Due to arrears of aircraft maintenance fees and liquidated damages of about 5 million RMB, Korea Express Air was included in the list of airlines subject to enforcement. On 11 October 2021, in order to maximize the protection of the executor's priority, the executive team of the Executive Bureau of the Hainan No. 1 Intermediate People's Court went to Xi'an Xianyang International Airport to seize an aircraft of the airline. This is the first case of a foreign-related civil aircraft seized by the Hainan No. 1 Intermediate People's Court.
It is understood that in 2019, a maintenance company performed maintenance on Korea Express Air's aircraft registration number HL8094 in accordance with the agreement but the airline did not pay for the maintenance. The maintenance company went to the Hainan No. 1 Intermediate People's Court to sue Korea Express Air, demanding payment of arrears for maintenance costs, which was supported by the court. The judgment took effect. After entering the enforcement procedure, the enforcement judge served the relevant legal documents to the person to be enforced in accordance with the law.
Upon investigation, Korea Express Air only had an Embraer ERJ-145/ER regional jet produced by Embraer left in the Xi'an Xianyang International Airport maintenance plant for execution. Korea Express Air suspended flights to Busan, Jeju and Kitakyushu from Yangyang after the aircraft went to Xi'an Xianyang for plane maintenance. WMA is an important global medical organization with 115 member states. It is one of WHO's important international non-governmental professional organization partners and plays a pivotal role in medical and public health issues.
Taiwan’s achievements in epidemic prevention have been recognized by various countries, but it has been continuously suppressed by China in the international community. The Chinese Medical Association also acts frequently in the WMA. Thailand plans to add to the list of countries exempted from isolation to 38 countries, including Nordic countries and EU countries
