Do not add water to dilute! Hand soap has more bacteria invaded in seconds, and the best solution is exposed by doctors

The epidemic continues to heat up. In order to ensure epidemic prevention, many people often use hand soap and other supplies to disinfect and clean. However, when the dosage increases, many people will dilute the hand soap with water to prolong the use time. Cai Yishan, a dermatologist, said that this move will not only make it easier for bacteria to invade, but also speed up the deterioration.

Cai Yishan once said on the Facebook fan page that many people think that hand soap, dish soap or body wash is too thick, so they choose to add water to dilute it, which is not only easier to use, but also saves money, turning one bottle into two bottles but she pointed out, "The truth of the matter is that tap water is not completely sterile, and adding it to a 'big bottle'  of hand soap, dish soap or body wash has the potential to increase the amount of bacteria or other microorganisms present."

In addition, this move may also reduce the effect of the preservatives added to the product itself due to the dilution of the concentration. After a period of one or two months, the product will be more perishable and deteriorated for a long time. However, when the hand soap and other products are about to be used up, Cai Yishan explained that when there is a little bit left at the bottom of the bottle, or it cannot be squeezed out, because it will be used up in two or three days, you can add water to the bottle to dilute it so that the bottom of the bottle will be used up and use the rest of the product thoroughly.

Cai Yishan said that the more troublesome method can also be used to dilute the boiled water before use but still remember to use it up as soon as possible. In addition, if it is poured out and diluted, it will be used up at the same time. In the end, she also appealed to the public not to hoard goods just because they are cheap, but to remember "how much to buy and how much to use" to avoid waste.

The Winter Olympics are being held in Beijing but dissidents in Beijing have been restricted from personal freedom by the CCP until late March.

Radio Free Asia reported on 4 February that during the Beijing Winter Olympics, all parts of mainland China were put on alert.

On 3 February, a day before the opening of the Beijing Winter Olympics, a group of dissidents and human rights activists in Beijing were notified that their personal freedoms were restricted.

Zha Jianguo, a Beijing dissident and scholar, said in the afternoon of the 3rd that he was hired that day because of the Winter Olympics held in Beijing and the subsequent "two sessions" of the Chinese Communist Party.

On the 4th, Zha Jianguo continued to disclose that the security guard had moved a stool to sit in front of his house on the 3rd, and the security guard told him that he needed to wait until the end of March.

From that day on, Zha Jianguo would be followed by security guards even when he went to buy vegetables at a nearby vegetable market and reported to the police station;

Zha Jianguo was sentenced to nine years in prison in 1998 for participating in the founding of the China Democracy Party, and was released just before the opening of the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics. However, during the Beijing Olympics, Zha Jianguo was also "on the job" for three months.

Gao Yu, an independent media person in Beijing, left a message on Twitter on the 3rd, "Today, some people in Beijing (most of them are friends) received a notice from the police that they are not allowed to go out tomorrow (the fourth day of the first day) and will be on duty for one day. Please don't be confused, tomorrow is winter. Olympic opening day."

Zha Jianguo disclosed that house church elders Xu Yonghai, Beijing Li Xuehui and others were taken to hotels for tourism; democracy activist He Depu and rights defender Li Wei had already been employed in the first seven or eight days; Beijing "June 4th" disabled person Qi Zhi Yong was also hired.

Xu Yonghai said that he left home accompanied by the police and was being taken to a hotel, so it was inconvenient for him to be interviewed.

Zha Jianguo also said that he heard that a lot of people were hired, some of whom were not named, and the length of time was extended to the end of March.

Beijing-based rights activist Ni Yulan also confirmed that she had been hired by the authorities and lost her freedom of movement. Human rights activist Hu Jia confirmed that she had been on the job since January 15.

Zhang Xianling, a member of the "Tiananmen Mothers Group", said that she was not employed, possibly because the police force was insufficient but she might be employed during the two sessions.

According to the report, the CCP’s “stability maintenance” for the Winter Olympics has been brought forward by a month. Coupled with the Winter Paralympics and the CCP’s National Two Sessions held in Beijing after the Winter Olympics, Chinese dissidents have been delayed by the “stability maintenance” date in the first half of the year, the longest ever.

White House warns Russia and Beijing

After the meeting between the heads of state of China and Russia, White House press secretary Jane. At a news briefing, Jen Psaki said Biden administration officials had warned Beijing that a conflict between Ukraine and Russia would affect China’s international interests.

"We also conveyed that unstable conflicts in Europe will affect China's (communist) interests in the world, of course China (community) should know this." Psaki said.

The U.S. has warned Beijing not to help Russia dodge potential sanctions related to the Ukraine crisis.

State Department spokesman Ned Price told a news conference on February 3 that Washington and its allies "have a range of tools" that they can use against "foreign companies, including Chinese companies," that try to evade sanctions on Russia.

China’s show of support for Russia comes as Moscow’s dispute with Ukraine threatens to escalate into an armed conflict. U.S. Secretary of State Blinken spoke by phone with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba on the 4th to discuss Russia's military presence on the Ukrainian border.

The State Department statement said Blinken reiterated the United States' "unwavering support for Ukraine's sovereignty" and made clear that the United States was willing to subject Russia to "swift and severe" consequences if Russia chose to escalate the situation.

Blinken also met with Polish Foreign Minister Raou in Washington on the same day, and he thanked Poland for its leadership on the eastern side of NATO.

NATO pays close attention to China and Russia

Faced with the joint challenge of China and Russia to the international community, NATO Secretary-General Jens. NATO is watching China and Russia closely as they coordinate more closely militarily, Jens Stoltenberg said in an interview with Bloomberg TV.

"They're doing more together, doing more training together," Stoltenberg said. "Just a few days ago, they had a joint naval exercise with Iran."

Stoltenberg dismissed Russia's claims of NATO expansion, calling it "false."

Russia opposes Ukraine's membership in NATO and demands security assurances from NATO, which NATO refuses to accept. "It's about respecting the sovereignty of independent nations to choose their own path," Stoltenberg said.

Stoltenberg said at a press conference on the 3rd that at a time of tension on the Russian-Ukrainian border, the United States is welcome to deploy more troops to Europe, and NATO is also considering sending additional combat troops to the southeastern sector of the alliance.

He said that while NATO was preparing for possible military action by Russia, NATO remained ready to engage in "meaningful dialogue" towards a diplomatic solution to the crisis.

"NATO countries are calling on Russia to de-escalate tensions. Any further Russian aggression will have serious consequences and a heavy price," Stoltenberg said.

Ryan Hass, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, tweeted that a Russian incursion would likely not do Beijing any favors on Taiwan. Instead, it could lead to a stronger US defense in the Pacific so that China does not draw any wrong conclusions from Putin's (Ukrainian) invasion.

On Friday (4 February), at the opening ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympics, a Chinese Korean woman wore traditional Korean clothes, causing South Korea to Criticism from politicians and the public, who see Beijing's approach as "cultural appropriation".

This is not the first time the two countries have sparked a dispute over Hanbok. In the previously released Winter Olympics promotional video, the appearance of Hanbok and the traditional Korean dance "Elephant Hat Dance" aroused dissatisfaction in South Korea, believing that the CCP authorities intend to take Korean culture as their own.

There are about 2 million ethnic Koreans in China, mainly in the three northeastern provinces (Jilin, Heilongjiang and Liaoning).

In the past, the CCP authorities have also claimed that kimchi and hanbok in Korean culture originated from China, causing anger from all walks of life in Korea.

According to Reuters, South Korean ruling party spokeswoman Lee So-young said on her personal social media that she deeply regrets Beijing's "reckless cultural attitude."

"This is not the first time that China has introduced Korean culture as its own," said Lee So-young. "If this issue is allowed to develop, the anti-China sentiments of the Korean people will become stronger, which will become the basis for future cooperation with China. A major hurdle in diplomacy."

Lee Jae-myung, a candidate for the presidential election in March, also wrote on his Facebook page: "Don't covet other cultures. Oppose cultural appropriation."

The People Power Party, South Korea's main opposition party, called the outfit's appearance a "rude act" to usurp the culture of a sovereign nation, overshadowing the Olympics' slogan of "Joining Hands to Create the Future."

However, the Moon Jae-in government does not appear to be planning to protest in particular.

South Korean Culture Minister Hwang Hee, who attended the Beijing Winter Olympics, expressed regret in an interview with the media on Saturday, but also said he would not consider a formal protest.
