If the CCP attacks Taiwan, will the United States intervene in defense? Now with the latest answer, Biden clearly said: Yes!
Please note that Biden said "Yes" twice in a row, and his attitude was quite direct and decisive, without hesitation. This is the first time in the history of the US President that he clearly promised to help Taiwan to resist the Chinese Communist invasion. In other words, does the US’s past “strategic vagueness” regarding its Taiwan Strait policy really need to be changed to “strategic clarity”? Not necessarily yet.
First, let's look at the reaction of the Taiwanese government. The Presidential Office responded very implicitly, emphasizing that Taiwan will “do not succumb to pressure and get support not to advance”. Taiwan will continue to show its determination to defend itself, and countries with similar ideas will work together to maintain peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait and the Indo-Pacific region.
Well, the Taiwan side’s response was indeed quite calm and there was no excitement. On the one hand, of course, it is to avoid angering the CCP, but on the other hand, it may also mean that the Taiwan government has more reservations and comparisons about Biden’s impromptu speech without hesitation. Wait-and-see attitude.
However, Biden’s speech certainly made the CCP nervous. The CCP immediately responded, demanding that the U.S. "do not stand on the opposite side of China's 1.4 billion people" and "be cautious in its words and deeds on the Taiwan issue."
Later, the White House came out to put out the fire, reiterating that the US policy toward Taiwan has not changed, that is, the US will continue to deal with cross-strait issues in accordance with the "Taiwan Relations Act", the three US-China joint communiqués, and the "six guarantees to Taiwan." Yes, it has brought Biden's "strategic clarity" back to the state of "strategic ambiguity."
Well, in fact, there have been more than one scenes like this. Biden just recently unexpectedly broke the news that he and Xi Jinping will abide by the "Taiwan Agreement" and that Xi Jinping should not do other things that are detrimental to Taiwan; then the White House went out to put out the fire. , Saying that the United States’ Taiwan policy has not changed. But now Biden still broke the news again, saying that once the CCP attacked Taiwan, the US military would intervene, and then White House staff came out to put out the fire again.
I believe many people are confused. Is this "strategic clarity" or "strategy vague"? In my opinion, this is an upgraded version of the US's "strategic obscurity", which can be called "strategic obscurity." That is, it is clearer than vague, and darker than clear. The purpose is to strengthen the deterrence and warning against Chinese accomplices. Otherwise, I am afraid that the CCP will take risks and directly go to war in the Taiwan Strait.
As you all know, Biden is getting older and often has a bad memory and makes mistakes. For example, at the AUKUS press conference a few days ago, Biden even forgot the name of the Australian Prime Minister, and finally had to call "that partner in the audience" and made a big joke. However, the US diplomatic team seems to be deliberately using this to make Biden engage in "confused diplomacy" or "pretend diplomacy" to counter the CCP's wolf diplomacy.
To put it simply, it is to make Biden speak bluntly and tough words on the table, making the CCP feel uneasy and dissatisfied, and then the staff will come forward to put out the fire and bring Biden's "cannon" back to its original point, as if nothing has happened. Similarly, it was Biden who made a silly remark and used this method to create a "clearer strategic ambiguity."
It is also worth noting that in the Trump era, this kind of tough speech against the CCP was made by Pompeo or other staff, who made the staff play black faces, and Trump himself played the red face behind the scenes, that is, pretending to be white. But now the Biden administration has turned it upside down, letting the somewhat forgetful Biden pretend to be a black face in front of the stage, pretending to be foolish and bewildering the CCP war wolf, while the staff hides behind the scenes and pretends to be a white face.
However, in my opinion, the US’s “silly diplomacy” or “pretend diplomacy” has essentially not changed the original Taiwan policy. It still maintains the “one China” principle, and just wants to adopt this kind of more threatening tactics to suppress the CCP and allow the United States to gain more leadership in its Taiwan Strait policy and China policy, but the United States does not want to change the status quo in the Taiwan Strait.
Simply put, the US policy on the Taiwan Strait does not take Taiwan as the main body, but takes the interests of the US as the main body. Therefore, the Taiwanese government’s response this time is quite reasonable. It is not overjoyed by optimism, but rather low-profile and cautious in words and deeds. This is correct.
Next, Taiwan will not only use actual actions to enhance its own national defense capabilities, but also closely observe the interaction and changes between the United States and the CCP in order to make accurate judgments and ensure Taiwan's security and interests.
Removal of Chen Bowei, exposing the CCP's new strategy to Taiwan
In the past two days, the hottest political topic in Taiwan has been the removal of legislator Chen Bowei. Chen Bowei, 36 years old, is one of the few young legislators in Taiwan’s Legislative Yuan. He is also the only legislator of Taiwan’s Foundation Progressive Party. He took office in February last year to the present in just one year and eight months. In the near future, it has encountered tremendous pressure to remove it.
The voting for the recall took place on the 23rd of Taiwan time, so when we produced this episode in the United States, Taiwan had not voted yet, but when everyone saw the show, the voting results were already out.
Because many Taiwanese friends want me to talk about this, but as I said before, our show does not involve politics, nor does it support any political parties or politicians, so we deliberately chose this point in time, which will not affect it anymore. The result of the voting is now. Let’s talk to you at this time about the significance of this recall to Taiwan and what it has to do with the CCP.
First of all, I want to emphasize that friends in Taiwan are very happy. Not only do they have the right to vote directly, they can vote for politicians and public opinion representatives they recognize, and they also have the right to vote to remove politicians they don’t recognize. For example, the former mayor of Kaohsiung, Han Guoyu, was successfully deposed in June last year, becoming the first municipal mayor to be deposed in Taiwan's history, which further matured Taiwan's democratic politics.
As you all know, Chapter 12 of the Constitution of the Republic of China stipulates that the people have the four regimes of "election, recall, creation, and referendum." Although the people of Taiwan have not used the power of "creation" and "referendum", they have matured. Use the right of election and recall.
In other words, regardless of the outcome of the vote for Chen Bowei’s removal, the people of Taiwan have once again demonstrated to the international community that Taiwan is a mature and democratic society with not only peaceful party rotation, but also peaceful elections and removal of political figures. For the CCP, this is the soft power that scares them the most.
In the past, the CCP always lied to the Chinese to say that the quality of the Chinese was too poor and not suitable for the democratic system, so we must let the elites of the Party Central Committee implement "democratic centralism." But in fact, this is just an excuse to concentrate power in the hands of the party. If the Chinese people are really of poor quality, does the CCP still have to engage in "great national rejuvenation"? There is no need to engage in the "Chinese Dream", because the quality of the people is poor and will not succeed, right?
Therefore, regardless of the result of this voting, Taiwan has once again proved to the world, especially to China, that the Chinese can have a free and democratic system and that the people can manage the country like Europe and the United States. And politicians should humbly listen to the voices of the people, instead of pretending to be bossy and cutting leeks like the Chinese Communist officials. In a nutshell, this recall case is another slap in the face of the CCP.
Secondly, many people asked me whether the Chinese Communist Party was involved in the case of Chen Bowei's removal. As far as I see it, it is obviously true. Let's cite a few evidences to illustrate:
First, after the news of Chen Bowei’s removal came out, Kamihata Hirohiro, a city councillor from Kobe, Japan, wrote in Chinese on Twitter. He opposed the removal, thinking that this was the Kuomintang’s “bad strategy” against Chen Baiwei, and expressed his opinion of Chen Bowei’s support.
Then, the city of Kobe received a protest call from the Consulate General of the Communist Party of China and also requested that the holding of the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Summit be stopped. Think about it, everyone. Taiwan is voting for the recall. The Japanese congressmen use their personal capacity to support Chen Bowei. What's the matter with the CCP? Why does the CCP use political and diplomatic power to pressure Japan? Is it true that the CCP also has interests in this recall case? Otherwise, why do you engage in War Wolf so actively?
I remember a Taiwanese saying, "If someone eats rice noodles, you help them shout for cooking", which means "others eat noodles, you are shouting hot", which means to take care of your business. Some people may say that this Japanese congressman is just the one who is nosy and yelling hot, but now the CCP’s move is equivalent to rushing to beat the yelling hot person. Isn't this more nosy? Could it be that the CCP has poisoned the noodles, fearing that the parties would not dare to eat it when they hear that the noodles are hot?
Therefore, it is likely that the CCP will also intervene in this recall case. That is why it attaches so much importance to it and so unscrupulously put pressure on foreign congressmen publicly.
The second piece of evidence is that the pro-communist media of the CCP in Taiwan and local cooperative groups have come out in full force and attacked Chen Bowei overwhelmingly. Think about it, Chen Bowei is just a rookie legislator in Taichung City, and this removal is only a local-level election, but almost all pro-communist media in Taiwan have been dispatched to bite Chen Bowei like a piranha, and launch another round day and night. A round of public opinion attacks is like a cannon hitting a bird.
This rare asymmetric media war is probably because the CCP has issued a "first-level mobilization order", requiring the Taiwanese media under its hands to go all out and must "stigmatize" the target person. Taiwan’s pro-communist politicians even sang with the media and spared no effort to attack Chen Bowei.
We are not here to help Chen Bowei speak, nor that Chen Bowei’s past "electricity" and "drive hit and run" are right, but to tell everyone that the pro-communist media and pro-communist parties are so "high-standard" and "heavy firepower." The fight against this local removal case is a rather unusual asymmetrical operation. The big brother of the Chinese Communist Party is supposed to be secretly commanding it.
The third piece of evidence, Wang Hongen, a Taiwanese scholar who teaches in the United States, discovered that there have been many "fake robot anchors" on YouTube recently. These anchors deliberately cover their mouths with large microphones and repeat the same actions. The strange thing is that they read. The voice of the manuscript comes from the automatic voice of Google's translation, and most of the manuscripts read come from pro-communist media such as the China Times, or from Chinese websites.
Wang Hongen’s research found that since October this year, several YouTube channels have sent a large number of videos attacking Chen Bowei. However, these channels will regularly suspend sending videos between 12 noon and 2 pm. This time period is just right. The lunch break of the CCP’s cyber army is the same. In other words, the possibility of the CCP hiding behind the scenes to remotely control this recall case is actually quite high.
The fourth piece of evidence is a cyber attack. As voting day approaches, there are more and more cyber rumors attacking Chen Bowei on the Internet. The police tracked down and found that several groups of network IPs specifically targeted for attacks were from the dormitory of Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan. After the investigation, it was found that these IPs were probably stolen by overseas VPNs, that is to say, these attacking speeches were from overseas, not in Taiwan.
Although the police do not yet know the true identities of these overseas attackers, if you look back at the past, the CCP’s cyber army’s intervention in Taiwan’s elections, plus the first three pieces of evidence just mentioned, together, you will find that the CCP has intervened. The suspicion of this recall case is very, very high.
Well, since the suspicion of the CCP involved in the case is very high, then we have to ask one more question: Why does the CCP intervene in this recall case? Is it because the CCP has a soft spot for Chen Bowei? Obviously not, I think there are several reasons:
1. Destroying democracy with democracy and tearing apart Taiwanese society
Let me start with a conclusion. Actually, the outcome of this recall case is not that important to the CCP. The most important thing is to intensify political confrontations and conflicts within Taiwan through every election, and to incite political figures and politicians with different political stances. Voters yelled at each other and fought each other, thus tearing apart Taiwan’s internal unity and disintegrating Taiwan’s democracy and freedom. This is the fundamental purpose of the CCP’s subversive war.
Therefore, in every election, the CCP is spreading false information through various channels to create mutual attacks and conflicts between Taiwan’s blue and green camps. The more intense the better, on the one hand, it wants the people of Taiwan to feel that Taiwan’s politics were unreliable and democratic elections are too orderly. People were disappointed, so they gradually gave up their trust in freedom and democracy. On the other hand, CCP want the Chinese people to see that Taiwan’s democracy was too chaotic and elections were terrible, which makes the Chinese feel that democracy was not good, but that the CCP’s repressive rule was the best.
2. The CCP is temporarily unable to send troops to "peace and reunification" first
Only a few days ago Xi Jinping publicly threatened Taiwan, "the splitting of the country will not end well", but he also emphasized the need to "achieve the reunification of the motherland in a peaceful way." Of course, this does not mean that the CCP has renounced the use of force to invade Taiwan. It is just that within a short period of time, the CCP does not have enough confidence that it will be able to take Taiwan in a single dispatch, so it is temporarily saying that it wants "peaceful reunification." So why is the CCP temporarily unable to send troops?
First, we said before that the CCP is not afraid of Taiwan, but that the U.S. military will intervene in the rescue of Taiwan. Biden has just made it clear that once the CCP attacks Taiwan, the U.S. military will intervene in the defense of Taiwan. This constitutes a great deal to the CCP intimidation and scruples. In particular, the CCP currently lacks sufficient amphibious landing transport vehicles to project its troops. Therefore, the CCP currently wants to temporarily replenish its troops and wait for a more certain time to dispatch troops.
Second, Xi Jinping’s current top priority is to rectify the internal economic and social order, and show enough political achievements to prove that he is eligible for re-election at the CCP’s “20th National Congress” next year. At the plenary session, the third historical resolution in the history of the Communist Party of China was introduced to tout that he had enough achievements and ability to be re-elected as party leader for life, so doing a good job of internal affairs is his current priority.
However, China’s economy has been sluggish recently. Economic growth has declined for two consecutive quarters. Coupled with the debt crisis of Evergrande Real Estate in China, there are more real estate companies that may explode at any time, which will pose a more serious threat to the Chinese economy. . So in contrast, the urgency of dealing with the Taiwan issue is clearly behind the internal affairs and economy.
Thirdly, the current struggle within the CCP’s senior leadership is very fierce. It can almost be described as "you die or die." The Beijing authorities recently announced the news that Sun Lijun, Wang Like and others had been "double-opened", which also confirmed that factions in the party really wanted to do so. Want to engage in a coup, want to assassinate Xi Jinping.
Moreover, the Chinese Communist Party’s "Liberation Army Daily" only recently published an article talking about Ming Yingzong’s "change of seizure of the door", implying that there was a "superior emperor" in the party who wanted to restore power and asked the military not to stop the seizure; then, he supported Xi Jinping. The "Study Times" of China also published an article mentioning the Eastern Han coup, warning all factions to choose sides, otherwise they might be killed.
Well, the two factions of the CCP’s high-level people screamed each other through the media. One faction called for restoration and seizure of power, which meant that Jiang Zemin and Zeng Qinghong’s factions were going to attack Xi; the other faction asked everyone not to mess around, or they would be killed. Xi Jinping is ready to attack the coup perpetrators, leaving no room for it.
Such rumours in Beijing will of course make Xi Jinping have to concentrate on dealing with power struggles in the party, dealing with all possible coups and murders, so there is no way to deal with Taiwan for the time being.
3. Exploring the strength of the "local co-workers" and adjusting the strategy against Taiwan
As you all know, the Kuomintang has just changed its chairman, and the Kuomintang has always been regarded as a "local co-operation" group that has a very close relationship with the CCP, that is, the CCP in Taiwan, um, "good friends", to put it mildly. Therefore, in this recall case, the Kuomintang can be said to have devoted their lives and efforts, because this is the first election for the new party chairman, and we must try to win and build prestige.
Who will build prestige for? In addition to showing it to the party, it must also be shown to the CCP on the other side. As you all know, the Kuomintang not only lost a disastrous presidential election in the Taiwanese election last year, but also lost only 38 seats in the Legislative Yuan election.
Therefore, the CCP must pass this recall case to observe how much energy and struggle the Kuomintang still has in Taiwanese society? Is it worth the CCP's continued investment and cooperation? At the same time, we will also use this to discuss and revise the next united front strategy against Taiwan.
Reason 4: Removal of key figures and theft of Congressional legislative power
The Foreign Affairs and National Defense Committee of the Taiwan Legislative Yuan is an important core unit for overseeing Taiwan's foreign policy and reviewing national defense budgets. It is closely related to Taiwan's foreign affairs and defense capabilities. This committee currently has 13 members, five of whom are of the Nationalist Party, six of the Democratic Progressive Party, one is Chen Baiwei of the CPP, and the other is Lin Changzuo, who has no party membership. However, You Xikun of the Democratic Progressive Party has no right to vote because he is the head of the Legislative Yuan.
In other words, the structure of the National Defense Committee is the five-seat member of the KMT, with five seats for the DPP plus two other parties. If Chen Bowei is dismissed and Lin Changzuo is dismissed again, then the committee will become a "blue-green five-five wave" tie. At that time, the CCP will have the opportunity to boycott certain national defense bills through the pro-communist camp. Either boycott the defense budget, or delay the review of the bill through conference procedures.
Coincidentally, the Chairman of the Kuomintang also publicly stated that they must first dismiss Chen Bowei and then Lin Changzuo. This idea is exactly in line with the strategy we just mentioned. Therefore, the CCP is likely to want to weaponize the "right to recall" in Taiwan's democracy as a weapon of their struggle to remove "key obstacles" in the Congress, so as to further influence Taiwan's Congress legislation.
To put it bluntly, the CCP wants to embezzle the "right to recall" through the pro-communist party in Taiwan, then steal the "legislative power" and further expand its dominance over Taiwan's politics and legislation. This is a new strategy for the CCP to use Taiwan's democratic system to subvert democracy. If this recall case is passed, then the CCP is likely to push for more recall cases and remove their thorns one by one.

Japanese Defense Minister: CCP may invade Taiwan with Crimean strategy

"An invasion may start unknowingly, and a war may be carried out without the use of military force." The Minister of Defense of Japan Nobuo Kishi said on 22 October 2021 (Friday) that it alluded to China's recent aggression against Taiwan.
Nobuo Kishi attended the 18th U.S. Think Tank Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS)/"Nikkei" online seminar on Friday, said that Russia's actions were an "illegal annexation" of Crimea.
He said that Russia’s annexation of Crimea was an example. The invasion began without sending troops.
Before the Russian army took control of the Crimea region in 2014, information control and cyber attacks on the local area became very prominent.
Nobuo Kishi's comments came at a time when the CCP increased its pressure on Taiwan. Earlier in October, the CCP sent a record number of military planes to disturb Taiwan. It claimed that Taiwan belongs to China, but it never really ruled Taiwan for a day.
Taiwan’s Defense Minister also warned that CCP China has the ability to invade and will be able to launch a “full-scale” invasion of Taiwan before 2025.
Nobuo Kishi said on Friday that if one party attempts to "unilaterally change the status quo through force or coercion", freedom and democracy in Asia and other parts of the world will also be threatened.
He emphasized that it is necessary to adopt new technologies in the fields of networks and outer space to deal with threats from China and other major powers.
"The powerful country is continuing to strengthen its military power and gain a dominant position in space and cyberspace." Nobuo Kishi said, "North Korea not only has the current missiles, but also advanced technology. There are threats to democracy everywhere in the world."
Hybrid warfare and gray zone tactics have increasingly attracted global attention. These strategies include false information, economic manipulation, the use of agents, rebellion, and diplomatic pressure.
As China, Russia, and the United States build space stations, competition in space is also intensifying. The Financial Times reported this week that the Chinese military conducted two hypersonic weapon tests in the summer. Sources said that a rocket launched in July used a “Fractional Orbital Bombardment System” (FOBS). System, for the first time to promote a nuclear-capable hypersonic glider to fly around the earth.
At the same time, all countries hope to gain advantages in the electromagnetic spectrum, which is the field of future electronic warfare, including radio waves, microwaves, X-rays, and infrared, which will be used in everything from global positioning systems to precision missile attacks and advanced radars.
"With regard to these new areas, the (Japan) Self-Defense Force is in a position to follow the trend of the world, and we have taken a step forward. We need to proactively accept advanced technology." Kishi Nobuo said.
He hopes that Japan can increase its national defense budget. At the same time, he believes that Japan's efforts in cyberspace, outer space, and electromagnetic spectrum will help strengthen the Japan-US alliance.
He said, "The United States is ahead of us in terms of technology. At present, Japan seems to rely on the United States, but I hope Japan can contribute with its unique technology."
He said that Japan has a cutting-edge science and technology foundation.

Controversial Wuhan lab seeks to staff new facility with CCP members
Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), the lab at the center of intense scrutiny over whether it was the source of the COVID-19 pandemic, launched a new research facility earlier in 2021 and has sought to staff it with workers loyal to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
The new facility, known as the Jiangxia Laboratory, focuses on studying emerging pathogens, biosafety technologies and drugs on biosafety defense, according to China’s state-run media. Located in central China’s Hubei province, the new lab was formally unveiled in February.
According to the WIV website, the facility is headed by Xiao Gengfu, who is currently the CCP secretary attached to the WIV.
In China, most companies, schools, institutions, and other entities have party branches or party cells embedded within them—a way for the communist regime to maintain a tight grip on their operations and staff.
Since May, the WIV has published several job listings on its website for positions at the new facility. At least two listings had one specific qualification requirement—being a CCP member.
A May 17 job post sought a CCP member who could fill a “comprehensive management post.” The person would need to handle administrative duties, such as coordinating and organizing important meetings and major events.
The person would also be tasked to handle “Party affairs management,” including having the responsibility of “Party branch construction and daily management of Party members,” according to the job post.
On 25 August, the WIV published a post seeking a CCP member to fill a human resources position. The person would be in charge of hiring and other duties, such as managing contracts.
The recruiting documents were initially reported by The National Pulse.
Jiangxia Laboratory is one of seven new labs established in Hubei in 2021 as part of an initiative by provincial authorities to turn it into a province with strong technology sectors. According to China’s state-run media, one of the labs focuses on optoelectronics, the study of electronic devices that use light, and is run by the Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan, Hubei’s capital.

Five new laboratories in Wuhan
Of the remaining five new labs, one dedicated to researching aerial technology is run by Wuhan University, while another lab focusing on biological breeding is managed by Wuhan-based Huazhong Agricultural University.
The CCP regime has vehemently denied that the CCP virus, the pathogen causing the disease COVID-19, escaped from the WIV, despite a growing body of circumstantial evidence raising questions about the potential role of the lab in causing the pandemic. Instead, the communist regime has argued that the virus has a natural origin.
In January, the U.S. State Department released a fact sheet stating that several researchers at the WIV fell ill with symptoms consistent with both COVID-19 and common seasonal illnesses in autumn 2019. The assertion contradicts a claim by a researcher at the institute who said there was “zero infection” among lab staff and students.
The WIV has been conducting research on bat coronaviruses for more than a decade and is located a short drive from a local market in Wuhan where the first reported cluster of infection cases emerged.
Australian investigative reporter Sharri Markson, in a recent episode of EpochTV’s “American Thought Leaders,” said “evidence quite clearly points to a leak” at the WIV. Among the evidence she cited was a WIV database containing 22,000 viruses going offline unexpectedly in September 2019 and that the institute spent $500,000 to boost its security before the onset of the pandemic.

Vietnam Railways Corporation applies to import 37 used train carriages from Japan
Source : VOV.VN
The proposal of the Vietnam Railways Corporation to the Government to allow the import of 37 old Japanese train carriages manufactured from 1979 - 1982, used by the Japanese railway enterprise free of charge at the price of 0 copper for renovation and exploitation is receiving special attention from the public. On 16 October 2021, the Vietnam Railways Corporation (VNR) petitioned the Government to allow the import of 37 old carriages that were delivered free of charge by Japan. According to VNR leaders, 37 carriages of the Kiha 40 and Kiha 48 types, which were manufactured by Japan in the period 1979-1982 and used by the East Japan Railway Company (JR East), have now been discontinued.
The soft-seated, air-conditioned wagons with a capacity of 68-82 seats, 28-34 seats, operate at a maximum speed of 95 km/h on Japan's 1,067 mm gauge railways. Wagons can be operated independently or easily connected into trains depending on usage needs.
It is known that after about 40 years of operation, both types of wagons do not have serious safety and quality problems. JR East will transfer the wagons to VNR free of charge if there is a need. The Vietnamese side will bear the costs related to the import and renovation.

Coal being transported from Mongolia to China
Source : Montsame
A request has been put forth to the side of China for quickly organizing works to transport about 4,500 containers to be delivered to Mongolia that have accumulated at the Tianjin Port, reports Head of the Railroad and Maritime Transportation Policy Implementation and Coordination Department at the Ministry of Road and Transport Development B.Artur during a press conference on 21 October 2021.
During a meeting that took place between Minister of Road and Transport Development L.Khaltar and Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Mongolia on 18 October, discussion took place for urgently transporting containers carrying goods that are soon about to expire and at risk of becoming frozen as well as medical tools and supplies. As difficult circumstances have surfaced at some border checkpoints, it was decided to load the coal being transported from Mongolia onto Chinese trains at Gantsmod border checkpoint. Corresponding works are being carried out according to international freight agreements, said Head of the Auto Vehicle Policy Implementation and Coordination Department Yo.Jargalsaikhan.
In aims of increasing the export of coal, a terminal for container transportation was recently put into operation. Preparations are underway to transport coal in containers alongside the current method of coal transportation.
