Jiang Yongxue’s first book, Martial Law: An Anthology of Taiwanese Literature (2017), covers 30 novels and prose works published between 1949 and 2016, allowing researchers in various fields to learn about modern Taiwanese literature; the second book, White Thoughts – Zheng Jiongming Selected Poems (2019) is the first German book devoted to the introduction of Taiwanese native poets; the recently published Zwischen Himmel und Meer simultaneously presents the oral traditions of different aboriginal tribes, as well as Hakka while works in southern Hokkien and Chinese reflect the multiculturalism of Taiwan's various eras.
