This past weekend, Sidney Powell released a 270-page report detailing the large-scale election fraud involved in the U.S. election in 2020 and evidence of foreign government interference in the election.

The American conservative media "Zenger News" published the full report of the lawyer Powell. The report contains a large number of testimonies, sources, numerous witnesses and other evidence, including military testimony, detailing the origins of foreign interference in the presidential election, the involvement of Dominion voting machines in fraud, and cyber hacking of the U.S. election system.

The report pointed out that the Dominion voting system is inherently flawed, which was designed deliberately and purposefully to create systematic election fraud and influence election results. One-fifth of the components used in the voting machine are “from Chinese companies”.

The Director of the National Intelligence Agency, John Ratcliffe, also confirmed earlier that foreign interference in the U.S. election occurred in the 2020 election.

CBS senior reporter Catherine Herridge reported on December 16 that the Director of Intelligence Ratcliffe said that in the US election in November this year, foreign countries such as China (the CCP), Iran and Russia intervened.

Bloomberg and Fox News’ reports on the same day also quoted sources as saying that the intelligence community has not yet reached an internal consensus, mainly because the CCP is trying to influence the 2020 presidential election. Some senior intelligence analysts insist that the CCP is attempting to influence the 2020 presidential election while some people are playing down the CCP’s interference in the US election.

Fox News quoted a senior intelligence official as saying that the director of national intelligence hopes that "intelligence can accurately and honestly reflect information about China and everything else."

In the previous few days, hackers used the software company "SolarWinds" to invade many U.S. federal government agencies and large enterprises, including the Department of Defense, State Department, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Energy, Department of Treasury, Department of Commerce, and Nuclear Security Administration. All traces of hacking were found, posing a serious threat to national security.

Reuters first quoted a source on December 13 to report that hackers backed by foreign governments have been monitoring the internal e-mail exchanges of agencies responsible for Internet and telecommunications policies within the US Treasury and Commerce Departments.

President Trump commented on the SolarWinds cyber attack on December 19. He said, “The cyber hacking reported by the fake news media is much more serious than the actual situation. I have received a comprehensive briefing and everything is under control. Russia, Russia, and Russia are the first to chant when anything happens, because Lamestream is mainly for financial reasons. They dare not even discuss the possibility that it may be China (maybe!)."

"Our ridiculous voting machine may have also been attacked during the election, and now it is clearly my victory, which is even a more corrupt embarrassment for the United States."

According to the conservative news website National File, the relationship between the owners of SolarWinds, Silver Lake and Thoma Bravo, and the CCP is questionable. According to reports, they sold hundreds of millions of dollars in stock just a few days before the US announced the hacking incident.

According to OSINT research and analyst Dr. Quigley  previously broke the news, Hong Kong billionaire Kenneth Hao is also a board member of SolarWinds.
