US troops are already in Ukraine, top secret document leak reveals
Top secret US military
documents leaked from the Pentagon show that US troops are already on the
ground in Ukraine, along with troops from multiple other NATO nations,
including the UK and France.
The leaked Pentagon document exposing American deployments to
Ukraine is dated March 23rd, 2023, and shows that the United States has a total
of 14 special forces troops operating in the eastern European nation, which is
neither a member of NATO nor an official US ally.
The US
troops operating in Ukraine are part of a wider contingent of NATO operators,
with 50 from the United Kingdom and 15 from France having their presence
revealed in the leaked Pentagon documents as well. Also on the ground are 17
special troops from the NATO nation of Latvia and 1 from the Netherlands.
The revelation that the US and its allies have deployed special
forces on the ground in Ukraine confirms the assertions of opposing combat
troops, who have claimed since around 2014, when the first phase of the ongoing
war in Ukraine kicked off, that Americans and other Westerners were indeed
involved in the conflict in an official military capacity.
It also validates the claim of American John McIntyre, a former US
Army soldier who volunteered to fight on behalf of Ukraine, before becoming
disillusioned with Ukraine’s “Nazi” cause and defecting to Russia. McIntyre
told an RT interviewer after his defection that American operators were already
working on the ground in Ukraine and communicating regularly with their CIA and
DoD handlers.
The same leaked
Pentagon documents that revealed America and her allies have ground troops in
Ukraine also revealed that the Ukrainian war effort is on the verge of collapse
and that the Ukrainian Air Force is almost completely depleted of its weaponry.
This could bring about serious repercussions for the United
States, as in addition to special forces operators on the ground in Ukraine, thousands of American troops have been stationed at the
Romanian border with Ukraine, awaiting the order to join the war. As Ukraine’s
situation continues to deteriorate and Western elites become more and more
desperate to prop up the Zelensky government, concern grows each day that the
order will come and that American troops will march directly into World War 3,
a conflict that could go nuclear and end the world as we know it.

American fighting for Ukraine defects to Russia, blows whistle on Nazism, war crimes

An American Army
veteran who spent a year fighting in Ukraine’s Foreign Legion has defected to Russia,
bringing with him tangible evidence and first-hand accounts of widespread
Ukrainian Nazism and war crimes. He also says that Americans are on the ground
in Ukraine, communicating directly with CIA handlers as they help coordinate
attacks on Russian troops.
John
McIntyre, an American southerner and US Army veteran who joined others from
around the world in soliciting his services to the Ukrainian Foreign Legion has
defected to Russia and described the war crimes and open Nazism he witnessed in
NATO-backed Ukraine during an exclusive sit-down interview with RT in Moscow.
“When I came [to Ukraine],” McIntyre told
RT, “I was really surprised. Everybody had tattoos
and Nazi symbolism.”
When he was asked by the Ukrainians
why he was fighting in the war as a foreigner, he told them that he was there
to stand up against Russian “Nazis” and “fascists,” only to be told that “the
Russians aren’t the Nazis, we are the Nazis,” by his Ukrainian comrades and
other neo-fascists who poured into the fight from all over Europe.
McIntyre
told RT that he personally knew foreign fighters who had committed war crimes
by executing Russian prisoners and that others had committed hideous acts of torture,
something he says the Ukrainians and their foreign comrades like to laugh and
joke about.
“A
lot of captured Russian soldiers, they’ll take and cut their genitalia with a
knife and everything and cut their stomachs open, slit their throats, cut their
heads off and stuff like that. Really horrible stuff,” said McIntyre.
And
it isn’t just Russian soldiers who have fallen victim to Ukrainian war crimes.
Civilians, McIntyre said, have been targeted by the Ukrainians in pro-Russian
separatist regions like the Donbas, and civilian homes and community centers,
like schools, are routinely used as shields.
While McIntyre told RT that he was
acting as a “spy” against the Ukrainians the entire time he was there, it’s
unclear if this is actually true, or if he became disillusioned with the
Ukrainian cause after witnessing their conduct first-hand. Nevertheless, the
tale of his escape to Russia is harrowing. To escape, McIntyre contacted his
family and received $300, before boarding a flight from Odessa to Istanbul, and
later to Moscow, fearing for his life the entire time.
McIntyre
described to RT how the Ukrainians deal with spies and whistleblowers, saying
that they receive a “bullet to the back of the head,” and that it’s quite a
regular occurrence, as multiple fighters have simply “disappeared” after being
suspected of reporting war criminals.
“And
we’re supporting these guys?” McIntyre said of American and NATO involvement in
the war. “And these are supposed to be our allies? And we’re supposed to put
them in NATO with us? And they can’t even follow the Geneva Convention?”
Far
from only supporting the Ukrainians with massive shipments of weapons and cash,
McIntyre told RT that the United States has men on the ground in Ukraine,
maintaining direct communications with their handlers from the CIA and other
American agencies notorious for meddling in global conflict zones and unstable
nations.
One
of them, a US Navy intelligence officer who McIntyre fought alongside, used a
satellite phone to stay in constant contact with his American bosses.
“Every
day he would call his contacts and he would get information about the
positions, troops movements, and so on,” McIntyre told RT.

U.S. intelligence leak: North Korea launches missiles, U.S. has already mastered

According to South Korea’s JoongAng Ilbo, on the 10th, the suspected US government secret documents obtained by this newspaper included a North Korea-related report titled “North Korea: Preparations for ICBM launch test in the initial stage”.
"North Korea conducted 'instrumentation checkouts' (instrumentation checkouts) of the KN-SS-X-22 (KN28) ICBM on March 1, possibly for the initial stage of situational assessment of the test launch," reads the relevant document. "And said "this is information obtained through signals intelligence reports."
Previously, whenever the tension on the Korean peninsula escalated, the United States would deploy RC-135V/W "Rivet Joint" reconnaissance aircraft to collect signal intelligence.
The U.S. may have intercepted radio waves and signals sent by North Korea when it inspected the missile launch and sent various information to the telemetry equipment on the ground base station.
The relevant documents also clearly marked "REL FVEY". It is speculated that this may refer to the "Releasable to Five Eyes" (Releasable to Five Eyes), an intelligence sharing alliance composed of only five countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
North Korea launched a suspected "Hwasong-17" intercontinental ballistic missile in the Sunan area of Pyongyang on March 16. At that time, the North Korean leader took his daughter Kim Ju-ai to observe the exercise. Kim Jong-un said, "We will continue to let the United States and South Korea, which frequently conduct large-scale military exercises on the Korean Peninsula, realize their recklessness."
If the suspected leaked document is true, it means that the U.S. has already grasped the fact that North Korea started to inspect the equipment half a month before North Korea actually launched the ICBM.
The report quoted analysts who believe that the use of "signal intelligence" by the US intelligence authorities to collect intelligence on North Korea is related to the "Left of Launch" strategy that has reemerged after the Biden administration came to power. The strategy is to disable the missiles before they are launched through cyber attacks, jamming, and disrupting the communication network. Therefore, it is necessary to catch the signs of provocation in advance.
Most analysts believe that North Korea’s attempts to launch missiles at unexpected places such as trains, reservoirs, and golf course lakes since last year are also in response to this “preemptive strike” strategy.
In addition, according to the latest report, more than 100 secret U.S. defense documents recently leaked by the United States may be just the "tip of the iceberg".

British Intelligence Agency: Chinese Communist spies use third countries to infiltrate Britain
The CCP has been conducting espionage activities for many years. The CCP’s high-altitude spy balloon shot down by the US military in February has aroused world attention and concern about the CCP’s espionage activities. British ministers have been warned recently that Chinese spies are sneaking into the UK through citizenship of countries granted visa-free access to the UK.
Britain's national security intelligence agency, MI5, has provided evidence that citizens from hostile countries entered the UK by being granted visa-free third-country citizenship, according to The Times. MI5 is concerned that this includes Chinese agents and that Russian spies will follow suit.
The UK Home Office is preparing to introduce new visa restrictions on some countries to prevent Communist Chinese spies from using their identities from a range of countries. Countries that authorities fear being exploited include Vanuatu in the South Pacific, Namibia in southern Africa and Timor-Leste in Southeast Asia.
These countries allow foreign nationals to acquire citizenship by investing or paying relatively little money in the country, and their citizens do not require a visa to come to the UK for up to six months.
But in a tit-for-tat debate over visa rules, the Foreign Office objected and blocked the move, so some in the government dubbed Foreign Secretary James Cleverly a "Mr Softy" nickname.
A government source told The Times: "The Home Office and the Foreign Office are arguing about the issue and are deadlocked. If one side doesn't make concessions, the other won't, and we don't seem to be able to resolve the issue."
The Home Office thinks the Foreign Office is weak, while the Foreign Office thinks the Home Office is too cautious, and the two sides disagree. But the foreign ministry played down the dispute.
"For us, the discussions so far have been conducted by both departments in an appropriate manner and in a normal tone, which cannot precisely be described as a 'quarrel'," the Foreign Office source added.

Li Qiang's "secretary" Kang Xuping entered Beijing and was promoted to an important position in the State Council
A few days ago, the State Council of the Communist Party of China appointed and dismissed a group of officials. Among them, Li Qiang's former "Secretary" Kang Xuping has been promoted to Deputy Director of the Research Office of the State Council of the Communist Party of China.
On 11 April 2023, the official website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the Communist Party of China reported that the State Council of the Communist Party of China appointed and dismissed a number of staff members, including the appointment of Wang Zhenjiang as the Deputy Minister of Justice and the appointment of Kang Xuping as the Deputy Director of the Research Office of the State Council.
According to public information, Kang Xuping, 56 years old, is from Zhenjiang, Jiangsu. He worked in Jiangsu for a long time in his early years. From the biographies of the above two people, it can be seen that Kang Xuping followed Li Qiang for many years during Li Qiang's tenure in Jiangsu, Shanghai and other places, so he was called Li Qiang's "big secret". In June 2016, Li Qiang succeeded Luo Zhijun as Secretary of Jiangsu, and Kang Xuping continued to be reused; after that, he followed Li Qiang to Shanghai.
Kang Xuping was born as a "pen holder" and once used "Dongfang Liang" as his pen name. When Kang Xuping was the deputy secretary-general of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and the director of the research office, he published a column in the "Secretary Work" magazine.
The Research Office of the State Council of the Communist Party of China undertakes comprehensive policy research and decision-making consultation tasks, and is an office serving the main leaders of the State Council.
In addition, Wu Zhenglong, Li Qiang's partner when he was the Secretary of Jiangsu, was promoted to the State Councilor and Secretary-General of the State Council during the two sessions of the CCP this year.
Xi Jinping formed a trusted "cabinet" at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and the most important State Council system was handed over to his most trusted former secretary Li Qiang, who appointed him Premier of the State Council of the Communist Party of China.

Li Hengqing, an economist at the Institute of Information and Strategy, a non-governmental organization in the United States, told NTDTV that now Li Qiang wants to focus on the economy but he has many problems. One of them is that state-owned enterprises and foreign companies are leaving CCP China.
Li Hengqing believes that Li Qiang may want to perform his duties as prime minister but his position is very awkward. Li Qiang's power has been greatly reduced, and it is incomparable with Li Keqiang. Li Keqiang is a weak prime minister, but Li Qiang is only Xi Jinping's secretary and follower.
After Li Qiang became the premier of the Communist Party of China, his first big move was to promulgate a new version of the "Working Rules of the State Council", which deleted the ideas of the previous party leaders of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
Feng Chongyi, a professor at the University of Technology Sydney, believes that for Li Qiang, the decision-making power of the Premier of the State Council is only nominal. Li Qiang is just a clerk, a secretary, to complete the orders, instructions and tasks issued by the leader Xi Jinping.
