With more than 1.7 billion doses of domestic vaccines administered, the Delta variant of the Chinese Communist Party virus (COVID-19) is still spreading rapidly in China recently. As of August 10, the Chinese Communist Party officially announced that the country has expanded to 234 risk areas, of which 20 are high-risk areas. Experts believe that because the variant virus is more contagious and spreads faster, the mandatory quarantine measures commonly used by the CCP have failed.
Zhang Wenhong, a Shanghai medical expert and director of the Department of Infectious Diseases at Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University, said a few days ago that China needs to be prepared to "coexist with the virus." He believes that the epidemic will not end in the short term, and may not end in the long term.
In response, Gao Qiang, the former Minister of the Ministry of Health of the Communist Party of China, published an article on the client of "People's Daily" on August 5, saying that "coexisting with the virus" is definitely not feasible, and said that the relationship between humans and the virus is "you do not have me, you die and you live". relation.
Gao Qiang’s point of view seems to criticize Zhang Wenhong without naming him but his article does not discuss how to fight the epidemic from a professional point of view, and the saying "you have no me, you die and I live" sounds more like a kind of signal, the release of fierce infighting among the top leaders of the Chinese Communist Party.
In particular, it is the time when the top CCP and veterans are on vacation in Beidaihe. Although the CCP officially does not recognize the "Beidaihe Conference", outsiders speculate that in preparation for next year’s 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, this year’s Beidaihe will not be "closed door". It will be lacking. In addition to power struggles and personnel constraints, how the CCP will take the road to fight the epidemic in the future will also be one of the focuses of debate.
At this sensitive moment, Gao Qiang published an article criticizing "coexistence with the virus", which may have something to do with the infighting at the Beidaihe Conference.
In the face of Gao Qiang’s criticism, Zhang Wenhong reiterated his position on "Sina Finance" on 10 August. Zhang Wenhong, who is inevitably the platform of the CCP, this time seemed to use the tone of a "whistleblower" to reveal his concerns about the next epidemic in China. He said, "Although I don't want to tell the truth, I have to say that the next situation will be more complicated" and "the enemy we have to deal with is more cunning."
01. First of all, don't let your guard down.
Don't think that the epidemic is over soon. In fact, the virus was only briefly suppressed. The following is a protracted war. The enemy we have to deal with is even more cunning.
02. Secondly, try not to go out if you have nothing to do.
But be sure to maintain a certain frequency of exercise, both indoors and outdoors (only in your own home), and a quick fight.
Because there is currently no specific medicine to deal with the Chinese Communist virus (new coronavirus), the best specific medicine is personal immunity.
If there is no special need, do not enter any confined space.
03. Wash your hands frequently and wear a mask when you go out.
04. You can't travel without going on business, (people with a car) try to drive by yourself for short business trips.
Try not to go to airports, train stations, or even transfer to the subway in these places, and guard against foreign input, you know!
05. Tell family members not to be too close to all outsiders and not to make slapstick physical movements.
06. On the premise of safety, put a bottle of alcohol in places where conditions permit, ready to kill the virus at any time.
07. Consider how to increase revenue and reduce expenditure, and how to open up new business forms under the existing conditions, because some people can no longer keep their jobs.
And as interest rates fall, the possibility of inflation is increasing. Even if you get to keep your job and your salary, your purchasing power is actually declining.
08. Although I don't want to tell the truth, I have to say that the next situation will be more complicated.
So, don't take the risk of making any investment that you have never touched before. If you are a novice, you can even not make an investment.
09. Stay away from the new media that incite hatred and clamor for struggle, and read a few classic books seriously.
10. Stay alive and wait for a vaccine or confirm an effective specific medicine. This is the most reliable.
"So far, I think this virus is one of the most difficult viruses in human history." Zhang Wenhong said.
In the lead, the Chongyang Institute of Finance of Renmin University of China (Chongyang of the People's University), Taihe Think Tank, and Haiguo Tuzhi Research Institute are three mainland think tanks.
On 9 August, they jointly released a "research report" in Beijing called "America First?" ! The Truth About the U.S. Anti-epidemic. The full text of the report is about 23,000 words, divided into five chapters, a total of 20 parts.
What is the purpose of the report? It is necessary to refute Bloomberg's ranking of "The United States is No. 1 in the world against the epidemic," and draw their own diametrically opposite conclusions.
After the report was released, the second team played. On the same day, party media such as CCTV and "People's Daily" vigorously promoted the conclusions of the report through various channels such as the Internet and TV, that is, the so-called eight "world firsts" in the United States, including "the world's first country that failed to fight the epidemic", "The world's No. 1 political dumping country", "The world's No. 1 false information state", "The world's No. 1 traceable terrorist state", etc.
After reading it, some netizens said, “If you don’t say the United States, let me guess which country, I’m afraid most people will guess the mainland (the CCP).” We media person Tang Hao also tweeted, “For a long time, the CCP has a hidden Inertia: Every sentence they criticize others can be perfectly applied to themselves, as if pointing at others to curse themselves, or in other words, accusing others of their own characteristics."
The CCP definitely knows this, and it did it deliberately. After the party media took the lead in spreading the news, on August 10, the third team also acted. Various mainland Chinese media and portal websites reposted reports. Social platforms actively pushed related topics, and the information was further spread to more people.
Some people speculate that the CCP's action this time may be aimed at the domestic people and vaccinated them. Why do you say that?
First, on 2 August, Republicans on the Foreign Relations Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives issued a supplementary report on the final report on the origin of the virus, and concluded that the virus was accidentally released by the Wuhan Institute of Virology; on 5 August 5, CNN also released exclusive news that the United States has obtained the genetic database of the WIV. Experts say this is the most important part of the data for investigating the origin of the virus. In addition, the Biden administration requires the intelligence community to provide a report on the source of the virus within 90 days. The deadline will be reached in ten days.
These heavy news come out one after another, if they are received by a large number of Chinese people, it may cause a shock in public opinion and further endanger the Chinese Communist regime. Therefore, Beijing must first strengthen brainwashing so that the public will reject external information.
However, current affairs commentator Tang Jingyuan has a different view on this. He believes that what the CCP has done is both externally and internally, and even more meaningful externally.
China has two goals: One is to disturb the turbid waters, disrupt the international community’s traceability investigation, and evade accountability to the greatest extent; the other is to use information falsification to combat the US epidemic prevention model. In fact, it is to combat the United States as a representative. The free and democratic system of the United States uses the epidemic prevention model to disrupt the legitimacy of the American democratic system, to exaggerate how the American system fails, chaos, inefficiency, and mutual constraints, etc., and to exaggerate how the CCP model is efficient and successful. This is directly related to the CCP’s promotion of its model and its seizure of international voice.
Tang Jingyuan also pointed out that the Republican Party's report and CNN's report are on the one hand a counterattack against the CCP and put pressure on the Biden administration. On the issue of virus traceability, the CCP has tended to abandon the theory of natural origin, but to blame the United States. This leaves no room for it and forces the United States to dig out the truth.

The Swiss Embassy in China issued a statement, slapped the face, and official media spread rumours
After the outbreak of the epidemic, the CCP went all the way and spread countless false news about it. However, the lies were exposed one by one, and the Swiss Embassy in China could not bear it, and came forward to expose another rumour.
The cause of the incident is that recently, the official media took the lead in spreading a news that a Swiss biologist named Wilson Edwards broke the news on Facebook, saying that WHO sources and some scientists complained to him they were subjected to tremendous pressure from the United States, even threats and intimidation. The reason is that they support the conclusion of the first stage of virus traceability.
This Wilson Edwards also said that he was worried that under the continued pressure from the United States, the traceability work of the WHO might become a political tool of the United States.
As a result, on 10 August, the Swiss Embassy in China issued a statement in both Chinese and English on Weibo and Twitter to refute the news.
The statement stated that firstly, there is no registered citizen named Wilson Edwards in Switzerland; secondly, there are no academic articles signed by that name in the biological world; and thirdly, the Facebook account that published those messages in July 2021 was just opened on 24 July, and only one post has been posted so far, and there are only three account friends. This account may not be opened for social networking.
The statement also hopes that the media and netizens who have forwarded this news will immediately delete the news and publish a correction statement.
After the Swiss side dispelled the rumors, many Weibo netizens left comments mocking and condemning the official media. Someone said, "Some of the so-called official media in China are really bad. What does it mean to deceive the people? Who gave you the courage?" Someone asked, "How many days has the People's Daily been ordered to spread rumors?" Someone replied, "The unit of time is wrong. It is not how many 'days' or how many 'months', but how many 'years'." Someone said, "made up a scientist, but was clarified by the Swiss Embassy that no such person was found, and he became famous internationally."

The CCP wants to withdraw ambassador from Lithuania and want to intimidate but the plan fails?
On 10 August, another thing the CCP did was also "famous internationally."
On the same day, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Communist Party of China issued a high-profile document on its official website, claiming that Lithuania disregarded China’s opposition and allowed the Taiwan authorities to set up a representative office in the country under the name of "Taiwan." Therefore, China wants to recall its ambassador to Lithuania and asks Lithuania to also recall their ambassador to China.
In response to Beijing’s fierce response, the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement saying that they “express regret for China’s move, but at the same time reiterate that Lithuania is committed to the one-China principle and is determined to establish mutually beneficial relations with Taiwan, like the EU and many other countries in the world. ."
Some analysts said that the CCP originally hoped to use this dramatic move to deter other European countries from following the anti-communist path of Lithuania, especially not to withdraw from the "17+1" mechanism of Beijing and Central and Eastern Europe, like Lithuania. The meeting of heads of state made the CCP lose face. However, Beijing's "wishful thinking" may be empty.
Stuart Lau, a EU-China relations reporter at the media POLITICO, believes that Beijing's bizarre move to recall the diplomatic ambassadors of EU member states will have a negative impact on the entire EU. Since Biden took office, the EU's attitude towards the CCP has gradually changed. It has not only positioned the CCP as a "systematic competitor", but also called for strengthening US-Europe cooperation to resist the CCP.
On the same day, the European Union also responded quickly to this matter.
According to the SPOX media report, the EU spokesperson said, “We do not believe that opening an office in Taiwan or allowing Taiwan (in EU countries) to open an office violates the one-China policy.”
The EU further stated that “the development of bilateral relations between China (the CCP) and individual EU member states will inevitably have an impact on the entire EU-China relationship.”
In fact, Lithuania has a unique historical position in the process of anti-communism. In March 1990, this country took the lead in declaring independence from the Soviet Union, using actions to inspire other countries to follow suit. Today in history, will Lithuania set an example again and lead a new wave of trends in Europe?

Who pays for the words and deeds of the Wolf Warriors? It is said that the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Communist Party of China are in conflict
On the other hand, although the CCP is arrogant and domineering, it is clear to the outside world that there are many contradictions within the party and they are not monolithic. A few days ago, there was news that the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were in conflict.
On 8 August, the Hong Kong media "South China Morning Post" quoted a source as saying that the CCP’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has done its best in the international arena and has made countless enemies. Fang refused to fight the "multinational coalition forces".
On the other hand, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs criticized the military for being too "weak" in dealing with the United States. The two sides even got into Xi Jinping's place and confided each other's status. According to sources, the military expressed concern to Xi, saying that they would not "pay the bill" for the irresponsible Wolf Wolf remarks made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Regarding this news, Epoch Times columnist Wang He analyzed that wolves are distributed in various systems of the Chinese Communist Party, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the military. However, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is more dictated by ideology. Since the beginning of this year, the "war wolf" has become more prominent. The talks from Alaska to Tianjin have been arrogant and have done their best to express what the authorities call "strengthen." But if there is a real war, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be a "text war", and the CCP military will do it with real guns and live ammunition, and it will lead to bloodshed. Therefore, the military's attitude is relatively more pragmatic.
Within the CCP's military, it is not true that they dare to fight with the United States as propagated. There are four main reasons: First, it has not fought for decades; Second, it is terribly corrupt; Third, the “military reform” has broken the old system, but the new system has not been integrated; Fourth, It is very different from the strength of the US military. Therefore, the CCP's military is doing everything possible to avoid a real fight with the US military. If you wear a gang after a fight, the play will not be able to go on.
Wang He also said that the Xi administration’s international strategy is undergoing major adjustments and the opinions of all parties are still being sought. Next year’s 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China will set the tone. It is not surprising if the media say that the military and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are in conflict. Yes, because the two sides both offered their opinions from their respective positions, and both wanted to express themselves and gain greater influence, so they competed and fought with each other.

Tourists fight to teach bad animals? Beijing Zoo statement is on fire
A few days ago, two tourists fought against each other at the Beijing Wildlife Park. The filmed video showed that there were two groups of people fighting at the scene. Among them, a woman held a child and kept kicking a woman on the ground; the woman retaliated, and the woman simply grabbed her long hair and dragged it. At this time, a man quickly rushed over and kicked the woman, and the woman and the child fell to the ground at the same time.
On the 8th, the Beijing Wildlife Park issued a statement on this matter, saying that the verbal abuse and torment of tourists in the incident caused "an onlooker of nearby animals." Because these animals "see the fighting scenes between humans for the first time", they are "impressed. Some animal families followed suit in the animal shelters that night. The scene was out of control for a time. With the patience of the breeders, the animals knew whether they would fight. Good, very bad".
After the statement was released, it quickly spread across the Internet. Some netizens said, “pointing to the mulberry and cursing the huai”, “animals know badly, but people don’t know”, “the last paragraph of this statement made me laugh, but it hurt the animals miserably.”
The commander of the Chinese current affairs commentator told Radio Free Asia that it is not uncommon for Chinese tourists to fight out and get out of control in tourist attractions in China or around the world. This reflects the quality of a considerable number of Chinese people, and it "just pierces the completion of a well-off society in an all-round way, the so-called society has entered a highly civilized society, etc. (official rhetoric)", making those lies self-defeating.

President of Lithuania: We have the right to decide which country to develop relations with
Image : Lithuanian President Nauseda stated that as a sovereign and independent country, Lithuania can decide on its own which countries to develop relations with. State-to-state relations that lack mutual respect cannot be accepted. (European News Agency)
China requested Lithuania to recall its ambassador to China on the grounds that Lithuania allowed Taiwan to set up a representative office under the name of "Taiwan". Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda stated that as a sovereign and independent country, Lithuania can decide on its own which countries to develop relations with, and state-to-state relations that lack mutual respect cannot be accepted.
Lithuania’s Minister of Economy and Innovation, Al Monet, emphasized that Lithuania will not abandon its plan to establish an economic and trade representative office in Taiwan.
Relations between Taiwan and Lithuania have recently heated up significantly. The two sides plan to set up representative offices in each other this year. The Taiwan representative office in Lithuania will be named "Taiwan". This is the first time that Taiwan uses "Taiwan" in the name of a representative office in Europe. On the 10th, the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the recall of the Chinese ambassador to Lithuania on this ground, and requested the Lithuania to recall the ambassador to China.
Gitanas Nausėda told the "Baltic News Service" (Baltic News Service, BNS) that after Lithuania established formal diplomatic relations with China in 1991, it has implemented the "One-China Policy" ever since.
However, he emphasized that the relationship between Lithuania and China should be based on "mutual respect," otherwise "dialogue" will become a unilateral ultimatum, "this is unacceptable in international relations."
Nauseda also stated that as a sovereign and independent country, Lithuania can decide on its own which countries or regions to develop relations with in the economic and cultural fields without violating international obligations.
He said that Lithuania and China still have the potential to develop political, economic and cultural bilateral relations. He hoped that China could change its decision to recall its ambassador to Lithuania.
Almonette also pointed out yesterday that Lithuania strives to establish equal relations with all countries, and its economic policy must continue to pursue market diversification in order to create more opportunities for the Lithuanian business community.
She emphasized that Lithuania will be one of 67 countries in the world that have economic, trade or commercial representative offices in Taiwan; Lithuania "does not intend to abandon related plans."
She also mentioned recently that it is expected that Lithuania's upcoming representative offices in Taiwan, South Korea and other places will help the Lithuanian industry to secure more sources of chips and develop long-term partnerships.

Lithuania to open representative office in Singapore in 2022
Regarding Lithuania’s upcoming establishment in Taiwan, Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis told local media yesterday that Lithuania has the right to establish economic relations with Taiwan and other countries in the Indo-Pacific region. In addition to Taiwan, Lithuania will soon set up offices in South Korea and Australia, and next year will be in Singapore.
He said that China's decision to recall the ambassador did not surprise him.
Žygimantas Pavilionis, chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Lithuanian Parliament, said that what Lithuania wants is an equal bilateral relationship. Regarding the "punishment" of Lithuania, he believes that "we don't need to care at all" because Lithuania is developing relations with the most technologically advanced countries around China and in the region, including India, Australia, Singapore and Taiwan.
He pointed out that the best way for Lithuania to respond to China is to further unite the democratic world, strengthen relations with democratic countries, and actively open up new and stable markets for the industry, instead of clinging to a centralized government market that is tied to economics and politics.
Lithuania led the countries and regions occupied by the Soviet Union to declare independence in March 1990. It established diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China in September 1991 and promised not to establish or encourage the development of any official relations with Taiwan.
Like Taiwan, Lithuania is a "semi-presidential" country, and the president is in charge of foreign and national defense affairs.

Variant strains named after Greek alphabets and star constellations may offend people
Recently, the World Health Organization suddenly said that because variant strains continue to appear, I am afraid that 24 Greek letters will not be enough, so it is considering, and then use "12 constellations" to name new variant strains. For example, Gemini may appear in the future. Virus strains, Capricorn strains, Cancer strains, etc., but these may be more offensive to people. Probably not only I think so. But what netizens care about now is that I hope that the World Health Organization will not immediately change the name to the 12 constellations. That would be too deliberate, because there is a profound reason in the eyes of netizens.
The current Lambda strain has used the 11th Greek alphabet, and after two alphabets, it will use the 14th Greek letter "ξ" that many people "look forward to". It is pronounced "xi", so the round By the time of the fourteenth letter, the words "CCP Virus ξ Strain", or "Novel Coronavirus ξ Strain" will appear in the media. I think someone (Xi Jinping) may be quite unaccustomed to this, so people are staring at the World Health Organization, don't make a fuss about the key letters, don't make the "milk party" too thorough, OK?

Fabricated expert supporting China was exposed by Swiss embassy, CCP's official media urgently delete articles
Image : The Swiss Embassy in China clarified that there is no such person as "Wilson Edwards" in Switzerland. (The picture is taken from the official WeChat account of the Swiss Embassy in China)
Earlier this month, the US Republican Party issued a report accusing COVID-19 from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which caused an uproar. "Experts" supported China, but were beaten by the Swiss Embassy in China afterwards, saying that "there was no such person" and laughed off the outside world, and then related reports suddenly disappeared...
According to a report by "Voice of America", the U.S. Republican Party released its latest report earlier this month, pointing out that the covid epidemic was caused by the leak of the Wuhan laboratory modified virus. Chinese state media have all reprinted the "Swiss biologist Wilson Edwards" PO. An article on Facebook claimed that it is "extremely impossible" for the virus to leak from a Chinese laboratory, and worried that the WHO's scientific judgment lacks independence and may become a political tool of the United States.
The "Swiss biologist" also said that someone from the WHO told him that in the past he was pressured and intimidated by the United States for supporting the conclusions of the joint report between China and the WHO, accusing the United States of trying to discredit the scientists involved in the traceability investigation, overturn the conclusion.
However, the Swiss Embassy in China made a public statement on its official Weibo on the 10th to face the Chinese state media, bluntly saying that "it is a wrong piece of news." Switzerland does not have any citizen registered as "Wilson Edwards", nor does it bear that name in the biology community. Signed academic articles. Moreover, the Facebook account for commenting was only opened on 24 July 2021. So far, only one post has been posted, and the account has only 3 friends. "The account may not be opened for social networking."
The announcement immediately turned the Chinese official media into a laughing stock. "Voice of America" also noticed that official media, including "People's Daily Online" and "Global Network", reported that the "Swiss Biologist" has been removed from the shelves, but "China Global Television Network" said people can also see articles from "Wilson Edwards" in the reports in foreign languages of the CPA.
"Voice of America" stated that when Chinese state media was still reporting on the fictitious Swiss biologist, the British independent institution "Centre for Information Resilience" (CIR) disclosed that there were a large number of fake accounts on social platforms. Promote support for China’s discourse, distort the views of the international community on major issues, crack down on all voices criticizing the Chinese government, and enhance China’s reputation in the hearts of supporters.

16 people on Grand Progress infected with the virus, the only person on board who was vaccinated first fell
A few days ago, 13 Chinese crew members on a coal cargo ship "Grand Progress" had a feverbut the governments of Zhejiang and Jiangsu refused to rescue them, and the crew were forced to call for help online. Under pressure from public opinion, the Zhoushan authorities agreed to accept them. The latest news is that 16 of the 20 crew members on the ship tested positive, and the crew said that the first person who became ill was the only one who had been vaccinated.
According to CCP media reports, there were 20 Chinese crew members on the "Grand Progress" stranded off Zhoushan for many days. The nucleic acid test results on the evening of 9 August showed that 16 of them tested positive. At present, 11 people have been taken ashore by the Zhoushan Government for treatment, and the other 5 patients and 4 people who tested negative are staying on the ship temporarily, waiting for the crew management company to arrange for a shift before disembarking.
The report quoted a crew member surnamed Zhou who had not disembarked as saying that he also wanted to disembark, but he was not on the first batch of lists.
According to his memories, the first crew member with a fever appeared on the ship on 30 July but the condition was not very serious, and this crew member was the only person on the ship who had been vaccinated, and the fever would be better the next day.
However, starting from 31 July, other crew members have successively developed fever symptoms, and disinfection and isolation on board the ship could not stop the spread of the situation. By 6 August, more than half of the crew had fallen, and the quarantine measures could no longer be carried out on board.
He mentioned that for a few days trapped at sea, the crew members felt like “in water jail”, and the feeling of torture increased day by day. Some have repeated fever, some have vomiting and diarrhea, some lose their sense of taste and smell, and some need an oxygen machine. Going home safely is now everyone's greatest hope.
The Chinese vaccine is accused of ineffectiveness. CCP experts claimed earlier that the vaccine could prevent infection, but later changed their words to prevent the infection from becoming severe. After a large number of severe illnesses appeared, some experts claimed that the Chinese vaccine could prevent death.
According to previous media reports, the destination port of entry for the "Grand Progress" was Nantong, Jiangsu. Since the destination port refused to accept it on 3 August, it was stranded in Zhoushan waters for many days. From the 4th, crew dispatching company personnel began to coordinate at various ports, but no one received it. At night of 7 August, the authorities of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province also specifically stated that the matter "does not belong to their Ningbo jurisdiction." On the 8th, 13 people on board had a fever.
The crew was forced to send out a distress letter on the Internet, which aroused public attention. On 8 August, the Zhoushan City Government announced that "emergency rescue procedures have been initiated."
