Getting fat is because you don't drink enough water. The body is dehydrated and may cause 3 symptoms

Most people know that drinking water is good for health, but did you know that drinking enough water is easy to gain weight? Chinese physician Lu Huanyi said that he once treated a female patient of about 30 years old. She drank about 1,000c.c. of water every day. Because of her busy work, she sometimes could not even finish a glass of water on the table, and she rarely got up to go to the toilet.  After a long time, repeated urethritis, rough skin, protruding lower abdomen and fat, and all these reasons come from "not drinking enough water"!

If you don’t drink enough water, the brain will mistake thirst for hunger and eat more calories
Image : If you don't drink enough water, your brain will mistake it for hunger, eat too much and become fat. (Illustration/Shutterstock Dazhi Image)

"Your hunger is not really hungry, but is related to a serious lack of water in your body"! Lu Huanyi explained that the physiological states of hunger and thirst are similar, and they will become tired, irritable, and even have headaches. In addition, the areas of the brain that process the two sensations of hunger and thirst are in the same location, so the brain is not easy to distinguish between the two signals, and even often confused, mistakenly think that thirst is hunger, but eat too much calories that the body does not need, and this is also the main reason for not drinking enough water to gain weight.

Daily water intake formula

How much water is enough to drink? Lu Huanyi pointed out that, in general, the amount of water a person drinks every day should be at least in balance with the amount consumed. The human body excretes about 1,500 ml a day. In addition to the formation of feces, the process of breathing and the evaporation of water from the skin, the total consumption is about 1,500 ml. It is 2,500ml, and the body absorbs about 1,000ml of water from food or from the metabolic process every day, so at least another 1,500ml should be drunk; according to each person's weight, it is recommended to drink water to reach the weight (kg) multiplied by the body weight. Take 30(c.c.), and people who want to lose weight will drink more water and must multiply by 40(c.c.).

In addition, the weather is getting hotter day by day recently, and many people find themselves getting tired easily! Lu Huanyi explained that the main reason is that the blood vessels expand due to the high temperature, which reduces the blood and oxygen flowing through the brain. He also suggests that people can improve by "drinking more water."

It is best to drink water on average every now and then

Lu Huanyi added that drinking more water can not only prevent diseases, but also improve the efficiency of weight loss. However, the public must pay attention to the principle of drinking water equally. If you drink a large glass for a long time, the body will not only be unable to make full use of water, but will lose it through urination all at once. Therefore, the best way is to place the water glass in a place where you can see it. Always remind yourself to drink more water, "drinking water on average from time to time is the most effective".

UK child infected by monkeypox

Web Screenshot : Examples of the monkeypox rash, which can appear anywhere on the body. In the UK, there have already been more than 1,850 cases of the disease, which causes painful blisters, and numbers are believed to be doubling every 15 days. These have predominantly been seen in gay men

On Thursday (14 July 2022), the UK Health Security Agency confirmed that a London school sent reception classes home until the end of term after a child came into contact with a monkeypox case.

According to a letter sent to parents, officials advised parents to avoid hugging their children, or any other very close contact, for two weeks. The children will now be offered the vaccine.

Experts: Monkeypox could infect children by December 2022

Monkeypox cases could spiral by the end of 2022 – and reach children, for whom the virus can be deadly – if efforts to vaccinate against it are not improved, experts have warned.

While 50,000 vaccine doses are on order, public health experts say four times this number will be needed to halt the spread.

In the UK, there have already been more than 1,850 cases of the disease, which causes painful blisters across the body, and numbers are believed to be doubling every 15 days. These have predominantly been seen in gay men.

There are two vaccines that can protect against the virus. One, created by a small Danish company, specifically protects against monkeypox but the decades-old smallpox vaccine also works because the two viruses are so similar.

The virus is passed on through close physical contact, such as sex, but also kissing and hugging.

Vaccines can provide effective protection but doctors have criticised the slow rollout of the jabs to Britons most at risk and claim the UK does not have not enough doses to stop the virus from spreading into the wider population.

Due to the first case of a UK child infected by monkeypox, there are particular worries that monkeypox could reach children, who are more likely to suffer severe illness as a result.

Experts say at least 200,000 doses of the jab are needed to prevent monkeypox spreading and reaching children, and spreading among them and other vulnerable groups such as pregnant women.

This figure is based on the number of men eligible for HIV-preventative drugs – those who have on average two or more male partners every six months, and as such are at most risk of catching monkeypox.

If health officials are able to vaccinate this group, experts believe the disease could be effectively controlled.

News (6)

UK sexual health clinics have begun inviting some gays to be vaccinated

The majority of over-50s are thought already to have good immunity to monkeypox because they would have received a compulsory smallpox jab in the 1970s and 1980s.

The Mail on Sunday understands the UK has 30,000 vaccines – a combination of the two types – and sexual health clinics last week began inviting some gay men to receive the jab.

Official estimates suggest there are 100,000 men eligible for these drugs in the UK, 70,000 of whom are in London, where the majority of monkeypox cases have already been seen.

As with covid, two jabs are required for the vaccine to have full effect, meaning that, at present, the UK cannot vaccinate all eligible Britons.

"Health officials have told us the current strategy is to get hold of 50,000 doses of the vaccine, but since we need to give out two doses, that means only 25,000 people will get them and that's not nearly enough," says Dr Claire Dewsnap, president of the British Association for Sexual Health and HIV.

"Currently monkeypox is just affecting this sub-group of Britons, but if cases keep rising it won't stay that way. When it eventually breaks out into the wider population, we'll need a lot more vaccines than we can feasibly get our hands on."

News (7)

Monkeypox may be transmitted without symptoms

Experts also believe there are many cases going undiagnosed, following a study last week from the Institute of Tropical Medicine in Belgium, which showed transmission of the virus may occur without symptoms.

News (8)

Monkeypox is deadly to children and people with weaker immune systems

More than ten per cent of Britons infected have been hospitalized, though this has predominantly been for pain management, as the blisters can be debilitating, making activities such as eating and going to the toilet excruciating. In people with weaker immune systems, like children, the disease can be deadly.

News (9)

WHO fears monkeypox may infect the entire population of a country

In June 2022, World Health Organization director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said he was concerned that sustained transmission of monkeypox would lead to the virus establishing itself in the community and could infect 'high-risk groups including children, the immunocompromised and pregnant women'.

CDC: Infants in multiple states infected with deadly parechovirus

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said this week that the parechovirus has spread across "multiple" U.S. states since May, killing at least one Infants die, parents and pediatricians should watch for symptoms.
Human parechovirus is a common childhood pathogen that spreads through respiratory droplets or the fecal-oral route, according to a health warning issued by the CDC. It is common in children 6 months to 5 years old and usually presents with symptoms such as upper respiratory tract infection, fever and rash.
The CDC emphasizes that human parechovirus can cause severe illness in infants younger than 3 months of age, including sepsis, epilepsy, meningitis, and meningoencephalitis, and infants younger than one month are at particularly high risk.
The CDC is urging pediatricians across the U.S. to test very young patients for the following symptoms of unknown origin, including:
fever
sepsis-like syndrome
epilepsy
Meningitis (common symptoms include: high fever, irritability, loss of appetite, and lethargy)
The CDC's warning comes after the death of a newborn baby last month. Connecticut baby Ronan Delancy died in June after contracting the human paracorporeal virus when she was 8 days old, CT Insider reported. His first symptoms were a rash on his cheeks and redness in his chest, then he became less active, stopped crying, and had seizures.
The baby's mother, Ronan Delancy, said Ronan lived only 34 days. Before he died, the virus had attacked and destroyed most of the proteins in his brain.
"They checked him for epilepsy and certain seizure disorders." Delancey told CT Insider they also wanted to see if he might have some kind of head injury. During Ronan's hospital stay, doctors tried everything. They tried different epilepsy drugs but none of them worked, and it got worse.
Ronan was tested at Yale University. Autopsy results have shown parechovirus may be confused with sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), said Dr. Andrew Wong of Hartford HealthCare in Connecticut.
Dr Wong reminded parents to be careful in crowded public swimming pools and public areas with many children.
The Delancys also set up a website called "Research Ronan," and they hope to share information about parechovirus with all parents and pediatricians to keep everyone informed about this rare virus.
With no routine surveillance for parechovirus, fewer than 50 cases of the virus are recorded nationally each year, the CDC said. So it is unclear how the number of cases reported this year compares to previous years.
There is currently no known treatment for parechovirus. Older children who are infected may have "only mild symptoms," like a cold, while others may be completely asymptomatic and feel nothing during the infection, the CDC said.

Study: Young adults at greater risk of drinking than older adults
Reporter : Li Zhaoxi / Editor: Lin Qing / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2022/07/16/a103480681.html
Drinking alcohol poses significant health risks to young people with no benefit, a new global study shows, but some older adults may benefit from drinking less alcohol.
The study, published Friday (July 15) in The Lancet, is the first to report alcohol risk by geographic region, age, sex and year. A total of 1.34 billion people were estimated to have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol in 2020, according to an analysis of the drinking habits of men and women aged 15 to 95 and older in 204 countries between 1990 and 2020.
The study specifically mentions that 59% of those who drink to excess are between the ages of 15 and 39, and three-quarters are men, for whom drinking has no health benefits and carries risks, including those associated with drinking or car accidents injury, suicide or murder.
The researchers suggest that global alcohol consumption recommendations should be age- and location-based, with the strictest guidelines for men aged 15 to 39, who are at greatest risk of drinking too much alcohol.
At the same time, the study also pointed out that adults 40 years and older without underlying health problems may benefit from moderate alcohol consumption, such as drinking a small glass of red wine a day, which may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke and diabetes.
"Our message is simple: Young people shouldn't drink alcohol, but older adults may benefit from drinking less alcohol," said the study's lead author, Dr. Emmanuela Gakidou, a professor of health measurement sciences at the University of Washington's School of Medicine. , "While it may be considered unrealistic for young adults to quit drinking, we do think it's important to communicate the latest evidence so everyone can make informed decisions about their health."
Using the 2020 Global Burden of Disease (GBD) data, researchers looked at the risk of alcohol consumption for 22 health conditions, including injury, cardiovascular disease and cancer. Using this information, the researchers estimated drinking standards for different age groups.
For men between the ages of 15 and 39, the recommended drinking amount is 0.136 standard glass (slightly more than 1/10 the standard glass). For women of the same age, the "theoretical minimum alcohol risk exposure level" is 0.273 cups.
Among 40- to 64-year-olds, safe drinking levels ranged from about half a glass to almost two standard drinks a day. For those 65 or older, drinking a little more than three drinks a day is at risk of "loss of health due to drinking".
On average, the recommended alcohol intake for adults over 40 remains low, at a maximum of 1.87 drinks a day. Beyond recommended amounts, health risks increased with alcohol consumption, the report said.
Another study, published Wednesday in the journal PLOS Medicine, found that drinking seven or more units of alcohol per week raised iron levels in the brain. Iron accumulation has been implicated in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and secondary injury after intracerebral hemorrhage.
Dr Richard Piper, chief executive of Alcohol Change UK, said, "Hundreds of studies conducted over the past 20 years tell us very clearly that alcohol is extremely harmful to the human body in a number of ways. We didn't realize it before, and too many of us continue to drink as if this revolution in our knowledge hadn't happened."
"If you're concerned about your health, by far the best thing you can do is not to drink." Piper said if you do choose to drink, take the advice of the UK's Chief Medical Officer properly and not exceed 14 units per week (about 6 pint (568ml) of beer or a bottle and a half of wine), no alcohol on at least 3 days of the week, and no more than 6 units in a day".

Pompeo: Kim Jong-un just finished talking with me when he received a call from Xi Jinping

The Chinese Communist Party and the North Korean regime have been accused of deceiving the international community by singing double reeds for many years. Former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said recently that Xi Jinping tightly controls Kim Jong-un to prevent North Korea from denuclearizing.

According to the United Press International (UPI) report, on 13 July 2022, Pompeo said at a meeting of Asian leaders in Seoul, South Korea, that the CCP is controlling what Kim Jong-un does and his freedom is greatly limited.

Pompeo said Beijing did not want North Korea to denuclearize because China could "benefit from North Korea's possession of nuclear weapons." For China, North Korea is an important security buffer that distracts the United States from having to mobilize additional resources against North Korea's nuclear weapons.

As a former CIA director and secretary of state, Pompeo personally met with Kim Jong-un many times during the Trump administration and was deeply involved in the interaction between the United States and North Korea.

Pompeo said Kim Jong-un himself was "shrewd" and interested in giving up his nuclear weapons in exchange for greater economic gain, but direct CCP intervention was preventing North Korea's denuclearization.

Pompeo said that every time Kim Jong-un meets with the United States, he will meet with Xi first.

Pompeo also mentioned, "A few times I had a serious conversation with Chairman Kim, only to find that after I left, Xi Jinping's phone came in and said, 'How dare you go with that (US) Secretary of State. so close.'"

Pompeo did not identify sources about Xi's call.

Although Beijing has ostensibly publicly expressed support for North Korea's denuclearization, it has been cited as the biggest obstacle to North Korea's denuclearization. Moreover, North Korea's technology has always been backward, and its nuclear weapons technology is also accused of being supported by Beijing.

According to public information, Kim Jong-un met Trump for the first time on 12 June 2018. On 8 May 2018, Xi Jinping met with Kim Jong-un in Dalian.

The second "Trump-Kin" was from 27 to 28 February 2019. From 7 to 10 January that year, Kim Jong-un and his wife visited Beijing for 4 days.

Former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo told the British media "The Times" that he intends to run for the US presidential election in 2024, which may mean that he must first be nominated by the Republican Party In the battle, compete with his "former boss" Trump.
The newspaper pointed out on 16 July that Pompeo, 58, served as director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and then secretary of state during Trump's tenure. After leaving office, he joined the conservative think tank "Hudson Institute" and actively lost weight. It is understood that Pompeo continues to speak and campaign in states such as Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina, and may make a final decision after the US congressional elections in November.
"We think we're in this position, and now is the right time, and we're going to do our best to do it," Pompeo said, adding that his wife, Susan, will be his "best friend." close advisor".
Trump has only made it clear earlier that he has decided to try to "win back the presidency" and has been in contact with funders and supporters to discuss future campaign matters. The issue currently under consideration is the timing of the announcement, which may fall around the midterm elections.
If Trump, who still has great political influence, and Pompeo, who has outstanding diplomatic achievements in office, run simultaneously, it is bound to make the US presidential election a sensation.

Did Xi Jinping miscalculate? The economic data shock in the second quarter "cleared"

Reporter : Luo Tingting / Editor: Wen Hui / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2022/07/16/a103480581.html

Xi Jinping adhered to the "dynamic clearing" epidemic prevention policy, claiming that the clearing measures were "the most economical and the most effective". However, the economic data released by the government is very different from what Xi said, directly impacting CCP's zero-covid policy.

Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, said when he inspected Wuhan on June 28 that "it would be better to temporarily affect economic development" and clear it. If "the general ledger is calculated, clearing the epidemic prevention measures is the most economical and effective.

The CCP media also continued to clear the platform for the epidemic prevention policy. On 14 July 2022, the People's Daily published a comment, claiming that the dynamic clearing and epidemic prevention measures are "the most economical and the most effective" but less than a day after the comment was published, it was slapped in the face by the official economic figures.

The National Bureau of Statistics of the Communist Party of China reported on 15 July 2022 that the GDP growth in the first half of 2022 was only 2.5% year-on-year, of which the second quarter increased by 0.4%, a significant drop of 4.4 percentage points from the first quarter.

The poor economic numbers have drawn attention from the outside world, and the Associated Press quoted S&P Global Market Intelligence analyst Rajiv. According to Rajiv Biswas, China's economic activity in the second quarter was "much weaker than expected".

In the second quarter, the economically developed Shanghai, Jiangsu and other places suffered a sharp drop in income due to the lockdown and control of the epidemic. Shanghai, which was closed for two months, plummeted by 13.7% year-on-year.

RFI reported that it seemed difficult for the common people to understand General Secretary Xi's reckoning. Some netizens ridiculed the authorities, "Whistle and walk at night to embolden yourself."

Some netizens also said, "As long as we cover our eyes, we are the happiest."

Some netizens questioned: "Is your 'the most economical and best effect' supported by data? How much did the nucleic acid cost, how many people lost their jobs in the past two years, how many small and micro businesses have closed down, and how many deaths have been caused by the one-size-fits-all closure of hospitals , do you have any data?"

The report said that Xi Jinping did not seem to realize the seriousness of the economic problem. The CCP media Xinhua News Agency reported on July 15 that when Xi Jinping inspected Xinjiang from the 12th to the 15th, he still urged local officials to insist on "dynamic clearing".

Fu Linghui, a spokesman for the National Bureau of Statistics of the Communist Party of China, admitted at a press conference on the 15th that China's economic situation is severe and complicated, and the downward pressure on the economy has increased in the second quarter but he claimed the situation improved in June and started to "recover".

However, many economists do not agree with Fu Linghui's view. Julian Daniels, senior analyst at Capital Economics, an independent economic research firm in the United Kingdom. Economic activity such as factory output and consumer spending suggest China's overall economic growth is weaker than the numbers suggest, Julian Evans-Pritchard said in a report.

The Associated Press quoted Pritchard as saying, "Even taking the June data into account, these figures are consistent with the negative growth seen in the last quarter." "The official GDP data seems to underestimate the strength of the economic downturn. This is the first time."

In addition, the latest data released by the National Bureau of Statistics of the Communist Party of China on 15 July 2022 also claimed that in the first half of this year, China's per capita disposable income reached 18,463 RMB. This news sparked bombardment from netizens, who scolded the official for fraud, "Dynamic clearing of home and sitting at home, income has risen to the sky."

Is China a super-large Evergrande? Xie Jinhe: The cancer of housing enterprises is more terrible than the bubble economy

Editor : He Yating / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2022/07/16/a103480930.html

Taiwanese entrepreneurs once described the whole of China as a "super-large Evergrande". In this regard, Xie Jinhe, chairman of Caixin Media, made further analysis and interpretation. He believes that the serious insolvency of Chinese real estate companies is a cancer, more terrifying than the Japanese bubble economy in 1990, but under the CCP system, they dare not remove this cancer and spawn a large number of zombie companies, with very serious consequences.

Recently, the column in the "Economic Daily" published an article analyzing the reasons why the Central Bank of China has repeatedly cut interest rates, increased the supply of money, and the current situation of China's rapid growth in debt. The article bluntly stated, "Since 2007, China has embarked on a Borrowed growth journey, now it seems that China is just a super-giant Evergrande Group..."

In response to the category that compares China to Evergrande, Xie Jinhe wrote an article bluntly that from 1997 to 1998, the wave of bankruptcy and bankruptcy of Taiwanese real estate companies with too much leverage is now being fully staged in mainland China, and China is currently facing a far more situation than Taiwan. The original situation was a hundred times more serious and even more terrifying than the bubble economy in Japan in 1990.

Xie Jinhe pointed out that in the first quarter of this year, at least 15 of China's top 60 real estate companies have failed to submit financial reports, including Evergrande Group, Shimao Real Estate, Sunac China, Kaisa, China Aoyuan and other big names Dingding. However, under China's special social system, these companies are already standard "zombie companies" and should be liquidated and declared bankrupt. All are still alive, the authorities just stopped their stocks from trading, because the debt is frozen, the bank is temporarily not forcing the debt.

The article lists the debt data of several large real estate companies and compares them with market value data. For example: Evergrande’s on-balance sheet debt is 1.96 trillion RMB, high-interest dollar bonds are at least 300 billion U.S. dollars, and there is a large amount of unspecified amount of usury Evergrande wealth management products, but the market value of Evergrande’s three companies added up before the suspension. less than HK$100 billion. Another example: Country Garden has a debt of 1.74 trillion RMB, but its stock market value is only 96.1 billion Hong Kong dollars.

Xie Jinhe pointed out in the article that the serious insolvency of Chinese real estate companies is like a "cancer growing on the body", which should have been removed as soon as possible, but under the CCP's system, "this landmine cannot be exploded", and therefore, "the future is only to adjust the bubble. I'm afraid the days will be very long." The protest of depositors at Henan Rural Banks may be a significant signal.

Owners stop lending and fight back: accusing funds of misappropriation and lack of supervision

Image : The picture shows the construction site of Evergrande Residential Community in Zhumadian City, Henan Province on 14 September 2021. (Jade Gao/AFP via Getty Images)

Recently, the wave of loan suspensions for unfinished buildings has continued to ferment. Owners have complained that the funds for building purchases have been misappropriated, and government departments and banks are not in place. Experts say that if one person stops borrowing, it is a legal issue; if a thousand people stop borrowing, it is a matter of people's livelihood, and it is not the owner's responsibility.

According to the GitHub website "Summary of Loan Suspension Notices for Unfinished Buildings in Various Provinces and Cities of the Country", as of the evening of July 15, the "loan suspension wave" of unfinished buildings swept across 25 provinces in China, and 273 real estate projects (construction cases) issued "All owners suspended loans" Notice", collectively suspend mortgage payment.

This campaign to stop loans and defend rights for unfinished buildings has been accused of being a "jedi counterattack" by the owners. In just 4 days, the number of rights protection groups has increased by more than 7 times, and it continues to increase rapidly.

Owners defending their rights pointed out in the loan suspension notice that the relevant departments and lending banks were not responsible for supervision, failed to deposit the mortgages paid by the owners into the supervision account as required, and failed to fulfill their fund supervision obligations. The bank illegally transferred the pre-sale funds to the builders , resulting in the misappropriation of funds and the suspension of the project.

The pre-sale funds refer to all the house price paid by the house buyer according to the pre-sale contract when the commercial house is pre-sold, including the deposit, down payment, house purchase loan, and other forms of house purchase payment.

According to regulations, all the funds for the pre-sale of commercial housing should be deposited into a special account, the purpose is to ensure that the real estate project is completed on schedule and protect the fundamental interests of the buyers. However, the current wave of loan suspension shows that banks and regulatory authorities have not implemented effective supervision of pre-sale funds, resulting in the misappropriation of funds.

Activist owners warned that if builders did not resume work or complete the delivery of houses by their designated "red line dates", they would collectively suspend loans, and the resulting losses would be shared by relevant stakeholders such as banks and governments with poor financial supervision.

Some mainland city and real estate research experts said that if one person stops borrowing, it is a legal issue; if a thousand people stop borrowing, it is a people's livelihood issue, and the responsibility is not the owner.

Wang Yuchen, director of the Beijing Golden Law Firm, told the "Rules of Law Weekend" that there are three situations in which the pre-sale funds are misappropriated: The first is that the pre-sale funds have not entered the supervised account at all, and the developers can use the pre-sale funds at will.

The second is that when the bank lends money, it fails to release the loan to the supervised account as required, and the developer can also use the pre-sale funds at will.

The third is that although the money has entered the custody account, the developer transfers the money out by fictitious construction progress and other methods.

Yan Yuejin, research director of the Think Tank Center of E-House Research Institute, said in an article on 14 July 2022 that the direct cause of the "collective loan suspension" incident in various places was that the pre-sale fund accounts of some real estate were vacant, and real estate enterprises were unable to pay the relevant funds, which led to the advancement of real estate projects. The rhythm is too slow, which brings great pressure to home buyers.

He bluntly said that the problem of unfinished buildings has intensified, which shows from the side that the supervision of pre-sale funds for some real estates is obviously not in place, resulting in vacancies in construction funds.

He suggested that the relevant government departments should be pragmatic when dealing with the "borrowing tide" of unfinished buildings, safeguard the rights and interests of home buyers, stabilize the overall situation of the society, and prevent the further fermentation of related problems.

Unfinished buildings have frequent problems, and there is no way for owners to defend their rights

Over the years, the problem of unfinished buildings has frequently appeared in CCP China. According to NetEase, 300 homeowners in Xi'an had been buying houses for 11 years, but they were forced to live in unfinished buildings.

The owner Cao Yingying said that the child bought a house when he was one year old, and now the child is 13 years old. At that time, they spent 600,000-700,000 to buy a house with debts, but it was unfinished for 10 years, and they had to continue to pay high mortgages every month. The three-year epidemic has reduced their family's income, and they can't afford the rent.

In March 2022, the family moved into the "new house" they had been waiting for 11 years. The four walls of the house are still gray cement walls, there is no water and electricity, and they have not taken a shower since they moved in.

Like Cao Yingying, most of the owners who live in unfinished buildings are those who just need to buy a house. In the past 11 years, they have rented a house and paid their mortgage, waiting eagerly for the completion of their new home. Now I really can't stand it anymore, I can only move into this "home" that I don't know how to complete.

On 14 July, thousands of property owners gathered at the Xi'an Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau to protest, accusing the Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau of ignoring the bank's violations, failing to act, and not punishing them. Asked to investigate and deal with bank violations of lending to developers.

Online videos showed owners shouting "illegal lending", and a large number of police officers were on guard at the scene. Officials from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau had hesitated to step out of the door to communicate with the representatives of the owners. The owners shouted, "Don't be afraid of the leaders, we won't hit you!" The mainland media did not report this protest, and there was no relevant information on social networks.

Yokogawa, a commentator on current affairs in the United States, said in the We Media that the owner's suspension of loans has become passive and active, which is a perfect rights protection action. In the past, all rights protection was to seek the government, the government ignored it, and some petitions were unsuccessful in their entire lives. Now that the loan is stopped, the banks and the government are anxious, and the initiative is in the hands of rights defenders.

However, the Twitter account "Financial Truth" said that the authorities have begun to control public opinion. "It has just been tested that major domestic platforms have strengthened the review of loan suspension notices, and it is difficult for owners to speak up!"

Afterwards, "Financial Truth" tweeted, "The loan suspension on Github has been blocked, and the data is still at 235. Does anyone know the latest data? In addition, it seems that you can't read it on Douyin or Weibo. By the time of the new compulsory loan suspension notice, it seems that statistics have been banned, who has a new way?"

Breaking the door and disinfecting reappeared for more than 100 owners in Guangzhou, the door locks were removed during the isolation period

Editor : Zheng Gusheng / https://www.ntdtv.com/gb/2022/07/16/a103480799.htmlImage : On 10 July 2022, the doors of more than 100 owners of a community in Guangzhou were broken. (Weibo picture)

After Shanghai, Guangdong also experienced a farce in which homeowners were "killed" by prying doors during quarantine. The local official just announced that covi will not survive a day at room temperature.

On 15 July 2022, a local netizen broke the news that the door locks of more than 100 households in Guangzhou Banghua Interstellar Community were removed by the community during the hotel quarantine period. Photos on Weibo showed that the door locks of several homes were thrown on the ground and the doors were sealed.

The property committee of the community responded on 15 July 2022 that the incident probably happened on 10 July 2022 because it received news that "someone was hiding at home". So the CDC, the street office, the neighborhood committee, and the police station "jointly made a decision" to confirm the diagnosis. The upper and lower 3 floors of the case, that is, the doors of the 6th to 12th floors, are forcibly broken into, so as to enter the room to disinfect and find hiding people.

The community police also declared that "the government acts in accordance with the regulations" and "as a citizen, in special times, we should cooperate with the government" and so on.

The forced home sterilization has occurred on a large scale in Shanghai before, causing public grievances. Guangzhou's goal once again aroused the anger of netizens. Netizens commented, "extremely absurd", "Is there still a law?", "So confident in replying! Joint decision... They decided without taking the law in their eyes at all."

Some netizens emphasized that the official announcement that the virus will not survive on the surface of objects for more than a day at room temperature, and there is no basis for breaking the door and disinfecting it.

After the CCP officially announced the above-mentioned "scientific conclusion" recently, netizens ridiculed that "it took three years to find out, it's not easy." Based on this conclusion, the authorities immediately stopped the quarantine of imported "non-cold chain goods". Some commented that there may be a problem with the domestic supply chain.

BA.5 vaccines are useless and easy to cause severe illness? Japanese medical analysis 2 major questions
Image : Japan ushered in the seventh wave of the epidemic. (Picture/Dazhi Image Associated Press)
Japan ushered in the seventh wave of the epidemic, and the Omicron subvariant "BA.5" gradually became the mainstream virus strain. On 16 July 2022, the number of confirmed cases in a single day exceeded 110,000, setting a record in the past. As the number of confirmed cases has gradually increased, many people have also begun to worry about "Is the vaccine ineffective against BA.5?" and "Is BA.5 more likely to infect the lungs and cause severe illness?". In response to the arrival of the epidemic, Japanese experts and scholars also analyzed two major questions for the public.
News (23)
Experts say vaccines are effective against severe covid
A team led by Columbia University in the United States analyzed the blood of people who received 3 doses of the vaccine and found that compared with the mainstream "BA.2" in the past, "BA.5" will reduce the "neutralizing antibody" effect of preventing infection to 4 points 1 or less because the virus has a stronger immune escape ability after mutation but this does not mean that vaccination is not effective to prevent BA.5 covid. Tetsuo Nakayama, a professor of infection suppression at Kitasato University in Japan, pointed out that after vaccination, even if you are infected with a subvariant, the immunity in the body can still prevent the virus from increasing. Professor Takeshi Terajima of the Department of Respiratory Medicine, Ichikawa General Hospital of Tokyo Dental University, also said that there is currently no research data to deny the effect of vaccines in preventing severe illness.
News (24)
Japan study: BA.5 tends to multiply in human lungs
The latest research published by the Institute of Medical Sciences at the University of Tokyo shows that the "BA.5" virus may be more likely to multiply in the lungs. Omicron's characteristics that it is not easy to become severe may not work in "BA.5". Terjima said that the study only found that the virus is easy to increase in the lungs through test-tube and animal experiments, but it is still unknown whether the same results will occur after human infection. According to reports from Europe, the United States and South Africa, where BA.5 is predominant, it does not show that the hospitalization rate and severe severity rate of BA.5 covid tend to increase.

Mortality rates are not increasing
When the sixth wave of the epidemic occurred in Japan from January to March 2022, the mortality rate for people under 50 was below 0.1%. The mortality rate for those over 70 is more than 1%. At present, the seventh wave has not found any increase in the number of deaths. The number of beds in Tokyo Metropolitan Hospital did not show any sign of a sharp increase until 15 July 2022.
Terjima pointed out that since the Omicron variant became predominant, the severe rate of the younger generation has dropped sharply, but 90% of the dead in the sixth wave in Japan are elderly people over 70 years old, and there are not a few elderly people who died of chronic diseases after infection. He reminds the elderly that they still need to pay more attention. He also reminds the public that as the information on the epidemic becomes more and more clear, not panicking and "correct panic" is the greatest self-defense.

BA.5 hits Taiwan! Experts reveal that "the vaccine effect is not very good" and the fourth dose is unnecessary
Editor : Huang Jiewen / https://news.tvbs.com.tw/life/1850524Image : The outside world is concerned about whether the target of vaccination will be expanded. (Photo/TVBS)
Omicron BA.5 has gradually become the mainstream virus strain, and the first local BA.5 community case has also been detected in the Republic of China. It is a female in her 20s in the north, and it is also the first case of repeated infection of BA.5. The outside world cannot help but feel worried, wondering if the fourth dose of vaccine will expand? In this regard, experts admitted frankly that the protective effect of current vaccines on mutant strains is not very good, and there is no need to rush to expand the target of vaccination.
According to the "United News Network" report, Huang Gaobin, commander of the central area of the command center and vice president of the Chinese Affiliated Hospital, said that there is no need to rush to expand the fourth dose of vaccination in the Republic of China. At present, the fourth dose is aimed at high-risk groups that may cause severe illness, including the elderly over 65 years old and those over 18 years old with poor immunity, mainly because the vaccine still has a certain effect on preventing severe illness.
The current vaccine is mainly developed for the original strain of covid, and the protection against the Omicron variant is not very strong, and infection cannot be avoided. Huang Gaobin pointed out that this result can also be seen from the fact that many people who received the three-dose vaccine are still infected in this wave of epidemics. Therefore, if the fourth-dose vaccination target is expanded to younger groups who are not prone to serious illness, it will not be effective.

The first BA.5 local community infection case in Taiwan, all contacts tested negative
The first case of BA.5 local community infection appeared in the Republic of China recently. The Epidemic Command Centre announced on 17 July 2022 the PCR test reports of 5 close contacts of women in their 20s in northern Taiwan and 7 workplace contacts of the infected mother are diagnosed negative and the epidemic situation continues to be observed.
The domestic covid epidemic continues to spread. The first local community infection case of Omicron BA.5 is a female in her 20s in the north who has received 3 doses of the vaccine. There is no entry or exit record in the past six months. The case was in May when she was diagnosed and recovered. The case's living parents were confirmed by rapid screening from 3 to 5 July. The case also developed symptoms on the 5th, and the rapid screening was positive on the 6th, and it was reported as reinfection.
This northern 20-year-old female was confirmed to be infected with BA.5 by sequencing, and a family cluster was highly suspected. Zhuang Renxiang, a spokesman for the Central Epidemic Command Center, said this afternoon that according to the investigation of the five close contacts of the case, the PCR test results were all negative; the PCR test results of the seven workplace contacts of the case's mother were also negative.
Whether the parents of the case are also infected with BA.5, Zhuang Renxiang said that the follow-up virus gene sequencing is still to be released. Since the CT value of one of the parents of the case is over 30 and the CT value of the other is lower than 30, because the amount of virus is low, it is necessary to see if it can be cultivated, it is speculated that the three people were infected at almost the same time, and the possibility that their parents were also BA.5 was high.

Taiwan reports additional 24,196 local covid cases, adds 5 severe children "4MIS-C, 1 bronchiolitis"
Reporter : Zhang Minru / https://news.tvbs.com.tw/life/1850610
The epidemic in Taiwan has maintained more than 20,000 cases but the number of severe cases has increased by 5 children, including 4 cases of MIS-C and 1 case of bronchitis. For the first case of BA.5 community infection, a woman in her 20s, in addition to her contacts were all negative, her mother's workplace contacts were also negative, and gene sequencing will continue to be performed on both parents but Zhuang Renxiang judged that the probability of BA.5 is very high. Many people are afraid that BA.5 will cause the epidemic to rebound. Doctors believe that the confirmed medical staff should also be included in the genetic sequencing group so that the status of the new variant strain in the community can be monitored in a timely manner.
Zhuang Renxiang, a spokesman for the Epidemic Command Center, said: "Today, there were 24,196 local cases of COVID-19, and 129 imported cases. Today's new cases are about 1,000 fewer than yesterday, down 4.2%, and less than last Sunday. About 3,500 cases are down 12.7%."
The number of confirmed cases remains at more than 20,000. Among the dead cases, the youngest man in his 30s had neuromuscular disease himself without vaccination. Among the other 156 cases, 5 cases were severe cases in children.
Reporter Wu Xuantong said, "5 new cases of severe children were added, 4 cases were MIS-C cases, (5 cases) among them a 9-month-old boy with no history of chronic disease (bronchiolitis), who had purple lips at one time , chest concave and stridor, and they are still being treated in the intensive care unit.”
One of the 4 children with MIS-C was a 1-year-old boy with atopic dermatitis. Salmonella was found in hospital examinations. It was found to be MIS-C due to abnormal coagulation function. The symptoms improved after treatment. The other 3 cases had no history of chronic diseases. , Except for the 3-year-old boy who is still in the ICU due to trace hydropericardium and pneumonia in the right lower lung, the rest are transferred to the general ward.

Zhuang Renxiang, spokesman for the Epidemic Command Center, declared, "As of today, there are 103 severe cases of children, 3 of 42 cases of MIS-C, and 22 deaths so far."
BA.5 burned into the community, except for the contacts of the 20-year-old case who were all negative, and the mother who was accused of being the source of infection. Although one of the seven workplace contacts had symptoms, all of them were negative after harvesting, and the parents have so far are still positive. Zhuang Renxiang said that if the virus amount is enough, the gene sequencing will be continued. The initial judgment of the infection time is close to BA.5. The new variant makes people nervous. The doctor also said that the current confirmed medical personnel will ask for PCR tests. On the premise of not wasting samples, gene sequencing groups should be used to monitor the epidemic situation in the community.
Physician Jiang Guanyu commented, "When BA.2 comes too fast, some very few severe cases like childhood encephalitis will emerge as a whole, delaying the entire outbreak, allowing the public to have better response measures, and avoiding what we call medical de-loading."
In the face of the epidemic, the central government is very optimistic and thinks that it will not be worse than the previous wave but experts believe that the prevention and blocking measures are not enough. The virus is a natural disaster, and if there is no countermeasure, it will be a man-made disaster.
