On 5 May 2022, photos and videos of a group of epidemic prevention experts including Zhang Wenhong who went to a square cabin hospital in Shanghai without wearing protective clothing went viral on the Moments and Weibo in mainland China, arousing attention and guess.
In the photo, Zhang Wenhong was not wearing protective clothing or gloves. He showed half of his arms and only wore an N95 mask. Most of the people around were wearing blue medical protective clothing, and some people were neither wearing protective clothing nor gloves.

Compared with the tense atmosphere caused by the strict closure and control policies in Shanghai, there are "Dabais" everywhere. Zhang Wenhong's casual clothes surprised many people, "Dr. Zhang Wenhong did not wear protective clothing when he entered the cabin." And caused a heated discussion among mainland netizens.
"Dress is language. It's a language of stance. Possibly, it's also a signal."
"Zhang Wenhong went to the square cabin without wearing any protective clothing, and slapped those idiots in the face!"

Zhang Wenhong signals confidence to face Omicron, do not fear covid
"Inspecting the square cabin hospital, I didn't wear protective clothing outside. In fact, Dr. Zhang was not reckless and ignorant, but silently conveyed to the public the confidence to face Omicron, without having to fear covid."
"Zhang Wenhong's photo just expresses a certain consensus in society. In this atmosphere, looking at Zhang Wenhong's photo may have some unique meaning."
The outside world also noticed that the CCP’s official media did not report on Zhang Wenhong’s inspection of the cabin, nor did Zhang Wenhong’s Weibo update. It can be seen that his actions have not been focused on by the media.
An article from mainland We Media, "What I See in Zhang Wenhong," wrote, "What matters is not what he did, but the photo itself. He did not wear protective clothing or gloves. This is not saying that he is going to deliberately send a message, I believe he is very cautious now and dare not send any signal. It is very likely that this is his 'normal attire' as a doctor or specialist."
"He was walking in the sun, wearing an ordinary medical mask, showing half of his arms. This shows that, in his opinion, Omicron is not scary at all, and he is not afraid of infection... Zhang Wenhong's photos just express the social this 'expression' itself is still rare because the narrative we face about the virus is still 'creating terror'."

Nucleic acid sampling room in Hangzhou that looked like a temple
The article also posted another photo. In the photo, a Dabai doing a sampling test was sitting in a small room, like a small temple, with a gloomy scene.

The article said, "This nucleic acid testing point, like a temple, seems to use primitive religious power to catch the virus. 'It is an impermanence' - while people are expressing jokes, they are actually using the opposite angle to reinforce that horror.”

Presence of Dabai inconvenience to people
The article said that in our concept, a conversion has been completed. We changed from being "fear of the virus" to being afraid of "Xiaoyang people". Because we already know that the virus itself is not serious, there are many asymptomatic, and there are also many who have turned negative in confusion, but the "Xiaoyang person" is very scary, because his or her appearance means that the closure and control of the community may increase, means inconvenience to us.

Overcoming fear is the most important "healing" process
The article concluded, "In this atmosphere, looking at Zhang Wenhong's photos may have some unique meanings. Perhaps learning to overcome fear is the most important 'healing' process for everyone now."
Zhang Wenhong has always been an authoritative figure in Shanghai's epidemic prevention. At the end of July 2021, he proposed the idea of "coexisting with the virus" in line with the world, and was subsequently criticized by a group of official background figures such as the former health minister of the Communist Party of China, Gao Qiang. On 25 March, Zhang Wenhong "disappeared" after attending a press conference on the epidemic as the leader of the epidemic prevention expert team. On 28 March, Shanghai immediately closed the city without warning, leading to a series of humanitarian disasters.

A few days ago, a nucleic acid sampling site in Hangzhou Kangxiang Hospital was mocked by netizens: "There is only one incense burner at the door." Since the sampling site has aroused heated public opinion, it was only opened and demolished one day later.
On 4 May 2022, a photo of a sampling site in Hangzhou Kangxiang Hospital resembling the Land Temple was swiped on social media. "Crossroads of the World" host Tang Hao retweeted the picture on Twitter and joked, "There is only one incense burner at the door left to be installed."

According to Dongfang.com, the hospital of Hangzhou Kangxiang Hospital said that the sampling point complied with the regulations, and the site layout had no other meaning.
However, on the 5th, the hospital staff said, "It took a day yesterday, because many people thought it was very strange, and the leaders above asked us to remove it." (Click to watch the video)
Some netizens ridiculed: "Why do you want to withdraw since it is compliant?" "I guess I am afraid that the Internet celebrity will check in, so I quickly withdraw."
There are also netizens who wrote a mocking couplet about this sampling point that resembles the Temple of the Earth, "The first couplet: a cotton swab stirs the throats of the world; the second couplet: a three-inch test tube probes the yin and yang of the world; the horizontal batch: one stabs the world."

European Parliament passes emergency resolution against CCP's continued organ harvesting

On Thursday (5 May 2022), the European Parliament held a plenary session in Strasbourg, France, and passed an emergency resolution, expressing serious concern about the targeting of prisoners of conscience in China, especially the continuous, systematic and state-sanctioned live organ harvesting by Falun Gong practitioners.
The resolution requires EU member states to publicly condemn the CCP’s live organ harvesting, and also requires member states to take action to prevent EU citizens from traveling to China for organ transplants; the resolution requires the EU and member states to propose live harvesting every time they have a human rights dialogue with the CCP The resolution also requires the CCP to allow the international community to conduct independent monitoring of live organ harvesting.
The main content of the emergency resolution
The emergency resolution of the European Parliament says China's organ transplant system does not meet World Health Organization (WHO) requirements for "transparency and traceability" of access to organs, and that the CCP government "refuses to exercise independence on the system" review". The prerequisites for ethical organ donation are voluntary donation and consent to donate.
“Forced live organ harvesting must be understood as the killing of a person without their consent in order to have their organs removed and transplanted into another; this practice must be seen as a serious and intolerable violation of the fundamental right to life violation," the resolution said.
The resolution also stated that the Chinese government denies the allegations of organ harvesting, and has repeatedly and explicitly denied that Falun Gong practitioners were killed because of their organs.
But the resolution emphasized that the European Parliament is gravely concerned by reports of the "persistent, systematic, inhuman and state-sanctioned" organ harvesting of prisoners in China, more specifically the organ harvesting of "Falun Gong practitioners".
The European Parliament believes that the practice of organ harvesting from living death row prisoners and prisoners of conscience in China may constitute a "crime against humanity".
The EU "urges Chinese authorities to respond quickly to allegations of live organ harvesting and to allow independent monitoring by international human rights mechanisms, including the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights".
The resolution also said that the European Parliament urges "the EU and its member states to raise the issue of live organ harvesting in China in every human rights dialogue; insists that the EU and its member states publicly condemn China's (CCP) organ transplant abuse; calls on member states to raise the issue of organ harvesting in China; Take the necessary actions to prevent its citizens from traveling to China for organ transplants and to raise awareness of the issue among citizens traveling to China."
The resolution said the European Parliament welcomed the visit of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet to China and urged the United Nations to continue investigating organ trafficking in China during the visit.
The European Parliament also urged "the UN Human Rights Council to prioritise the issue of organ harvesting".
The European Parliament urges "China to fully comply with WHO's requirements on transparency and traceability of access to organs," while urging "relevant institutions in Member States to assess and re-examine their links with Chinese institutions in transplantation medicine, research and Terms of Cooperation in Training".
The resolution also requests the President of the European Parliament to forward this resolution to the Council of the European Union, the Commission, the Vice-President of the Commission/EU High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy, the governments and parliaments of member states, the Government of China and the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.
The idea of launching an emergency resolution on the CCP's live organ harvesting was first proposed by Marie Arena, chair of the European Parliament's Human Rights Subcommittee, and strongly supported by members such as Peter van Dalen. Then, through discussions and proposals within all political parties in the European Parliament, and finally through cross-party discussions, a resolution is formed.

Congressman Arina: The CCP's living organ harvesting continues to happen
Just a day before the vote, the European Parliament held a debate on the emergency resolution. Marie Arena, a member of the European Parliament from Belgium, said that UN human rights experts have repeatedly expressed concern about China's live organ harvesting and asked the CCP government to abide by the requirements of the WHO and the anti-torture convention that China has signed. "However to this day, all of that has gone unanswered."
Arena also said that the UK's Independent People's Tribunal (China Tribunal, also known as the Chinese Tribunal) concluded on the issue of live organ harvesting in China that the practice of living organ harvesting from prisoners of conscience "has occurred and It continues to happen, especially for groups like Falun Gong."
“Live organ harvesting is a serious violation of human rights. It should also be remembered that EU-China relations should be based on respect for these values and the international conventions to which we are committed. This is why we call on China to respect World Health Organization and requirements of the Convention against Torture.”

MP Van Dalen: EU member states should follow the example of the UK and introduce a law to ban organ transplant tourism
In China, many people are imprisoned because of their beliefs, their organs are stolen, and as a result many people lose their lives, European Parliament member of the Netherlands, Van Dallen, said in a debate on Wednesday.
He said the Independent People's Tribunal concluded that the Chinese government had no doubts about its involvement in organ harvesting. "In particular, Falun Gong practitioners are the victims of these horrific acts. This debate and the subsequent resolution (which we will vote on tomorrow) is really important and very necessary. We can no longer turn a blind eye to what is going on there. "
First of all, the EU and its member states should take all necessary measures to make China (the CCP) stop these ridiculous human rights violations, and urged the Chinese side to let them answer the many questions that have been investigated and related to these crimes, Van Dallen said. testimony. "If China (the CCP) is not hiding something, then they don't have to keep silent (on the issue of living organ harvesting), they can answer those questions and strongly condemn these crimes."
Van Dallen also said that medical institutions in EU member states should not be involved in such live organ harvesting in the first place. EU citizens should also be protected from malicious organ transplants.
He also urged that EU member states be modelled on Britain. Recently, the United Kingdom passed a law banning commercial organ transplants abroad. "This is a very good example that should be followed," he said.
In an interview with NTDTV, Van Dallen re-emphasized that Europe needs to "take action" on the issue of living organ harvesting.
He also said that Europe needs to talk to the Chinese government about this. Also, European medical institutions need to be very careful, when they have an organ transplant relationship with a Chinese medical institution, they need to be 100% sure if this is okay. "So they have to double-check what's going on and can't wait another day. It's urgent every single day."
When referring to the significance of this resolution, Van Dallen said that the most important thing is to make this matter now public in the European Parliament. This is already a huge impact in itself because the Chinese government won't like it, and it's a start for the European Ministry of External Affairs, which should be discussed every time they meet the Chinese government. China needs to answer, what is going on here? Why silent? When you are silent, you usually have something to hide.
Hilde Vautmans, a Belgian member of the European Parliament, said in an interview with NTDTV, "There are many precise steps in this resolution, and we hope that the Chinese side will respond to these allegations, and we hope that there will be a just approach to this. Investigation, we also hope that those plans to go to China for organ transplants will no longer be possible, because they need to know that the organs they get are likely to be stolen from prisoners or Falun Gong practitioners."

Falun Gong Practitioners arrive in Strasbourg to support European Parliament Members concerned about the CCP's organ harvesting
When the European Parliament held the debate and vote on the emergency resolution, Falun Gong practitioners came from all over Europe to express their solidarity with the concerns of the parliamentarians. Zhang Yanhua from the Netherlands was illegally arrested by the CCP three times and detained for more than seven years in total. She was once threatened by CCP prison guards that she would be sent for organ harvesting if she did not give up her faith.
Zhang Yanhua said, "When I was very weak, he continued to test my blood, about three times within half a month, and a tube of blood was drawn each time. And while in prison, he only gave me blood. Falun Gong practitioners do blood tests, not criminals."
According to a June 10, 2021 statement by UN human rights experts, there is credible information that detainees of religious and ethnic minorities in China have undergone medical examinations without free, free and informed consent, These include blood tests and organ examinations, which are critical for checking organ transplant matching.

CCP state media suddenly changes tone to report Zelenskyy positively
As the West continues to escalate sanctions against Russia, the CCP's propaganda on the issue of Russian aggression seems to have changed, with some positive reports of Ukraine appearing.
After Russia invaded Ukraine for more than two months, the CCP finally could not stand the threat of sanctions and began to soften its attitude towards Ukraine.
On 30 April 2022, the CCP mouthpiece Xinhua News Agency published an exclusive interview with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, in which Kuleba mentioned the Russian “invasion” four times.
On 3 May, Xinhua News Agency's "Reference News" published the title "How Zelenskyy Governs the Country in the Bunker? ” was the first time he took the initiative to use the word “invasion” to describe the war launched by the Russian army. The article expressed Zelenskyy with quite positive pictures and words, against the CCP’s previous position of supporting Russia and devaluing Ukraine. In addition, the article implicitly uses the word "massacre", acknowledging the war crimes committed by the Russian army in Bucha.

China expert: CCP is worried about economic sanctions, collapse of its economy
In this regard, Feng Chongyi, an expert on China issues and an associate professor at the University of Technology Sydney, believes that China's economic situation has deteriorated recently, and the CCP has heated discussions on the Russia-Ukraine issue. He is worried that if it continues to support Russia, it will suffer economic sanctions from the West, which will lead to the collapse of China's economy. Xi Jinping is unfavorable for re-election at the 20th National Congress, so he must adjust his position.

Xinhua has not substantially changed
However, Feng Chongyi also said that on the same day that Xinhua News Agency published an exclusive interview with the Ukrainian Foreign Minister, it also published an exclusive interview with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, so the CCP still maintains the "two-faced" approach of "stepping on two boats with one foot". Its "grand strategy has not changed", it is only "fine-tuned in attitude", not "substantial change".

She is eager to visit, but despite having an official certificate in hand, the checkpoint will not let her go.

Xi Jinping announced that he would insist on dynamic clearing the city, Hu Xijin urgently deleted the anti-lockdown article
Reporter : Qiao An / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2022/05/05/a103418866.html?utm_source=dable
The leader of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping, once again emphasized the need to adhere to "dynamic clearing" on 5 May 2022. The spread of secondary disasters caused by lockdowns in various places is listed as "words and deeds that distort, doubt, and deny China's epidemic prevention policy."
On 5 May5, Xi Jinping delivered an "important" speech on epidemic prevention and control at a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, insisting that the "dynamic clearing" prevention and control measures had achieved "major strategic results" and "won the defense of Wuhan." If we fight, we will definitely be able to win the battle to defend the Great Shanghai.”
Xinhua, the mouthpiece of the Communist Party of China, said in a press release that the meeting stressed the need to "unswervingly adhere to the general policy of 'dynamic clearing', and resolutely fight against all words and deeds that distort, doubt, and deny my country's anti-epidemic policies and policies."
However, on the same day, Hu Xijin, the former editor-in-chief of the Global Times, suddenly issued an article questioning "zeroing", saying "zeroing is very important, but it is more meaningful only if the cost is controllable", "It is definitely not possible to use continuous closure of the city, cut people-to-people links between regions in China to maintain a low spread of the virus, and the consequences will be more serious than the uncontrolled outbreak we have seen in other countries around the world.”
The disparity between Hu Xijin and the authorities immediately aroused the attention of netizens. However, not surprisingly, Hu Xijin quickly deleted the article, and later reposted the report of Xi Jinping's insistence on "zero-covid" speech that day, and at the same time the very interesting comment section is closed.
