CCP China's "False Positives" and "False Negatives"

Recently, in response to the issue of "the quality of nucleic acid testing that the public is worried about", the National Health Commission of the Communist Party of China publicly stated, "Currently, the inter-laboratory quality assessment of more than 35,000 secondary laboratories shows that the pass rate reached 99.7%”.
Seeing this number out of thin air, the Chinese who have been suffering from nucleic acid testing for a long time are simply out of breath. People overwhelmingly point out online that this means the error rate is 0.3%. They scolded, "This error rate is unacceptable for the whole country, 1.4 billion multiplied by this error probability, plus the anti-epidemic method that is full of turmoil in various places, and all the grass and trees are soldiers, to toss the dead."
This makes sense. Thinking about Shanghai, which has been shocking at home and abroad due to frequent tragedies in the past two months, isn't that the case? Were a series of barbaric acts in this modern and civilized city not all caused by a nucleic acid test report? Take the recent "false positive" incident in a community in Shanghai. The parent company of the laboratory responsible for nucleic acid testing has publicly admitted that the laboratory "has detected some samples during the nucleic acid screening process in Huangpu District, Shanghai." The result is positive but the test result of the related case is negative after entering the square cabin hospital.”
News (2)
The number of "false positive" cases in Shanghai has jumped since 13 May 2022
Since 13 May, such "false positive" cases were detected in the same community in Shanghai on the same day, and "one person was positive, the whole building was taken away", so the number of innocent people involved is likely to have reached tens of thousands. This is just a "wrongful case" in one day in one community. Judging from the fact that the results processed by the above laboratory are only "self-examination", it is impossible for more than 35,000 laboratories in the mainland to have only a "0.3% error rate".
I believe that many people still have a fresh memory of Golden Mile Medical, the leading company in China's nucleic acid testing. The person in charge of one of the company's inspection centers in Zhengzhou "carried out acts that caused the spread of the virus or had a serious risk of spreading" as if it had happened yesterday. The person in charge was "filed for investigation" enough to show that this matter is by no means false. In order to create more "positive" patients, the internal employees of such nucleic acid companies dare to "poison", but you can imagine how uncompromising they are. The company leaders who focus on money and the political patrons they rely on may have long since cared about morality and shame.

The accuracy rate of nucleic acid testing refers to "false negatives", actual positive patients were not detected
Some people may think that the nature of the "false positive" test does not seem so bad compared to the deliberate "poisoning". actually not. Because the nucleic acid test itself is not accurate enough, it is generally not a "false positive", but a "false negative". As early as the early days of the outbreak, when professionals from mainland medical institutions talked about the "accuracy rate of nucleic acid testing", they were all referring to "false negatives", that is, "the tested person is indeed an infected person, but the nucleic acid test result is not. Negative". To put it bluntly, the actual positive patients have not been detected.

Many "false positives" in reality
After the "false positives" appeared in the Shanghai community, some media inside the wall also wrote an article pointing out that a deputy director of the National Health Commission of the Communist Party of China once introduced at a press conference in March this year that "nucleic acid testing has no false positives in terms of methodology." For "why are there so many false positives in reality", some nucleic acid testers answered: laboratory contamination, sample contamination, etc. This is enough to show that "false positives" are also at work by human factors, and it is even difficult to say whether they are intentional or unintentional. In this case, if the laboratory can only "self-check", how can the "error rate" be limited to 0.3%?

The CT value of having a difference of 0.5 can completely subvert people's lives
Since it is difficult to justify it, the media also mentioned that the reason why the positive samples will turn negative after re-examination is also related to "the determination standards of different testing reagents for positive results". Some reagents set "Ct value less than or equal to 39.5 as positive"; some set Ct value as "less than or equal to 40". What is the significance of having a difference of 0.5 in the Ct value, the CCP official and its professional institutions have not given any explanation. However now Shanghainese can experience firsthand that it is this man-made nuance that can change, or even completely subvert, their normal lives.

The higher the CT value, the less the virus content and weaker infectivity
In fact, not only is a difference of 0.5 in Ct value meaningless, it can even only harm people, but even the standard of "Ct value less than or equal to 39.5/40 is judged as positive" itself is artificially creating panic and disaster. The article "After understanding covid in depth, your three views will definitely be subverted", which has been madly circulated in the wall, has pointed out from a professional point of view that the Ct value is actually "doubled" to detect the virus content in the human body. For example, if the Ct value is equal to 40, it is to amplify 2 to the 40th power for detection. That is to say, the higher the Ct value, the larger the multiple, which means that the virus content is less and the infectivity is weaker. The lower the Ct value, the higher the virus concentration and the stronger the infectivity.
News (7)
CT value of 40 is the highest standard in the world
In this regard, the author of the article also pointed out that "the Ct value is somewhat negative", but in fact "there is no standard answer". He said, "China's current implementation of a Ct value of 40 is the highest standard in the world", "the Ct value of the United States and Japan is 35", "in Germany, people with a Ct value of 30 and above are not considered infectious." It coincides with "the isolation of Taiwan's early Ct value reaching 30". Experts in the international community also generally believe that "when the Ct value is greater than or equal to 30, the amount of virus in the body has dropped to the point where it is almost non-infectious, so there is no need for centralized quarantine."
News (8)
National Health Commission: Infected persons with an nucleic acid detection CT value higher than or equal to 35 can be discharged
In fact, the National Health Commission of the Communist Party of China has also published a document on 15 March 2022, stating that "infected persons with a nucleic acid detection Ct value greater than or equal to 35 can meet the criteria for discharge or release from isolation." Since then, Jilin, Guangdong and other places have followed this regulation and Zhang Wenhong also said at the Shanghai epidemic press conference, "It has been found through research that when the Ct value threshold is increased to 30 times, the basic infectiousness is already very low; when it continues to be increased to 35, it has been generally recognized."
However, the strange thing is that today's Shanghai is still artificially creating "false positives" because some Ct values are set at 39.5 and some are set at 40. Behind this absurdity, there must be profit-making from nucleic acids and political use. Fight against the sinister intentions and vicious intentions of putting people to death. This is not at all the "manslaughter" that some people think, but stems from a planned political conspiracy to take advantage of the topic, or even use a knife to kill.

Injecting inactivated vaccine is injecting dead virus into the body, increasing "false positives"
In addition, the article in the wall also pointed out that even people who are not infected, the result of nucleic acid test may be "positive" because "the N protein of coronavirus was detected", which "usually occurs in the inactivated vaccine was injected soon." "The reason is that the inactivated vaccine is a dead virus. The so-called injection of the inactivated vaccine is to inject the dead body of the virus into the body." The article wrote that if the nucleic acid is made soon after the inactivated vaccine is administered, "the N protein of the virus will definitely be detected in the body."
CCP vaccines too limited in the ability to prevent epidemics and instead increase the number of covid-positive patients
The recent announcement by Beijing of the vaccination status of hundreds of infected people seems to echo that. According to the news, from 22 April 2022 to 8 May 2022, of the 727 infected people, up to 686 had a clear history of vaccination, and 588 had even completed two or three doses. This may be enough to refresh the cognition of many Chinese people: China's vaccines are too limited in their ability to prevent epidemics, and the possibility of becoming "positive" patients after being vaccinated is even higher.
At present, the mainland has completed more than 2.69 billion doses of vaccination. If there is no government decree to force it, it is obviously difficult to do it only by the "voluntary" of the people. It seems that making more Chinese "positive" patients has been included in the CCP's money-raising plan.

National Health Commission building up to 3 square cabin hospitals in each province to accommodate "positive" patients
In March 2022, the National Health Commission of the Communist Party of China also issued instructions to "ensure that each province can have at least 2 to 3 makeshift hospitals." If it is not known that the number of "positive" patients will continue to increase, why would they build shelters on a large scale? Shouting "dynamic clearing" to the common people, but privately busy welcoming the increasing number of "positive" patients, this can only show that "clearing" is just a pretense that the authorities know not to do but want to do it.

The Chinese are "negatives" and"positives" under the control and manipulation of the CCP
Under this guise, the Chinese are "negatives" and "positives", all under the control and manipulation of the CCP. Previously, in order to cover up the real number of infected people, the nucleic acid laboratory continued to create a large number of "false negatives" for the CCP; at this time, in order to keep the cash cows such as nucleic acids, vaccines, and cabins standing, the nucleic acid laboratory can be used in the CCP again. With the permission of the "error", even if a "false positive" is detected, there is no need to take responsibility.

The CCP abuse power and the civilians, hence overthrowing and dismantling CCP is important
For decades after the usurpation, the CCP turned its hands into clouds and overturned its hands into rain. Driven by the false, evil, and violent nature, power will always be used by the CCP as a weapon to collect money, and the common people will continue to be the price and victim of its perpetration and evil. The CCP will not fall, the virus will not spread, and disasters will continue. Only by overthrowing the tyranny and dismantling the CCP will the Chinese see a chance of life.
The shadow government’s Alliance Relations Committee, its foreign minister Daw Zin Mar Aung and prominent ’88 Generation leader U Min Ko Naing spoke to AA chief Major General Tun Myat Naing and his deputy Brigadier General Nyo Tun Aung for two hours on Monday (16 May 2022).
Formed in Apri 2021 following the coup, the NUG is made up of ousted National League for Democracy lawmakers and allies from ethnic minorities to challenge junta legitimacy at home and abroad.
The NUG has been trying to build trust with ethnic armed organizations (EAOs) to fight the regime, promising a federal democratic union after the regime is ousted.
Major EAOs like the Karen National Liberation Army and Kachin Independence Army have formal alliances and fight with the NUG’s armed wing, the People’s Defense Forces (PDFs). The AA has supported the PDFs with training and weapons.
Established in 2009, the AA has been fighting the military in Rakhine State since 2015 for self-determination for the Rakhine or Arakan community.
It has the support of the Rakhine population and was inflicting huge casualties on the military in Rakhine State and Paletwa Township in neighboring Chin State until an informal ceasefire was agreed in late 2020.
The AA has since set up its own administration and judiciary across much of the state.
Despite the ceasefire, tensions between the regime and AA remain high.
Recently, Tun Myat Naing tweeted the junta’s western commander, reminding him where Rakhine State is located and warning him not to irritate the AA.
On Sunday, fighting broke out between the AA and regime in Paletwa after AA troops fired at a helicopter bringing food to junta troops.

Junta troops clash with Arakan Army in western Myanmar
Myanmar military troops and the Arakan Army (AA) clashed on Sunday around noon near the village of Than Htaung in Chin State’s Paletwa Township.
The clash happened after AA fighters fired at a helicopter bringing in food supplies for junta troops deployed on a hill near Than Htaung, according to a Than Htaung villager.
“Soldiers have been deployed there for a long time. The fighting started around noon and it lasted for around 20 minutes. They also fired heavy guns. Some villagers fled and some hid in their houses. The gunfire stopped only after the helicopter left,” he told The Irrawaddy.
Some houses in Than Htaung were damaged by gunfire, while some unexploded mortar bombs hit the ground, according to villagers.
Than Htaung, which is located upstream of the Lay Myo River, is adjacent to Mrauk-U in Rakhine State. AA troops are active in the area, and military regime troops are deployed at the village police station and on a hill near the village.
Military tensions have been running high in Rakhine State for months, said the AA in a statement on Monday. The statement accused the regime of increasing its military presence in Rakhine and disrupting the administrative and judicial mechanisms of the AA by accusing its staff.
In their statement, the AA urged locals to avoid travelling near military outposts and bases, saying that clashes could break out at any time due to increasing tensions.

Shanghai young people resist the closure of the city: Your rule ends with me
Reporter : Xu Jian / Editor : Lin Yan / https://www.epochtimes.com/gb/22/5/16/n13738588.htm / Image : The Shanghai authorities claimed that the eight districts had achieved "basically zero-covid social status", but as the blockade measures became more and more severe, citizens were generally pessimistic about when the day of unblocking would come. It is better to make huge sacrifices yourself, but also to ensure the success of children - this is one of the most important goals in life for Chinese parents. So when the people of Shanghai under lockdown shouted slogans such as "This is our last generation" and "Your rule ends with me", it shocked both China and foreign countries.
This video from 11 May shows that Shanghai Dabai (epidemic prevention personnel) tried to forcibly pull the so-called "close contact" citizens to quarantine and make threats.
"If you refuse to be transported, you will be punished by the public security. After the punishment, it will affect your three generations!" Dabai said. According to CNN analysis, it is clear that Dabai believes that this is a powerful threat that will make citizens submit - the future of the child is of great significance to the entire family.
Unexpectedly, the young citizen replied calmly, "This is our last generation, thank you!" Obviously he did not plan to have children.

Deepest despair among many young Chinese
It is unknown if the family was eventually taken away but the video, which has spread like wildfire on China's internet, resonated with many young Chinese, fed up with the growing pressure to have children -- and many thought there was no sufficient social security, not enough material basis and emotion to raise a child.
"At first I laughed (seeing the video), but at the end I felt very sad. He resisted by giving up his reproductive rights," said one user on Weibo.
In traditional Chinese culture, inheriting ancestral business has always been a kind of filial piety but in China today, not having children — or delaying them — has become a form of “soft resistance” and a silent protest against the CCP system.
According to CNN analysis, many young Chinese face the disappointing reality that the system they live in has deep-rooted structural problems but they are powerless to change.
"This tragic remark expresses the deepest despair," Shanghai human rights lawyer and former law professor Zhang Xuezhong wrote on Twitter about the video. "The speaker announced a biologically significant Decision: We will not reproduce. Behind this decision is a judgment in the sense of psychology and ontology: we are deprived of a future worth looking forward to. It can be said that this sentence is a young man's opinion of his era, the strongest possible indictment."
Zhang Xuezhong also said that the young man "speaks in a calm and natural tone, but it is precisely because he speaks calmly and naturally that people are thrilled to hear it."

Anger over harsh lockdown
Over the past decade, an increasing number of Chinese millennials have delayed or outright refused to marry and have children, as they face enormous job pressures, soaring housing prices, rising education costs, and discrimination against women in the workplace.
Only 7.6 million Chinese couples registered for marriage last year — a 44 percent drop from 2013 and the lowest level in 36 years. At the same time, the national birth rate dropped to 7.5 per 1,000 people, a record low since 1949, and nine provinces experienced negative population growth.
Demographers have warned that CCP China faces a looming demographic crisis. China scrapped its one-child policy, eased it further last year, allowing couples to have three children, and rolled out a slew of slogans and financial incentives in hopes of encouraging more births — but the birth rate continued to plummet.
But as the outbreak spreads, disappointment has grown for many of China's younger generations. CNN Commentary, the increasingly frequent and strict lockdowns, and the resulting chaos and tragedy, have made Chinese citizens realize how fragile their rights are in the face of a state machine that cannot be questioned and a ruthless bureaucracy that only accepts orders from above, how small.
After seven weeks of a strict lockdown, residents of the otherwise wealthy and modern city of Shanghai are starving and the authorities once isolated young children from their parents - only to be stopped after a public outcry .
More and more frustration and anger erupted on Chinese social media, with residents protesting from windows, banging pots and pans, yelling in frustration and scrambling with Dabai.
"Your reign ends with me, and your suffering ends with me"
For the past week, Shanghai officials have forced residents to hand over their keys after being taken into quarantine for so-called "disinfecting," where their personal belongings are soaked in disinfectant, which has no scientific basis, let alone personal property and respect.
For many residents, home is their last domain—the only private space and last refuge—and is not immune to the “zero-covid” policy. Some people say that in order to pursue political goals, CCP officials make the lives of ordinary people unnecessary, and residents are powerless to protect their loved ones.
For many young people, the crisis in Shanghai is ringing alarm bells. If even China, the city with the most wealthy people, the so-called most open, and the most internationalized city, is not immune to the iron fist of the Communist Party's "zero-covid" policy, will other cities be better?
"Now, who still wants to have children? Who dares to have children?" asked a Weibo user.
"Your reign ends with me, and your misery ends with me," said another.
The rapidly spreading angry posts quickly caught the attention of censors. By Thursday night, the video mentioned at the outset had been removed from the Chinese internet. On Weibo, several related hashtags ranging from "We are the last generation" to "The last generation" were censored after generating heated discussions.
CNN finally commented that the CCP's suppression will only exacerbate the dissatisfaction of young people, and they will not have children.
