Documents have dropped that support Russia’s claim that the United States
government is funding biolabs in Ukraine to “create bioagents that can target
certain ethnic groups.” In other words, the U.S. regime of Joe Biden has
been overseeing a bioweapons factory to carry out ethnic genocide.
The newly dropped documents show agents of the United States Department
of Agriculture (USDA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
involved in the Ukraine biolabs.
As
we first reported at NATIONAL FILE, archived U.S. government records show
that the United States Department of Defense has long been funding biolabs in
Ukraine and elsewhere and Eastern Europe, and the Department of Defense has
also used the Air Force and a base in San Antonio, Texas to study the human
tissue and RNA material of Caucasian Russians.
Now, the Ukraine government is reportedly destroying some of this biolab
material as Russia supports the pro-Russia separatists in the Donbas region in
eastern Ukraine, which has been at war against Ukraine at least since 2014.

Russia accuses the U.S. government of making race-based "bioagents", transporting insects and bats from lab
The Russians stated that “The Pentagon is also interested in insect
vectors of dangerous infections, the analysis of documents confirms the
transfer of more than 140 containers with ectoparasites of bats – fleas &
ticks – from the biological laboratory in Kharkov abroad.”
“The available documents confirm numerous cases of the transfer of
biological samples of Ukrainian citizens abroad. With a high degree of
probability, we can say that one of the tasks of the United States and its
allies is the creation of bioagents that can selectively affect various ethnic
groups of the population,”stated Russian military official Igor Kirillov. Russia is
backing up its claims with documents.
The USDA and CDC have
been involved in the U.S.-backed effort to have a bunch of biolabs in Ukraine
and elsewhere, according to dropped documents.
Some Pentagon-funded labs in Ukraine have been geo-located according
to citizen sourcing.
As NATIONAL FILE reported: The United States government admitted to the existence of U.S. Department of Defense-funded biolabs in Ukraine.
The Russian government has made stirring allegations regarding the contents of U.S.-funded Ukrainian labs, suggesting that the labs are home to bioweapons research that could be used against enemies of the globalist Western regime.

Records show U.S. Department of Defense has been funding biolabs of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine at no cost
U.S. State Department records
show that in 2005 the U.S. Department of Defense made an agreement with Ukraine
to fund biolabs to conduct research supposedly to stop the construction of
bioweapons. The agreement states, “In order to assist Ukraine in preventing the
proliferation of technology, pathogens, and expertise that are located at the
Scientific Research Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene (Lviv), the Ukrainian
Scientific Research Anti-Plague Institute (Odessa), the Central Sanitary
Epidemiological Station (Kyiv), and other facilities in Ukraine identified by
the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, and that could be used in the development of
biological weapons, the U.S. Department of Defense shall provide assistance to
the Ministry of Health of Ukraine at no cost, subject to the availability of
funds appropriated for this purpose, in accordance with the terms of this
Agreement.”

U.S. intelligence agency refutes rumours: Ukraine does not develop biological and chemical weapons

U.S. Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines said on Thursday (10 March) that Ukraine is not developing biological or nuclear weapons, which Russia may be spreading disinformation to cover up its actions against Ukraine during the war.
"We assess that Ukraine is neither seeking biological weapons nor nuclear weapons, which is basically some propaganda going on by Russia," Haynes told the Senate Intelligence Committee's annual hearing on 10 March.
According to Bloomberg, Haynes pointed to Russian officials' claims that Ukraine is seeking or using biological, chemical or nuclear weapons, a "classic" move by Russian President Vladimir Putin, who fabricated the blame for his potentially dangerous actions are excuses, that is, to create "false flags".
Haynes and other intelligence community officials said Ukraine, like other countries, does have biological research laboratories, but those laboratories are used for medical purposes to contain a pandemic or other outbreak, unlike biological weapons laboratories.
"This is an information war that I think Putin is losing," Haynes told lawmakers.
On the 9th, the White House and the Pentagon rejected the Russian allegations. Moscow says the United States is developing chemical and biological weapons in Ukraine. The CCP then responded to this propaganda.
U.S. officials have warned that Russia often uses such claims to justify its use of biological weapons.
“Now that Russia is making these false assertions, and China seems to endorse this propaganda, we should all be wary of the possibility that Russia could use chemical or biological weapons in Ukraine, or use these weapons to create false flags. This is a A clear pattern," White House press secretary Jen Psaki tweeted on Wednesday.
The British Ministry of Defense said on the 9th that Russia has confirmed Ukraine's allegations that the Russian army used the thermobaric weapon system TOS-1A, or "vacuum bomb", during the invasion of Ukraine. This kind of bomb will explode in mid-air, releasing a lot of heat energy and supersonic shock waves, while consuming oxygen in the area. Its high temperature is enough to vaporize the human body, and it is extremely lethal. The weapon has been banned by the Geneva Convention.

First Deputy Interior Minister Yevhen Yenin said the growing number of volunteers sign a contract and get military papers, Ukrinform reported. Volunteers are eligible for citizenship, he also said.
“If such foreign nationals are interested in obtaining Ukrainian citizenship, our legislation provides for them such an opportunity,” Yenin was quoted as saying.
Ukraine recently created an international bridge composed of people from other countries who join the fight against Russia, which invaded Ukraine in February.
Ukrainian President Volodymy Zelensky called shortly after the conflict began for foreigners to help Ukraine and Zelensky said in early March that some 16,000 had volunteered.
As of Wednesday, that number was up to 20,000, according to the Kyiv Independent.
Britons who volunteered said they did so because they felt it was the right thing to do.
Ukraine has also been bolstered by tens of thousands of men reportedly returning from abroad.
Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov warned Western volunteers that they would be considered combatants and officials from countries sending military assistance to Ukraine had mixed responses to Zelensky’s call.
Several top American officials said Americans should not join the war.
“For those who want to help Ukraine and help its people, there are many ways to do that, including by supporting and helping the many NGOs that are working to provide humanitarian assistance; providing resources themselves to groups that are trying to help Ukraine by being advocates for Ukraine and for peaceful resolution to this crisis that was created by Russia,” U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken told a briefing on March 2.
British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss, though, said she supported British citizens who wanted to join Ukrainian’s military.
“Absolutely, if that is what they want to do,” she said on BBC. However, British troops who leave to Ukraine face prosecution, the UK’s defense chief said.
A senior U.S. military official, meanwhile, told reporters on a call this week that reports Russia was recruiting Syrian fighters to help them against Ukraine were credible.
The United States thinks it’s “noteworthy” that Russian President Vladimir Putin “indicated a willingness to rely on foreign fighters to fight the war in Ukraine,” the official said, speaking on condition of anonymity.

President Vlodymyr Zelensky warned on Wednesday that 'millions' of Ukrainians could die if NATO and the West wait for World War Three to start before imposing a no-fly zone over Ukraine to stop Vladimir Putin's bombing campaign.
He also warned that Russia wants Ukrainians to 'feel like animals' as he urged NATO and the West to act two weeks after Moscow launched an all-out invasion of his homeland - and added that Putin is 'going directly to hell'.
'They want us to feel like animals because they blocked our cities, the biggest cities in Ukraine and they blocked them because they don't want our people to get some food or water,' he said in an interview with Sky News.
"'We can't stop all of this alone. Only if the world will unite around Ukraine.
"Don't wait for me to ask you several times, a million times, to close the sky. You have to phone us, to our people who lost their children, and say ''sorry we didn't do it yesterday".
"The world did nothing. I'm sorry, but it's true. In future, it will be too late. They will close the sky but will lose millions of people [while they wait]".
Western governments have so far baulked at Zelensky's increasingly desperate appeal for a no-fly zone to be declared over Ukraine, fearing it would trigger a conflict with nuclear-armed Russia.

Maternity hospital hit
Zelensky's comments came after a maternity hospital in the city of Mariupol was decimated in a 'direct hit' by Russian rockets on Wednesday afternoon, which left children buried in the rubble.
Footage has emerged of badly wounded patients and nurses being evacuated from decimated buildings, while pregnant women were carried out on stretchers into a courtyard covered in rubble and littered with huge craters.
Officials said at least 17 people, including women in labour, were injured in the attack.
An official death toll for the heinous attack has not yet been established but rescuers are working desperately to find and free those still trapped under the rubble with temperatures in the besieged city set to plunge to minus 4 degrees C overnight.
Zelensky himself posted a video showing the badly damaged hospital buildings, filmed inside a destroyed ward room with its windows blown out and ceiling partially collapsed.
More footage showed a car park covered in rubble and the smouldering wrecks of vehicles as injured families staggered into the freezing air while snow fell.

Zelenskyy: The world seem to be losing humanity
"Direct strike of Russian troops at the maternity hospital. People, children are under the wreckage. Atrocity! How much longer will the world be an accomplice ignoring terror? Close the sky right now! Stop the killings! You have power but you seem to be losing humanity," the President tweeted.
He later announced on his Telegram channel that the hospital strike "is the ultimate proof that what is happening is the genocide of Ukrainians".
"Europeans, you can't say you didn't see what is happening. You have to tighten the sanctions until Russia can't continue their savage war," he said.
The bombing took place during what was supposed to be a ceasefire in Mariupol so that civilians could evacuate. It marks the fourth time a so-called 'humanitarian corridor' out of the city has failed because Russian forces opened fire.
It is feared the evacuations are simply a precursor to Russia stepping up its bombardment of the cities to wear down dogged Ukrainian defenders before rolling in troops and tanks to capture them.
However Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov landed in Turkey for the face-to-face talks set for Thursday with his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba - who warned in a Facebook video his expectations were 'limited'.
So far, the parties have been engaged in lower level talks in Belarus, involving Ukrainian officials but no Russian ministers and largely devoted to humanitarian issues.

Zelenskky urges the world to "unite around Ukraine"
Zelensky urged the world to 'unite around Ukraine' and do more to protect the country following the Russian invasion on 24 February.
He said that only by fighting in Ukraine would 'people from Europe or USA', who are far away, understand 'the heart of this tragedy'.
"You can't understand the details because you are not fighting here and I understand why, and I don't want them to fight. But these countries can help, can unite,' he said. 'We are speaking about closing the sky. You can't decide to close or not to close. You can't decide if you are united against the Nazis and this terror. You have to close."
He warned international leaders not to "wait for me to ask you several times, a million times, to close the sky". "'Yesterday the world did nothing. I'm sorry, but it's true," he warned.
"In future, it will be too late. Believe me, it's prolonged this way. Yes, you will see, they will close the sky but will lose millions of people [while they wait]".
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson meanwhile condemned the strike as 'depraved' and vowed to step up support to the beleaguered Ukrainian military.
"There are few things more depraved than targeting the vulnerable and defenceless," the Prime Minister declared. "The UK is exploring more support for Ukraine to defend against airstrikes and we will hold Putin to account for his terrible crimes," he added.
The White House press secretary Jen Psaki also commented, "As a mother - I know a number of you are mothers - it is horrifying to see the barbaric use of military force to go after innocent civilians in a sovereign country."
The deputy head of Mr Zelensky's office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, said authorities are trying to establish the number of victims. Video footage from the aftermath of the attack showed that large parts of the hospital had completely collapsed, while blood soaked mattresses were pictured lying in hallways.
"'Today Russia committed a huge crime," said Volodymir Nikulin, a top regional police official, standing in the ruins. 'It is a war crime without any justification."

Apocalypse in Mariupol and other Ukraine cities
Mariupol has been under heavy Russian bombardment for more than a week, with food, water and electricity cut off several days ago - with the Red Cross describing conditions there as "apocalyptic".
Giving an update on the military situation this afternoon, Ukrainian commanders said Russian units continue to try and surround the capital Kyiv with attacks taking place to the west and north-east of the city, with several highways blocked.
New footage released on Wednesday purported to show Russian armour just 13 miles from Kyiv as the invaders pushed through the town of Irpin.
Fighting is also going on close to the city of Sumy in an attempt to surround Ukraine's second-largest city of Kharkiv, commanders said. Battles have also broken out around the city of Mykolaiv, in the south, as Russians attempt to push out from Kherson towards Odessa - but were turned back.
Just hours before the hospital was hit, Ukrainian foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba warned that 3,000 babies were without food or medicines and begged for a humanitarian corridor to allow them to flee. Moscow had promised a ceasefire in the city on Wednesday so civilians could be evacuated, but failed for the fourth time to keep its word.
Residents of Mariupol were pictured on Wednesday dumping bodies into mass graves dug on the outskirts of the city in a desperate attempt to remove the dead amid the sustained Russian bombardment.
It is not the first time that Russian airstrikes have targeted hospitals. While fighting alongside Bashar al-Assad in Syria in 2016, Putin's generals were accused of 'deliberately and systematically' blowing up hospitals as a way of weakening the city of Aleppo ahead of a ground assault.

Kremlin's Syria-style battle plan against Ukraine
Observers have suggested that Russia is now using a Syria-style battleplan against Ukraine after its early precision strikes failed.
The Ukrainian Healthcare Center, a think-tank based in the country, says that between the outbreak of fighting on 24 February and on Wednesday, their team documented 42 cases of Russian forces attacking either healthcare facilities or medics in order to deliberately provoke a 'humanitarian crisis'.
Hospitals had been struck in every theatre where Russian forces were operating, the think-tank said, including Donetsk, Luhansk, Mariupol, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Sumy, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia and Mykolaiv.
"'The humanitarian catastrophe is a part of Russia's hybrid war. [It] intends to spread panic, create a flow of refugees at the borders and force the Ukrainian government to surrender," said Pavlo Kovtonyuk, co-founder of the think-tank.

Civilians killed in Severodonetsk
At least 10 people were killed in a Russian military attack in the eastern Ukrainian town of Severodonestk on Tuesday, a local official for the Luhansk region said in a statement on Telegram.
The Russian military 'opened fire' on residential homes and other buildings in the town, he said, without immediately specifying whether it was an artillery attack. The region has seen heavy fighting in recent days.
Russia's defence ministry meanwhile acknowledged for the first time on Wednesday that some conscripts had been sent to fight on the frontlines in Ukraine, just days after Putin promised that only professional soldiers would be sent in.
Some associations of soldiers' mothers in Russia had raised concerns about a number of conscripts going incommunicado at the start of what Kremlin calls a 'special military operation' in Ukraine, suggesting they could have been sent to fight despite a lack of adequate training.
The revelation comes just one week after Russia's parliament passed a law imposing a prison term of up to 15 years for spreading intentionally 'fake' news about the military.
'Unfortunately, we have discovered several facts of the presence of conscripts in units taking part in the special military operation in Ukraine. Practically all such soldiers have been pulled out to Russia,' the defence ministry said, promising to prevent such situations in the future.
UK Foreign Secretary Liz Truss described the hospital attack as "absolutely abhorrent", but continued to reject Ukraine's request for a no-fly zone to be imposed over its skies.
Speaking in Washington, she said, 'The best way we can protect the skies is through anti-air weaponry which the UK is now going to be supplying to Ukraine.
"Of course the attack on the hospital is absolutely abhorrent, reckless and appalling."

Blinken: U.S. involvement will make the conflict "even deadlier"
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said US involvement in a no-fly zone could 'prolong' the conflict, making it 'even deadlier'.
'Our goal is to end the war, not to expand it, including potentially expanding it to Nato territory,' he said.
'We want to make sure it is not prolonged, to the best of our ability. Otherwise, it is going to turn even deadlier, involve more people and I think potentially even make things harder to resolve in Ukraine itself.'

UK considering anti-aircraft missiles and more anti-tank weapons for Ukraine
Earlier, UK Defence Secretary Ben Wallace told the MPs that the Ministry of Defence was looking at whether they could supply anti-aircraft missiles as well as more anti-tank weapons.
'We can all see the horrific devastation inflicted on civilian areas by Russian artillery and air strikes, indiscriminate and murderous,' he said.
'It is vital, therefore, that Ukraine maintains its ability to fly and to suppress Russian air attack.'
Mr Wallace said that 'in response to a Ukrainian request' the Government was exploring the donation of Starstreak high-velocity man-portable anti-air missiles.
He also confirmed that 3,615 Nlaw anti-tank weapons had been supplied - up from the previously-announced figure of 2,000 - and 'small consignments' of the Javelin system would also be sent to Ukraine.

Putin may resort to chemical weapons
Other Western officials expressed concern that Putin could next resort to the use of 'non-conventional weapons' such as chemical weapons, in the conflict.
One official speaking on condition of anonymity said: 'I think we've got good reason to be concerned about possible use of non-conventional weapons, partly because of what we've seen has happened in other theatres.
"As I've mentioned before, for example, what we've seen in Syria, partly because we've seen a bit of setting the scene for that in the false flag claims that are coming out, and other indications as well."

Russian troops keep breaking their ceasefire agreement
Serhiy Orlov admitted that he did not know how long the blockaded urban centre would be able to continue under siege as he spoke to CNN's John Berman about the devastating bombings on Wednesday.
Orlov said on Wednesday was their fifth attempt to provide a humanitarian corridor to get supplies and transport into Mariupol, but he added that by 3 pm local time, the buses had not made it anywhere near the city.
He said many residents are unable to leave as Mariupol is being bombed "each second", after Russian forces have broken their ceasefire agreement despite agreeing to open 'humanitarian corridors' allowing citizens to flee.
"There is no ceasefire, any ceasefire in Mariupol, Mariupol is under continuous shelling from the artillery and bombing. Each hour, each minute, each second," he added.
Mariupol, which has been under blockage for eight days, is one of the Ukrainian cities worst hit since the invasion began, with Russian forces bringing widespread destruction to residential and administrative centres.
Speaking about the devastation across the city, Orlov said Russian forces had destroyed their biggest steel planter as he warned that the situation is 'unmanageable'.
He praised the bravery of the Ukrainian army, but warned that it is the humanitarian crisis is also worsening, adding, 'We are not able to protect our lives.'

Mariupol lacks electricity, heat, gas, water supplies
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Tuesday warned that the port city was running dangerously low on food, water and medicine.
Ukrainian territorial defence forces have been able to deliver vital supplies to some residents, but many more remain isolated and unable to access lifesaving rations.
Reiterating Zelensky's stark warning, Orlov said there is no more electricity, heating, gas or water supplies in Mariupol, adding that residents have had to resort to collecting wood to make fires for warmth and using melted snow as drinking water.
"It's an awful situation and I cannot imagine in my mind that it's possible in the 21st century, but it is true," he said.
When asked how long the city might be able to continue under siege, Orlov admitted he "didn't know" as he claimed there are at least 3,000 infants who are currently without food.
American talk show host Berman also asked the deputy mayor whether his own family are safe, after he previously spoken about being unable to reach his parents.
In response, a devastated Orlov said the district where his parents lived has been completely destroyed, saying it "does not exist anymore", as he admitted he does not know if they are alive.
He added, "'The district where they live is flattened and I'm not sure that I can see them anymore. But I hope and pray they are alive."

China called Putin's attack on Ukraine a 'war' for the first time on Thursday, marking a shift in tone pivot for Beijing which has towed the line between supporting and condemning Russia over the past two weeks.
'We hope to see fighting and the war stop as soon as possible,' state broadcaster CCTV cited foreign minister Wang Yi as saying on Thursday in a video conference call with his French counterpart Jean-Yves Le Drian.
Wang called on all sides to calm down and to take more actions to prevent escalation in Ukraine, CCTV reported.
China has yet to call the war an 'invasion', steering clear of language that would pit them against Russia on the international stage.
China has toned down its support of Russia, but is still rejecting calls for it to join the West in sanctioning the invading nation.
On Thursday, China refused to supply Russian airlines with aircraft parts, an official at Russia’s aviation authority.
Russia will look to source parts from other countries including Turkey and India, according to Russian news agencies.
Boeing and Airbus have halted supply of components, in line with the sanctions, and almost all European nations have closed their airspace to Russian planes.
Wang described the Chinese-Russian relationship as 'rock solid' earlier in the week, but the change in tone suggests a shift in China's view of the conflict.
Ukraine has asked Beijing to use its connections with the Kremlin to put an end to the invasion.
Ukrainian foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba said on Saturday that he had received assurances that 'China is interested in stopping this war', raising hopes the country could act as a mediator between Ukraine and Russia.
China has claimed neutrality since Putin's attack, abstaining from a UN general assembly resolution calling on Russia to withdraw its troops on March 2.
This week, China also said it would send £600,750 in humanitarian aid to Ukraine, an amount dwarfed by humanitarian aid sent by other nations.
Officials: 10,000 uncounted ballots found in Texas County
Reporter : Jack Phillips, The Epoch Times PREMIUM
Officials in Texas said they discovered about 10,000 uncounted ballots in last week’s primary election, which led to a delay in the results.
The Harris County Elections Office said that some 6,000 Democratic votes and 4,000 Republican votes weren’t counted and will be added to final tallies.
“While the votes were scanned into our tabulation computer, they were not transferred and counted as a part of the unofficial final results as they should have been,” the Harris County Elections Office stated over the past weekend. They blamed an “oversight” for why the votes weren’t counted in the county, which is home to Houston.
The office also told local news outlet KHOU-TV that officials “are focused on ensuring that every ballot cast is accounted for through this canvassing process,” and they “will continue to be transparent in that process through our updates but as you can imagine it is most critical that everyone on our team stay focused and commit all of their time to the task at hand.”
“We will be discussing at commissioners court and that will be an opportunity for broadcast to hear from our office,” the Harris County Elections Office continued.
The March 1 primary was the first Texas election that took place in the state under tighter voting laws that were passed last year. Thousands of mail-in ballots were rejected across the state for not having new information.
Following the discovery of the uncounted ballots, the Harris County Republican and Democratic party chairs told KHOU that they believe the issue will be fixed soon.
“Every voter regardless of party should be able to have confidence that their vote has been properly counted. Unfortunately, this is another example of the serious mismanagement of [Harris County Judge] Lina Hidalgo’s unqualified Elections Administrator. Isabel Longoria owes all Harris County voters an explanation,” Harris County GOP Chair Cindy Siegel said, according to the news outlet.
On Monday, the Harris County GOP filed a lawsuit against Longoria and her office for committing the “worst elections fiasco in Texas history” by not counting the ballots.
Meanwhile, Harris County Democratic Party Chair Odus Evbagharu released a statement saying his party is also concerned with the balloting problem.
“We called for a post-election review of all processes—there has not been any skirting of party responsibility, and we have been completely transparent in our desire to dig into the details of what went wrong and identify how to make corrections moving forward,” Evbagharu remarked.
The Harris County Elections Office has not immediately responded to a request for comment.
