Powell publishes 270-page report exposing election fraud and evidence of foreign interference

The Director of the National Intelligence Agency, John Ratcliffe, also confirmed earlier that foreign interference in the U.S. election occurred in the 2020 election.

CBS senior reporter Catherine Herridge reported on December 16 that the Director of Intelligence Ratcliffe said that in the US election in November this year, foreign countries such as China (the CCP), Iran and Russia intervened.

In the previous few days, hackers used the software company "SolarWinds" to invade many U.S. federal government agencies and large enterprises, including the Department of Defense, State Department, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Energy, Department of Treasury, Department of Commerce, and Nuclear Security Administration. Reuters first quoted a source on December 13 to report that hackers backed by foreign governments have been monitoring the internal e-mail exchanges of agencies responsible for Internet and telecommunications policies within the US Treasury and Commerce Departments.

The most commonly reported side effects of Moderna COVID-19 vaccination typically last several days. They include pain at the injection site, tiredness, headache, muscle pain, chills, joint pain, swollen lymph nodes in the same arm as the injection, nausea and vomiting, and fever.

Supreme Court Responds to Claim That John Roberts Shouted at Other Justices Over Texas Lawsuit

 A spokesperson for the U.S. Supreme Court disputed a report that claimed Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts shouted at the eight other justices in a room in the high court, urging them not to take up the Texas election lawsuit against four other key states.

As guidance, the court “has been conducting its conferences remotely by phone since March when the building closed due to the pandemic,” a Supreme Court spokesperson told The Epoch Times via email on Friday in response to a question about the claim.

The statement contradicts what a GOP Texas elector, Matt Patrick, said earlier this week, claiming that an anonymous person said that “the Justices went into a closed room” to determine whether to take the Texas lawsuit that was eventually dismissed. Then, according to the elector, “When the Texas case was brought up he said he heard screaming through the walls as Justice Roberts and the other liberal Justices were insisting … afraid of what would happen if they did the right thing.”

The claim also appeared on Hal Turner’s website, sourcing an alleged “clerk for one of the [Supreme Court] justices.” It is unclear where Patrick obtained his information.

“The Justices met in a closed and sealed room, as is standard,” Turner’s website said, citing the alleged Supreme Court whistleblower. “Usually it is very calm, however today we could hear screaming all the way down the hall. They met in person, because they didn’t trust telephonic meeting as secure. Chief Justice Roberts was screaming, ‘Are you going to be responsible for the rioting if we hear this case?'”

Attorney Lin Wood wrote on Twitter this week that Roberts and Justice Stephen Breyer in August discussed how to make sure that Trump “would never be reelected” over the phone.

Wood, asked to share the information he has, told The Epoch Times in an emailed statement: “At this time, I cannot. People are worried about their safety.”

According to the Supreme Court’s website, the justices have not met in person for months in the midst of the CCP virus pandemic.

“The Court will hear all oral arguments scheduled for the November and December sessions by telephone conference. In keeping with public health guidance in response to COVID-19, the Justices and counsel will all participate remotely. The oral arguments are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. On days when more than one case will be heard, there will be a three minute pause before the second case begins,” the court’s website says.

Another Republican elector in Texas entered information about the alleged Supreme Court argument during the Electoral College meeting on Monday, December 14, suggesting the other GOP electors should not rely on “hearsay.”

“Sending a message like this to a body of legislators or judicial officers is not going to get the attention you want to get. Nobody knows what happened in that conference room on purpose. Hearing yelling, the triple hearsay, quadruple hearsay now, about what is going on in that room, you cannot make your decision on that basis,” the other elector, Jim Pickle, said.

On Dec. 11, the court dismissed the lawsuit—filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton against Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania—due to a lack of standing. Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito said they would have taken up the case.

Since then, Supreme Court has drawn significant criticism from President Donald Trump and other Republicans for not taking up Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s lawsuit, saying essentially that the majority of the court’s justices showed a lack of moral character for not hearing the case in light of alleged election fraud.

“Now, you have the Supreme Court that really just decided, it seems like, on a political whim to not hear this case when clearly you have the interests of 80 million American voters whose votes were disenfranchised based on the corruption, based on the ignoring the rules in these states,” Trump attorney Jenna Ellis told Newsmax.

“How they could pass on this is shocking. I think it’s morally outrageous.”

Recount Confirms Trump Won Michigan County That Reported Biden Win on Election Night

A hand recount on Wednesday confirmed that a Michigan county falsely reported on election night a win for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.

The recount in Antrim County found 9,759 votes for President Donald Trump, versus 5,959 for Biden.

On Nov. 3, county officials said Biden received over 3,000 more votes than Trump. Two days later, they said Trump won by about 2,500 votes. A third change took place on Nov. 21, with Trump being certified the winner by nearly 4,000 votes.

Officials blamed the skewed results on human error.

Antrim County uses Dominion Voting Systems machines and software.

An outside group that conducted an audit of the machines said they found Dominion’s voting system “intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors,” causing the ballots to enter a process known as adjudication.

“The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified,” Russell Ramsland Jr., co-founder of Allied Security Operations Group, said in the preliminary report on the audit.

Jonathan Brater, Michigan’s director of elections, who works out of Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s office, responded by alleging the audit report did not explain its allegations about the voting system’s “intentional” design.

“Although a more detailed analysis of the report must be conducted with an individual with technical expertise, it is apparent to me that the report makes a series of unsupported conclusions, ascribes motives of fraud and obfuscation to processes that are easily explained as routine election procedures or error corrections, and suggests without explanation that elements of election software not used in Michigan are somehow responsible for tabulation or reporting errors that are either nonexistent or easily explained,” he wrote in a court filing.

Benson, a Democrat, announced earlier this month that a “zero-margin risk-limiting” would be performed in Antrim County.

Lori Bourbonnais of the Michigan Bureau of Elections told reporters in the county that the preliminary results from the audit showed 11 additional ballots were found for Trump, while Biden’s vote count went down by one.

Officials also found three other ballots, including one for Libertarian candidate Jo Jorgensen.

“This is a very typical of what we find in a hand count of ballots. It is normal to find one or two votes in a precinct that differ between a hand tally and the machine count. So what we saw today was very typical,” she said.

Another official told reporters during the recount that they were “confident” in the election results, and referred to what happened with the false reporting on election night as caused by “human error.”

Benson said in a statement that the audit “confirmed the truth & affirmed the facts: Dominion’s voting machines accurately tabulated votes cast for President.”

The Trump and Biden campaigns did not respond to requests for comment.

Dominion’s CEO, John Poulos, answered questions from lawmakers in Michigan last week. He gave the most detailed explanation of what purportedly happened with the vote count in Antrim County.

Poulos said that because of a rule change, the machine programming needed to be updated in October but Antrim County officials failed to update all 18 tabulators, meaning some had new programming while some still had the old programming.

Officials then forgot to conduct the logic and accuracy tests on the programming, he said. A third error took place when a contracting firm in October programmed the tabulators in a way that allowed memory cards with both the old and new programming to count votes.

“If all of the tabulators had been updated as per procedure, there wouldn’t have been any error in the unofficial reporting,” he said.

Dominion did not program the machines and have no access to Antrim’s systems, he said. Dominion is also not in possession of any logs, databases, or election material.

“A lot of the arguments were incomprehensible to me,” Poulos said, referring to allegations in the audit report. “But then again, I haven’t seen any of the files.”
