The U.S. government is negotiating a new round of bailout bills to ease the impact of the SARS-CoV-2 (CCP virus) epidemic. President Trump emphasized that all of this is caused by the CCP, and he will let the CCP pay for the funds.

On 15 October, Trump said in an interview with Fox that the U.S. economy was affected by the epidemic, "This is not caused by our workers and people, but by China (the Communist Party)."

"We will take it back from China (the Communist Party). The epidemic broke out in China. They are the culprits of the problem." Trump said, "China (the Communist Party) will return this money to us anyway."

As for how to get the CCP to pay this fee, Trump said that there are many ways, and he will review every possible approach. "Now I have figured it out. In the past two years, we have collected billions of dollars from China (total)." He added that the CCP is continuing to order American products in accordance with the Sino-US trade agreement signed in January.

Trump also mentioned that he hasn't talked to Xi Jinping for a long time, "I don't want to talk to him."

When asked if Xi Jinping contacted him, Trump declined to comment.

The CCP virus epidemic has caused major damage to the U.S. economy and people’s health. As of 15 October, the number of confirmed cases in the U.S. had exceeded 7.98 million and more than 210,000 had died. In order to alleviate the economic shock brought by the epidemic, the United States is preparing to introduce a new round of bailout bills.

Trump has expressed on many occasions that he is very angry that the CCP has released the virus to harm the United States and the world, and that he must hold the CCP accountable. In the morning of 14 October, when Trump participated in the economic club activities in the Rose Garden of the White House, he said that before the outbreak of the CCP virus, the US economy was very good.

Trump said, "China (the Communist Party) has released the virus to the world, and only the Trump administration can hold China (the Communist Party) responsible." "We will make the United States a manufacturing power in the world and completely end our dependence on China (the Communist Party)."

On 21 September, Republican members of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the US House of Representatives released a report on the investigation of the CCP virus, accusing the CCP of deliberately covering up the epidemic, and accusing the World Health Organization of failing to perform its duty to guard global health.

On the same day, Trump said in an interview with the media, “Every time I talk about the epidemic, I am very angry with him (Xi Jinping). They could have easily brought the epidemic under control, but failed to do so, leaving many countries with painful consequences.”

Trump himself was also diagnosed with the CCP virus on 2 October, but recovered quickly three days later. On 7 October, he posted a video at the White House to reiterate that the CCP must be responsible for the outbreak and it will pay for it.
