Many Vietnamese international flights released, impossible to declare vaccination status online

Image : Web Screenshot

Recently, Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air and Bamboo Airways have released many new international flight schedules and started selling online air tickets.

However, customers that are keen to enter Vietnam  when the pandemic is not over should note that they have to declare their health and SARS-CoV-2 (covi) vaccination status to the Vietnam Communist regime before they enter the country. Likewise, domestic flight passengers have to declare their domestic flight movements to the Communist Party regime.

To do so, the ICT Department of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam has launched the vaccination status and health declaration web-site at https://vietnamkhoemanh.vn/eng/register. For covid test registration in Vietnam, click https://vietnamkhoemanh.vn/eng, which is linked to https://vietnamkhoemanh.vn/eng/register.

The web-site link https://vietnamkhoemanh.vn/eng/register, however, is not user-friendly. It does not respond when there is an attempt to log in. It does not allow a user to register as a member of the platform, register for vaccination and therefore any personal detail in relation to covi vaccination and health status cannot be declared.

The ICT Department of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam should have improved the web-site for easier covi vaccination reports before international commercial flights re-start. Otherwise, the international airports of Vietnam may continue to get congested with queues for covi testing if the passengers are not sure how to declare their covi vaccination and health status online before departure for Vietnam.

Failure to declare vaccination status will result in cancellation of flight seats as all flights to Singapore from Vietnam are Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) flights.

China Eastern accident investigation is unclear, civil questions are difficult to solve

China Eastern Airlines crashed in Guangxi. The second black box was found on 27 March 2022. The outside world was concerned about whether the mystery of the cause of the crash could be solved. At present, the CCP authorities still have not made a clear explanation of the cause of the accident. They are only busy controlling speeches. All information about the accident must be released by the official press conference and the official media.

The Boeing 737 of China Eastern flight MU5735 crashed in a "cliff-like" plane in Teng County, Wuzhou, Guangxi on the 21st. The plane fell vertically from a height of more than 8,000 m in just two minutes and the wreckage of the plane fell into one piece. The CCP official confirmed on the 26th that all 123 passengers and 9 crew members on board were killed.

Since the air crash, the CCP’s official media have constantly emphasized high-level concerns about the China Eastern Airlines crash and how quickly search and rescue personnel were mobilized, etc., but did not mention that the scene was strictly blocked and media interviews were prohibited.

Zheng Haochang, a current affairs commentator in the United States, said, "After the disaster, all unofficial voices are silenced, and then the rescue is hyped up, and the authorities are slapped with money. This is the CCP's usual practice. But the situation this time is not that simple. Since they did not publish the list of the dead, there should be an unusual shady scene in the crash, so they went beyond the norm to cover up."

Chinese journalist Du Qiang also published an article titled "Please let us interview" on the WeChat public account, saying that after the plane crashed, many media colleagues rushed to the scene in Teng County, and everyone had a feeling that the control this time was more stringent than before.  The reporter said that the press release at the scene was very crude, and even the list of the victims has not been made public until now, which is probably something that has never been seen in the history of world aviation.

Tang Jingyuan, a current affairs commentator based in the United States: "It is to maintain an absolute official right to interpret the entire air crash, and to prevent any channels other than the official from obtaining the possibility that the final investigation conclusion of the official may be questioned. This approach actually disproves from another aspect that there may be some unusual inside information about the China Eastern Airlines disaster."

At present, the relevant units have not released the list of passengers in the air crash, which the CCP officially claims is to reduce the pressure on the families. However, some family members of the air crash victims complained online and asked for the right to know and the establishment of a family alliance to comfort each other to tide over the difficulties. However, the official did not respond and quickly deleted the family's "appeals" on the Internet.

Sheng Xue, a Chinese-Canadian writer: "The CCP has never taken human life seriously, and has never respected the rights and interests of victims of any major disaster and their families. Take the Wenchuan earthquake, the floods in Henan, and the Wuhan epidemic as examples. At the same time, the CCP is afraid of any civil society. Such major disasters and possibly man-made events can easily lead to mass incidents and impact the stability of the CCP regime. In addition, the passenger list of this air crash may have major social impacts, so the CCP keeps it secret.”

Tang Jingyuan, a current affairs commentator in the United States, believes that the official refusal to publish the list of passengers in the air crash may be to prevent the exchange of information between family members.

Tang Jingyuan, a commentator on current affairs in the United States said, "On the one hand, it prevents family members from linking up with each other, and finally forms a kind of joint initiative to defend rights or collectively question certain official conclusions. On the other hand, it may also prevent family members from connecting with each other through this. This kind of information communication may cause some inside information related to the air crash to be leaked to the public, which the official does not want to see. Secondly, there is a possibility that there may be some individual passengers in the list of passengers who were killed. sensitive people."

Commentators believe that the plane crash was an American Boeing plane. The CCP wants to make a big fuss about this issue, deliberately directing public opinion in the direction of the plane crash in the direction of a mechanical accident, and denying the authenticity of the previous video of the plane crash.

Zheng Haochang said, "The remarks of the new witnesses are indeed suspected of confounding the public but the surveillance video that came out before, and the plane crashed into a 20-meter deep pit, there should be no doubt that the plane fell vertically at high speed. I guess, the CCP is likely to be It has been known that this was a vicious man-made accident."

Tang Jingyuan said, "Let's put it in reverse, if China Eastern Airlines did have human factors in the crash this time, and now it is doing such an operation, I don't think it can rule out the fact that it wants to cover up the truth, and at the same time, it will also put the blame on it. The possibility of this responsibility being passed on to Boeing of the United States.”

The CCP authorities have still not made a clear explanation of the cause of the accident but are busy cleaning up nearly 280,000 pieces of illegal information and disposing of nearly 3,000 accounts.

Recording exposure: Shanghai nucleic acid test positive but no report

Editor : Shang Yan / Interview : Luo Ya / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2022/03/29/a103386711.html

Shanghai is currently implementing a semi-lockdown plan, trying to complete two large-scale nucleic acid screenings of 25 million people within 9 days, achieving the so-called "dynamic clearing" ". However, some netizens and citizens have exposed that even if the nucleic acid test results are positive, the Shanghai CDC will not report it.

Recently, a netizen released an audio recording, claiming that it was a conversation between a staff member of the Shanghai CDC and a positive case.

Staff: Hello, CDC. I asked our service office for you. They said that you have been on the list of positive personnel of the CDC, and you are confirmed to be positive. Is the positive report? I will send it to you again. And now they say let me inform you, that is, you are resting at home and resting. Now the whole city is queuing at this point in his order, okay?

Lady: Then I'm still positive now, so why is my nucleic acid report negative?

Staff: His nucleic acid report, all of our nucleic acid reports in Shanghai, that is, positive cases, will not be directly transmitted to your mobile phone. He notified the situation directly on a point-to-point basis. Yes. This will help you ask questions.

Lady: Then why is his report negative?

Staff: What he didn't report, that is, the positive report was not sent. What you saw may be the previous negative.

The netizen who uploaded the recording said that the same is true for his best friend's mother, who received a negative nucleic acid test report but the Shanghai CDC called to inform her that she was positive.

The reporter has checked with the relevant departments for several days, whether the nucleic acid test results are positive or not, and the CDC of a district in Shanghai responded on the 28th.

A staff member of the CDC in a district in Shanghai: That means your sample may have been sent to our CDC for emergency testing. We don't report it. If we didn't notify you, it means everything is normal.

Reporter: I can't find it online now, right?

The staff member of the CDC in a district in Shanghai: Yes, because we are taking emergency samples for disease control, we do not receive the website of the system for temporary inspection, so we do not upload the report.

Ms. Wang, a resident of Shanghai, said this practice led to chaos.

Ms. Wang: One person said that she was notified that she was positive, and after she got on the bus, she was notified that she was negative. It's really messed up. Now the self-testing has two bars and one bar, you know. . Like the kind of queuing up for testing, where you don't know the result. No one finds you negative, someone finds you positive, that's all.

An outbreak of the Omicron subtype variant BA.2 broke out in Shanghai. At night of 27 March, it was suddenly announced that the Huangpu River would be the boundary, and the city would be "closed in batches" on the scale of half the city each time for 4 days. Pudong, Punan and adjacent areas are currently blocked, and everyone in the region must undergo at least two nucleic acid tests.

Ms. Wang said that the common people questioned that the absence of official positive test reports leaves room for fraud and stability maintenance.

Ms. Wang: We have made it clear that we are friends. That is to say, almost all of them are positive. If you have had an injection, they are all positive, that is, the positive index is not high. They know what range it is in. If the value is high, he will choose who will enter (quarantine) and who will not. There may be people who will crack down on dissidents. That is to say, if you go for a test, I will hit you, and I will say you are positive. .

If Pudong can lift the blockade and control as planned on 1 April, it will be the turn of the Puxi area. The Minhang District in Shanghai is divided into two parts by the Huangpu River, and the Pudong part is being closed, but the six Longbai villages in Puxi are also closed, and protests broke out before.

Protesters: Let us tell you, we've been locked up for 9 days, right. We haven't eaten or drank. The community where we were locked should be the first to solve the problem of people's livelihood, but we have no food.

Although Ms. Wang lives in Puxi, her community has been closed for 10 days.

Ms. Wang: We haven't stopped here. I ordered it on the 20th, it's been 10 days, and it hasn't opened at all. The dishes were delivered twice, and the first one was very little. My mother, I can't cooperate.  Be free and buy your own food. If you don’t seal it, the food is not so expensive.

Shanghai has a resident population of about 25 million, contributing 3.8% to China's GDP. Bloomberg quoted economists as saying that Shanghai's comprehensive two-phase lockdown could hit businesses that rely on consumer spending hard, and could further damage consumer confidence and jeopardize the 5.5 percent full-year economic growth target.

Shanghai tightened control on the second day of the city lockdown, the definition of "staying at home" causes controversy

The covid epidemic in Shanghai, China has spread rapidly in recent days. Pudong and Punan have now entered the second day of lockdown. Officials tightened the lockdown measures, requiring residents to "stay at home", and even walking dogs and throwing garbage are prohibited, causing public grievances to boil over.

Since 28 March, Shanghai has implemented sub-regional city closure measures. The official order is that during the lockdown and control period and in the closure control area, the residential area is closed, and all residents are not allowed to go out; all enterprises implement closed production or work from home and the public transportation system is completely suspended.

Citizens living in Pudong, Punan and adjacent areas have been restricted to "staying at home" , waiting to receive the "cut-and-grid" nucleic acid test arranged by workers in official uniform.

In an interview with Reuters, some people in Shanghai complained that on the first day of Shanghai’s closure, although residents could not leave the community, they could walk around the courtyard but on 29 March, the control was upgraded, and now even their homes are closed and they cannot come out.

Shanghai officials also specifically explained at a press conference on 29 March about "staying at home". Wu Ganyu, a first-level inspector of the Shanghai Municipal Health and Health Commission, said that "staying at home" means requiring residents not to go out to the corridors, underground garages, open-air areas and other community outdoor spaces for activities, such as walking, exercising, gathering and talking, walking pets, etc. while receiving express delivery and throwing garbage will be assisted by community property or volunteers.

Regarding the official statement above, there has been a lot of discussion in the online community.

Some netizens asked, "What if the dog wants to poop?", "Do the volunteers help to walk the dog?"

Some netizens questioned, "Where did so many volunteers send you express delivery?"

Some netizens suggested, "In a community without elevators, is it acceptable for volunteers to collect garbage and deliver materials layer by layer? Why can't residents be allowed to go downstairs regularly, by floor, and in batches, and put garbage at the entrance of the corridor, volunteers? And then pull it away in a unified car?"

Some netizens pointed out that before the lockdown, people went to the market to stage a food fight, and now they are not even allowed to roam in the community. Why?

In addition, under the severe lockdown measures, those with chronic diseases and the elderly are facing the dilemma of lack of medical care and medicine.

Some netizens posted on the Internet to disclose that there are elderly people with serious illnesses in the community who need continuous treatment but they cannot get help from the neighbourhood committee.

Another netizen disclosed that his mother was hospitalized for a cerebral hemorrhage last month. After she was discharged from the hospital, the outbreak broke out. The hospital suspended outpatient clinics and dispensing medicines. Now his mother has been forced to stop taking medicines. Some netizens disclosed that their family members could not go to the hospital for hemodialysis (kidney dialysis), and the hospital only allowed them to wait at home.

A video posted on social media showed that in a residential area, dozens of residents shouted, "I want to eat, I want to go to work, and I want the right to know."

Shanghai's closure of the city breaks the world record, inhumane control shakes the global market

Reporter : Yu Ting / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2022/03/30/a103387029.html / Image : Video Screenshot

Shanghai, with a population of 26 million, is also China's financial, shipping and trade center. Now, under the strict control of the authorities, the shutdown in stages has not only caused humanitarian disasters and public grievances, but also caused anxiety in the global financial market.

Shanghai citizens shouted, "We want to eat, we want to go to work, we have the right to know!"

On 29 March, the second day of Shanghai's lockdown, the city with a population of 26 million set a global record for the scale of the lockdown.

Gu Guoping, a retired professor in Shanghai: They violated their commitments and continued to be closed. They are suspected of violating the constitution, laws and other related practices and behaviour. They have borrowed this epidemic to deprive us of our personal freedom and the impact on life, work, and travel. ."

Under the strict control of the CCP regime, the closure of the city this time also has no guarantee of people's livelihood.

Shanghai cancer patient: I can only go to the designated isolation hospital for treatment. Just after I came in, the above (government) notified me that this place was closed, and then I called Tian Tian's doorless state.

Ms. Huang, a resident of Shanghai: We are in Puxi, and shopping is crowded, and some places are robbed. Vegetables from other places can't come to Shanghai."

Ms. Xie, a citizen of Shanghai: Now they are doing nucleic acid, and 10 people are put into a tube. If one person in the tube is positive, then all 10 of us will be quarantined. They will go everywhere and ask the police to arrest him and bring him back.

Marek Narozniak, an international student at New York University in Shanghai: As soon as I woke up, the yard was fenced off. There was no announcement, no warning, no notice, so my daily necessities were very scarce. Being trapped in a fence was like being in a cage.

The closure of the city by Shanghai authorities has also fueled anxiety in global financial markets, making investors nervous about China and the global economy.

According to the Associated Press, Macquarie Group said in a statement that the CCP’s blockade measures have exacerbated downside risks to China’s economy, and the hardest hit will be the consumer industry and the real estate market.

In addition, the throughput of Shanghai's ports and airports ranks among the top in the world, and the closure of the city also has an impact on the global supply chain and inflation.

Maersk, the world's largest container shipping company, said the closure of Shanghai will seriously damage trucking services and increase transportation costs. Maersk has notified customers of a 30% reduction in truck service in and out of Shanghai, with warehouses in Shanghai closed until Friday.

The CCP cultivates Taiwan youth and promotes reunification, and the National Security Bureau warns the infiltration of Douyin and Xiaohongshu

The CCP continues to use the influence of Internet celebrities to infiltrate and promote Taiwan. In this regard, Taiwan legislator Wang Dingyu said that the CCP's harassment and oppression of Taiwan always exist. He also reminded, If these young Internet celebrities are instigated by the CCP, the government and the military, there is a risk of breaking the law.

Several Chinese Communist Party official media and social networking sites have posted videos about a young Taiwanese man pouring water into the Yellow River in China on the banks of the Zhuoshui River, symbolizing the integration of the two sides of the strait and promoting reunification. The national security unit has grasped that the CCP promotes new tactics to attract Taiwanese youths to set up cultural and creative companies on the other side of the strait, specializing in filming films to promote Taiwan, and the content emphasizes that both sides of the strait have the same origin.

DPP legislator Wang Dingyu said, "I would like to remind these internet celebrities, young people, or friends who set up communication companies, if they are instructed, ordered or funded by the CCP, government and military, they will develop organizations in Taiwan or affect national security, etc. If so, it is involved in the violation of our newly revised National Security Law and related laws.”

Executive President Su Zhenchang: "The first thing to investigate and prevent in cognitive operations is the content, not just the tools. If there is any violation, we must immediately clarify it and handle it in accordance with the law."

The legislator emphasized that the CCP's harassment and oppression of Taiwan are omnipresent, and such propaganda content is too crude. Not only the content of the United Front, the director of national security also warned the day before that Chinese social software widely used by young people also has national security concerns.

The CCP has cultivated model internet celebrities to unite the front against Taiwan. At the same time, it may also use related software to fight cognitive warfare and wander the edge of the law. The national security unit can only keep an eye on it and issue warnings.
