Leaked documents: China braces for large-scale covid outbreak

The Chinese regime has notified local authorities to prepare for a large-scale outbreak of COVID-19, according to leaked internal documents obtained by the Chinese Epoch Times.
One document, titled “Notice of Further Strengthening of Epidemic Prevention” was issued by the Chinese regime’s State Council, and forwarded by Fujian provincial government to local authorities on September 30. The other is a “National Day Epidemic Prevention Notice” issued by the State Council on October 1 and distributed by the Fujian provincial officials to local authorities.
The documents are both marked “extra urgent.”
Both notices request enhanced preparations for an emergency response to the outbreak, with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) putting forward at least two standards for local authorities.
One is to build central isolation sites, with local authorities required by the end of October to create facilities of not less than 20 rooms per 10,000 people. The scale of each isolation site must be more than 100 rooms.
According to public data, the population of Fujian Province in 2020 was 41.54 million. As of Sept. 19, the province has set up 35,691 quarantine rooms in 296 central sites.
Based on the standard set in the notice, Fujian Province will need to build at least 83,000 quarantine rooms by the end of October, which is about 47,000 rooms in less than a month.
According to one expert, the requirements for the COVID-19 quarantine sites reveal the real situation of the pandemic in China.
Sean Lin, a former virology researcher at the U.S. Army Research Institute, told The Epoch Times: “This reflects the CCP’s concern about the rise of the epidemic. It must have been concealing the true epidemic in mainland China, otherwise, it would not suddenly issue a national notice of emergency preparedness.”
“Notice of Further Strengthening of Epidemic Prevention” requires the establishment of a five-layered control system.
It states: “Township and street CCP cadres, community grid staff, grassroots medical workers, police, and volunteers shall jointly implement community epidemic prevention,” such as “strictly implement[ing] community prevention and control,” or locking down residential communities.
Lin said that the control system is actually to tighten social management in local areas, and “the CCP’s purpose is to tighten control.”
“If there is no nucleic acid test, all the CCP’s epidemic prevention measures are the same as political campaigns. For example, you can be quarantined at any time and put in a quarantine site. And the quarantine sites can also be a place of political persecution,” Lin said.
“No matter who you are, as long as the CCP says that you tested positive in a nucleic acid test, it will deprive you of all your rights. The CCP’s quarantine sites are actually an alternative form of concentration camp.”

Biden’s activities threaten to complicate the anti-corruption push by the White
House, according to Politico.
Over
the summer, it was learned that President Joe Biden's son could begin
selling paintings done by Hunter with prices as high as $500,000.
The Washington Post noted Hunter Biden's artwork would be
sold under an agreement stipulating that the names of the
buyers would be kept secret from even the artist himself.
The
move is an attempt to avoid any ethical issues that could arise as a family
member of the president attempts to sell a product with a highly subjective
value, the Post reported.
Politico
noted interest in Hunter Biden’s activities from the left had been muted as of
late but that could be changing.
One story that is getting fresh attention is the laptop debacle. The mainstream media is beginning to acknowledge the Hunter Biden laptop story could be "genuine" — and gaining traction. The laptop had allegedly been abandoned at a computer repair shop.
An
earlier Politico report on the laptop contents came from a review
of Ben Schreckinger's book released in September: "The Bidens: Inside
the First Family’s Fifty-Year Rise to Power."
The
book reportedly has third-party confirmation of some of the damning emails
contained in the reporting that was original to the New York Post and shared with Newsmax last October by Rudy Giuliani,
Bernie Kerik, and laptop repairman John Paul Mac Isaac, who said they had seen
contents of the laptop.
Among
the emails confirmed in the book, as Politico reported, are "a 2015 email
from a Ukrainian bus inessman thanking him for the chance to meet Joe
Biden," and "a 2017 email in which a proposed equity breakdown of a
venture with Chinese energy executives includes the line, '10 held by H for the
big guy?'"
Politico
reported there is now evidence that at least some of the material said to be
from the laptop is genuine.
Now,
Hunter Biden’s activities are threatening to make things more difficult for the
White House to position the president as a global anti-corruption
crusader.
They throw into question the president's contention that "we have the
highest ethical standards of any administration in history."
The
case for a harder look into the Biden family’s activities only grows stronger
when one looks at the total picture of events that have unfolded since Election
Day, Politico noted.
Several
former business contacts have claimed Biden relatives "used their
political clout to advance business interests," Politico noted. The
allegations have been denied by family members.
The
outlet pointed out that several business associates of family
members have also been convicted of federal fraud or corruption charges since
2007. But it reported no members of the First Family have been implicated in
those crimes.
Additionally, since
Election Day, Hunter Biden’s dealings, along with those of other family
members, have remained in the news, according to Politico.

Hemingway’s reporting is in line with a litany of other
accusations of voter fraud in the Peach State, including ballot dumps, pristine
ballots marked for Joe Biden, and “the infamous suitcase of ballots in
Fulton Country.”
In May, RealClearInvestigations reported, “As part of his May 21
order, Superior Court Judge Brian Amero requested officials guard the warehouse
around the clock until an inspection date can be set. But just eight days
later, a breach in security was reported after sheriff’s deputies left their
post for a couple of hours.
The front door was [found] unlocked and wide open in violation
of the court order…
County officials confirmed that
a motion-detection alarm was triggered Saturday, 29 May, shortly after the
deputies drove away from the building in their patrol cars around
4 p.m. But they said a locked room where the ballots are kept “was never
breached or compromised.”
Seems suspicious, doesn’t it?
Oh, and the county elections supervisor just happens to run the
warehouse where the ballots are being stored.
A poll manager, Suzi Voyles, wrote in a sworn affidavit,
equivalent to testifying under oath, that a batch marked for the State Farm
Arena, a vote counting venue, appeared too “pristine” and that “all but three
of the 110 ballots in the bundle — which had been labeled State Farm Arena —
were marked for Biden and appeared to be ‘identical ballots.’”
The most “alarming peculiarity” was the identically marked ovals next to
Biden’s name. In every ballot, “The bubble next to ‘Joseph R. Biden’ had
a slight white eclipse in the bubble,’ she said, leading her to believe
that the batch of 107 Biden ballots had been ‘copied’ from a single ballot.
Voyles, who had worked as a poll worker for 20 years, was then
fired after testifying to what she saw.
It’s interesting that, as you might recall, State Farm Arena was the site of suspicious activity in the late hours of the night of election day. Poll workers were told to go home and then video footage showed that suitcases full of ballots were removed from under tables and counted, and by morning Biden had pulled ahead of Trump.
Again, another red flag warrants further investigation.
There are still many open questions about the 2020 election,
including in Arizona where a forensic inspection of ballots is being discussed,
as well as similar sworn testimony about suspicious ballots in other Georgia
counties.
Other poll workers have testified in sworn affidavits that
entire ballots only were marked for Biden, which is odd, given that though
Biden won the presidency, Republicans did well in down-ballot Congressional and
state elections.
It strains credulity to believe that millions of voters voted
for down-ballot Republicans but not for the Republican at the top of the
ticket.
It is time to get answers to some of these outstanding ballot
irregularities.
We may never know for sure who actually won the 2020
election…and the time to figure it out is quickly coming to an end.
