中国不明肺炎重症激增 5岁童半夜上呼吸机

Recently, an unknown pneumonia epidemic broke out in China, and a large number of severely ill patients appeared. A 5-year-old child in Zhuhai was put on a ventilator in the middle of the night, and the child's mother was suffering. There have been many child deaths across CCP China.

In recent days, large-scale pneumonia epidemics have broken out in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Zhuhai and other places. Influenza A, B, covid, mycoplasma pneumonia, adenovirus, respiratory syncytial virus, etc. are spreading at the same time. Many young children continued to have a high fever and even developed into severe pneumonia.

Gu Yanmin, director of the emergency department of Beichen Longyan Campus of Tianjin University Children's Hospital, told the media on 22 November, "Recently, 89% of children in emergency rooms have respiratory diseases, and the proportion of severe cases has also increased. This week, a 5-year-old child arrived. During diagnosis at the hospital, the blood oxygen saturation was measured to be less than 90%, and he went into shock as soon as he was sent to the ICU. Fortunately, he was discovered and rescued in time."

The child of Ms. Zhang Yanning, a teacher at Zhuhai University, is only 5 years old. She was infected with mycoplasma pneumonia in the kindergarten and had a fever of almost 40 degrees. She had to wait for more than 4 hours at the hospital to see a doctor. The doctor prescribed domestic azithromycin, but the child's high fever did not go away after three days of taking the medicine. "The three depressions were very severe, so I was hospitalized immediately."

Zhang Yanning told VOA that in the hospital, she watched her child put on a ventilator for the first time in his life: "The child's blood oxygen was less than 90 and his breathing was rapid, as fast as 40 times per minute, so the doctor decided to give the child a ventilator in the middle of the night. Get on a positive pressure ventilator.”

"Children are too young to feel the danger...but it is still very difficult for children to be put on a ventilator," Zhang Yanning said.

A few days ago, a 19-year-old boy in Nanyang, Henan Province was infected with mycoplasma pneumonia and was in critical condition and was put on a ventilator.

"Mycoplasma pneumonia" can cause severe infection

Zhang Xinge, director of the Respiratory Department of Nanyang Sixth People's Hospital, told the media that most of the patients in the hospital ward have pneumonia, and mycoplasma pneumonia is the most common. She warned that if mycoplasma pneumonia is not treated promptly, it can cause severe infection.

She told a case about a 19-year-old boy who had been suffering from high fever for ten days before being admitted to the hospital. The child's parents gave him antipyretics and antibiotics that were always available at home but they did not work for a few days, resulting in a delay in treatment.

"After he was admitted to the hospital, the examination results showed that the patient's lungs had consolidation, hypoxia, difficulty breathing, and liver function damage. If it progresses further, his life may be threatened. After he was admitted to the hospital, we put him on a ventilator machine." Zhang Xingge said, still feeling frightened when thinking about this case.

There are many posts on Chinese social media of patients with fever being put on ventilators. A patient netizen said: "I have been coughing for 5 days and had a fever for 2 days. I was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia. There was not a single bed in the hospital, so I had to wait all afternoon. The aunt in the next bed wore a ventilator 24 hours a day, and the machine was very loud."

Patient claims Influenza A combined with "mycoplasma pneumonia"

Another patient said: "Influenza A is combined with mycoplasma pneumonia. One-third of the left lung is white and half of the right lung is white. My patient in the same ward is an old woman wearing a ventilator."

A netizen's grandmother is a seriously ill patient: "I went to see my grandmother... Her hands and feet were swollen and her face was so swollen that all wrinkles were gone. She had a fever that made her body very hot. She put a lot of ice packs on her body to cool her down physically, and she couldn't breathe. Jiji has been gasping for air and relies on a ventilator to maintain his life... It turns out that this is what it looks like when a person is dying, it is the first time he is so close to death."

Another nurse wrote in the post: "Emergency Diary, I saw many people put on ventilators and (artificial) heart and lungs today. Dragging a feverish body to install (artificial) heart and lungs is really exhausting. It’s the first time I’ve faced death, and I’m more panicked than I imagined.”

With the outbreak of unknown pneumonia, many children in China have died. A netizen posted, "A female classmate in my son's class suffered from mycoplasma pneumonia and had fever on and off for a month. She passed away yesterday."

A 2-year-old child in Heilongjiang had a fever and died after being hospitalized for more than ten days. Tianjin Second People's Hospital issued a critical illness notice to a 4-year-old child on 12 November.

Deaths from "mycoplasma pneumonia" epidemic in Dalian

On 23 November, former mainland media person Zhao Lanjian told The Epoch Times that a few days ago he learned that there were many children suffering from mycoplasma pneumonia in Dalian, Liaoning, and some children died.

Zhao Lanjian said that an eleven or twelve-year-old girl named Chen in Dalian died of mycoplasma pneumonia. Her father said in the class parent group, "My children can no longer come to school." He also said that a large number of children may have died, but this information was not disclosed by Dalian's network administrator, health commission or government departments that blocked the information.

Epidemic resurges in China, large numbers of people die from white lung

A nationwide case of undiagnosed childhood pneumonia occurred in China, but when faced with inquiries from the World Health Organization, the CCP claimed that “no abnormal or new pathogens have been detected.” Through interviews and searches, we found that from September to November, a large number of people died, and the deceased had symptoms of white lung.

The resurgence of the epidemic in China has attracted international attention. At present, most reports focus on clusters of undiagnosed pneumonia in children in many places. However, interviews with NTDTV reporters revealed that a large number of deaths have occurred.

Mr. Ma, a Beijing citizen: "Last month, one of my brothers passed away from Bai Lung. I went to bury him last week on the 18th. I arrived at Babaoshan before 7 o'clock and collected the ashes at 9:05. , how many people can you say?”

Reporter: "The queue is long, isn't it?"

Mr. Ma: "That's right! Taking the ashes means that after they have burned them, you take them away for more than two hours."

Reporter: "How long should you wait to get it under normal circumstances?"

Mr. Ma: "No one takes the ashes. If you take one, we will go through the formalities and verify the ID card. It takes an average of five minutes for each of us. How many people do you think (that day)? Morning!"

"On 10 November 2023, just when it snowed for the first time in Shijiazhuang, my grandfather passed away. He suffered from heart failure, kidney failure, and white lungs." On 21 November, some netizens posted a post to mourn the death of their grandfather, but they did not expect a series of events below. The messages all expressed sympathy for each other, such as "My grandfather also passed away on 30 October", "My grandfather passed away on 6 November, which was also caused by white lung syndrome, a sequelae of COVID-19", "My grandfather also passed away on the 10th".

In addition, on China's domestic social media, a large number of netizens posted reports that their relatives, friends or colleagues passed away between September and November, and that the deceased had symptoms of white lung.

Among them were children. A mother revealed that her 9-month-old baby "cannot bear the mycoplasma pneumonia and passed away."

There are also young adults. Some netizens said that their 28-year-old nephew "went away from white lungs after being ill for 7 days" and "the customer service supervisor in his thirties passed away from white lungs this weekend. It was less than a week from the onset of illness to his death."

Many elderly people also died. Some netizens said: "I have gone to funerals several times this year. Several relatives of the older generation have unfortunately passed away due to complications caused by the covid virus." "I go to a cremation ceremony almost every other month."

Former mainland media person Zhao Lanjian was the first to expose the outbreak of the epidemic in Dalian again on the overseas social platform X on 19 November 2023. Among the information he collected from domestic channels, there were also cases of child death.

Zhao Lanjian talks about the girl that died in Dalian from unknown pneumonia

Zhao Lanjian: "Someone gave me this information the next day. The child died. There was a parent who was in the student's parent group, and the class teacher asked, I won't mention this girl's name, her surname is Chen. She I asked Chen Moumou’s parents, why did this child not come to school? Then her father said, he said he was very sorry that I was too busy to explain to you, and my child could no longer come to school. Because she had already encountered this kind of pneumonia and passed away last night. The little girl was probably eleven or twelve years old. Then I think this matter must be very serious, that is, a large number of children may have died. But this kind of information has been completely suppressed by Dalian’s network management department, the National Health Commission, or relevant government departments.”

There are currently no reports of large numbers of deaths in the Chinese media. Zhao Lanjian also discovered that the situation of the epidemic in Dalian was also blocked on Sina Weibo. When he disclosed the information overseas, he was immediately attacked by dozens of CCP navy troops.

Zhao Lanjian: "It was terrible on the day of release. There were at least dozens of Wumao navy soldiers. The video that my Dalian friend provided me was disseminated to me through a one-on-one window on WeChat but it has not been released, and the entire video was deleted by WeChat. If you want it to be blocked on Sina, and it is also blocked on WeChat, then this can be regarded as China's unified strategy implemented by the network management department."

People continue to die in the covid epidemic

Mr. Ma, a Beijing citizen, said that in fact, the epidemic has not stopped this year, and people continue to die, but the authorities do not let the people know.

Mr. Ma: "On May 8 this year, a 75-year-old college classmate of mine had a fever. He had high blood pressure, but all the medicines didn't work after he became infected. He lived in the hospital, and all the doctors, nurses, and caregivers were taking medication." After receiving the vaccine, he was infected with white lung. After the fever, several of our college classmates ate together, 8 of us, and 5 people at the table were infected. In China, they don’t let you know, they only give you the vaccine.”

CCP did not announce the correct name of the infectious disease

The CCP suddenly abandoned its zero-clearance policy at the end of last year without making any preparations, resulting in a medical shortage, a large number of people dying, and long queues at crematoriums. Many families ushered in 2023 with the grief of losing their loved ones. Now that the end of the year is approaching, the epidemic has resurfaced. The World Health Organization has reminded the Chinese people to pay attention to protection. However, the Chinese Communist Party officials have not given out emergency plans or protection guidance, or even given the correct name of the disease.

中国多种病毒爆发 大量儿童染病 急诊等待超12小时

Various virus epidemics broke out in China. Hospitals in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and other places were overcrowded. A large number of children were infected. The waiting time for medical treatment was often several hours, and some even exceeded 10 to 12 hours. The hospital is operating at full capacity.

Currently, various viruses such as mycoplasma pneumonia, novel coronavirus (covi/covid virus), influenza, and syncytial virus are prevalent in mainland China. Pediatric outpatient departments, fever clinics, and infusion rooms in many hospitals were crowded with patients. Coughs were heard one after another, and anxious parents were crowded around them.

According to a report by China Youth Daily, the Maternity and Children's Hospital of Peking University First Hospital was crowded with children, and it was informed that the waiting time was about 8 hours, and some parents of children waited for more than 10 hours.

The Children's Hospital Affiliated to the Capital Institute of Pediatrics has seen a sharp increase in the number of patients since around November 20, and most children have symptoms such as cough and fever. The hospital is located in Chaoyang District, Beijing, but many children come from the outer suburbs of Beijing and even Hebei.

The hospital's emergency department has two infusion rooms. During the current peak period of respiratory disease infections, they can no longer accommodate the children who need infusion. At 9 p.m., the number 800 was almost called for infusion. Many parents bring clothes drying poles or hooks and sit on their own folding chairs. At the entrance of the hospital's infusion room and in the hospital lobby, there are children with infusions everywhere.

On 23 November, white-collar Zhang Jing and her family went to the hospital for treatment with their 3-year-old daughter. Her daughter had a high fever and persistent cough more than half a month ago. She did not get better after resting at home for several days. I had been treated in many hospitals before, and CT showed that my lungs had turned white.

"China News Weekly" reported that on the afternoon of November 23, the waiting hall of the Department of Internal Medicine on the second floor of Beijing Children's Hospital was so crowded that it was difficult to even move around. Many children and parents have nowhere to sit but sit on the floor.

At about 10.30 pm on 23 November, there were still many parents and children in the waiting area of the Pediatric Outpatient and Emergency Department of the Maternity and Children’s Hospital of Peking University First Hospital. A staff member at the triage desk said that patients could be seen that night, but it would take two to three hours at the earliest for newly registered patients.

"This is already a very short waiting time in Beijing. Going to other hospitals may take seven to eight hours, or even more than 12 hours," she said.

According to the Southern Metropolis Daily, many parents in many places across the country have recently been worried about their children being sick. Nearly half of the students in kindergartens have asked for sick leave. There are too many infections in an elementary school class, causing the whole class to be suspended. The pediatric registration queue of the hospital To the hundreds or thousands.

On 23 November, a doctor from a maternal and child hospital in Guangzhou said that the hospital had mobilized various departments to work overtime for two or three weeks in a row. The hospital's pediatric internal medicine clinic currently receives more than 2,700 children with cold and fever symptoms every day, and all are used for extra calls at noon and weekends.

In the evening of 22 November, Ms. Wen from Beijing took her 5-year-old child to the hospital for a night consultation. At that time, she arrived at the hospital at 8 pm, and the number she got was over 700. She waited until 10.30 pm to see a doctor. That night she saw that the pediatric number had reached 1500.

Ms. Guo, a primary school teacher in Hangzhou, said that her school has seven fifth-grade classes. One class has been suspended because the number of infections has exceeded the limit. She herself has recently experienced throat discomfort, and other teachers around her have contracted respiratory diseases.

Ms. Shen, who lives in Shanghai, has a 7-year-old child. At midnight on 28 October, her child started to have a fever, which reached 40°C. Antipyretics were not effective. On the 31st, her child tested weakly positive for mycoplasma and influenza A. The CT scan showed pneumonia and consolidation of the right lung, indicating a serious infection.

中国各地儿童医院被挤爆 呼吸科要排到一周以后
Recently, mycoplasma pneumonia, covid, influenza, syncytial virus and other viruses have exploded again in mainland China, and many patients have developed white lungs. Children's hospitals and tertiary-level hospitals across China are overcrowded. Some hospitals are flooded with tens of thousands of people, and respiratory department consultations have to be queued for a week. The medical system is close to collapse.

"From day to night, coughs and crying came one after another, and the pediatric emergency room was overcrowded... From registration to infusion to printing medical records, queuing was 'standard', and one after another'family mobilization' It’s on.”

According to a report by Shandong Qilu Evening News, some hospitals in Jinan, a second-tier city in mainland China, have received more than 1,000 pediatric emergencies in a single day. Some parents have no choice but to take annual leave to accompany patients, and "campers" have become "mobile beds" in the emergency room corridors. .

In the afternoon of 22 November, in the corridor of the pediatric emergency room of Shandong Provincial Hospital (East Branch), Jinan citizen Ms. Zhao accompanied her 9-year-old son Qiangqiang (pseudonym) for an infusion.

"There are nearly 40 primary school students in their class, and more than a dozen (students) have symptoms of fever and cough, and now only one-third are left." Ms. Zhao said that the child's teacher also has a hoarse voice and may have also been "taught." .

“At first we went to the emergency department of Children’s Hospital (Jinan City), but there were too many people there, so we went to the pediatric emergency department of Shandong Provincial Hospital (East Branch),” Ms. Zhao said. “We arrived at the hospital in the afternoon. , the emergency number queue was over 300, and there were more than 160 people in front of me.”

"We arrived at the hospital at 6:30 in the morning. The emergency number was 1659, and there were 74 people waiting in line." Mr. Zhang, a citizen of Jinan, said that his son Leilei (pseudonym) is 8 years old and is in the second grade of elementary school.

"This number is calculated from midnight on the 21st (November), and (the number) has not been updated the next day." A nurse in the emergency room of the Children's Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University (Jinan Children's Hospital) said. This means that the hospital's emergency department has received more than 1,000 patients in a single day.

The number of children in pediatric emergencies in major hospitals in Jinan has increased sharply, and even the corridors of some hospitals are "hard to find". Campers and folding chairs have become "small camps" for children.

A reporter from Mainland China’s China Business Daily learned from several head pediatric hospitals in a certain first-tier city that some hospitals have now opened all outpatient departments, and all available doctors have been admitted.

"The guidance desk made it clear that you would not be able to get admitted to the respiratory department, so you would be admitted to whatever department the patient was assigned to. So we, Lele, ended up being admitted to the nephrology department, which was seen by a nephrologist." The patient’s parent said.

Another parent also said that if you call the respiratory department, there are already more than 1,000 people in line, and you need to wait for at least a week.

Many netizens on the Internet also talked about their difficult experience of taking their children to see a doctor: "More than 500 people queued up for the blood test, more than 300 people queued up for the mycoplasma test... More than 300 people queued up to see the doctor..." ··Before I can see the doctor, I have to pass five levels and defeat six generals······"

Some netizens showed their queue number in the infusion hall on November 24: 1574, with 388 people in front of them.

Some netizens complained about the high cost of medical treatment. A 12-day visit to the pediatrician cost 15,000 yuan. There are at least three adults for a child. One is in line, one is receiving medicine, and the last one is responsible for looking after the child.

For this wave of viruses, the Chinese Communist Party officially labeled it "mycoplasma pneumonia." However, official media reports admitted that this wave of infections caused a large number of "white lungs", which is almost a standard feature of the covid epidemic. It was reported on the Internet that many children died suddenly.

American virologist Lin Xiaoxu said on the 23rd that generally speaking, if it is mycoplasma pneumonia, many people will get better after a while after being infected. Mycoplasma pneumonia rarely causes severe pneumonia symptoms, and even less often causes white lungs. Nowadays, so many children need medical treatment, and even become seriously ill and need lung washing. It cannot be explained solely by mycoplasma pneumonia infection.

Lin Xiaoxu further explained that when the covid virus cooperates with other respiratory viruses or mycoplasma pneumonia bacteria to break through the body's defense system, a more serious infection will occur, causing white lungs and other conditions in the lungs. Symptoms of white lung are easy to appear in people infected with covid. The Chinese Communist Party officials have not announced the actual situation of the covid epidemic in the past few months. This is irresponsible and a concealation.

Hospitals everywhere are crowded with patients, and a large number of medical staff are reported to be infected

Currently, the epidemic is spreading. Netizens revealed that hospitals everywhere are crowded with patients suffering from these six diseases. "A new round of virus release", will the official "force the vaccine or impose another blockade?"

Hospitals in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Liaoning and other places are full, outpatient halls are crowded, and inpatient beds are in short supply. A medical staff in Liaoning revealed on social media that the current situation is the same as when the epidemic was first released, and influenza, mycoplasma, and the CCP virus are prevalent at the same time, and even medical staff are infected in large numbers, which is very scary.

On 23 November, netizens posted that multiple epidemics broke out in China and a large number of medical staff were infected! Pediatrics are overcrowded due to a mixed epidemic outbreak in Beijing!

In Shanghai, hospitals have been overcrowded for days.

On 21 November, netizens uploaded pictures saying that Shanghai Children’s Hospital was crowded with children with fever and cough.

On 16 November, netizens uploaded pictures saying that there were 6,000 cases a day! A vaccine disaster breaks out in Shanghai, and the respiratory departments of Shanghai hospitals are full!

Some netizens said, “This round of mysterious pneumonia is spreading extremely strangely in China! It’s as if someone pressed a button, and then it suddenly broke out among the crowd, especially children!

"Currently, hospitals in major cities are in emergency, and the costs are staggering (in fact, hospitals have already become disguised 'robbers', human-eating machines)! What kind of new round of evil is hidden under this shady curtain? In this epidemic, how many lives will be lost in the process? How many families will be driven into abject poverty?"

Unknown epidemic among Chinese children attracts global attention. Read this article

中国儿童爆不明疫情 全球关注 一文看懂
The world is paying attention to the phenomenon of an unknown pneumonia case that broke out in China. A large number of children were hospitalized due to pneumonia, and it also covered many provinces and cities in CCP China.

In the past month or so, the emergency rooms of children's hospitals in many Chinese cities have been in emergency, receiving several times more patients than usual. Meanwhile, schools are reporting high absenteeism rates and are suspending classes for at least a week if a student becomes sick, while asking parents to be extra vigilant.

News (13)

It was unclear when the wave of "unknown pneumonia" began and why many children were infected so quickly

On 21 November 2023, ProMED, a global infectious disease surveillance network, summarized a Chinese news report that warned that hospitals in Beijing and other northern China were crowded with sick children with “unknown pneumonia” and believed there was “an unknown respiratory disease (pneumonia).” There is a widespread outbreak.”

ProMED said it was unclear when the wave of illness began and it was "unusual" that so many children were affected so quickly.

The unusual increase in the number of sick patients has raised concerns about a potential new epidemic and led the World Health Organization (WHO) to request more information from the Chinese government on 22 November 2023.

News (14)

The child patients have fever without cough and have lung nodules on CT scan results

ProMED has two posts. The first post on the 21st quoted "a Beijing citizen" as saying that the main symptoms of child patients were fever without cough, and many had lung nodules on CT scan results.

Paul Hunter of the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom said that lung nodules are usually a sign of bacterial infection rather than viral infection. For example, it may be the result of bacterial infection after a person is infected with the influenza virus.

News (15)

Symptoms of unknown pneumonia and mycoplasma pneumonia are different

ProMED’s second post was published on 22 November 2023. A doctor reported that an outbreak of unidentified pneumonia in Chinese children is consistent with the mycoplasma pneumonia reported by Chinese and foreign media in the past two months.

However, mycoplasma pneumonia usually causes a mild infection of the throat and trachea, and is often the leading reason for hospitalization for pneumonia in children in the United States.

The editor of ProMED stated that the unidentified pneumonia in Chinese children is not a typical mycoplasma pneumonia, because mycoplasma usually causes "patchy infiltration" rather than the pulmonary nodule results shown on X-rays.

News (16)

Why the WHO decided to publicly request information

Chinese Communist authorities listed mycoplasma as the pathogen of this epidemic, along with syncytial virus (RSV) and covid virus (SARS-CoV-2). The World Health Organization has asked CCP China to provide more information.

When the earliest covid cases emerged in the city of Wuhan in late 2019, the transparency of case reporting by both Chinese authorities and the World Health Organization was seriously questioned.

Raina McIntyre, professor of global biosecurity at Australia's University of New South Wales, told the BBC, "There are undoubtedly concerns about China's transparency."

"Given the history of covid, I think it's a good thing that the World Health Organization decided to go ahead and ask China for information now," he said.

News (17)

Experts are unsure it is "mycoplasma pneumonia"

Most experts say mycoplasma pneumonia is easy to treat. Now the outside world is worried that the outbreak of mycoplasma pneumonia in children in mainland China is not caused by mycoplasma pneumonia, but by a new unknown pathogen.

Wang Ye (pseudonym), a pediatrician at a hospital in Beijing, told The Epoch Times reporter: "There are no effective drugs for this wave of infections. I took all the drugs that can treat mycoplasma pneumonia, but they have no effect. So I doubt that this is mycoplasma pneumonia."

Jin Dongyan, a professor of virology at the School of Medicine at the University of Hong Kong, said in an interview with NBC that mycoplasma pneumonia is mostly spread in schools, dormitories, military camps and other places, and common symptoms include cough, sore throat, fever, headache, etc.

"However, the limited data officially reported by China so far makes it difficult to understand the full scope of the various respiratory disease outbreaks", Jin added.

News (18)

Watch if covid virus breaks out at the same time as other viruses

American virologist Lin Xiaoxu told The Epoch Times that the international community is concerned about which respiratory viruses are at their peak during this wave of epidemics. Is it peak of one or more of winter seasonal influenza, mycoplasma pneumonia, and respiratory fusion viruses, and whether there is also a large-scale outbreak of the covid virus?

Lin Xiaoxu said that when the covid virus cooperates with other respiratory viruses or mycoplasma pneumonia bacteria to break through the body's defense system, a more serious infection will occur, causing white lungs and other conditions in the lungs.

"The novel coronavirus (covid) has not really disappeared from China, and I think the officials are still hiding it," he said.

Jin Dongyan from Hong Kong also said that only disclosure of information can effectively avoid public panic. He said the Chinese government needed to tell the public whether "the numbers are high everywhere or just in one place" of unknown cases.

News (19)

Worries a new pathogen would cause another pandemic

Laith Abu-Raddad, a professor of epidemiology at the Weill Cornell Institute for Healthcare Policy and Research interviewed by Al Jazeera, said that until more information is available, there are two possible types of unknown pneumonia in children in China. One is that there may be a new pathogen, and the other is that there is "an existing but newly mutated pathogen with altered characteristics and severity."

"Both scenarios will be of global concern because sooner or later the pathogen will cross borders, no matter what precautions are taken," he said.

Britain's Hunt warned that if these cases in CCP China are caused by a new pathogen, many adults will also become sick because they have not been exposed to the pathogen before.

"My sense is that this is not going to result in a public health emergency of international concern, but I wouldn't rule it out completely until we have a clear diagnosis," he said.

News (20)

Experts question if unknown pneumonia is another continuation of the covid epidemic

Francois Belloux, director of the Institute of Genetics at University College London, said in a statement on social media lockdowns "must have significantly reduced the spread of respiratory bacteria and thereby reduced immunity to endemic bacteria".

Dr. Jonathan Liu, professor at the Canadian College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and director of the Kangmei Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic, told The Epoch Times that from a public health perspective, first of all, the covid epidemic has not been cleared in CCP China, and now there are simultaneous outbreaks of mycoplasma, influenza viruses, etc. This kind of compound infection does not have the same situation overseas, especially in North America, countries where public information is transparent.

He believes that it is abnormal for a large number of children to be infected in CCP China. According to traditional Chinese medicine, children have relatively strong yang energy, so in the past three years, most children have not had serious cases like adults and the elderly, and there have been very few deaths and white lung condition, but now it has appeared on the mainland.

Dr. Liu suggested that Chinese people should open their minds and listen to words of advice, learn more about it and learn to break through the CCP’s information blockade to access free information from around the world. They should not just listen to the CCP’s official information.

News (21)

The outbreak in China, the truth behind the CCP’s blockade, and the outside world’s concerns

Starting last week, the CCP epidemic broke out rapidly in various parts of the mainland. In Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and other places, a large number of children developed symptoms such as fever, colds, respiratory infections, and even white lungs. Hospitals are overcrowded. However, the Chinese Communist Party officials have been covering up the truth about the epidemic.

Mr. Li, a Beijing citizen: "The outbreak may not have reached its peak yet, but people around me have been repeatedly infected. What the experts from the mainland said are not true. There are many cases of pneumonia, and there are many deaths, especially children, their immunity is not as strong as that of adults, so the pediatric department is already full.”

Mr. Zhang, a citizen in Hebei: "Almost everyone has it, and most of them are in schools. Children go to school, and when they get it, they go home to rest, and then they get it again when they get better. There are people in the class who have it, and they spread it to each other. They are all cold symptoms, and they are similar to COVID-19 symptoms. It's the same, they all have coughs and fevers, both mild and severe, and there are definitely some who have died, and people don't dare to create too much public opinion for fear of closing the city."

Pediatric departments in hospitals across the country are overcrowded to the point of collapse. Under the CCP's cover-up, many parents were silenced and prohibited from discussing the epidemic.

Hu Xijin, the former editor-in-chief of the Global Times, the CCP’s mouthpiece, posted on Weibo that his granddaughter had a fever exceeding 40 degrees Celsius. “The pediatric departments in major hospitals were all overcrowded. I took my children to the hospital to register at night and only saw a doctor in the early morning. It felt like that. Only after experiencing it do you know how uncomfortable it is."

Some netizens sarcastically said: "Why is Lao Hu so anxious? It turns out that Lao Hu's granddaughter has a fever of 40.6 degrees. What can determine Lao Hu's attitude towards his speech is always his interests."

Ms. Yi, a Shanghai resident: "I am a little worried now. I will go to the hospital to have a look. This kind of discomfort occurs every year, but this year it seems to be particularly severe and the time span is particularly long."

Beijing citizens revealed that currently, the epidemic has broken out in large areas in work units and schools, and many people have taken leave to recuperate at home.

Mr. Wu, a Beijing citizen: "Adults, just take it upon yourself. In some schools, half of the students are recuperating at home. It's like this across the country. They don't report it, and you don't know, for fear of causing panic."

On 24 November, reporters found on the Internet that many elderly people had recently died of white lung symptoms.

Mr. Ji, a citizen of Beijing: "Some of our colleagues often take time off to see their children. Some schools have been closed. Some of the people I know have passed away."

On 22 November 2023, the WHO asked the Chinese Communist Party to provide more information about cluster pneumonia in children. The next day, it said that no unusual or new pathogens had been found after being notified by the Chinese Communist health authorities.

On Friday (24 November 2023), U.S. Ambassador to Japan Rahm Emanuel posted a message on the X platform, urging the Chinese Communist Party to stop covering up the truth about the epidemic as it did in 2019.

Taiwan CDC spokesperson Luo Yijun said that it will continue to monitor the development of the epidemic in CCP China and will impose travel restrictions if new pathogens are discovered.

Luo Yijun: "The reports from China and the WHO say that it has not caused a crowding out of medical supplies. However, from the reports, it seems that it is still a serious situation, so we will continue to pay attention to the development of the epidemic in China."

Respiratory disease cases increase significantly in mainland China, all airports in Taiwan increase alert

The significant increase in respiratory-related cases in mainland China has attracted the attention of the World Health Organization and various countries. The Taiwan Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has also ordered that all airport quarantine stations be on heightened alert from now on, and requires passengers to inform their travel history if they have symptoms.

According to China Times News Network, Taiwan's Disease Control and Prevention Agency said on 25 November 2023 that due to a large number of patients with respiratory diseases in hospitals in northern mainland China, the number of cases has increased for five consecutive weeks, higher than the same period in the past three years. According to WHO data, this wave of epidemics mainly affects children and is caused by multiple known pathogens, including mycoplasma, influenza virus, respiratory syncytial virus, covid virus, adenovirus, etc., resulting in a large number of patients seeking treatment.

Taiwan CDC spokesperson Luo Yijun reminded the public that in order to cope with this wave of epidemics, it is recommended that people who have recently traveled to mainland China get influenza and XBB vaccines before departure. After arriving at the local area, you should wash your hands frequently, wear a mask, and avoid going to crowded places.

He also said that if people return to Taiwan and develop fever or acute respiratory symptoms, please take the initiative to inform airline personnel and airport and port quarantine personnel. Those with severe symptoms will be evacuated to a doctor, and those with mild symptoms will be issued a "medical notice", which will be issued by the local health bureau for follow-up.

In addition, travelers arriving in Taiwan from Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau should seek medical treatment as soon as possible and disclose their travel history if they develop suspected symptoms.

The Taiwan CDC will also issue a circular to the medical community to explain the current situation in mainland China, asking doctors to ask about travel history, and to continue to closely monitor the epidemic through multiple channels.

During the outbreak of the epidemic, what was the intention of the CCP to suddenly open up visa exemption?

At the time of a new round of epidemic outbreak, the Chinese Communist authorities announced on the 24th that they would trial a unilateral visa-free policy for six European and Asian countries. Experts pointed out that this approach is very unfair and unsuitable.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Communist Party of China announced on Friday (24 November 2023) that starting from December, it will trial a unilateral visa-free policy for six countries: France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Malaysia for one year.

Citizens of these six Eurasian countries holding ordinary passports can enter CCP China without a visa for 15 days to engage in activities such as business, tourism or visiting relatives and friends.

Currently, there are only 45 countries and regions in the world that implement visa-free or visa-on-arrival policies for Chinese citizens. Commentators believe that the one-way visa exemption shows that the CCP has abandoned its dignity and sought help from foreign exchange support.

Xie Tian, a professor at the Aiken School of Business at the University of South Carolina in the United States: "Generally speaking, internationally, if two countries are exempt from visas, they usually negotiate and reach an agreement and exempt each other from visas at the same time. This shows the status and status of the country. Dignity. This is a bit groveling for the CCP, because the CCP is short of foreign exchange and money, and hopes to give these countries one-way visa exemption, and then hopes to encourage more people to come."

Current affairs commentator Tang Jingyuan: "It basically shows from one side that the Chinese Communist Party's own economy has reached a point of depletion. The main reason why its one-way visa exemption is only 15 days is that it has neither The solution was to surrender and kneel down, but he wanted to maintain a little face as much as possible."

However, some analysts pointed out that the CCP’s visa exemption has limited effect and will not attract foreign funds as expected.

Xie Tian: “Now that citizens around the world are less interested in traveling to China, and the CCP has many restrictions and hostility towards foreigners, foreign companies, and foreign businessmen, and has also implemented the Counterespionage Law, there are not many foreigners now. There are not that many people who have a strong desire to do business in China.”

Tang Jingyuan: "The real reason why foreign investment and foreign tourists do not come is because the CCP has now begun to implement this kind of political leadership. The so-called political security comes first. Whether it is many foreign tourists or foreign entrepreneurs, once they come to China, they will He may face huge personal threats and property security threats. Just by improving some measures of this visa, he will not have much effect at all."

It is worth mentioning that CCP China is currently experiencing an outbreak of multiple viruses. The announcement of one-way visa exemption at this time reminds people of the strange practice of the Chinese Communist Party to suddenly relax entry restrictions last year when the epidemic was very serious.

Xie Tian: "Opening the country at this time is basically harmful to people. The CCP once again puts its own interests above the physical and mental safety and personal safety of people, or foreign people."

Tang Jingyuan: "Is it possible that the CCP wants to use this method to shirk the blame, especially when we see a new round of pneumonia outbreak in mainland China? Objectively, it will have the role and effect of accelerating the spread of the epidemic."

Chinese parents no longer "expect their children to succeed" Analysis: Despair with CCP education

Reporters : Zhao Fenghua, Li Shanshan and Liu Fang / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2023/11/24/a103829176.html

In recent years, more and more parents of Chinese students no longer "hope that their children will become successful." They do not want their children to become exam-taking machines and are willing to accept the so-called "mediocrity" of their children. Some experts analyze that Chinese parents feel despair about the CCP’s education system and choose to “lay down”.

Recently, many parents have recorded videos with their children, saying that they voluntarily give up becoming the so-called "pillars of the country" and accept that their children can grow up healthily and become ordinary people.

"Today, we officially announce that we voluntarily give up being pillars and are willing to be ordinary people. At the same time, I also accept the mediocrity of my children." "I don't want my children to become machines for answering questions and coping with exams. We don't want to become scores and slaves to the diploma.”

Recently, a parent of a student in Qingdao, Shandong Province, spoke at a parent-teacher meeting and said that although his son has poor academic performance, he still believes that he will have a bright future.

Parent of student: "My son is very poor in studies." "However, I still believe that he can have a bright future."

Li Yuanhua, a historian living in Australia: "The CCP's education is not a normal education, because it is a state where tens of thousands of people cross a single-plank bridge together. More people actually cannot cross the bridge. In this process, many people squeeze or step on each other. It puts a lot of pressure on children in the process of going to school."

Lin Hong, a child psychiatrist at Peking University Sixth Hospital, told the media that once the school season begins, their clinics are very busy. Just over a month after school started this year, the wards were full. According to the "2022 Youth Mental Health Status Survey Report", 14.8% of CCP China's teenagers are at risk of depression to varying degrees.

Mr. Wei, a parent of mainland students: "Everyone has doubts about Chinese Communist education. The various channels for increasing resource stalls have been controlled by them, and learning cannot change destiny. We have all seen clearly that there are problems with the current education system. There is a problem with the political system. Even if you are a talented person and have an academic degree, you will not be reused. Nowadays, these parents are more advanced than the previous generation and can see through the nature of the Communist Party. So they want to go abroad, and they hope that foreign countries will believe in talents, they still have a chance."

Mr. Zou, a Beijing citizen: "It is also the parents who have grown up. Parents are constantly learning and exposed to new things, and then they are growing up. Liberate the children and don't become slaves to learning. I think these parents are awakening because of the exam-oriented education in China. We must train batches of screws to serve this system. Many parents who go abroad do so for the education of their children.”

Li Yuanhua, a historian living in Australia, believes that every parent wants their children to be safe and happy, but the Chinese Communist Party’s education system has made Chinese parents desperate. They no longer “hope that their children will succeed” because they have lost confidence in this society.

Li Yuanhua: "It uses this kind of 'scumbag' to vent his struggle against the injustice of this society. The so-called 'lie down' actually has no hope for this kind of society. No matter how hard you try, you have no hope, so I just lie down. It doesn't mean that you will have any future if you truly become a so-called 'academic master'."

On the anniversary of the deadly fire in Urumqi, the scene remains miserable, with plainclothes squatting on guard

乌鲁木齐夺命大火周年 现场惨况依旧 便衣蹲守
One year has passed since the deadly fire in Urumqi that triggered the "White Paper Movement", but the tragic situation on the scene remains the same. The authorities also sent plainclothes officers to stay in the community for a long time to monitor residents' coming and going.

"Hong Kong 01" reported on 24 November 2023 that during an on-site visit to the Jixiangyuan community in Urumqi where the fire broke out, it was found that there were still a large number of private cars parked on the roads in the community, and the problem of narrow fire escapes seemed to have not been effectively resolved.

A sign was posted at the back door of Unit 2 of Building 8, which read "Construction access, residents are prohibited from passing through." A large amount of garbage was piled up outside the door, making it a mess. In the corridor, some decoration materials were placed.

Resident Mr. Zhang said that after the fire, the authorities renovated the building. "The decoration was not particularly good, and it fell down and formed garbage."

He said that after the fire, most residents in the second unit had water leaks in their homes, and many owners moved out and sold their apartments. “My home was renovated just before the epidemic, but a large amount of fire-fighting water leaked, causing the furniture in the home to be ‘completely ruined’.”

Due to the epidemic lockdown, residents were unable to escape. The fire resulted in dozens of deaths and injuries, including many young children. Resident Maimaiti said, "I know 3 or 4 children who were killed. I watched them grow up."

Both of the above-mentioned residents mentioned that after the fire, a white van had been parked at the entrance of the community unit. Several plainclothes people suspected of being community workers were sitting in the vehicle or moving nearby. The daily access of residents was restricted. "Until March and April this year, residents of this unit still needed to register next to their cars before they could enter."

The report said that the white van contained a "Resident Safety Agreement" issued by the Erdaoqiao Subdistrict Office, as well as suspected CCTV surveillance footage.

On the evening of 24 November 2022, a fire broke out in Jixiangyuan Community. The fire triggered large-scale protests by Urumqi citizens. People rushed outside the local government building and demanded that the epidemic blockade and control measures be lifted.

At the end of November, commemorative activities were held in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan and other places, which evolved into the "White Paper Movement" that spread both at home and abroad. People held up a piece of white paper and openly shouted on the streets "The Communist Party should step down" and "Xi Jinping should step down". "The protest slogan shocked the world.

Soon after, the "clearance and blockade" measures that had lasted for three years were cancelled. The leader of the Communist Party of China publicly admitted that many young college students in China were dissatisfied with the blockade.

The White Paper Movement is considered to be the largest protest demonstration that has occurred in China in recent years. Since then, the target of Chinese people's protests has become more and more clearly aimed at the Chinese Communist regime.

During the recently concluded U.S.-China Summit and APEC meeting, an unprecedented wave of anti-communist protests broke out in the host city of San Francisco. Hundreds of protest groups from Tibet, Xinjiang, pro-democracy movements, petitioners, Taiwan, Hong Kong, etc., rarely unanimously shouted used slogans such as "Down with the Communist Party" and "Communist Party to step down" to protest against the dictatorship and tyranny of the Chinese Communist Party and called for an end to the Chinese Communist regime.

Wang Youqun, a former official of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and current affairs commentator, wrote in The Epoch Times that at this year’s APEC summit, protesters who came from all over the United States and around the world actually shouted the same slogan, “Step down from the Communist Party.” Perhaps this is what happened The human counterpart of the celestial phenomenon of "Heaven destroys the CCP".

Wang Youqun said that many Chinese people at home and abroad are preparing for the collapse of the CCP. “China’s great changes have come about because of the right time (God will destroy the CCP), the right location (the world surrounds the CCP), and the people (both internal and external). If there is another stab, a heart-wrenching emergency may trigger a turbulent wave of political upheaval."

APEC峰会中共特务跨国镇压 FBI展开调查

During APEC, dozens of people in groups protesting against the CCP suffered varying degrees of violent attacks; human rights organizations and pro-democracy movement groups therefore reported to the FBI and Congress, the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and other departments reported the CCP’s transnational suppression; some protesters have accepted one-on-one inquiries from the FBI on 22 November (Wednesday).

FBI attaches great importance to the CCP’s transnational suppression

Zhao Xin, executive member of the National Committee of the China Democratic Party, told The Epoch Times reporter that the FBI is very sensitive to the CCP’s illegal agents, transnational suppression, and transnational political persecution. In the eastern United States, the FBI has arrested many illegal agents of the CCP. The FBI also attaches great importance to this organized, premeditated, and serious transnational violent suppression and persecution in the Western United States; as soon as FBI officials received the report, they promptly arranged one-on-one meetings with each reporter. interview, record what happened in detail, and collect various evidence.

The American media Axios reported in January this year that the FBI published advertisements in Simplified Chinese on social media, calling on Chinese people in the United States who have suffered from the CCP’s transnational suppression to proactively report the crime. The FBI also intervened in the United States to step up its crackdown on the CCP’s overseas police stations.

In 2022, the FBI launched a crackdown on the Chinese Communist Party's transnational suppression across the United States, arresting and charging a group of Chinese Communist intelligence officials and American residents who assisted them. On its official website, the FBI also lists nine categories of transnational repression, including attempts to kidnap, stalk, harass, cyberattack, beat people, spread false information online, force or threaten victims to return to their home country, and threaten or detain them to live in their home country. relatives and frozen financial assets.

Chinese Communist agents cross Pacific to crack down on San Francisco protesters

Geng Guanjun, chairman of the Los Angeles Committee of the China Democratic Party, told The Epoch Times that the conflicts between protest groups and pro-communist overseas Chinese groups during the APEC summit in San Francisco were not just conflicts between pinks and pro-democracy activists, but also triads employed by the Chinese Consulate. , there are even spies from the Chinese Communist Party in mainland China, democrats who “conflict with spies like the Chinese Communist Party.”

He said that the location of Democratic Party member Peng Xiaowei’s robbed mobile phone showed that the mobile phone had arrived in Hong Kong on the 22nd, indicating that these people were spies sent from the mainland and “(they) had returned to Hong Kong so quickly.”

He also said that the faces of these people have appeared many times in various conflict videos. They are not retired aunts or uncles, nor are they international students. They are all social figures in their 40s and 50s. From each video, it can be seen that these people are the "manipulators". They command the black security guards of the security company and the gangster thugs who are big and round; "They are the main figures. They don't know how to do it themselves (beating people), but they all wear headphones and command the gangster thugs and people from the security company to deal with the pro-democracy movement." Wait for the protesters.”

Geng Guanjun said that they have reported this situation to the FBI, which proves that the CCP’s cross-border law enforcement has seriously violated the sovereignty of the United States. He also said that this time the CCP not only hired gangsters as thugs, but also hired prostitutes as greeters. After Peng Xiaowei was attacked, a prostitute hid in the welcoming crowd and loudly slandered Peng Xiaowei for "raping her"; moreover, the CCP was also "very dirty." While beating the victim, he surrounded the victim with four or five bloody flags, making it impossible to obtain evidence.

Lawyer: All victims should come forward and report the CCP

Lawyer Liu Jun said that all dissidents who have been persecuted, harassed or harmed by the CCP across borders, whether they are U.S. citizens, green card holders, or legal residents, should come forward and report the situation to the U.S. government.

He said that as a powerful country, the U.S. government should also know what the CCP is doing; especially the CCP’s large-scale and blatant implementation of long-arm jurisdiction and illegal law enforcement in the United States, seriously challenging U.S. laws and violating international law; as A sovereign government "cannot enforce its laws in another sovereign country without any agreement."

Lawyer Chen Chuangchuang said that at the San Francisco APEC summit, in order to intercept protesters and create an atmosphere of "welcoming" party leader Xi Jinping, the CCP mobilized all its deep forces in the United States, clearly exposing the full power of the CCP's transnational suppression in the United States. . With so many protesters beaten and so many CCP forces exposed, it would be "a good thing" if the U.S. government could take this opportunity to dig out the CCP's forces in the United States.

The CCP’s infiltration is serious, and San Francisco looks like mainland China

Before 2000, only one or two bloody flags could be seen in the sky in San Francisco's Chinatown. As the CCP joined the WTO and its national power grew stronger, the CCP began to launch a large-scale foreign propaganda policy; the most obvious change in San Francisco’s Chinatown was that the rooftops of overseas Chinese groups changed their flags one after another, and the bloody flags of the CCP were hung everywhere. Only the Wuzhou Hongmen Zhigong national flag of the Republic of China is hung in the main hall.

As the blood flags of the CCP were hoisted one after another, Zhao Xin said that it can be seen that the CCP’s infiltration into the United States is very powerful; the CCP’s transnational suppressors and agents have very good relations with the U.S. political and business circles, and they even participate in some U.S. Local officials are elected; therefore, they behave very arrogantly and without scruples in the United States.

Zhao Xin also gave an example: On November 15, during the APEC summit, the police blocked three intersections of the highway leading to the protest site at Feroli Manor. The pro-democracy activists finally found a path and took an hour and a half to detour to the protest site. He said that the protesting pro-democracy activists stopped to make phone calls next to the blocked highway. Within half a minute, the police came forward to drive them away; however, the command car of the CCP leader was "parked together" with the San Francisco police car. , Moreover, these CCP leaders can directly climb over the isolation railings set up by the police and enter the protest site.

What's even more outrageous is that at the request of the CCP leader, the San Francisco police blocked the only path leading to the protest site. "You can only go out, but you can't go in." Zhao Xin said that because he went out to buy food and water for everyone, he could not get in anymore. Those CCP leaders kept thanking the police and thanking the San Francisco police for not allowing Zhao Xin to bring food and water inside.

Zhao Xin also said that when multiple attacks occurred, the police were clearly nearby and saw the CCP thugs proactively provoking and systematically beating the protesters, but the police never arrested them. Instead of arresting the murderer, the police arrested several victims. "The police are too biased," Zhao Xin said.

Lawyer Chen Chuangchuang also said that although CCP thugs beat at least hundreds of protesters in three days, the San Francisco police did not arrest or detain any CCP thugs. Has the CCP already taken control of the California government and the local government of San Francisco? Or bought it? "Judging from the San Francisco attack, I think it is entirely possible." Chen Chuangchuang said.

Wall Street Journal: Xi Jinping has not given up his ambitions against Taiwan, especially through interference in next year’s presidential election

The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) published an editorial on the 24th, stating that U.S. President Biden’s recent meeting with Chinese Communist President Xi Jinping in San Francisco was described by both parties as a step forward in U.S.-China relations. Despite the positive impact of this meeting, Xi Jinping has not given up his ambition to seize Taiwan, especially by interfering in Taiwan's presidential election in January 2024.

WSJ pointed out in an article titled "China Isn't Backing Off Taiwan" that Biden told Xi Jinping not to interfere in Taiwan's electoral activities, but Beijing did not think so. Beijing has used propaganda campaigns and military intimidation to pressure Taiwanese to support the more Beijing-friendly Kuomintang, and has even worked to penetrate all levels of Taiwanese civil society, including the media and business community.

A common theme used by China is to raise doubts among Taiwanese about the United States and its intentions. A recent report by the Taiwan Information Environment Research Center (IORG) found that there were 84 cases in the past three years in which the Chinese government and media claimed that Washington would abandon Taiwan, and that elites in the United States and Taiwan were secretly colluding to use Taiwan.

At the same time, Beijing has also expanded its military harassment. As the "U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission" (USCC) authorized by the U.S. Congress stated in a report submitted in November, Chinese military aircraft violated Taiwan's Air Defense Identification Zone "almost every day."  Last year, 1,737 Communist military aircraft intruded into Taiwan’s Air Defense Identification Zone, while in 2019 there were only 20 sorties.

The USCC pointed out in the report that Beijing is conducting increasingly complex military exercises in an attempt to seize "control of the sea, air and information fields surrounding Taiwan" through joint operations. If Democratic Progressive Party presidential candidate Lai Ching-te wins the election next year, the situation can be difficult.

The United States will also hold an election in 2024, and while Americans are busy with internal divisions, Xi Jinping may see an opportunity to strike. Xi Jinping has ordered the Communist army to be ready to attack Taiwan by 2027, but with CCP China's economy in trouble and neighbouring countries such as Japan gradually strengthening their defenses, Xi Jinping may feel that his window of opportunity is closing.

An amphibious assault model similar to the "Norman Landing" is not the only situation that the United States and Taiwan may face. Xi Jinping may trigger a crisis by seizing an outlying island. This year, Chinese-flagged ships "deliberately cut two undersea communication cables connecting Taiwan to Matsu."

In addition, Beijing may also attempt to blockade Taiwan, either purely as a blockade or as a prelude to an offensive. In that case, would the United States risk war and send its navy to escort supply ships? Or will we just watch Taiwan run out of food and energy? The United States will of course hope that it can prevent a crisis before it occurs. It is much better to avoid this conflict than to engage in any form of confrontation.

WSJ believes that Biden’s New Year’s resolution should be to arm Taiwan faster and show that the United States is willing to strengthen Pacific defense so that Xi Jinping decides that it is not worth paying the price to win Taiwan.
