As concerns have been raised regarding SARS-CoV-2/covi (the virus that causes COVID-19/covid) vaccinations’ possible detrimental impact on male fertility, an Israeli study published on 17 June 2022 set out to investigate the effect of Pfizer’s SARS-CoV-2 injection on semen.
Sperm from 37 donors, providing 216 samples, were obtained from three sperm banks from men who had received two doses of Pfizer’s covi “vaccine” were analysed and revealed a 15% decrease in sperm concentration leading to a reduction of 22.1% in total motile count.
In conclusion, the authors of the study found “a selective temporary decline of sperm concentration and total motile count 3 months post-vaccination followed by recovery among [sperm donors].”

Covid public health emergency extended in the U.S.
The Biden administration extended the covid public health emergency for another three months.
Leading up to the renewal of a continuing medical emergency, Senator Rand Paul has accused Dr. Fauci and the White House (which is captured by the HHS Administrative State) of “emotionalism and sensationalism.”
Is this medical emergency justified, or does it reflect yet more mis- dis- and mal-information from the HHS Administrative state acting in coordination with corporate media to propagate fearporn to justify the continuing suspension of medical ethics, normal regulatory process, censorship, and war profiteering by the medical-pharmaceutical industrial complex?
Providing graphs representing data, Dr. Robert Malone answers the question and concludes:
Using data from South Africa, Dr. Paul Alexander noted, “Again, ‘it is the vaccine, stupid’, it is NOT the virus, it is the sub-optimal non-neutralizing vaccinal antibodies that are placing the spike antigen under immune pressure but not eliminating the virus while causing increased infectiousness to the vaccinated. It is the vaccine, the covi vaccine that is causing infection in vaccinated and the expansion now of this pandemic that was over in February 2021. If this vaccine is not stopped, this pandemic will continue for 100 years.”

More "vaccines" for Britons
Adults aged 50 and older will be invited to have a fourth dose of the covi vaccination, as England currently finds itself amid “a third wave of coronavirus infections.”
The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) has published its final recommendations for this autumn’s vaccination programme, which included giving an additional vaccination dose to the following groups:
- All adults aged 50 years and older
- Those aged 5- 49 years in a clinical risk group, including pregnant women
- Household contacts of people with immunosuppression aged 5- 49 years
- Carers aged 16- 49 years
- Residents in a care home for older adults and staff working in care homes for older adults
- Frontline health and social care workers
Additionally, the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) will be expanding the eligibility for free flu vaccines to more people once the more vulnerable have received their dose.
Responding to news that all over-50s will be offered Covid-19 booster and flu jabs this autumn, the Interim Deputy Chief Executive of NHS Providers, Miriam Deakin, said: “It’s helpful to have this clarity over these very important vaccination programmes.
“The recent sharp rises in Covid-19 infections and hospital admissions underline the continuing threat posed by the virus and maintaining the wider eligibility for a free flu vaccine is a further sensible precaution, reducing the risk of serious illness and consequent additional pressures on the NHS.
“It will be important for integrated care systems to consider how they can most effectively reach people who are vaccine-hesitant.”

Epistemic injustice towards vaccine-injured
“Epistemic injustice” is just the idea that in society, some people/institutions are believed and trusted more readily than others, regardless of the quality of the evidence.
The gaslighting, discounting, discrediting, outright bigotry, and hate that mainstream society directs toward people who are vaccine injured is the quintessential example of epistemic injustice.
The vaccine injured have first-hand knowledge of exactly what happened to them. Yet this is not acknowledged by scholars who study epistemic injustice. Indeed, every mainstream publication in the U.S. including the NY Times, the Atlantic, and Washington Post, and every public health agency including the FDA, CDC, and NIH, treat people who are vaccine injured like dirt. Nearly all of the academic, scientific, and medical establishment engages in epistemic injustice and epistemic violence against the vaccine injured every single day.

UK: Phase 5 of the so-called "vaccines" is coming
The UK’s National Health Service has told its doctors to prepare for Phase 5 of the Covid vaccine rollout beginning in September.
The FDA, completely lacking clinical data to support the decision, directed new covi vaccine boosters for the fall that contain Omicron BA.4 and/or BA.5 spike plus the current covi vaccine spike protein.
The US government immediately ordered a minimum of 105 million doses from Pfizer. It is unclear how much spike will be in the new vaccines: it might be the same amount but there could be more (double) than is in current vaccines.
Stop taking any more poison. The risks are significant and the benefits have completely evaporated. Protect yourself and your family.

Menstrual changes after SARS-CoV-2 injection may be far more common than previously known
An analysis published Friday in the journal Science Advances found that 42% of people with regular menstrual cycles said they bled more heavily than usual after vaccination.
An analysis published Friday in the journal Science Advances found that 42% of people with regular menstrual cycles said they bled more heavily than usual after vaccination. Meanwhile, 44% reported no change and around 14% reported a lighter period. Among non-menstruating people — those post-menopause or who use certain long-term contraceptives, for example — the study suggests many experienced breakthroughs or unexpected bleeding after their SARS-CoV-2 shots.
The survey included over 39,000 people 18 to 80 years old who were fully vaccinated and had not contracted covid. The respondents were vaccinated with Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson and Novavax.
The new survey started in April 2021, around the time people began to report unexpected bleeding and heavier flow post-vaccine. However, these anecdotes were at the time met with the rebuttal that there was no data linking menstrual changes to vaccination.

SARS-CoV-2 injection spike protein causes long covid symptoms
A pre-print of a study was published on 12 July 2022 which sought to determine the immunologic abnormalities in patients following SARS-CoV-2 “vaccines” who experienced long covid-like or post-acute sequelae of covid (“PASC”)-like symptoms more than 4 weeks post-vaccination.
“We investigated 50 individuals that exhibited PASC-like symptoms similar to those previously published. On average these symptoms were reported after 105 days post-vaccination (Table 1) and previously published in post-vaccination individuals. There was variability in symptoms according to the vaccine administered, however, the predominant symptoms were fatigue, neuropathy, brain fog and headache. All of these symptoms were reported in all four of the vaccines administered in this cohort.
“Post-vaccination individuals with PASC-like symptoms exhibit markers of platelet activation and pro-inflammatory cytokine production which may be driven by the persistence of SARS-CoV-2 S1 protein persistence in intermediate and non-classical monocytes.
“These findings suggest a possible mechanism for the debilitating symptoms found in some patients weeks and months following vaccination. The findings that the immune profile and persistent S1 protein in CD16 + monocytes suggest that S1 protein persistence is a major contributor not only of symptoms in post-vaccination individuals with PASC-like symptoms but also may be a major contributor of PASC itself given that S1 alone delivered by vaccination can cause similar pathologic features.”

Study: SARS-CoV-2 vaccine booster effectiveness quickly wanes
Source : The Epoch Times PREMIUM
The effectiveness of SARS-CoV-2 vaccine booster doses dropped well under 50 percent after four months against subvariants of the virus SARS-CoV-2 that causes COVID-19 (covid, in short), according to a new study from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
The Moderna and Pfizer vaccines provided just 51 percent protection against emergency department visits, urgent care encounters, and hospitalizations related to covid during the time BA.2 and BA.2.12.1, subvariants of the Omicron virus variant, were predominant in the United States, CDC researchers found.
Both vaccines are administered in two-dose primary series.
After 150-plus days, the effectiveness dropped to just 12 percent.
A first booster upped the protection to 56 percent, but the effectiveness went down to 26 percent after four months, according to the study, which drew numbers from a network of hospitals funded by the CDC across 10 states called the VISION Network.
The subvariant was predominant between late March and mid-June.
Pfizer and Moderna did not respond to requests for comment.
The effectiveness was lower against BA.2 and BA.2.12.1 than against BA.1, which was displaced by BA.2.
Against BA.1, the vaccines provided 44 percent protection against the healthcare visits linked to COVID-19 initially and 39 percent after 150 days. A first booster increased the protection to 84 percent, and the protection barely decreased for patients 50 years or older after four months. But for people aged 18 to 49, the protection plummeted to 29 percent after 120 days.
Underlining the waning effectiveness against severe illness, the majority of patients admitted to the hospitals between December 2021 and June 2022 had received at least two doses of the vaccines.
Further, the percentage of unvaccinated patients dropped during the later period, going from 41.6 percent to 28.6 percent (hospitalized patients) and from 41.4 percent to 31 percent (emergency department and urgent care patients), researchers found.
The researchers, some of whom work for the CDC, theorized that the protection—known as natural immunity—many unvaccinated people enjoy from having had covid could be a factor in the drop in effectiveness of the vaccines, even though adults with documented prior infection were excluded from the study.
“If unvaccinated persons were more likely to have experienced recent infection, and infection-induced immunity provides some protection against re-infection, this could result in lower VE observed during the BA.2/BA.2.12.1 period,” they wrote. VE stands for vaccine effectiveness.
“Although adults with documented past SARS-CoV-2 infection were excluded, infections are likely to be significantly underascertained because of lack of testing or increased at-home testing. In addition, although time since receipt of the second or third vaccine dose was stratified by time intervals, on average the time since vaccination was longer during the BA.2/BA.2.12.1 period,” they added.
SARS-CoV-2, also known as the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, causes covid.
The CDC published the research in its quasi-journal, the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report. Most articles it publishes are not peer-reviewed, and the articles are shaped to reflect CDC policy.
Top U.S. officials are considering authorizing second booster doses, or fourth doses, for all Americans. They’re currently only available to Americans aged 50 and older.
A second booster increased protection for that age group from 32 percent to 66 percent, according to the new study. But those who received a fourth dose were only followed for a median of 27 days. Other research has indicated that the protection from a fourth dose quickly wanes as well.

Released NIH emails show Fauci's department not only knew about gain-of-function but also raised the alarm years before outbreak
Reporter : Jack Davis, The Western Journal / https://www.westernjournal.com/released-nih-emails-show-faucis-department-not-knew-gain-function-raised-alarm-years-outbreak/ / Image credit : The Western Journal
Four years before the world battled the rampant peril of covid, officials at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases
expressed concerns over what they called “gain-of-function” research in China’s
Wuhan Institute of Virology, according to documents received by Judicial Watch
in response to a Freedom of Information Act request.
The
agency is headed by Dr. Anthony Fauci,
who has steadfastly denied that any “gain-of-function” research was supported
by the agency. Gain-of-function research takes place when scientists take a
virus that exists in nature and make it more powerful.
“The
incredible disclosure of an FBI inquiry
shows that Fauci and others involved in this scandal were being dishonest in
dismissing the seriousness of questions about their cover-up of their funding
of dangerous gain-of-function research in China,” Judicial Watch President Tom
Fitton said, according to Judicial
Watch.
“Any FBI inquiry would be appropriate as these documents,
extracted by Judicial Watch after years of stonewalling, also show that Fauci’s
agency knew and should have known, going back to 2016, that it funded dangerous
and prohibited gain-of-function research in China,” he said.
The documents released also indicate that the FBI made
an inquiry into a grant operated by the National Institutes of Health into bat
coronavirus research conducted at the Chinese lab, according to Judicial Watch.
The records also show that the legal team of a group called
EcoHealth Alliance, which was part of the Wuhan project’s legal team, suggested
denying a request for data on the Wuhan project due to the Capitol incursion.
“Judicial Watch announced today that it received 1,651 pages of
records from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) revealing an FBI ‘inquiry’
into the NIH’s controversial bat coronavirus grant tied to the Wuhan Institute
of Virology. The records also show National Institute of Allergy and Infectious
Diseases (NIAID) officials were concerned about ‘gain-of-function’ research in
China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology in 2016. The Fauci agency was also
concerned about EcoHealth Alliance’s lack of compliance with reporting rules
and use of gain-of-function research in the NIH-funded research involving bat
coronaviruses in Wuhan, China,” Judicial Watch wrote.
The records reveal several indications of gain-of-function
research, as well as failures to comply with reporting regulations, including a
May 9, 2016, email marked ‘High’ importance, in which NIH official Carine
Normil notes Peter Daszak’s failure to file a progress report on EcoHealth’s bat
coronavirus research,” the statement said. Daszak is president of EcoHealth.
NIAID official Erik Stemmy, who is copied on the email, replied to
Normil writing, “They have proposed work for the next year of the award that
may be subject to the gain-of-function funding pause,” Judicial Watch reported.
The records included a 2016 letter from NIH official Jenny Greer
and Stemmy, saying the Wuhan
bat project, “may include Gain-of-Function (GoF) research that is
subject to the U.S. Government funding pause … issued on October 17, 2014.”
An
October 23, 2020, letter from NIH Deputy Director Michael Lauer expressed
safety concerns about the Wuhan lab.
“[W]e
have concerns that the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), which previously
served as a subrecipient of the Project, had not satisfied safety requirements
that applied to its subawards with EcoHealth, and that EcoHealth had not
satisfied its obligations to monitor the activities of its subrecipient to
ensure compliance,” the letter said.
After being asked to produce safety reports, Daszak replied,
“Given the intense geopolitical pressure around the accusations that WIV
intentionally or accidentally released SARS-CoV-2 (something which the WHO
mission deemed ‘extremely unlikely’), obtaining such information is not a
plausible option at present.”
When NIH sought assistance from EcoHealth in processing a Freedom
of Information request, the law firm representing the company suggested a
denial.
“[A]s
demonstrated by the recent attack on the U.S. Capitol fueled by disinformation
and conspiracy theories, the need to protect the privacy of EcoHealth
Alliance’s employees and affiliates is more important than ever,” the firm
wrote.
Elsewhere,
the documents show American tax dollars funded Chinese labs. An April 21, 2020,
document reports that more than $200,000 went to three Chinese labs, with the
Wuhan lab getting $76,301.

Tainan case got the highest relief fund for 10-days headache and vomiting after vaccination
This time, a case in Tainan received the highest relief fund. He went to the doctor for headache and vomiting 10 days after vaccination. The blood test results showed low platelets. After being discharged from the hospital the next night, he was sent to the hospital due to unconsciousness. The computed tomography of the brain showed the left side. He suffered from massive temporal lobe hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage, and later died of severe cerebral hemorrhage.
VCIP stated that the case itself had no history of chronic diseases. Although there was thrombocytopenia this time, there was no thrombosis, which did not conform to the clinical manifestations of thrombosis and thrombocytopenia syndrome. However, the case did not have any history of underlying diseases enough to cause thrombocytopenia and cerebral hemorrhage.
In addition, the current medical evidence cannot confirm the relationship between immune thrombocytopenia and AZ vaccine vaccination. Therefore, according to Article 18, item 1 of the "Measures for Collection and Review of Victim Victim Relief Funds" and the provisions on death benefits in the attached table, a new relief fund is approved, which is NT$3.5 million.

Chen Shizhong said that changing the runway also changes the mood. The new task is bound to be achieved, and we must work hard.
The handover ceremony of Minister for Health and Welfare in the morning was supervised by Li Mengyan, Secretary-General of the Executive Yuan. In the first sentence of Chen Shizhong's speech, he said, "Please give us a vote." Chen Shizhong said that changing the runway also changed his mood. The new task is bound to be fulfilled, and he must work hard. Just like five years and five months ago, he also stood here and expressed his attitude towards taking over the new task. It is said that soldiers would rather die in battle than die in depression. That is to express an attitude, that is, to be a political officer, that is, to fulfill their mission, not to dodge for other things, and to do the right thing.
Chen Shizhong counted five years of political achievements, "We are not only about epidemic prevention. In the past five years, we have formulated eight laws, revised 90 related laws, revised 332 articles, added 47 articles, and deleted 4 articles. How difficult is this?" , as President Tsai Ing-wen said yesterday, "We will do things, and we will do the right things."
In an interview before the meeting, Chen Shizhong was asked that the new minister is Xue Ruiyuan, but the commander is Wang Bisheng, the deputy minister. Will the department make it difficult for the command centre to coordinate across departments? Chen Shizhong said no. After more than two years of hard work, the overall working structure of the command centre has actually matured. Today, he is leaving, and he is very happy. The command centre has a mature structure, and the command efficiency is relatively high, so Taiwan people can rest assured.

Taiwan's Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) held its National Congress on 17 July 2022 to reorganize the party's power structure and create momentum for the nine-in-one general election. Tsai Ing-wen emphasized "uniting Taiwan" and put forward two major goals for the election, implementing reforms to win the election, and writing the 18-year-old's civil rights referendum into the constitution.
Ruan Zhaoxiong, emcee of the DPP National Congress, shouted, "Taipei mayoral candidate Chen Shizhong!"
The Democratic Progressive Party nominated 18 county mayor candidates, and on the 17th, they gathered at the party congress to build momentum. President and party chairman Tsai Ing-wen was positioned as a "team leader that can do things", emphasizing that they should be fully prepared and strive for a nine-in-one election at the end of the year to reform; and after mourning Abe Shinzo who supported Taiwan, she declared that Taiwan will rise.
Tsai Ing-wen, chairman of the Democratic Progressive Party, said, "(Abe once said) a stronger Taiwan, a Taiwan that guarantees freedom and human rights, will serve the interests of the world. We will remember the expectations of our old friends and let Taiwan rise in difficult circumstances and thrive. Let's unite Taiwan and face the challenges that the times have given us, this is the key mission of the DPP now."
The main axis of this National Congress is "Unite Taiwan and take care of the future". Tsai Ing-wen said that the post-epidemic era is a world full of challenges and opportunities. The Ukraine-Russia war continues and international inflation continues but Taiwanese society remains confident and resilient.
Tsai Ing-wen, chairman of the Democratic Progressive Party, said, "The fundamentals of Taiwan's economy are sound, and many industries have also seized key strategic positions in the process of restructuring the global supply chain."
Executive President Su Zhenchang reported his achievements and reiterated Tsai Ing-wen's policy stance on going global.
Su Zhenchang, President of the Executive of the Republic of China: "Under the arrogant and unreasonable suppression of China (CCP China), the people of Taiwan firmly guard the status quo of democracy and freedom. We cherish peace and always maintain goodwill, but we will never bow our heads under pressure."
Voting at the end of the year will also handle the constitutional revision of the 18-year-old's right to vote. The Kuomintang, which held the National Congress on 28 August, also expressed its support for the case. Tsai Ing-wen ordered the whole party to push for it to cross the high threshold and write it into the constitution.
Tsai Ing-wen, chairman of the Democratic Progressive Party, echoed, "Let's be democratic, move forward, and support the 18th."

A shark caught in Taitung's Xingang Fishing Port was very rare, and the fishermen misidentified it at first. The species is believed to be the oldest shark in the world, older than dinosaurs.
Wu Ruixian, an assistant researcher at the Eastern Marine Biological Research Center of the Fisheries Experiment Institute, said in an interview with a reporter from the Central News Agency that the "bluntnose sixgill shark" (bluntnose sixgill shark) caught in the Xingang Fishing Port on 17 July 2022 is quite rare because it lives in the deep sea of about 200 to 1,000 m. What is more special is that today's shark species have evolved to 5 gill slits, and they still retain 6 gill slits.
A shark caught in Taitung's Xingang Fishing Port was identified as "grey sixgill shark" by the Eastern Marine Biological Research Center of the Fisheries Experiment Institute. This species is considered to be the oldest shark in the world, older than dinosaurs.
The dorsal fin of the "grey sixgill shark" grows very close to the tail, and the fishermen call it "no midfin shark"; when it was caught and landed, because the "grey sixgill shark" was not listed in the general picture book, the fishermen could not compare it and mistakenly thought it was "Spike-headed sevengill shark".
Previously, an American marine expedition team drove a submarine to the waters of the Bahamas to explore the waters of the Bahamas, and saw a "grey sixgill shark" larger than the submarine. Sharks are similar, which are very primitive creatures, probably even earlier than most dinosaurs. (click to watch related video)
Chen Jintai, director of the fishing market of Xingang District Fisheries Association, said in an interview that the fishing boat "Jin Yongli" caught this "no mid-tip shark", which was 395 cm long and weighed 420 kg. Such a large shark is rare and will be auctioned today.

Poem allude to Xi Jinping? Well-known Shanghai journalist banned from Weibo

Well-known Shanghai journalist Xuan Kejiong recently published a limerick "Zhizhiliao" on his personal Weibo. The content was suspected of insinuating the CCP leader Xi Jinping, so he was criticized by his unit. His Weibo has been banned.
Xuan Kejiong is a reporter under the Shanghai Radio and Television (SMG) Rong Media Center and has 1.64 million followers on Weibo. On 15 July, he posted a limerick "Zhizhilao" on Weibo, the content is as follows:
"Shut up! Talk to you. High above, a roaring noise adds a bit of heat. Self-proclaimed smart, fat-headed and big-eared. In the mound, dormant for more than 5 years, only to climb out of the underworld, but only use his butt to sing, A hymn in summer, I don't know the suffering and heat in the world."
After the above-mentioned limerick was released, the results were reported as "meaningful", and some netizens even took their seats, interpreting the limerick as an insinuation of Xi Jinping. Xuan Kejiong was therefore criticized by his company.
According to a report from the SMG Financial Media Center, after the centre received the report, it "immediately called Xuan Kejiong to ask him to delete the Weibo post." Xuan, who was running on the running track outside the community, was disturbed by the cicada (cicada) screaming over his head. The weather has been hot and hot recently, so he wrote a "little poem" with the theme of the tweeting cicada and posted it on his personal micro-blog account.
The report also stated, "From Xuan Kejiong's Weibo to the deletion of inappropriate information, it took more than 30 minutes before and after, but the relevant information was screen-captured and spread through circles and groups, which has already caused adverse effects to the outside world." "The centre has seriously criticized and educated the reporter Xuan Kejiong," and "I also recognized the mistake" and asked him to "prevent such incidents from happening again."
At present, this limerick has disappeared from Xuan Kejiong's Sina Weibo, and his personal Weibo also shows that "the user is currently banned for violating relevant laws and regulations", but his limerick is already overseas. Social networks spread widely and sparked heated discussions.
Some Chinese netizens believe that journalists write poems based on their knowledge, but those in power themselves are in the right seat, believing that the reporters have intentions to rebel. "It doesn't mean that I claimed it myself." "In the Soviet Union, this is just a political joke, but in China, it is a real reality."
Zhang Ming, a professor at the Department of Politics at the School of International Relations at Renmin University of China, posted on Weibo: "I have lived for most of my life, and I have been doing history. I have never heard of a person who is scolded and has to write a self-criticism."
More netizens said that they or their family members didn't understand Xuan Kejiong's limerick at first, but they understood after the official operation. They believed that the limerick alluded to Xi Jinping.
Some netizens sighed, "This is a magical season. The wind is roaring, and the grass and trees are all soldiers."; "Now they are even afraid of the lyrics of their own national anthem.
Not long ago, Sina Weibo also issued an announcement saying that it will launch a centralized rectification action against the illegal behavior of posting bad information on Weibo by using homophonic and variant characters and other "typos".
As soon as the announcement came out, it also caused great controversy on the Internet. Some netizens lamented that online homophones are a unique cultural phenomenon in China today, in order to avoid the censorship of the authorities.
Some people told their personal experience that, whether it is to post on Weibo or to leave a message in a live webcast, even some very common words are taboo, and even automatically filtered and deleted by the system.
Some netizens lamented that the CCP authorities have been worried and miserable all day long since the advent of the Internet.

The Central News Agency reported that on 11 July, a Tibetan employee of a Chinese restaurant, Tsultrim, was slashed to death in a Chinese restaurant in Fécamp, Normandie, northern France. People have been detained for questioning.
According to French media reports, the employee's body was left unnoticed by the parking lot, and the incident was not exposed until a local citizen saw the report. The Chinese boss told the police that the employee got drunk and had an argument; the law enforcement unit is currently investigating the crime of intentional murder, and the details are yet to be confirmed.
This incident triggered a strong backlash from the Tibetan community, especially on the Chinese app in Europe. Some Chinese netizens ridiculed the Tibetan community and the victims, calling Tibetans "savages" and saying "it doesn't matter, if you die, you will be replaced by another worker." and so on, deepening the conflict between Tibetan and Chinese communities and Tibet’s dissatisfaction with the long-standing repression of the CCP regime.
Tibetans living in France held a commemorative parade on the 17th. More than 3,000 people dressed in white took to the streets to mourn the death of Tsultrim at the age of 32 in a peaceful way, calling for the investigation of the truth and justice.
Karma Thinley, chairman of the organizer "Communauté tibétaine de France et ses amis" (Communauté tibétaine de France et ses amis), said that today's (17th) commemorative parade is to express support and solidarity with the victims, and It is hoped that French justice can demonstrate justice and restore the truth. Karma Tingli told the Central News Agency that if the boss was French, it should not have caused such a big reaction and anger because Tibetans have no negative feelings towards France and the French government. "However, Tibet was occupied by China in 1959, millions of Tibetans were killed, and our compatriots in Tibet were massacred. Now there is no basic freedom in Tibet. That's why Tibetan is killed by the Chinese here. Multiple mobilization".
This tragedy can be described as "adding fuel to the fire", making the Tibetan community even more resistant to the CCP government. "This kind of thing happens every day in China, and we can't hear that because China (Communist) controls everything; but in a country with human rights and the rule of law like France, this kind of thing must not be allowed to happen again."
Due to lack of special expertise and French ability, 60% of Tibetan refugees choose to work in Chinese restaurants. Karma Tingli pointed out that in order to show solidarity, some Tibetans asked the restaurant to suspend work for a week or a month, or quit their jobs.
A participant who did not want to be named told Central News Agency that although there are good Chinese bosses, compared to the French, Chinese bosses are often oppressive and disrespectful to employees, and some even discriminate against Tibetans.
Thupten Gyatso, a member of parliament in the Tibetan government-in-exile, told the Central News Agency that the victims fled China's aggression, occupation and oppression, looking for a peaceful and safe haven to live a normal life, but they were attacked by Chinese expatriates. The suspects are all Chinese, so it is understandable that Tibetans would have such strong reactions and emotions.
Tuten Gyatso pointed out that Tibetans are often exploited and suppressed at work, and even this first murder case occurred; the slogan of "enough is enough" at the parade site is also a call to give Tibetans due respect and improve the working environment .
Participant Pemdol told the Central News Agency that what happened was very unjust. Chinese people have no right to decide other people's lives. They go to the streets hoping that justice will be manifested.
Christine, who also works in a Chinese restaurant, said you have to be careful when working in a Chinese restaurant. After the incident, she and her boss took 4 days off to participate in the mobilization. "The boss is also Chinese, but he is very nice."
Bezia said frankly, "We have been fighting against CCP China since Tibet was occupied by China in 1959; if the French committed the crime today, we would not have such a mobilization, because France has not done bad things to us."
"They just kill Tibetans at will, thinking they are in Tibet, but we are in France now; here we are very free, which we don't have in Tibet."
On 14 July, 200 Tibetans had already packed a tour bus and gone to the restaurant where Tsultrim went to work to protest, and some people smashed the glass of the restaurant; on the 18th, the organizers will hold another commemorative parade in Feikang, hoping to obtain the truth and justice.

Cruz: Gay marriage is clearly wrong

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) has said that the Supreme Court ruling that legalized gay marriage was “clearly wrong.”
“Obergefell, like Roe versus Wade, ignored two centuries of our nation’s history,” Cruz told podcast Verdict+. “In Obergefell, the court said, ‘no, we know better than you guys do,’ and now every state must sanction and permit gay marriage. I think that decision was clearly wrong when it was decided. It was the court overreaching,”
Cruz was referring to Obergefell v. Hodges (pdf), the 2015 Supreme Court decision in which the 5–4 majority ruled that the Due Process Clause and the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment guarantee the fundamental right to marry to same-sex couples.
The Texas senator takes the position that policies on issues such as gay marriage and abortion should be left to state legislatures to shape.
“Marriage was always an issue that was left to the states. We saw states before Obergefell that were moving—some states were moving to allow gay marriage, other states were moving to allow civil partnerships. There were different standards that the states were adopting,” Cruz said.
“And had the court not rolled Obergefell, the democratic process would continue to operate: that if you believe that gay marriage was a good idea, the way the Constitution is set up for you to advance that position is to convince your fellow citizens. And if you succeeded in convincing your fellow citizens, then your state would change the laws to reflect those views,” the senator continued.
The lawmaker’s comments come weeks after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, a 1973 ruling from the highest court that legalized abortion across the nation, in its June decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization (pdf).
Cruz, in reference to the concern of court overreach with the Obergefell and Roe decisions, shadowed Justice Clarence Thomas’s opinion in Dobbs that the highest court should reconsider cases such as Obergefell that are associated with the doctrine of substantive due process.
In his concurring opinion to the majority ruling, Thomas said that “‘substantive due process’ is an oxymoron that lack[s] any basis in the Constitution” and that “the Due Process Clause does not secure any substantive rights.”
For this reason, Thomas said that “in future cases, [the justices] should reconsider all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell,” and that “because any substantive due process decision is ‘demonstrably erroneous,’ we have a duty to ‘correct the error’ established in those precedents.”
Cruz’s comments are not the first time the senator has expressed opposition to the highest’s court’s ruling on same-sex marriage.
In 2015, the then-candidate in the Republican primaries said his opposition to the decision would be “front and center” in his presidential campaign.
“That is very much front and center something I intend to campaign on,” he told NPR in 2015.
“And marriage and religious liberty are going to be integral, I believe, to motivating the American people to come out and vote for what’s, ultimately, restoring our constitutional system,” Cruz said.

Report: Hunter and Joe Biden often met after son traveled abroad
Reporter : Frank Fang, The Epoch Times PREMIUM
Hunter Biden held dozens of talks with his father from 2008 to 2016, often shortly after returning home from trips abroad on business, according to data from the younger Biden’s abandoned laptop.
At least 30 such talks took place, The New York Post reported on July 16, based on a personal calendar on the laptop. The meetings took place at either the White House or the vice president’s residence at the U.S. Naval Observatory.
The latest revelation comes amid President Joe Biden’s continued claim that the two have never spoken about Hunter Biden’s business dealings, which included transactions with entities and individuals in countries such as Russia and China.
One of the talks occurred in February 2012, when the young Biden met with his father at the Naval Observatory. The meeting came four days after Hunter Biden was wined and dined by billionaire oligarchs in Moscow.
In November 2015, Hunter Biden met with his father again at the Naval Observatory, two days after returning home from a trip to Romania.
On 15 April 2016, Hunter Biden met with Daniel Kablan Duncan, who was at the time the prime minister of Côte d’Ivoire. Less than an hour after the meeting, the young Biden met with his father at the Naval Observatory.
House Republican Conference Chair Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y) told the NY Post that the latest discovery is more evidence of corruption.
“Hardly a day goes by without another revelation about how intimately involved Joe Biden was with his son Hunter Biden’s corrupt foreign business dealings,” Stefanik said. “The fact that Joe was in meetings with senior foreign leaders on behalf of Hunter and his business associates while vice president further proves that Joe has been lying to the American people.”
Cory Mills, who’s seeking the Republican nomination to represent Florida’s 7th Congressional District in the midterm elections, said the Post’s findings warrant legal action against the Bidens.
“Hunter Biden should be arrested and Joe Biden impeached,” Mills wrote on Twitter.
The laptop’s calendar also showed that Eric Schwerin, the former president of Hunter Biden’s now-dissolved investment firm Rosemont Seneca Partners, was an invite recipient on 21 of the 30 meetings between Hunter Biden and his father.
In April, The Epoch Times reported that Schwerin visited the White House at least 19 times from 2009 to 2015, after reviewing White House visitor log records. One of the meetings took place in the West Wing on 17 November 2010.
Before the March 2012 meeting, Hunter Biden and his partners at Rosemont Seneca Partners were allegedly seeking business with Brazilian construction company OAS, according to emails from the laptop, the Post reported. The Brazilian firm was interested in several projects in Columbia at the time, including a hydroelectric power plant worth $1.8 billion and a renovation project to a subway system in Bogota worth $3 billion.
“If it works, we’ll all be rich,” Schwerin wrote to Hunter Biden in an email in August 2011, according to the Post. Emails showed Hunter Biden traveling to Bogota in November 2011.
It’s unclear if OAS won any of the projects the company was interested in.
Eventually, OAS was involved in a Brazilian government corruption scandal and agreed to pay a total of 1.92 billion Brazilian reais ($461 million) by 2047 as part of a leniency deal the company signed with Brazil’s federal government in 2019, according to Reuters.
White House officials did not respond to a request for comment by press time.

Aung San Suu Kyi denies electoral fraud charges
Myanmar’s detained State Counselor Aung San Suu Kyi on Friday (15 July 2022) denied electoral fraud charges at a closed trial inside Naypyitaw Prison, where she has been held since late last month.
Court sources told The Irrawaddy that she told the prison court that she denied charges filed under Article 130(a) of the Penal Code, accusing her of influencing the election commission ahead of her landslide victory in the November 2020 general election.
Detained President U Win Myint and union government office minister Min Thu are codefendants in the trial.
“She said she didn’t influence the commission and acted legally,” a source said.
U Win Myint has also denied the charges during a hearing last week and U Min Thu is due to testify this week.
The military took control on 1 February 2021, after arresting Aung San Suu Kyi, U Win Myint and other NLD leaders, claiming the party cheated in the election. The junta subsequently annulled the election results.
The junta has brought 11 charges against Aung San Suu Kyi that could see her jailed for more than 150 years.
The 77-year-old has already been convicted of corruption, incitement against the military, breaching COVID-19 rules and breaking the Telecommunications Law, with a court sentencing her so far to 11 years.
On 22 June 2022, the junta transferred her to solitary confinement in prison from an undisclosed location where she was held for more than a year.
The move to the prison has prompted concerns about Aung San Suu Kyi’s well-being, especially given her age.

A humanitarian gift to Sri Lanka from a bunch of killers
As the economic crisis in Sri Lanka deepens, Myanmar’s military regime has spotted an opportunity to bolster its poor image. On Thursday, the regime’s Commerce Ministry held a meeting to discuss buying 1,000 tonnes of rice with public funds and delivering it to the Sri Lankan people as humanitarian aid.
Without being cynical, the regime’s record of committing terrible atrocities against its own civilians and deliberately blocking humanitarian supplies to them makes it hard to view its largesse toward Sri Lanka an act of humanity or sympathy for its people.
Needless to say, Min Aung Hlaing’s regime, which has been globally shunned, is clearly attempting to exploit Sri Lanka’s crisis in the hope of obtaining recognition on the international stage. It must be all too aware that since the coup it has received only condemnation, and no invitations from international leaders, with the glaring exception of Russia.
Meanwhile, Myanmar’s economy is spiraling downward at such a rate that the United Nations Development Program projects 25 million people—nearly half of the country’s population—will live below the poverty line in 2023.
After creating a massive humanitarian crisis in Myanmar that has so far resulted in the deaths of thousands and the displacement of millions, Min Aung Hlaing must be deceiving himself if he still thinks he can salvage his name by sending some “humanitarian” supplies to a country.

Junta defense minister visits resistance stronghold
On Wednesday, junta Defense Minister General Mya Tun Oo arrived in Sagaing Region, a resistance stronghold in central Myanmar. His visit came two days after local People’s Defense Force (PDF) groups warned junta-appointed administrators to leave their offices within 10 days.
In Sagaing, PDFs have taken control of many of the rural areas, with the parallel National Unity Government (NUG) replacing the junta’s administrative mechanism with its own in dozens of townships.
At a press conference in June, the NUG claimed that PDFs now control more than 90 percent of the main roads in Sagaing and northern Magwe and over 80 percent of rural areas.
During his Sagaing visit, Mya Tun Oo met junta administrative officials and military personnel from local battalions in Hkamti, and also visited local monasteries in a bid to mobilize support for the regime. It could be seen as a perverse choice of venue to drum up support; a number of monasteries have been damaged due to junta troops’ tactic of torching villages in Sagaing.

Tartarstan "President" welcome Min Aung Hlaing
Min Aung Hlaing was the very picture of joy as he was welcomed by Tatarstan “President” Rustam Minnikhanov during the coup leader’s “personal” visit to Russia on 13 July 2022 (Wednesday).
The fact that he was not received by the Russian defense minister, let alone Russian President Vladimir Putin, on his second visit to Russia—the only country he has been able to visit since the coup—likely explained the broad smile on his face.
Min Aung Hlaing and his wife Kyu Kyu Hla were welcomed with a traditional Russian bread and salt welcoming ceremony as they stepped off the plane.
Later, Min Aung Hlaing exuded confidence as he was received by Minnikhanov at the latter’s office. At a subsequent meeting with representatives of the energy company PJSC Tatneft, followed by a traditional music concert and dinner, Min Aung Hlaing could not help acting like a child visiting a zoo, unable to contain his pride as being a guest of the head of state.
Meanwhile, his wife Kyu Kyu Hla was given a tour of Kazan, the capital of Tatarstan, by some military officers’ wives and a couple of guards. She was given the same treatment in Moscow.

Putin has prohibited autonomous Russian regions' leaders from using the title "President" since 2021
In 2021, Russian President Putin signed a law prohibiting the heads of autonomous Russian regions from using the title of "President". Minnikhanov was the last one in Russia to use the title. On 12 July 2022, Putin referred to the Tatar leader Minnikhanov without the title "President" in an official communication informing him about Min Aung Hlaing's visit. Perhaps Min Aung Hlaing was not aware or pretended not to notice it.

UK's top diplomat in Myanmar forced to leave
The Myanmar Junta regime has deepened its diplomatic isolation from the West by expelling the head of the UK Embassy in Yangon “for not presenting his credentials to the junta.” Pete Vowles, who has become the first international envoy to be forced to leave the country, was named UK’s ambassador and took up his appointment in Myanmar in August 2021 but London decided to downgrade Vowles’ title from ambassador to chargé d’affaires ad interim due to the coup and the regime’s atrocities against the Myanmar civilians. After traveling to Thailand, the envoy was denied a visa to re-enter Myanmar and stranded in the neighboring country for months, before being allowed back in late last month.
Vowles tweeted on 13 July 2022 that his time in the country had come to an abrupt end, saying “Sad & sorry to have been forced by the junta to leave but glad we didn’t cave to pressure to legitimize their brutal coup.” The regime’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs responded on 14 July 2022 that Vowles had only been allowed back into the country to “collect personal belongings” from 21 June to 15 July 2022, and left as his visa was about to expire. The ministry said the envoy had to leave the country as the military regime had acted in accordance with diplomatic practices as a "sovereign state".
