On 6 May 2025, Emirates launches its new branch office-cum-travel store at the first level of Odeon 333 Building in Singapore. The new office faces opposite Raffles Hotel. The airline hopes that the new prime location will attract bookings for its flights to Dubai, Phnom Penh and Melbourne from Singapore Changi Airport.
The new travel store of Emirates advertises its inflight services and new livery fleet but there are no brochures, timetables and inflight magazines in the office. Visitors can only buy air tickets, get assistance in Emirates flight bookings and explore the range of inflight duty free items that are available for orders to be collected onboard.
Also on display is a full-scale installation of Emirates' iconic A380 first-class private suite, where visitors can experience inflight service on a first-class seat without boarding the plane.
Although the new travel store is said to open from Mondays to Saturdays from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm, the office is not opened at the time of my visit on 8 June 2025 (Saturday), which happens to be the public holiday Hari Raya Haji.
According to The Peak, Emirates' launch of the new travel store is in celebration of its 35 years of services to Singapore.
