Starflyer pushes flight dome projection

Report by : Gan Yung Chyan, KUCINTA SETIA

According to Kyodo News Agency, Japan’s medium-sized airline Starflyer conducted a special flight on the 17th. A ball screen projection was played inside the flight, allowing passengers to enjoy the "sky full of stars" at an altitude of 10,000 meters.

According to reports, after the lights of the flying aircraft were completely turned off, the staff projected through the dome screen and showed a "starry sky" on top of it. The whole process lasted about 25 minutes.

According to reports, the reason why it can present a different landscape at an altitude of 10,000 meters stems from the staff set up 6 ultra-small projectors on the aircraft passage.

The flight that day took off and landed from Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture. The flight time was about 90 minutes.

Starflyer plans to conduct the next similar flight in late 2020.
