The person in charge of the overseas "China Wiki" recently issued a statement condemning the Guangdong Public Security Bureau for "moving flowers and trees" for concocting an unjust case over the information leakage incident of Xi Mingze. He announced that the responsibility for the case is on his own. If the Guangdong authorities do not immediately correct their mistakes and release the unjustly convicted persons, then multiple websites involving the Chinese Communist Party’s political circles will expose more corruption information about senior public security officials.

The overseas head of "China Wiki" under the pseudonym Mr. L was interviewed by Radio Free Asia on Sunday (28th). He made it clear that the news about Xi Mingze and Deng Jiagui was posted by him on the websites of "Vulgar Wiki" and "Red Bank Foundation", and had nothing to do with Niu Tengyu, who was severely sentenced by Guangdong Public Security recently and other personnel. Willing to be responsible for this.

Mr. L disclosed that in July and August 2018, an account named "ID Card" (shenfenzheng) on the overseas social network platform Twitter took the lead to disclose Xi Jinping's personal identity information, which did not cause a sensation at the time. Later, another Twitter account "Spider Performing Arts Company" disclosed Xi Mingze's ID card with the pseudonym "Chu Chen" and the photos in her early passport. These data were all sold out by the public security system personnel of the Chinese Communist Party.

Mr. L said that during May and June 2019, he posted Xi Mingze’s household registration, contact information, and ID number, together with Xi Jinping’s ID number and household registration, to the China Wiki, and added multiple templates. Display at the beginning of multiple entries.

"This is all headed by me. I am the real'prime culprit'. I publicly announced that'there is a kind to catch me' and I am willing to take full responsibility." Mr. L emphasized, "Maoming police are full of loopholes. They beat people into tricks. They do this to go against the laws of nature. I can't stand it. I just want to expose their lies."

He further pointed out that ‘Vulgar Wiki’ has nothing to do with ‘China Wiki’ and ‘Red Bank Foundation’. When he heard that Niu Tengyu had been sentenced to 14 years, he was shocked. The CCP police's practice of framing and framing made him feel righteous indignation.

Mr. L said that "Zhinaviki" was first founded by Xiao Yanrui, and then it was managed by Mr. Y overseas. "China Wiki" and "Vulgar Wiki" are not the same website at all. Although they were connected to each other for a time, the connection was cancelled later. However, in order to claim credit, the Maonan Internet Police Brigade in Maoming, Guangdong used the method of "removing flowers and trees", deliberately conflating "China Wiki" and "Vulgar Wiki".

Radio Free Asia reported that Xiao Yanrui, who is currently in Japan, had publicly stated earlier that the personal information of Xi Mingze and Deng Jiagui was made public on the web pages by the overseas "China Wiki" and "Red Bank Foundation", but Guangdong Province The Maonan Internet Police Brigade in Maoming City used torture to extract confessions and concocted an unjust case involving 24 people including Niu Tengyu. The authorities must correct this mistake.

Chen Ming, the main manager of the "New Vulgar Wiki" website, and others have also stated recently that if the Guangdong authorities fail to make a public trial and make a fair judgment during the second instance of the case, the "New Vulgar Wiki" website will expose all levels of Guangdong that have been obtained. Public security archives and corruption of officials of the Guangdong judicial system.

Mr. L also shouted to the Guangdong police through Radio Free Asia, asking them to immediately correct their mistakes and release the relevant personnel. Otherwise, multiple websites involving the Chinese Communist Party’s political circles will continue to disclose the information of corrupt officials of the Chinese Communist Party and personnel of the Guangdong Public Security Bureau.

According to an earlier report by Radio Free Asia, in May 2019, after the personal data of Xi Jinping’s daughter Xi Mingze and Xi Jinping’s brother-in-law Deng Jiagui were exposed by the overseas website "China Wiki", the CCP officially set up a task force to arrest the "evil vulgarity" in China. There were 24 members of the "Wiki" website, but after some investigation, it was discovered that these people had nothing to do with "China Wiki", and the related persons were subsequently released by the police in various places.

However, the Maonan Internet Police Brigade in Maoming, Guangdong wanted to take advantage of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China to make a major case as a "gift", so it deliberately moved the flowers and trees and described "China Wiki" and "Vulgar Wiki" as the same website. He also re-detained members of the "Vulgar Wiki" and tortured these young people to extract confessions. During this period, Niu Tengyu, who was accused of being the main culprit, was beaten to maimed an arm during the forced confession and was forced to write 100,000 words of "self-reported material" in January 2020. However, afterwards, he disclosed the inside story of his torture and confessions, stating that most of the content of the self-reported statement was not true and did not represent his own intentions.

Under severe torture to extract a confession, 24 members of the "Vulgar Wiki" were beaten and the Guangdong police immediately filed a lawsuit for "picking quarrels and provoking trouble", "infringing on personal information" and "illegal business".

On November 2, 2020, the "Evil Vulgar Wiki" project opened in court. On December 30, the court issued a verdict on these 24 young people. Among them, Niu Tengyu was sentenced to 14 years and fined 130,000 RMB.

Niu Tengyu’s mother said in an interview with Radio Free Asia that all the young people sentenced this time were "scapegoats." The case was purely political and she had decided to appeal for justice for her son.
