On 14 November 2022, 160 directors of foreign trade enterprises in Guangdong took China Southern Airlines CZ5251 "Guangdong Global" chartered flight from Guangzhou to Singapore to participate in the 2022 Asia Pacific Cosmoprof Singapore Special Exhibition held from 16 to 18 November. It is reported that the exhibition is one of the largest and most concerned beauty development fairs in the Asia-Pacific region.
Flight CZ5251 operated by one of China Southern's 54 A321neo aircraft, left Guangzhou at 8.14 am and arrived at Gate D32 of Changi Airport after landing at 11.49 am. It is planned to depart for Guangzhou under flight CZ5252 on 21 November 2022.
The "Guangdong Global" brand project is one of the top ten projects for the high-quality development of Guangdong trade. It holds more than 100 online and offline exhibitions every year, and guides foreign trade companies to actively participate in the exhibition. In order to overcome the barriers of the epidemic, the Guangdong Provincial Government organized a series of "Guangdong Trade Global" charter flights, and China Southern Airlines unified carrier companies to go abroad to participate in important exhibitions, increase orders to stabilize foreign trade, and use practical actions to help the economic development of the Greater Bay Area. Previously, China Southern Airlines flight CZ5255 carried 47 foreign trade leaders of Guangdong enterprises from Guangzhou to KLIA on 30 October 2022 to participate in the 4th Guangdong (Malaysia) Commodities Exhibition held at the World Trade Center in Kuala Lumpur from 2 to 4 November 2022. In the next step, more charter plans will continue to be promoted.

Since the beginning of 2022, while maintaining the overall situation of the country's epidemic prevention and control, China Southern Airlines has steadily resumed and increased the number of routes along the "Belt and Road", including Guangzhou-Rome, Shenzhen-Singapore, etc. In the winter and spring seasons, China Southern Airlines flies 654 routes, including 607 domestic routes and 47 international, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan routes. It plans to implement 320,000 flights, with an average daily flight volume of more than 2,000 flights, helping the country to build a new double cycle. The development pattern will contribute to China Southern's strength in the recovery of the global economy.
