nature of the CCP is that of local gangsters, and the People's Republic of China is a triad organization that has been imitated as a state."
"Counterfeit countries like the CCP worship totalitarianism, deceit, hatred, and violence. More and more countries have learned from the hooliganism of the CCP."
"If Taiwan is unified with the CCP, the descendants of the Taiwanese will also be fooled into cold-blooded and brainless wolf warriors."
Did you hear that? I think Boss Cao's words are really accurate and sound, especially when he directly pointed out that the CCP is a “gangster”, and the People’s Republic of China ruled by the CCP is a “underworld organization that is counterfeited into the form of a state.” This sentence can indeed participate in this year's "Golden Sentence Award for News of the Year". Why?
Firstly, Cao directly exposed that the CCP is not a political group with noble ideals and serving the people but a group of hooligans and bullies who fight for power and profit, grab land, and cut leeks from the people.
Secondly, Cao even broke the point that the current China, that is, the People's Republic of China, is not a real country with a traditional meaning, but a gangland territory occupied and controlled by the CCP, and it is a country that pretends to be "China". CCP is an underworld organization. So, the more than one billion people living in this underworld territory have no freedom, no democracy, and no human rights. They can only live by looking at the faces of the underworld.
Speaking of this, some people may say, "Hey, you are just using your personal prejudice to call the CCP a triad." No, we are going to prove to you now that the CCP is indeed a fake underworld, and it fully conforms to the CCP’s own definition of a triad. Please note that the CCP itself does not recognize that there are "underworlds" in China. They only recognize "underworld-like organizations", but they do not recognize that there are underworlds. Why?
I personally speculate that, firstly, for the sake of its own "great and upright" face, the CCP cannot admit that after the "liberation", their "New China" still has underworld existence, because they have been promoting Chiang Kai-shek and the Qing Gang to have contacts in the past, the propaganda that the Nationalist government has contacts with triads. So of course we cannot admit that there are triads in the People's Republic of China.
On the other hand, there are almost no gangs in China with huge organizational structures and nationwide influence, such as the Mafia in Italy, the Yamaguchi-gumi in Japan, the Bamboo Federation in Taiwan, etc. Underworld, why? Because, ah, there is already a super gang with huge influence and covering the whole country in China. That is right, it is the Communist Party of China. The current leader is Xi Jinping, the word is Pooh, and the number is the Chief Accelerator.
Why is the CCP a triad?
Well, now we will take out the law and prove that the CCP is indeed a triad. First, in Article 294 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, there is a clear definition of "underworld organization". What we say in the article:
"Organizing, leading and actively participating in organized crime-violating activities by violence, threats or other means, dominating one side, oppressing and maiming the masses for non-violent purposes, and seriously disrupting the order of economic and social life, shall be punished. Fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years.”
Well, in this section of the law, we can see that the CCP has several requirements for the identification of underworld organizations:
1. Use of violence, threats or other means
2. Organizing illegal and criminal activities
3. Dominate one side, do evil, oppress and mutilate the masses
4. Seriously disrupt the order of economic and social life
These are not my nonsense, they are stipulated by the CCP's own "criminal law". Let's think about it, does the CCP meet these requirements?
First, use violence, threats or other means. Of course, the CCP has. The CCP not only dispatched a large number of police forces in Hong Kong to suppress the protesters in Hong Kong, but also dispatched a large number of police officers or urban management officers in "big white" clothes during the epidemic to violently beat ordinary people to implement the "dynamic clearing" of the party leader.
Second, organized illegal and criminal activities. Of course, the CCP also has this point. Let’s take a look at the large number of CCP officials, ranging from high-level officials in the central government to small local officials. Are there many officials who use their power to play privileges and do illegal activities? For example, the "National Fund" for the development of semiconductors was misappropriated by a group of senior officials for corruption; and during the epidemic, some grassroots officials resold charity materials donated from other places. These are all practical examples of the CCP's "organized crime".
Third, to dominate one side, to do evil, to oppress and mutilate the masses. Needless to say, look at the Tangshan beating case. When the incident happened, Ma Aijun, director of the Lubei Branch of the Tangshan Public Security Bureau, was at the scene. Judging from the on-site surveillance footage, it can be seen that he and the bully who beat people were obviously the same. They got ready to attack those girls.
Not only that, but until today, the four ladies who were killed are still without any news, and even their family members have been completely silenced. Instead, the whistleblower who broke the news that the four girls were killed was arrested and detained by the police. Think about it, everyone, is this "dominating one side, doing evil for the wrong, and oppressing and maiming the masses"? Of course.
Then, the fourth point, seriously undermining the order of economic and social life. I think my friends who have lived in China in the past two years are very clear about this. The government will impose a forced lockdown of cities and districts at any time, and silently manage them in place. This prevents everyone from going to work and classes, and all enterprises are forced to close down, which has severely damaged the people's health. The economic and living order has also caused heavy damage to China's economy. Is this in line with the "severe damage to the economic and social life order" of the underworld, and it has to be a state-level underworld to have such huge coercive and destructive power, right?
Therefore, the Chinese Communist Party is an out-and-out underworld organization, and even if it is measured by the laws it has formulated, it fully meets the requirements of these underworlds. If you feel that these reasons are not sufficient, we will add some international standards for the identification of triads.
In 1965, American criminologists held a conference in Oyster Bay, New York, and experts once defined the underworld as such, saying that the underworld would "unscrupulously extract excess profits from society" and that "it survives intimidation and corruption." and “It imposes centralization in the organization” and so on.
Let's think about it, is the CCP "unscrupulously grabbing excess profits from society"? That is right, things like official corruption, mandatory nucleic acid testing, common prosperity, etc., are all. Is the CCP "surviving intimidation and corruption"? Yes. Is the CCP "implementing a centralized system in the organization"? Not to mention this.
André Bossard, a famous French criminologist and former Secretary-General of Interpol, once analyzed that to judge whether an organization is a triad, you can see whether the organization meets four elements: Persistence, organization, strictness hierarchical division of labour and secrecy.
Does the CCP also have all these four elements in place? It's an enduring tight organization, with a strict hierarchy, and it is very secretive and opaque, right? Therefore, whether it is from the CCP's own regulations or from the standards of the international community, it can be proved that the CCP is an out-and-out underworld, exactly the same as what Boss Cao said.
Do you remember during the anti-extradition movement in Hong Kong in 2019, the "indiscriminate attack incident by men in white clothes" broke out in Yuen Long on 21 July. A group of triad elements in white clothes entered the subway station and beat people frantically. Who did this? CCP did.
Cao Xingcheng recently broke the news to Taiwan media that during the anti-extradition period, the Hong Kong Liaison Office asked him to have dinner and talked to him about how to solve the mass protest. A person from the Liaison Office told Old Cao, "We have sent hundreds of thousands of people from the mainland, and if you beat these people, you can solve the problem." Sure enough, the 7.21 Yuen Long incident broke out like this.
Think about it, what kind of normal government in the world would use a large number of police officers to violently suppress its own people, while recruiting triads to beat and attack people on the other? Is this something only the underworld in the underworld can do? Definitely yes. Therefore, the CCP is a complete super underworld organization, a "pseudo-state gangster" pretending to be the national government. Ancient and modern, China and foreign countries, it is unique.
Why is the CCP worse than the underworld
However, in my opinion, the "pseudo-state gang" of the CCP is actually worse than the gang. How to say?
First of all, the CCP controls the Chinese regime, disguised as a government organization, and controls the entire Chinese state apparatus, especially the military, legal, media, and educational systems. He also used the altered history to brainwash the people and instill party spirit and party culture. As a result, the more than one billion Chinese people have been persecuted by the Party but they dare not resist. Instead, they blindly praise the Party, support the Party, and follow the Party.
Secondly, from a legal point of view, the CCP officials not only often know the law and break the law, but they are also responsible for legislation, that is, they control the entire rules of the game. As a result, the CCP is above the people and the law, and it has become a "head of the law". "The Supreme Emperor", no one can restrain the party's abuse of power and tyranny. This is something that the underworld cannot do at all.
Also, ordinary underworld organizations mainly fish and meat villagers in various places, and they are relatively small-scale spheres of influence but the CCP is a super gang, which controls 1.4 billion people in the whole of China, and can poison the people of the whole country at will. As long as the party wants to cut leeks and share their property, no one can be spared.
In the end, the CCP, the gangster, is not only harming the Chinese people, it is harming the entire global society. For example, the CCP deliberately passed loose regulations to allow many deadly drug materials to be manufactured in China and then exported to other parts of the world for sale.
Moreover, the CCP also exports corruption and bribery, gangsters, and living organ harvesting to overseas countries, so today Southeast Asian countries such as Cambodia and Myanmar have become the strongholds of transnational fraud groups and the purgatory of innocent people.
Of course, the CCP has also exported the epidemic virus to the world, exported the wolf warrior diplomacy, and the debt trap of the "Belt and Road", etc. We will not say more about these. All in all, the power and destructive power in the hands of the CCP is far higher than that of traditional triad organizations, so we can say that the CCP is a “super pseudo-state gang” that is even darker and worse than the triad.
