Why
did the CCP launch an anti-American propaganda war?

This is the 16th article in the series of comments on
"Political Manipulation Cannot conceal the U.S.'s ineffective
anti-epidemic" published by the People's Daily in the name of " Zhong
Sheng " from 20 July 2021 to the present, when, the "People's
Daily" has published articles criticizing the United States with a
frequency of one article a day. This is extremely rare in the 42 years since
the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States.
Why is the CCP launching such an anti-American propaganda
war today in 2021? The author believes that there may be the following four
reasons:
1. The CCP’s strategy for the U.S. has changed
The CCP’s strategy towards the United States has roughly
gone through three stages: the first stage, confrontation, from the
establishment of the Communist Party of China on 1 October 1949 to the visit of US President Nixon on 21 February
1972; the second stage, the use, from 1972 until 2020, before the overall
deterioration of Sino-US relations; the third stage, confrontation, will begin
in 2020.
What is the most serious problem between China and the
United States in 2020? It is the "CCP virus" spreading from Wuhan to
the United States, causing the worst blow to all aspects of the US economy,
politics, and social life since World War II.
After taking office as President of the United States in
2017, Trump conducted a systematic and profound reflection on Sino-US
relations, and realized that the CCP has rapidly grown into the world's number
one dictatorship by using US technology, markets, capital, talents, services,
and democracy. In view of this, Trump has taken a series of major measures to
counterattack the CCP and achieved obvious results; the CCP has been retreating
steadily.
However, in 2020, the CCP allowed the "CCP
virus" to spread from Wuhan to the United States, which almost wiped out

the United States", "The United States is the biggest threat to my

towards the United States. During the Sino-U.S. Tianjin talks on July 25-26,
the CCP fiercely bombarded the United States, indicating that the CCP’s
strategy against the United States has taken shape.
The recent anti-American propaganda war launched by the
CCP is an important part of the CCP’s strategy to confront the United States.
2. The CCP uses this to divert domestic conflicts
This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of
the Communist Party of China. For centuries, the CCP has been fighting
"unrestricted wars" internally and externally, that is, wars that
transcend moral and legal bottom lines.
Internally, the CCP has always relied on "guns"
(army) and "knife handles" (dictatorship machines) for high pressure,
and "pens" (propaganda machines) for deception. By 2021, the
contradictions accumulated by the CCP over the past century have reached a very
sharp and intense degree. These contradictions are prominently manifested in
the following ten aspects:
(1) The high-level CCP's Xi school, Jiang school, Tuan

On 1 August, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China published Xi Jinping’s article "Strengthening Party History and Military History and Honorable Tradition Education to Ensure Officers and Soldiers Always Obey and Follow the Party", the core of which is to uphold the party’s absolute leadership over the military.
On the same day, Zhang Youxia, vice chairman of the
Central Military Commission, also published an article "Building a Strong
People's Army Under the Leadership of the Party" in "Qiu Shi".

as "the lifeblood."
On 24 July, Li Weijie, commander of the Beijing Armed
Police Corps, published "Implementing the Military Commission Chairman's
Responsibility System" on the "China Military Net", emphasizing
that "people and things that affect the implementation of the Military
Commission Chairman's Responsibility System must be responded quickly and acted
upon." Ruthless, zero tolerance".
On 25 June, the "Liberation Army Daily"
published "The Military Flag Always Follows the Party Flag". It
specifically mentioned that only by upholding the party's absolute leadership
over the army, "conspirators will not be able to oppose it."
The CCP recently launched an anti-U.S. propaganda war. In
fact, it is the CCP sitting on the "crater" of boiling people’s
resentment. It is trying to establish an external enemy for hundreds of
millions of Chinese people. "The mouth" is consistent with the
outside world, so as to cover up or divert domestic contradictions.
3. The CCP tries to get out of the predicament with a
desperate attempt
The great plague hit the United States in 2020 and gave
