The audience refers to the Wuhan Institute of Viology's research on "monkeypox virus", the U.S. media stunning report

An organization called NTI, which claims to be engaged in preventing the proliferation of nuclear and biological weapons, released a simulation report at 2021's Munich Security Conference, simulating in detail the spread of monkeypox virus, time, path, and eventual harm. At present, because the monkeypox virus has just spread, we do not know what will happen next, but the initial transmission stage is very similar to the report. For example, it really started to spread in the UK in May, and then more cases emerged in more than 16 countries outside West Africa. Therefore, this amazing "coincidence" of this report also surprised some people.

However, after watching the show, a viewer sent an email to my show and breaking news mailbox xwpajq@gmail.com. The viewer said a friend and he both majored in molecular biology, and his friend happens to work in a company that is one of the top ten pharmaceutical companies in the world. He is also a senior R&D executive, and the field involved includes research on viruses and vaccines.

He said that before the current widespread spread of monkeypox virus, a group of researchers in China published a study on how to artificially modify the gene of monkeypox virus to enhance its infectivity. He said that most researchers are studying how to reduce infectivity or toxicity, and few people study to increase infectivity. Moreover, he said that the authors of this report are also several people from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, but there is no Shi Zhengli.  When he first saw the report, he said they did not care, but it was not until recently that the monkeypox virus began to spread that he remembered the original report.

The National Pulse,  that has a certain reputation among American conservatives,  reported the incident on 22 May 2022.

Before the outbreak of monkeypox virus, the DIY monkeypox gene fragment of the Wuhan virus institute

According to the article, nine people participated in the writing of the paper on this experiment by the Wuhan Institute of Viology, and it was published in the "Chinese Journal of Virology" (Virologica Sinica) in February 2022. This journal mainly introduces research on viruses around the world. The paper describes the latest developments in a functional study they conducted in August 2021. The article contains a lot of medical terminology, which is difficult to explain. I read it carefully and found that the purpose of this experiment is to put it simply, at that time they found that monkeypox virus has infected humans all over the world, but it has not appeared in China yet, they do not seem to have obtained the strain of this monkeypox virus, so what to do, they used the E9L gene, which is a DNA polymerase, and the C3L gene, which is a complement fixation.

The proteins, these two genes, are considered two rather valuable qPCR targets for monkeypox virus or any orthopox virus. They mainly used these two things, relying on some existing knowledge of monkeypox virus, and artificially DIY assembled a part of the "monkeypox virus" genome segment. According to the report, it is only less than one-third of the original genome segment. So the report says that this virtually eliminates any risk of making it a contagious virus. So why did they put this thing together?

The report says it's research to detect "monkeypox virus." means that they assembled something similar to monkeypox virus as a reference template for qPCR detection for virus detection. In the report, they use the English acronym MPXV for monkeypox virus, and say it is a more pathogenic virus that has infected humans around the world. They explain that they already know the dangers of the virus and there is a risk that it could spread widely around the world.

I haven't read the original report. I read the media "National Pulse". For the report of this report, it also contains some pictures of the original report.

Well, if the viewer who wrote to me was referring to the same report as the National Pulse report, then there may be some discrepancies in what the viewer said. The laboratory of the Wuhan Institute of Viology did not artificially assemble to enhance the infectivity of monkeypox virus, but artificially assembled a fragment of monkeypox virus without a monkeypox virus strain, and tried to detect it by PCR in the future. There is such a thing as identifying viruses.

It's the Wuhan Institute of Viology again! Infectivity experiment: Strengthening H7N9 infectivity

However, the viewer who wrote to me may not have been completely wrong, because according to the public report of the Wuhan Institute of Viology, it did not say that the monkeypox virus was modified to make it more infectious. The National Pulse reported on 19 May 2022 that the Wuhan Institute of Viology also published another research report, which was through human manipulation to make the H7N9 virus, the type A influenza virus, more lethal and contagious. That viewer might be referring to this one.

The corresponding paper by the Wuhan Institute of Viology, also published in the February issue of the "Chinese Journal of Virology" (Virologica Sinica), mainly describes how researchers have spawned six H7N9 viruses to analyze various types of viruses, how amino acids alter virus virulence and infectivity. The report said that they conducted experiments in avian and mammalian cells in terms of viral replication, thermal and acid stability, cleavage efficiency, pathogenicity and transmissibility in mice and chickens, and more. Their recombined virus was understood. Among them, the H7N9 variant they developed caused the lethality rate of mice in the laboratory to reach 35%. One conclusion of the experiment also said that inserting certain non-basic amino acids into the H7N9 virus gene could pose a potential threat to humans.

Of the above two latest reports of the Wuhan Institute of Viology, one is to make a variant of the H7N9 influenza A virus  more infectious, and the other is to artificially synthesize a part of the gene fragment of the monkeypox virus for the research of PCR detection. The National Pulse did not mention the contents of these two studies, and did not say anything casually about what exactly these studies were done by this virus institute but through these two reports and related reports, we can know the following two points.

First, after the outbreak of the covid virus in Wuhan and the epidemic that has continued to this day, the widely questioned Wuhan Institute of Viology has not wakened up, and is still conducting various gain-of-function research openly.

Second, although there is no direct accusation yet, the research they have done is very dangerous. For example, in the above two studies, one is to assemble a dangerous virus by yourself. If you do not have a virus strain, you have to make it yourself. This is too incredible. The other one is even more terrifying. Just like the audience said, everyone is saying to study how to reduce the infection of the virus but this virus institute is studying how to strengthen the infectivity of the virus. How to explain this?  It will make the outside world worried and questioned the motive of the virus institute.

The CCP’s research institutes continue to bring panic and even write nucleic acid testing into children’s rhyme

Therefore, some viewers joked that this "Martial Poison Institute" is really "all five poisons". While the current covid epidemic is still being "cleared" in mainland China, the Chinese Communist Party is really not worried. Where is the problem in their experiment, and will it bring another harm to Chinese society and even all mankind? There are already many voices questioning whether the virus is currently prevalent. In the 2000s, there was a confirmed SARS virus leak in mainland China, which caused public panic. This is a lesson. However, they are still working and still doing these studies.

This has to make people gossip after a meal and say a few words about some black-hearted party officials and black-hearted drug dealers of the Communist Party. Are they waiting for another public health crisis to appear, and then make a fortune?

Image : Weibo Screenshot

In response to the current epidemic, the CCP authorities are already working hard to normalize their testing and what kind of cabins. A children's book under the CCP's education system has begun to popularize a children's song, "Red tube tube, white sign, queuing up to do sour and sour, after finishing sour and sour dinner, after eating and so on, just come out, continue line up to do sour and sour, stay at home to prevent covid, can't go out and run around, you may get covi, if you can't make it, you have to lie on the board."

This kind of nursery rhyme is read to children, not to scare children, but to say that you want to extend the prevention and control of this kind of perversion to the next generation.

Beijing Normal University protested and shouted "Chen Sheng Wang Da Chu Xing", Central Conservatory of Music also protested

Outside the gate of Zhongnanhai, many colleges and universities in Beijing have protested and even marched on campus due to the closure and control. On the campus of Beijing Normal University, the students who gathered to protest even shouted slogans such as "King Chen Sheng, Da Chu Xing" against the people's uprising against the violent Qin Dynasty, and this was Beijing before June 4th. The student dared to shout like that. It is because of unreasonable prevention and control that students are not allowed to pursue their legitimate rights and interests. For a long time, it has made people anxious. The student's request is very simple. It is necessary to clarify the holiday time and whether to return to the hometown, instead of being quarantined in the school, and requires the school to respond positively to the appeal, and not to settle accounts later.

There was a Shenzhen audience whose child was a student of the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing. There was also a student protest there. The reason was that after the epidemic, the school did not allow the child to go home or order takeout. Besides, the prices of vegetables are getting more and more expensive. The students made a scene because of this, but they did not work but now in private, there are also a lot of complaints. A few grasses of green vegetables sell for 5 RMB. Is this some kind of precious mushroom in France? ? It is still a masterpiece of a Michelin chef, and it is so expensive.

Li Keqiang's 100,000-person meeting is a great political leap forward! Treat the symptoms but not the root causes

In such a chaotic situation, Li Keqiang of the Communist Party of China held a meeting of 100,000 people on 25 May to stabilize the economy. There are branch venues in all provinces, cities and counties. The reason is that China's economy has reached a very critical point but even so, the meeting did not say to relax the epidemic prevention control that hurts the economy and the people, nor did it reflect on any wrong policy. Instead, they left these fundamental issues and simply asked the officials across the country to find a way to deal with this mess and get the economy right. Please, the reason why the soil can't grow seedlings is because of lack of water and oxygen. If the soil quality is not improved, what can it grow? It can only be a great leap forward in politics, and it is a complete failure in the end.

After relaxing the return policy, the CCP increases international flights

The CCP strictly controls Chinese people to leave the country on the grounds of "epidemic prevention", but at the same time relaxes the entry policy and orders to increase international flights. According to mainland Chinese media sources, the CCP’s move is aimed at “stabilizing the economy.”

On 26 May 2022, the official media of the Communist Party of China, Yicai, reported that after the State Council of the Communist Party of China recently held an executive meeting to "deploy a package of measures to stabilize the economy", three Chinese airlines received the quota allocation for new international flights from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), and added new flights to encourage travel to and from more countries.

According to the report, this means that the "Five Ones" policy of restricting international flights, which has been implemented since March 2020, has been further broken.

According to the news, China Southern Airlines, Air China and Hainan Airlines have obtained the allocation of new international flight quotas. Among them, China Southern has received new flight quotas to and from Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkey, Air China has received quotas to and from Belarus and the United Arab Emirates, and Hainan Airlines has received quotas from routes to and from Italy.

According to a number of domestic airline insiders, the move by the Civil Aviation Administration is aimed at implementing the decision of the recent State Council executive meeting.

Not long ago, the CCP embassies in many countries updated the regulations for travelers to China, relaxing entry requirements, including canceling the nucleic acid test report for passengers seven days before boarding, no need for IgM antibody serological testing, and people with a history of infection are no longer required to provide lung CT or X-ray. Inspection reports, etc.

At the same time, there have been reports of many Chinese citizens' passports being cut from customs in various parts of China. The CCP's Immigration Administration has repeatedly emphasized "strict control of Chinese citizens' non-essential departures", claiming that this is for "epidemic prevention needs." The CCP's relaxation of the rules for returning to China seems to run counter to the "needs for epidemic prevention" of "strictly preventing overseas inbound cases".

Although the CCP has loosened the restrictions on international flights, it is expected that the number of people going abroad will be limited due to restrictions on Chinese citizens traveling abroad to visit relatives.

On social media, many Chinese netizens commented that the CCP restricts leaving the country but encourages returning to China, which is obviously "not enough domestic leeks".

The recent brutal ban by the CCP has made many people see the CCP system more clearly and feel hopeless about CCP China's future. The search volume of "immigration" on online platforms has increased significantly.

Beijing orders closure of multi-country visa centres as epidemic heats up

Recently, Beijing authorities have closed visa centres in Beijing for many countries, making it even more difficult for mainlanders to go abroad.

On 23 May, the Beijing British Visa Center announced that in view of the current epidemic situation and in response to the requirements of the Beijing Epidemic Prevention and Control Emergency Headquarters, the building of the British Visa Application Center in Beijing will stop visitors from entering with effect from 23 May 2022 until further notice.

The Irish Visa Application Centre in Beijing was also closed on the same day for the same reason. The day before, the Beijing New Zealand Visa Application Centre and the South African Visa Application Centre were also temporarily closed for the same reason.

Up to now, the visa centres of Canada, Italy, the United Kingdom, Ireland and other countries in Beijing, Shanghai and other places have been temporarily closed, affecting the itinerary of many mainlanders to study abroad and visit relatives. Some netizens sighed, "I thought 2020 was the hardest, but I didn't expect 2021 to be harder, and I didn't expect 2022 to be harder than the previous two years."

Demonstrations erupted at Tianjin University before June 4th

On the eve of June 4th, a wave of protests broke out in Chinese universities. Following the demonstrations by students in many colleges and universities in Beijing, college students in Tianjin also protested collectively in the evening of 26 May 2022, shouting the slogan "Down with formalism! Down with bureaucracy!".

Tianjin University students: Down with formalism! Down with bureaucracy!

On the evening of 26 May, a large-scale demonstration broke out at Tianjin University, where students gathered to protest the closure measures.

Tianjin University student: What the classmates mean is that everyone has to wait here for the school leaders and all of us to solve this problem together, right?

Tianjin University student: Yes! Call the school leaders!

The students described in detail the unfair treatment after the school was closed including high prices in the school, the school authorities used offline final exams to prevent students from returning to their hometowns, the school’s epidemic prevention management was chaotic, staff and family members entered and left the school at will, and the school was heavily bureaucratic and leaders The school never listens to the opinions of the students, and does not give feedback on the demands of the students.

The students agreed to continue to gather in the square on the east side of Zhengdong Library at 8 pm on the 28th.

They also put forward five demands: 1. Clarify the method and time of the final exam; 2. Respond to online classes and present the examination policy; 3. Clarify the holiday time and return time; 4. Solve practical problems, such as the test week compression problem; 5. , No accountability, no interviews.

Dong Guangping, a former mainland philanthropist, remarked, "This epidemic prevention policy has already been opposed by the people of the whole country. Now that college students are facing graduation exams, they are sealed in the campus and they cannot do anything. This is what students hate and annoy the most, especially Students' free thinking and overall consciousness are very strong, what they need is freedom, and what they need is future development prospects."

Since the outbreak of the epidemic in Tianjin in early January, many local universities have been under closed management, and students are not allowed to leave the campus. After the winter break, the school has continued to be closed until now.

Mr. Wang, a citizen of Tianjin, said, "Of course I can imagine that there may be problems there, but we dare not say it, because we don't have an atmosphere where we can express freely. If I say something that I think is no problem, I may If you were charged with the crime of picking quarrels and provoking trouble, or spreading rumours or something that violated the laws of the state, you were arrested."

Nankai University, near Tianjin University, also broke out that students were carrying out various protests on campus.

Photos posted on the Internet show that some students hang large slogans on campus buildings, mocking Nankai University's "self-isolation from society"; some students spray "I want to be a free college student" on the campus wall; The school's appeal slogan.

Dong Guangping said, "Because this dynamic clearing of the epidemic prevention blockade has a huge impact on students, people are very disgusted, this is obvious formalism, bureaucracy, nonsense, just nonsense, no science, people object to it Very normal."

The zero-covid policy has also sparked resistance from many college students in Beijing.

Since May, many colleges and universities including Peking University, Beijing Normal University, and Beijing University of Political Science and Law have successively erupted in student demonstrations to protest against school closures.

Dong Guangping: "Of course the CCP is afraid. Now every year around June 4th, it is the time when the CCP fears the most. The CCP is afraid that students will rebel. Just like 8964, students are the most free-thinking. People, they are the most rebellious, so the CCP is afraid that the student movement like the CCP will make a comeback.”

At present, due to the heating up of the epidemic in Beijing, the neighbouring Tianjin began to upgrade the control on the 25th. The authorities announced that the Heping District in the city center was "closed" and implemented a "global static management" for three days.

Mr. Li, a citizen of Tianjin, said, "Oh, it's hard to say, I don't know which epidemic is used for this epidemic, it is simply a kind of ambiguity, whether this is an epidemic, whether it is based on the facts, the epidemic, or the epidemic prevention law, there is no such thing. Not only the risk area, but also the surrounding iron wire and iron plates are blocked, and some are covered with barbed wire. I can't get out anywhere, I need help, then who will help me, how can I help me."

The authorities also required that from the evening of 27 May, all Tianjin residents must go to designated locations for nucleic acid testing. Until the test results come out, keep "still in place".

Mr. Li, a citizen of Tianjin, told NTDTV that the government forces people to do nucleic acid testing every day, and everyone is very disgusted.

Shanghai's false positive test kills the fetus, officials say it's "no big deal" (video)

The closure of the city in Shanghai has caused continuous secondary disasters. A few days ago, a video posted on the Internet showed that some residents complained that the official test was "false positive", which made it difficult for pregnant women at home to seek medical treatment, and finally died, but grass-roots officials said "it's not a big deal."

In this video, which was released on 28 May, the subtitles showed that "the false sun of Sunac Binjiang No. 1 Hospital was unable to seek medical treatment, resulting in stillbirth. Government officials said it was not a big deal." Sunac Binjiang No. 1 Courtyard is a high-end community located in the Binjiang section of the World Expo in Huangpu District, Shanghai.

In the video, an elderly man complained to the onlookers that his family members tested "positive" on the 16th and 17th, and the health code turned into a red code but 5 days later, it suddenly changed back to a green code. After another 5 days, the test result on the 25th turned negative, and it was so inexplicably "positive for 10 days", which made it difficult for pregnant women at home to seek medical treatment and stillbirth.

The old man said that the family had paid 180,000 RMB to an obstetric hospital for the birth of the child, and then another 50,000 to 60,000 RMB for an abortion. During her medical treatment, the pregnant woman made numerous calls to various government departments, but no one came forward to solve the problem.

The old man pointed at a government official with a job badge on his chest and scolded the "beast government". The onlookers also angrily rebuked the official, "It's not a big deal?" "How can you say such a thing?" "You lied!" It was suspected that the official had said, "It's not a big deal when he appeased the masses before. things" etc.

The Shanghai authorities have brutally closed and controlled for "zero-covid", causing countless human tragedies, and a large number of people have died without medical treatment. In addition, rounds of intensive national nucleic acid testing have led to chaos in the testing industry, and many testing institutions have been accused of fraud. A few days ago, Shanghai Zhongke Runda was revealed to have issued a false test report, creating a large number of "false positive" cases, and was investigated for this.

There are also netizens who broke the news that a resident of a household tested "positive", which led to the surrounding neighbors being taken away as "close contacts" for isolation. As a result, the household was retested negatively, but the neighbors who had been quarantined were ignored and could not go home.

Does Li not follow the rules? The meeting of 100,000 people released four major signals

Image : Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council of the Communist Party of China appeared in Yunnan a few days ago, expressing that the downward pressure on the economy has further increased. (Video screenshot)

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang convened an emergency meeting of officials from 2,844 districts and counties across the country on 25 May 2022. The meeting emphasized "stabilizing the economic market". The number of participants was about 100,000, and it was rare. Some observers at home and abroad even compared this meeting to the CCP’s 7,000-person conference in 1962, implying that Li Keqiang has returned strongly and that the new pattern of power distribution under Xi and Li Shang is being finalized and developed. So, what kind of signal did Li Keqiang hold the 100,000-person meeting? This article has four points of understanding.

News (15)

The disagreement between Xi and Li is completely open

With the strong implementation of Xi Jinping's zero-covid policy across the country, China's economy has shown a sharp downward trend.

On 23 May, Li Keqiang frankly admitted that the downside risks of China's economy were expanding and deployed 33 measures to stabilize the economy. On the afternoon of 25 May, Li Keqiang did not mention the dynamic clearing policy at the meeting of 100,000 people, publicly admitting that the Chinese economy is in danger of slipping out of a reasonable range.

In the morning of 25 May, the front page of "People's Daily" extensively reported Xi Jinping's economic outlook ""China's economic development prospects will definitely be brighter"". Significant achievements are leading China toward a renaissance.

On 18 May, Xi Jinping delivered a video speech at the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Global Trade and Investment Promotion Summit. On the same day, Xi Jinping mentioned in his speech at the opening ceremony of the video conference of the 73rd World Health Assembly that "it is necessary to strengthen the coordination of international macroeconomic policies, maintain the stability and smoothness of the global industrial chain and supply chain, and try our best to restore the world economy." He did not mention the CCP's economic downturn at all, pressure, and also pledged to provide 2 billion US dollars in international aid within two years to support developing countries in their fight against the epidemic.

The Wall Street Journal reported that when Li Keqiang held a meeting with a group of senior representatives of U.S., European and Asian multinational companies at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing on 19 May, he did not defend Xi Jinping’s strategy of dynamic clearing and focused more on China’s own problems. The report also said that as soon as Li walked into the Diaoyutai conference room, he took off his mask. At the end of the meeting, the accompanying staff had to remind him to wear a mask.

It is an indisputable fact that Xi and Li are not in tune, but at such a large-scale meeting of heads of governments at all levels, Li Keqiang gave a comprehensive report on the extreme dilemma of China's economy, all kinds of economic data cut in half and the central government's financial constraints. In some aspects and to a certain extent, it is bigger than when the epidemic was severely hit in 2020.” In fact, it is a complete and complete disclosure of Xi and Li’s different tones from top to bottom. "Economic Observer" reported that a district-level government notified more than 50 participants, including all the heads of the district government and the district government office, the principals of relevant departments directly under the district, and the principals of some district party committees and financial institutions. The main person in charge of each township field office.

Is the complete openness of the conflict between Xi and Li to create momentum for the struggle for power? Does it mean a major escalation of Li Keqiang's power?

News (16)

Xi is still in power, Li has to follow

The outside world interprets this super-large conference as a landmark event of Li Keqiang's sudden rise in power, mainly based on three points: First, the large number of people, comparable to the conference of 7,000 people; Second, the four vice premiers Han Zheng, Sun Chunlan, Hu Chunhua, Liu He, and State Councilors Wei Fenghe, Wang Yong, Xiao Jie, Zhao Kezhi, etc. attended the meeting; Third, Li did not mention the dynamic clearing at all.

However these three points do not mean that Li Keqiang has returned to power. Li did not attack Xi like the 7,000-member conference in history. The 7,000-member conference was very clear to reflect and review the Great Leap Forward launched by Mao Zedong and the subsequent great famine. Mao had to criticize himself, Liu Deng and others would meet After that, he presided over the daily work of the Central Committee. The political struggle for power at the General Assembly has a strong meaning, which is also a major political factor that led to Mao's later launch of the Cultural Revolution to restore power.

However, Li Keqiang's 100,000-person meeting did not denounce the reset policy and Xi Jinping's mistakes. Instead, he had to issue an order to implement the rescue economic policy under the reset framework. It was a mobilization meeting focused on deploying economic recovery and avoiding a hard landing of the economy. Moreover, Xi Jinping himself did not participate in the meeting, which reflects that there is indeed a battle of lines, but it is too early to judge that Li has gained an overwhelming advantage. In the military, Defense Minister Wei Fenghe is not a figure in real power. He is a member of the State Council system. It is not unusual for high-ranking officials to attend the meeting. After all, defense and military expenditures are covered by the general public budget.

Caitong News quoted Chen Chao, president of the China Investment Corporation Research Institute, as analyzing that the larger the meeting, the more it conveys and urges the implementation, not the announcement of new policies. Analysts quoted by Bloomberg believe that the National Congress on May 23 responded to the market’s expectations for incremental policies. Therefore, the main purpose of the 100,000-person meeting is to build consensus, ensure the smooth flow of government decrees, and speed up the implementation of 33 policies in six areas at the National Standing Committee on 23 May.

From the literature and propaganda reports, the huge 100,000-person meeting was dealt with in a low-key manner by the party media. On the night of May 25, "Economic Daily" suddenly criticized Li Keqiang's speech at a meeting of 100,000 people. The bottom half of the front page of the People's Daily on May 26 was a 1,200-word report on the conference, and the top half of the front page was all about Xi Jinping. The full text of Li Keqiang's one-and-a-half-hour speech cannot be found on domestic media.

In the afternoon of 27 May, the headlines of party media such as People's Daily Online, Xinhuanet, CCTV, and China Government Network were all "The Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee held a meeting to review the "Regulations on the Political Consultative Work of the Communist Party of China." General Secretary Xi Jinping presided over the meeting," reported It once again emphasizes strengthening the "four consciousnesses", strengthening the "four self-confidences", and achieving "two maintenances".

In terms of personnel positions, on 16 May, Lin Rui, the deputy minister of the Ministry of Public Security of Fujian, was appointed as the deputy secretary-general of the Political and Legal Committee. Wang Xiaohong's other former ministry, Qi Yanjun, was promoted from Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau Chief to Deputy Minister of Public Security on 25 May. In this way, the forces of the Ministry of Public Security and the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the Xi faction continued to grow.

Xinhua News Agency reported on 26 May that Li Xi was elected secretary of the provincial party committee at the first plenary meeting of the 13th Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China on the same day. On 22 May, the Guangdong Provincial Party Congress of the Communist Party of China opened. Li Xi vigorously praised Xi Jinping, saying that Xi Jinping is "an authority set in one and a final word." Li Xi is considered by the outside world to be an important member of Xi's army, and it is also an indicator for the outside world to measure the rise and fall of Xi Jinping's power in terms of personnel positions.

To sum up, it can be seen that the rumors of Xi Jinping's loss of power and power are more false than true, and there is a high probability that it is part of Jiang Zeng's 20 major information wars against Xi.

Economic collapse, the CCP is at stake

The third signal conveyed by Li Keqiang's speech at the 100,000-person meeting is that the CCP's economy is on the verge of collapse and poses a substantial threat to the CCP's regime.

At the beginning of his speech, Li Keqiang clearly stated that the economic downturn has hit fiscal revenue. Because the tax rebate is to be deducted, "the national fiscal revenue fell by 5.9% in April, especially the local fiscal revenue fell faster by 6.6%. Especially in the Yangtze River Delta region, these places are the net contributions to the central revenue, the largest The rate dropped to 32%." At the same time, Li Keqiang also said, "In the past few months, the income from the sale of land use rights has dropped by 29.8%."

Li Keqiang emphasized that in order to bail out economic entities, this year, "2.5 trillion in tax rebates, plus 300 billion in social security premiums, and other fiscal expenditures totaling 3 trillion."

Due to the zero-covid policy itself, fiscal revenue has declined, while expenditure has increased. The CCP’s central bank has limited room to cut interest rates. Fiscal deficits can only be offset by issuing government bonds, and relying on government credit to delay the economic collapse.

Li Keqiang said in his speech, "At present, there are about 150 million market players in China, but the number of enterprise cancellations in April increased by 23.1%. At the same time, he pointed out that the national urban survey unemployment rate in April increased by 0.3 percentage points month-on-month, reaching 6.1%, especially 31%. In a big city, the surveyed unemployment rate is as high as 6.7%, especially the surveyed unemployment rate of young people aged 16 to 24, which is said to be 18.2% for college students." Li Keqiang also specifically mentioned that this year's 10 million college graduates and 290 million migrant workers are both employed. It poses a huge pressure to stabilize employment.

The CCP’s economy faces three major pressures this year: Demand contraction, supply shocks and weakening expectations, among which the signal of weakening expectations is very obvious. Li Keqiang said, "In April, RMB loans increased by more than 820 billion year-on-year, and the increase in social financing scale decreased year-on-year. This is not a good thing."

Businesses and residents prefer to save their money, a sign that the market is too sluggish to be confident. Bank credit is not available, and interest on deposits must be paid. Coupled with the potential financial explosion caused by weak real estate, financial systemic risks are intensifying.

In addition, Li Keqiang also talked about the food crisis, energy security, stabilizing foreign trade and how to ensure the supply chain under the epidemic prevention and control. Li Keqiang emphasized, "As such a large economy, once China's operation slips out of a reasonable range, it will be difficult to pull it back without paying a huge price and taking longer." "This is not just an economic issue. , but also a major political issue.”

On 27 May, the Bureau of Statistics of the Communist Party of China announced that from January to April, the national industrial enterprises above designated size achieved a profit of 2.65 trillion yuan, an annual increase of 3.5%. However, in April, the profits of industrial enterprises above designated size across the country fell by 8.5%, and the profits of the manufacturing industry fell by 22% year-on-year. From the graph, the growth rate of total profits of industrial enterprises above designated size in the country has dropped from 106.1% in January-April 2021 to 3.5% in January-April this year.

Among them, from January to April 2022, the total profit of foreign and Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan-invested enterprises was 603.06 billion RMB, a negative growth of 16.2% year-on-year. Foreign trade, the only one of the CCP's economy, is also withering. A survey released by the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China in early May showed that as many as 23 percent of European companies were considering relocating their operations out of China, the highest percentage in a decade.

Do Li Keqiang's 6 items and 33 measures work? Wu Jianzhong, secretary-general of the Taiwan Taoist Tactics Association, was interviewed and analyzed by Radio Free Asia. Last year, Li Keqiang proposed that six stability and six guarantees must be adhered to China's dynamic reset policy. Repeated dynamic reset will make the daily economy unable to operate, and people cannot afford housing loans, Car loan, even three meals a day have to tighten the belt. Local governments do not dare to open the closure and control at will, there is external inflation, and the cost cannot be reduced. Some college students actually apply for urban management and police assistants. The representative is not optimistic about the future prospects and the Chinese economy is very bad.

High-level divisions, local officials have their own thoughts

On the high-level divisions, can the officials below be diligent and serve the people? From top to bottom, the CCP officialdom believes in black and thick learning.

On 26 May, Bloomberg quoted eight CCP provincial officials as revealing that Li Keqiang’s speech to 100,000 people did not change their views, and that controlling the epidemic remains a priority. Some officials even said directly: "It's useless to listen to him (Li Keqiang)." Another person familiar with the matter told Bloomberg that many senior officials in many cities were absent from the heavy meeting because they could not leave their anti-epidemic posts.

On the evening of May 27, Tianjin required all residents to conduct nucleic acid tests and "keep relatively still in place." Li Hongzhong, secretary of the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee, famously said "loyalty is absolute disloyalty". Sealing and control has become Li Hongzhong's weight to show his loyalty to the central government. A few days ago, students at Tianjin University protested collectively, shouting the slogan "Down with formalism and over bureaucracy".

The blockade has caused great losses to the economy but it is a good opportunity for CCP officials to make a fortune in the country. A few days ago, it was reported on the Internet that Chang Yanqing, the brother-in-law of Zhuge Yujie, the former deputy secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee of Han Zheng, ran several supply guarantee companies. The registered capital is only 1 million. Some local officials in Shanghai once said that they really don’t want to let the epidemic stop. Because of the daily gold, where can I find such a fortune opportunity.

In the face of the split in the CCP's high-level line, there are people who choose sides. As soon as Li Keqiang spoke to 100,000 people, Zhengzhou announced the issuance of 240 million RMB of consumer coupons to stimulate the economy. The event time is from 1 June to 31 August, covering various types of food and beverage coupons, online coupons, automobile coupons, cultural tourism coupons, etc. The method is still first-come, first-served.

Zhengzhou has issued consumer coupons almost every year since 2020 to stimulate consumption. Issuing consumer vouchers can indeed play a multiplier effect on consumer spending, so why not directly cash out money for low-income families? Perhaps there is a link between CCP officials and the corresponding suppliers of consumer coupons to convey benefits? Where does the money for the coupons come from? If spending from the general public budget will crowd out other rigid expenditures, will it be necessary to issue general government bonds to make up for the deficit? Is it a virtuous circle to always rely on issuing consumer coupons to stimulate the economy?

In short, the implementation of the current CCP’s zero policy is the biggest politics before the 20th National Congress. Li Keqiang’s economic firefighting can only be a dead horse and a living horse doctor.

Expert: Many people are vitamin D deficient without knowing it

Vitamin D deficiency is considered to be one of the most common diseases in the world, and although healthy sunlight exposure and a proper balanced diet can provide vitamin D, about half of the world's population are deficient in vitamin D.

Vitamin D deficiency has been reported in 30-50% of children and adults in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. A 2011 medical study, "Prevalence of vitamin D deficiency," found that more than 42 percent of Americans don't get enough vitamin D.

"Vitamin D deficiency is a very serious problem for my patients and me," said Dr. Janette Nesheiwat, a medical writer for Fox News. "Vitamin D levels can affect many aspects of the body, including digestion. system, sleep, mood, energy and levels of vitamins and minerals in the body.”

Vitamin D aids in calcium absorption and promotes bone growth and mineralization. Recent studies have linked vitamin D deficiency with more than a dozen cancers, heart disease, periodontal disease, autoimmune disease, chronic skin disease, obesity, depression and Alzheimer's disease. A severe deficiency can lead to rickets (soft bones, crooked legs, growth retardation, and bone pain) in children and osteoporosis (weakened bones) in adults. Conversely, adequate vitamin D protects the brain from toxic chemicals and reduces pain.

"Many Americans are deficient in vitamin D due to lack of sunlight and proper nutrition." Neshewart said people who work indoors, such as doctors who work 14-15 hours, or who eat an unhealthy diet, are more likely to be deficient.

Harvard Medical School has pointed out in an article that, in theory, under the right circumstances, humans need to be in the sun for 10 to 15 minutes every few days, including arms and legs, without using sunscreen, can produce enough vitamin D.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 15 minutes of bright sunlight can damage unprotected skin. Skin cancer is the most common cancer in the United States, and approximately 9,500 Americans are diagnosed with skin cancer every day, according to the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD).

There is significant scientific debate about how much vitamin D the human body needs, with recommended doses ranging from 600 to 2000 IU per day.

Fatty fish and seafood are among the richest natural food sources of vitamin D but the amount can vary by type and source.

Mushrooms are the only vegetarian source of vitamin D. Wild mushrooms generally contain more vitamin D than commercially grown mushrooms due to exposure to sunlight. Of course, UV-treated mushrooms will be higher in vitamin D.

Plus, egg yolks are another source of vitamin D, and some studies suggest that eggs from pasture-raised or free-range chickens provide more vitamin D.

Consuming too much vitamin D can be harmful

Likewise, consuming too much vitamin D (known as vitamin D toxicity) can be harmful. Signs of poisoning include nausea, vomiting, poor appetite, constipation, weakness and weight loss. Too much vitamin D can also damage the kidneys. It can also raise calcium levels in the blood. High levels of calcium in the blood (hypercalcemia) can lead to confusion, disorientation, and heart rhythm problems.

For many people, taking a vitamin D supplement may be an option. Because the doses of different types vary, and the amount needed depends on your current vitamin D level, experts advise that it is best to consult your doctor in advance.
