Recently, on the occasion of the 74th anniversary of the founding of North Korea, Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, congratulated North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and praised North Korea's achievements. However, Kim Jong-un said in his policy speech that the top priority is to solve the problem of food.

September 9 marks the 74th anniversary of the founding of North Korea. According to Xinhua News Agency, the CCP media, Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory message to Kim Jong-un, General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and Chairman of the State Council.

Xi Jinping said that over the past 74 years, under the leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea, the North Korean people have "continuously made new achievements in developing the economy and improving people's livelihood, and have successfully fought against the novel coronavirus pneumonia (covid, COVID-19) epidemic." and so on.

While Xi Jinping praised North Korea's "achievements", Kim Jong-un complained in his political speech. He revealed the difficult predicament that North Korea is currently facing, which contradicts what Xi Jinping said about North Korea's "achievements."

Kim Jong-un delivered a policy speech at the seventh meeting of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK held in Pyongyang on 8 September 2022, and the full text of the DPRK's official news agency "KCNA" was published on 10 September 2022.

Kim Jong-un said in his policy speech that North Korea's "top priority is to solve the problem of food and consumer goods", and to this end, it will continue to focus on the development of agriculture and light industry. But he expects that agricultural production conditions and the environment will become more unfavorable in the future, and countermeasures must be taken.

Speaking of the epidemic, Kim Jong-un said in his policy speech that the North Korean health care sector urgently needs to improve the level and capacity of epidemic prevention. In cases where domestically produced medicines cannot meet all needs, import medicines to meet treatment and health care needs.

Kim Jong-un also said that it is necessary to promote the construction of national epidemic prevention capacity. In response to the epidemic situation, it is necessary to implement vaccinations, and at the same time, people across the country are encouraged to wear masks.

North Korea first acknowledged the outbreak in May and declared a "highest state of emergency" and locked down all cities and counties. On 11 August, the Korean Central News Agency quoted Kim Jong-un as saying that North Korea had ended the covid epidemic without a vaccine.

Kim Jong-un's sister, Kim Yo-jong, revealed at the meeting that Kim Jong-un may have been infected with SARS-CoV-2 (covi), saying he had led the national campaign against the virus even though he "was very sick with a high fever".

Sichuan residents shouting: We're starving to death, Public Security: I'll bury you when you die

四川居民喊楼:要饿死了 公安:死了就埋(视频)

Many places in CCP China are locked down, and the tragedies of Wuhan and Shanghai's lockdowns are repeated everywhere. The video shows that suspected Chengdu citizens shouted "We're starving to death", and the public security replied "I'll bury you when you die". Some residents of Guiyang jumped off the building, and volunteers knelt down and begged for supplies.

On 10 September, a video posted on the Internet showed that many residents who were blocked and unable to go downstairs shouted to the downstairs anti-epidemic personnel that they had no food at home and were going to starve to death. I hope they can find a solution. A public security officer in a protective suit downstairs replied "dead and buried", which attracted a lot of reprimand. A female resident asked back, "If every building starved to death, would they all be buried?"

The time and place were not disclosed in the video. However, the dialogue was in Sichuan dialect, and it is suspected that Chengdu has been closed for many days.

The video was posted online, and netizens commented that it exposed the true mentality of the CCP system: as long as there is "political security", human life is worthless.

There is also a video on the Internet showing that after reiterating the lockdown measures to the public, officials at an unknown location bluntly threatened, "Whoever does not obey, I will let him go inside (referring to the prison) for the New Year!"

A few days ago, Chengdu ordered to extend the lockdown time again, and continued to strengthen the closure and control measures, including closing stores and stopping takeaways. There are also photos showing Chengdu University transporting quarantined students in iron cages that are suspected of transporting livestock.

Before Chengdu strengthened control, Guiyang in Guizhou Province, Ili in Xinjiang and other places had implemented "no export" measures, and the local "famine" had already come. There are many cases of starvation and desperate jumping from buildings on the Internet.

One of the videos shows that in the early morning of 10 September, a female volunteer in Guiyang knelt down for the personnel transporting supplies, collapsed and cried, begging them to share some supplies. According to her cry, the residents of their community have been without supplies for many days and have no food to eat. There are the elderly, children, pregnant women...

According to various sources, the Huaguoyuan community in Guiyang, with a population of hundreds of thousands, has been closed for 10 days. Many residents believed in the official propaganda of "sufficient materials" and did not reserve materials. Many non-local tenants who worked part-time did not have time to buy materials. The result is a "famine". On 9 September, an online video said that a 19-year-old girl in the community jumped to her death due to starvation.

While a large number of people are starving, the chronic disease of the CCP bureaucracy has re-emerged: Guiyang netizens have accused local officials of reselling supplies. There are also online videos showing that the supplies for the Huaguoyuan community have been placed on the road for many days, and they are all rotten and will not be distributed to residents.

There is also a video showing that a community in Guiyang distributes supplies, each with only a quarter of a cabbage, a potato, and two peppers.

In Yining, the capital of Xinjiang's Ili Autonomous Prefecture, many areas have been closed for 40 days, and the situation of residents is even more miserable.

Netizens broke the news that a large number of local residents starved to death or died of illness, and there were no less than ten cases of jumping off the building. There are also local netizens who said that those who can ask for help online may already be considered "privileged classes", and many ethnic minorities who have been brutally suppressed have no voice at all, and the local area has become a purgatory.

A video posted on the Internet shows a Uyghur man tragically killed in his home in Ili. Another video showed an ethnic minority man accusing his family of three children who had not eaten for three days and were only able to drink water.

There is also a video showing a Uyghur man shouting "for the people" and then jumping from a high-rise building; a girl who has been isolated for many days, crying "Mom" before dying...
